- This stuffed dog is so cute and cuddly! And who doesn't love a Corgi? We purchased this dog for our one year old son because it looks like our Corgi. It was the only stuffed corgi I could find in the tri color. Our son loves it. The package arrived quickly and very neatly packed. We were very pleased with the delivery and the Douglas company offers stuffed dogs in almost any breed. Great stuffed animal and fun to snuggle!

3 comments about Star Wars "Become A Jedi" Lightsaber Construction Kit.
- Opened and assembled the Lightsaber FX Construction Kit and here are my impressions.
First thing I noticed was that all of the pieces to build the hilt are plastic (save 2). Given the quality of the other lightsaber fxs made by Master Replicas (I own 4 and love them all), I was expecting metal. A downside of these plastic handle pieces is that when fully assembled, the plastic parts squeek when you swing the lightsaber and they rub together, like a cheap toy.
Second and most significant disappointment is the light. The blade doesn't light up like the other Master Replica lightsabers. It is bright at its base (comparable to other FX lightsabers) but then grows darker as the light travels up the blade. There are a string of LEDs I believe in the previous Lightsaber FXs but not in this one. But when you put it side by side with the other lightsabers, it just looks different.
Third, the sound effects are the same sample loop but quieter when compared to the previous lightsaber FXs.
Forth, the blade is about 6 inches shorter than the other Lightsaber FXs but I think this is advertised on the box so not a surprise.
And fifth, this set does not include a stand. Not sure why not...
And when it is all finally assembled, it feels like a cheap immitation of the previous lightsaber FXs produced by MR. Given that MR no longer owns the license to make lightsabers, I am guessing this version of the FX lightsaber was a way to produce the cheapest possible set for the same amount of money with little or no reprocussions.
Overall, I am very disappointed and think that anyone who is expecting comparable quality to the other FX lightsabers will be as well.
- In one word, awesome. I'd bought the Ultimate Lightsaber kit which is the equivalent of the $20 electronic lightsabers but being customizable, so as soon as I found this, a Force FX Lightsaber that you could customize, I had to get it. Worked awesome, with one switch the color of the blade and the sound effect can be changed, and the sound quality is really good. All the parts that come with it are made of a metallic alloy, probably not high grade or anything, but very durable and realistic. Granted even with the templates that it comes with, you wont be able to make a photo realistic copy of any Lightsaber from the movies, but thats not the point, the point is to make your own. It uses 3 AAA batteries and takes a while to eat through em, even with continuous use. The blade lights up all the way and looks great, even in well light rooms. All in all, an awesome addition to any Lightsaber collection, just keep in mind it's not built for dueling or anything like that, just to look really cool.
- I got mine from Radioshack for $[...] so I can't complain.
Agreed- it is not the same quality as the previous MR FX sabers. The head and tail pieces of the hilt are solid metal pieces. The center pieces are plastic and they do indeed creek. The main core of the hilt is metal.
When the lights are out it illuminates very respectably- certainly better than any of the Hasbro sabers.
Given MR has lost its license, a couple of things are likely to happen
1. a new manufacturer will produce another lightsaber, presumably of better quality and at a much inflated price.
2. Hasbro will be the only ones to produce them- therefore continuing to produce the crappy ones they do now.
So I think given those possible scenarios and given how affordable these sabers are, you'd be nuts not to grab one for your collection...

- I bought this dog on sale $10.60 for my little 1 1/2 year old boy because he likes to play and sleep only with soft animals , i ordered as gifts others dogs but the best is this one because shake his ears and looks more alive!
For my boy isn't durable because i have to wash alot because my little boy suck the snout and tail every day with food inside the his little mouth or sucking his baby bottle and pause to suck the dog and again his bottle.
BUT IS NICE DOG!!

- this plush is very similar to a real one.I have a corgi dog and my daughter loved it.
- I purchased this corgi (along with Kirby) for my son to take with him on a trip. My only request is that the seller would specify that these are PEMBROKE corgis, not CARDIGANS. That said, I can't find stuffed cardis anywhere, and this is a nice substitute. Our dog is red and white. This is a cute toy, and appears to be very durable.
- This little "stuffed animal" Welsh Corgi is simply precious! A great gift for anyone who likes the breed. This one, interestingly enough, is marked and looks like my actual Corgi, "Taffy"--and Taffy thought it was a play toy when he first saw it! Thanks for a great product.
- She stands at about the size of a toaster. Quite soft, durable stitching. There is no tail on this product (Pembroke Welsh Corgi), I was expecting a small docked tail, but this doesn't detract from the overall look. I would recommend this product - good looking, soft, and durable. What more could you want from a stuffed pal?
- I purchased this plush corgi for a friend of mine for their birthday. It's definitely a great purchase. Very soft, and a nice size. No tail, but it definitely doesn't effect the dog as a whole.
Can't really say anything else, other than it was a very good, solid deal.
Shipping was very prompt as well.
