- My son, 8, LOVES The Kids Next Door (KND) and has several KND toys/vehicles. So, I purchased this for him to supplement his "collection." He enjoys using it along side what he already has, but I don't feel that this toy is as great as other KND toys. Maybe he's too old for it - I don't recall what the suggested age on the packaging states. This toy has a mechanism so that if you push it on a smooth surface it will continue to roll. The character (Number 1?) "bobs" around as it rolls. The package states that when the vehicle comes to a sudden stop, such as if it hits a wall, the character will fly out. But, in reality, it doesn't work that way. The character merely tilts to the side, and sometimes falls out (but it doesn't fly out.)

- this toy is pretty good but the figures are small and easy to lose plus they are not able to change positions at all
- I bought it for my 7 year old grandson, BAILEY. He loved it! Very excited about it being THE KIDS NEXT DOOR! He and his older brother TYLER played with it for hours. It is the only gift he put on his high shelf for safe keeping! Thanks!

- Watch Video Here: http://www.amazon.com/review/R2VM2BVP68HZ3Q I purchased this item for my son @ christmas. he wanted an electric guitar and this did the trick! he was very into the lesson...it was just challenging enough for him ( 6 yrs). However, after a few days of hearing, learning & playing the same song(s) he got bored of it. Found that he got 'excited' about the toy again after purchasing another cartridge.
quality is good, durable & easy set-up.
- This was my son's Christmas present. My son is too young to take lesson, but this toy is just like taking guitar lesson. It is easy to understand and to follow on how to play the guitar and he had so much fun playing it. Now he jams his guitar with his father and enjoying each other's company. It's great toy.
- My son got this for Christmas 2007 and loved it... however, the guitar only played when plugged into the TV, never alone...initially I never realized it was SUPPOSED to play solo... while plugged into the TV, it constantly kept disconnecting - you have to wiggle the jack that connects the guitar to the TV to make it work. I called Fisher Price and they were VERY nice...they sent a mailing label to mail the guitar back and replaced it with a completely new one...the new one works solo - which my son loves, but still has the same problem with the jack. So...it's great fun, but very frustrating as he has to keep getting me to help with the jack connection. A+ to Fisher Price for their customer service, C- for their product QA.
- I bought this guitar a few months ago for a Christmas present for my six year old son. I was pretty jazzed thinking it would be a great way for my son to learn guitar. Wrong! The strumming is fine, but it is the buttons that are impossible to learn. The color coding on the buttons is configured wrong. If you look carefully when playing the games, the colors are in different places on the guitar than what they show on the t.v. screen for the game. Very very confusing AND it is giving you the wrong information on proper chording. I'm wondering if this is a defect on just some of the guitars. If you do purchase this guitar make sure to check if the color coding is the same on your guitar as it is on the t.v. screen. Don't throw away that box or receipt until you have done so!
