5 comments about Fisher-Price Imaginext Adventures Pirate Ship.
- we first bought the imaginext castle christmas 06 and my then 3 yr old couldn't get enough. So when he saw the pirate ship just before christmas 07 he couldn't talk about anything else ...
Since then he had hours of fun with it. All the neat features, but I must say the sails get stuck quite often and we crushed two of the red canon targets by just stepping on them.
Still, we would buy it again anytime!
- What a great gift for a pirate lover! Not to mention that it was cheaper at Amazon than at any store we looked. Very cute, love that the cannons work. Our son has used many different figures to go on pirate adventures and rescues.
- We received this Pirate Toy Ship last year as a gift for our son's 5th birthday. He plays with it all the time and hasn't gotten bored with it. We just ordered it for our friend's son who just turned 3. We expect it will be as much fun for him, too! Our ship hasn't had any problems falling apart, seems as if it's an intermitent problem maybe? We would buy it again definitely.
- This has been THE toy since my son's 3rd birthday. He's entranced by different aspects of it. From using the cannons to fire to hiding the treasure to using all the "action points" on the boat itself.
If I have any quibbles, they are minor. I wish there were more pirate action figures (three's two), though with a three-year old's imagination, dinosaurs have become part of the crew. I was also thrown at first as to what the red balloon looking items were before noticing on the box that they were for the cannons.
I'm a bit surprised that some of the reviews have mentioned the lack of sturdiness of the product. It seems put together fine to me.
- I was very excited to buy the pirate ship for my grandson, who had just returned from Disney Land. I am 72 so I'm not too good with new toys, but I didn't think it would be hard. He was very excited, however, we couldn't get the masts up and down or the two figures to work. We studied the pictures, there were no instructions. He only comes about once a month, and I was hoping to figure it out by the next time he comes.

5 comments about Fisher-Price Rainforest Melodies & Lights Deluxe Gym.
- This was a gift from grandma and grandpa, and our son is crazy about it. At first, he just stared at the light and enjoyed the music. As he has grown, he is almost 4 months, he now enjoys starting the music himself by kicking the giraffe and studying the toys that dangle in front of him. He even talks to it, sort of. We are suspicious of anything from Fischer Price. The recalls are a big concern. Up until now, however, things have been great.
- This toy is awesome. My niece loves the lights, music, animal sounds and all the toys attached. I would highly recommend this product for babies.
- I love this baby gym, and so does my daughter (now 6 months). I inherited it from my in-laws when she was just a month old. At first she would just lie there and look and the pretty lights and dancing butterflies (our fan made them move) but over time she began kicking the tucan bell and crinkle leaf, then hitting the elephant rattle and parrot spinning thing, now she chews on monkey, plays with the leaves in giraffe's mouth and looks at herself in the mirror.
What I love about this gym is the variety of toys:
* bell tucan which she also enjoys chewing now - it's beak is made from a colourful satin which must feel nice in her mouth. she also loves nibbling on the back felt feathers and little feet.
* plush monkey with satin curly tail
* elephant rattle with soft plus ears
* parrot flipper that easily spins when batted at
* red froggy mirror, perfect size for her to hold and with firm edges to chew
* pretty satin butterflies that dance in the wind
* big crinkly leaf, easy to kick and grab
As my daughter's arms have gotten longer, she now plays with the butterflies and gym poles. She can sit up now and play with the ears of the giraffe. It's have to be her favourite toy.
The music settings are great too:
* two volume levels - loud and soft
* can play music or ambient rainforest sounds (e.g. crickets, frogs, bird chirping) which is very nice to listen to
* also has a 'rattle play' option where the gym plays a short snippet of music when the gym is shaken
The music tunes loop about 3 or 4 times then the gym auto-switches off, which is handy to save battery power as I have left it on a couple times accidentally.
- We got this as a gift and my son loves it. He was mesmerized by the rainforest sounds and lights. Even though he is almost a year now he still enjoys this toy.
I would definitely recommend this.
- Wonderful Wonderful Wonderful. He doesn't want to stay in his bouncy seat long. He doesn't want to stay in his jumper long. But he loves this thing. The lights, the butterflies, the monkey is his favorite and he just recently starting turning over so he goes after the giraffe. He could just lay there and play until he gets hungry ofcourse.

5 comments about Fisher-Price Infant To Toddler Swing - Red.
- I can't even being to say how much we have gotten our money's worth with this swing and we will use it tons more. WE have had it for two years now. My two daughters (2 1/2 and I) both love this swing. We have never had any safety problems and I, personally, can't comprehend how a child could fall out. I beg my children to get out of it because I get so tired of pushing it. The ropes are a little annoying but between looking at the instructions and a little common sense the swing will swing perfectly straight.
- We loved this swing last summer when my son was under 12 months old. My little guy is a peanut and I thought it would last a while, however, as he began to move around he was able to flip the swing. He was just over a year and leaned forward as far as he could and the whole thing flipped over. Needless to say we took it down immediately. We are now looking into a Step 2, 5 point harness, toddler swing.
- This swing is very basic, but it gets the job done. We didn't want to spend too much on an outdoor swing because the weather will just wear it down anyway. This swing is perfect for us and our 4-month-old, who has good head control. Despite what the manufacturer says, I wouldn't use this swing until your child has excellent head control. The seat can be tilted back, but you'd still have to push very slowly in order to prevent the baby's head from slapping the back.
- I have read some of the reviews written. One of these reviews mentioned that the swing might flip over? I do not see how that could happen. I would say the only complaint I would have is that it takes two people to safely put the child in the seat. Other than that, the swing has been great.
- Got this swing for my granddaughter, she is six months old. It has been to cool to use it, but I have no complaints so far. Very easy to hang and adjust.

5 comments about Fisher-Price® Laugh & Learn™ Learning Puppy™.
- This puppy has become my sons best friend. He has had it since he was born and still loves him now at 21 months old. He takes him along every where he goes and makes sure to take it in the car. It is very educational, we have been able to show him the basics such as "nose, ear, hand etc" It is also really sweet with the "I love you" line he says often. I would recommend this toy to any new mom, or anybody looking for a hit toy a little one will adore!!!
- My 8-month old daughter loves this. She got it for Christmas and at first liked to listen to it, but couldn't push any of the buttons to make it play (she was 4 months then). Now that she can sit up on her own and really play with it it's even more exciting for. She smiles and laughs. I love also that it has both a learning mode that does colors and body parts and stuff and also a musical mode (she loves music).
- Our baby got this when he was 3 months old. He has loved it since day 1. After a couple of months of near constant use, the wires in the ear broke, and the ear button no longer worked. It wasn't too big a deal for us because the rest of him still worked. Some of the other buttons now aren't working as well, and we think it's probably because of all of the drool that's soaked the poor puppy over the last 17 months of use. He also goes through batteries really quickly, which we saw as a problem. His batteries recently died, and we haven't replaced them, but our son still plays with the puppy and pushes the buttons and tries to say the body part or the color.
- I bought this for my son who is now 8 months old. He loves his puppy and plays with it all the time. He's so proud when he can make it make sounds. All he has to do is touch it with his hands or feet and it goes off.
I would certainly recommend this to anyone with an infant 6 months plus.
- Great idea, but the buttons were too sensitive. He would go off when no one was touching him, and if you just brushed a part of his body with a sensor, he would switch songs in the middle of one song. I thought maybe it was just mine, but two friends had the same experience.

5 comments about Fisher Price Baby Gymtastics Bounce and Spin Zebra.
- I have bought this bounce and spin zebra for 3 of my grandchildren. Now it is a tradition that each grandchild gets this for thier 1st birthday. It is like a day at the amusement park, but you don't have to leave the house to go on a ride. I have 2 grandchildren that are 2 years old, and they still play with it. Very durable. Highly recommend.
- I bought the toy for my daughter's first birthday. Although she is a little too short to bounce herself, she still seems to love it. She needs my help to get on and off as well as for bouncing, since her feet don't quite touch the platform very well. But all I have to do is say "Do you want to bounce?" and she goes to the zebra and bounces up and down on the floor until I put her on it. Then she giggles and laughs. The only problem I found so far is that she seems to slip off of the seat very easily. Maybe it would be better if the seat was not slippery plastic. Hopefully once she grows into it that problem will disappear.
I was concerned that my very energetic daughter would be able to tip it over easily but it seems very sturdy and tilt resistant.
It was also very easy to put together right out of the box, so that is always a plus. It may have taken 10 minutes.
Overall it seems like a fun toy and hopefully she will enjoy it for a few years before she outgrows it.
- I purchased the Bounce and Spin Zebra for my daughter's first birthday. She absolutely loves it! It was simple to assemble, it only took a few screws and the rest snapped into place. It has become one of her favorite toys, and she has learned how to climb on and off of it by herself. The only problem that I had, was that she didn't weigh enough to bounce it on her own. She was 16 pounds when we first got it, but now she is 17 pounds and seems to be able to move it on her own fairly well. I would advise not to let bigger kids on it. A friends 5 year old son jumped on it, and it went right to the ground, however it didn't break.
- I purchased this as a 1st birthday gift for my niece almost a year ago. She is still enjoying it. She is able to turn the music on and off on her own. She will get on it, go crazy bouncing and then move on. She still has a while to go before getting too big to ride it. A good purchase.
- We gave this to our daughter for her 1st birthday after having read all the great reviews. She absolutely loves the music, and the toys attached. She will stand up in front of the zebra and spin the toys and bounce to the music. She learned really quickly how to get on and off off it but she doesn't like to sit on it and bounce. She is too short so she needs help bouncing and gets kind of scared. I am sure in a few more months we won't have any problems.

5 comments about Fisher Price Little People Racin' Ramps Garage.
- My two-year old son loves this toy! I got it for him for Christmas and he has played with it everyday since then! I would recommend this toy to anyone who loves to play with cars and trucks. Even my 6 year old daughter likes to play with it.
- I ordered this for my 18 month old son. He really enjoys rolling his cars down the ramp and playing with the bell on the elevator. The little people accessories are interchangeable with other Fisher Price Little People sets so he has plenty of cars that fit in the garage. Also its pretty sturdy, I've caught him climbing on it, and though I'd rather he didn't scare us like this, it holds his weight. Overall a good buy.
- I purchased this toy for my child (now 17 months) for Christmas. He seems to really enjoy playing with it and interestingly enough, my 5 year old and nearly 4 year old like to play with it too. It's pretty sturdy as it has help up to my 3 boys. My 3 year old (almost 4) fell onto it one day and it survived just fine (he did too). I just had to snap one piece back in. Excellent value in my opinion.
- The racing ramp was a favorite toy of me and my brothers, so I thought it would be great for my son. Not so much. This version makes little sence. The elevator is hard to use, the ramp functions more on it's own. You can't really imagine you are in a car garage, using every level. My car crazed sone uses it MUCH much less than I thought he would. I'd buy a different car ramp after using this one. It was dissapointing. I'm combing second hand stores looking for the vintage version!
- My son loves putting everything from the little peoples car to cereal down the track. I like it because it is of good size. It is a nice big size but not to heavy so he can drag it around the house. it is durable and a bit hard to put together. I think it was worth the money simply because he enjoys it soo much.

5 comments about Fisher-Price Amazing Animals Sing & Go Choo-Choo.
- My 8 month old grandson has so much fun with this toy. He loves the sounds and the lights. The animals have different textures on the bottom of their feet and baby enjoys seeing the animals in their cars. The toy is simple to use. Baby learned how to make the train go, how to hear the songs and how to turn on the lights in just a short time. This toy has brought hours of entertainment to baby. He goes for this toy first at playtime.
- I purchased this toy for my six month old based upon the great reviews it received. My son who is now 9 months still has no desire to play with this toy. At first, he liked taking the animals off the train and putting them in his mouth but to be honest I have found that this toy has to be put away until he is more around 18 months. Then maybe he will like moving the train around the room but I doubt it. My son is more of an auditory and tactile person than visual. It was not worth the expense. The best toy out there are the rings that hard plastic rings that can link together and that are easy to carry with him and the soft toys he can put in his mouth. He plays more with my dogs Ty Dolls (beanie babies) because they have more texture varities to them than even the soft teethers for baby do. I hope this helps.
- I don't know who loves this toy more, my 8 month old son (the intended recipient) or my 3 year old daughter!!!
My son received this as a Christmas gift when he was 6 months old. He immediately took to it, as well as his big sister. It's actually caused a bit of a problem in our house because they both want to play with it all the time!
My daughter has attached other cars and her wooden train set to it to create a "SUPER TRAIN, MOM!" and loves to fill the train with other little toys. My son loved to watch the wheels turn in stationary mode and bat at the little bouncy bird on a spring. Now that he's crawling he chases it all around the house.
One of the few toys that hasn't gotten on the adult's nerves, too! ;-)
- My 8 mo old son got this for Christmas and was instantly in love with it, and still plays with it all the time at 1 yr. As a matter of fact, I have trouble keeping it away from my 4 yr old and her friends--who want to play with it as much as he does.
This toy really seems to grow with the child!
- We got this for our son's 1st birthday (he's now 20 mos). He didn't really like it at first because we would put it on the "drive" setting and let it go across the floor. Now that he is a little older and can walk around he turns it on and chases it all over the house calling out "choo choo choo choo". He also loves to push the buttons that make the animal noises. The animals make great toys by themselves too, and are great to throw into the diaper bag to keep him busy on a long car trip. From all the abuse it's received at his hands, I'm surprised the thing still works perfectly! It appears to be incredibly durable, which I like, and we haven't had to replace batteries yet after almost a year, which is also nice.

5 comments about Fisher-Price Little Superstar Sing-Along Stage.
- our daughter got this when she was 6 mo old. she is 9 mo now and still loves it, it's great because she doesn't have to stand for it like a table or some other toys. she can sit and play without wearing herself out.
- My 16-month old still enjoys this toy. I am shocked that she knows where her head, shoulders, knees and toes are. It's the only time she hears that song. We purchased it when she was 9-month old. It kept her occupied. She bangs on it and there is no damage to it.
- I purchased this for my two year old GreatGranddaughter and she loves it. It is very well made and gives the child many hours of being a star. With all the songs and lights, etc, it gives the child lots of fun as well as learning about music. "Fisher-Price Little Superstar Sing-Along Stage"
- I just bought this for my 6 month old daughter..it is so cute!! She loves to look at herself and her mom, dad, and sister and smile in the mirror. She is a very busy baby and not easily entertained so this toy is a real blessing!! She loves the music and pushes all the buttons too. The only problem that I have is that she has taught herself to pull up and stand for the first time while playing with this toy and now wants to pull herself up and stand every time she plays with it which means we have to be almost on top of her when she plays with it so she and the toy don't topple over!! Other than that I highly recommend this toy..it is my daughter's favorite!!
- This is a very good toy and it keeps our 6 month old extremely occupied. She loves looking at all the lights and trying to move the buttons, and looking at others through the mirror. The songs are fun and we sing along with them. Since she is very active it is extremely hard to find something to occupy her time, but she sits with this toy for a good 20-30 mins. at a time and just has a lot of fun with it.

5 comments about Fisher-Price Rainforest Jumperoo.
- My 8 month old absolutely loves this jumper. His face lights up every time I put him in it. I paid $80 for it, but it has been worth every penny spent. He enjoys the jumping and playing with the attached toys, especially the spinning sun. I highly recommend this toy. Tip: Put a soft mat under the jumper if you have hardwood floor as a cushion for those tiny toes.
- I purchased the Fisher-Price Rainforest jumperoo for my Grandson, who is four months old,and it is a Godsend--i put him in it,and he has the best time. Just to see him laugh and bounce was worth every penny--I would reccomend this product to anyone who has children.
- We purchased this for my grandaughter because my other daughter bought one for her son and he loved it. Well, my grandaughter also loved it. The animal sounds are really cute and they have a lot of fun with the toys and spinning around to get to all of them. We have now passed it on to my daughter's friend's baby who is also now having much fun bouncing around. I would highly recommend this bouncer.
- I bought this as a baby gift for my best friend's new baby. The baby is now 5 months old and LOVES her Jumperoo! It's great because the height can be adjusted and this can be used from 4 months or so until probably 18 months. This is WAY better than the plain, without the "bells and whistles," non-jumping exersaucer my kids had!
- My son loves this toy! My other children never spent much time in the old saucer we had, but it didn't jump. This boy has a great time jumping and spends lots of time doing so! I also like that it isn't very hard to break down the base so I can take it somewhere. I wouldn't want to do it all the time, but it's easy enough for the occaisional outing.
Highly recommend this one!
