- This Wiss scissors function perfectly! This scissors holds its edge much longer than my stainless steel scissors. It cuts paper like a knife thru soft butter. Once I made the initial cut into a sheet of paper, it can cut without chopping action, just push the scissors through. It also cut carpets and fabrics with ease compare to my common Stainless steel scissors. Scissor's tension can be adjusted by turning its screw. The reason I didn't give it 5-stars is due to the finish and the lack of a cushion grip. If they make this same one in 8-inch format, I will buy another just for everyday use. Mines is 10 ΒΌ". Unlike most scissors, this one will last a lifetime, but you have to keep the rust off, because it is made from High carbon steel, not stainless. I just wipe mines with household oil very lightly before I store it away. Be sure to wipe off excessive oil.

- Tearing off an old roof is a nasty job, but with the Qual-Craft 2560P 54" shingle remover, the job was done quickly and with less pain. The tool is sturdy and designed specially for this very nasty job. Recommended.
- The product was very satisfactory and shipped on a timely basis. Your catalog clearly indicated a bonus, small shovel would be included with the purchase of the large shovel. I mentioned this when I placed the order and was told the smaller shovel would also be included in the shipment. It was not with the shipment.

- These must be the best little sissors for serious crafters around. They lock so you don't risk them being left open for little (or your own) fingers to get sliced on and it helps them to store compactly as well. They are sharp and get around tight spots easily.
- I have broken the thumb of my dominant hand and these are a godsend. I can cut anything without needing to ask for help or competely mangling whatever I am cutting.

- JUST FINISHED OUR OWN HOME MY WIFE AND I AND WE CUT ALL OUR HEAVY ELK DOMAIN ASHFORD LANDSCAPE SHINGLES WITH THIS THING. GREAT TOOL. DOES THE JOB AND IS DEPENDABLE. CUTTING BY HAND JUST DON'T CUT IT. THIS TOOL ROCKS----AND SO WILL YOUR ROOFING JOB. AND REMEMBER NOW...DON'T STEP BACK TO ADMIRE YOUR WORK...UNTIL YOU'RE ON THE GROUND. HA
- This is worth the price. Lighter than the Qual-Craft lets you take it up on the roof with you (16lbs. versus 52lbs). You can make all your cuts on the roof. Cut my work time in half.
- Awsome tool. I just did a roof that was all hips and valleys and this thing save a ton of work. Be sure to clean knife with thinner and then wax blade and deck. If no was armorall on deck worked great.
- Cutting laminate shingles can be challenging but this tool allows you to make clean cuts even in cooler conditions. It's light weight makes for easy handling on the roof and the built in measuring scale speeds things up. Our large do it your self job was way less painful with this tool and the reults were great! Well worth the investment.
- I bought this tool and spare blade as I thought that one surely wouldn't be enough to cut an entire house worth of shingles. The house in work was a 2000sf ranch with a 2400sf two story addition added. Both roofs were all hips and had many running angles that required that lots of shingles be cut on angle. Rather than doing the old roofing way, since I had purchased high end roofing that offered up the three dimensional look and were three layerd in the middle, I opted to shear every shingle angle. Roofing contractors run them long and hand cut with a roofing knives at the angles, but the shear worked wonderfully and I like the precision of using the pitch gauge for professional results. I still have the extra blade still not needed yet, and we are planning to reroof the parents house in the spring. I look forward to using it again.(Although the roofing work is a bit of a chore, life was much easier with the shear)!

- These scissors work very well for us. You can not cut up thick mail very easily with these. I tried to cut up credit card offers with the scissors and they did not do well but for opening mail, cutting fabric, paper cardboard they are good. Glad I bought them.
- I use this mainly for couponing. cuts through multi layers of newsprint fast and easy... seems to hold a good charge so far. that will be the test, just like anything rechargeable!
- The power scissors are nice to use when cutting with scissors can be tough or annoying. I tried using it to cut the plastic container of a product I bought, and it kept stalling out. So even the plastic on a container was too much for the little scissors. Still, they will come in handy often when cutting long areas (wrapping paper, quilting, etc), but they are not a super, heavy-duty cutting machine.
- This comes in so handy for those silly plastic wrapped items and breaking down boxes. I am so glad I bought this as it was well worth the little money I paid for it. Makes cutting and breaking down things fun now!
- These would be most helpful for older people and only just kind of fun if you're able to use scissors easily. I find myself finding ways to use it just to use it. I'm sure it will come in handy around Xmas time. I'm only giving 3 stars because it does not cut through plastic casings as easily as I had hoped. Note: This goes on sale to close to ten bucks. Keep an eye out.
