5 comments about Leslie Sansone: 5 Day Slim Down - A Mile Each Morning.
- I have over 15 different DVD workouts by Leslie and this is one of the best.
I've been using this DVD for about a month now doing 1 mile a day. I love it. The soundtrack is great and Leslie introduces a few new moves that make things interesting.
I haven't lost much weight doing only 1 mile a day (2lb in 4 weeks) so I'm going to bump things up a bit and do 2 miles a day and then on alternate days use the Leslie Sansone: Walk at Home - Walk Away Your Waistline! With 1, 2 and 3 Mile Markers (Walk Belt Included Inside!)and do the 3 mile walk.
Leslie even added a section on healthy low fat breakfasts in this DVD, which was great for busy people who want to eat a nutritious low calorie breakfast but don't have a lot of time to prepare it.
- Excellent 5 mile walk from Leslie! I have several other DVD's from her and this is one of the best. Very challenging with some great new moves added! Only drawback is that it takes 80 minutes to do the 5 mile walk with the warm-up and stretching. However, the stretching session is twice as long as her other DVD's -- and I found it much more effective. Great addition to my work-out routine when I can commit that much time!
- This video was easy to follow. Interesting side steps and exercises with the arms made it not so boring. Excellent for a beginner!
- Really like this video. A good workout. Product arrived in good time in good condition. Would buy from this seller again.
- I recently rented this from Netflix to see if I'd like it. I do. It's great to be able to do any one of the five separate miles or combine two or more of them. Plus it has a separate warm up and cool down in the menu, so you can easily select what you want for the workout. I kind of miss the collection of "walkers" she has in the Walk Away the Pounds collection -- it's fun to watch the exercisers - helps to pass the time. But, as others have said, some of the quips and comments become a bit tedious after hearing them so many times. After reviewing this DVD and doing a couple of the workouts, I decided to buy it. It will be my 4th Leslie DVD (plus her yoga DVD), but that's o.k. It's good to vary them to keep motivated!

5 comments about Leslie Sansone Walk at Home-Walk Your Belly Flat.
- Kathy in Ohio mentioned the fact that the first and last miles of the three miles covered are not true miles since they incorporate the warm up and the cool down, and I agree this is disappointing, but the other thing I think is disapointing is that it's presented in the menu as chapters... "mile 1, mile 2, mile 3" but in all actuality it's just the video that keeps playing. I had to stop it myself once mile 1 was completed. There was also no option to just go to the abs portion except to begin the program and fast forward through all three miles. Technology is too advanced for this type of laziness... she's not saving any money in the cost of video production by just lumping it all in together. I'll be bringing this one back. Hopefully I can find a Sansone video that works more in chapter form so I can use her program... I like the walking idea for bad weather days.
- This has to be her worst tape ever. The cues are delayed. The set is dull and uninteresting. There are no other walkers. You can't hear the beat well. She is a lot more "aerobicie" in this DVD than she normally is. I would choose another of her DVDs.
- I have a large collection of Leslie's workout DVD's and this one (and her 5-Mile Fat Burning Walk) are my two favorites so far. I noticed immediate changes to my body once I started doing this workout. The entire workout focuses on the "core muscles" and I really feel it all over during and afer the workouts. I've lost 20 pounds and quite a few inches in just over 5 weeks by following a healthy food plan and working out w/ Leslie 5 to 7 days a week, and I've seen the numbers drop on the scale even more since incorporating this workout into my daily routine.
CONS: There IS stretching at the end of this DVD, following the bicycle crunches she shows you at the end of the workout. But the cons of this workout for me are this: though each mile tells you when you've ended the mile, if I only want to do 2 miles, I have to fast-forward thru the third mile to get to the extra ab workout and stretches. Seems like they would have set up a tab to foward to for that. Also, the quality of the graphics isn't the best. I keep looking at Leslie and wondering why she's having such a "bad hair day" (LOL) and why her upper arms look a little distorted.
PROS: I enjoy this being a one-on-one workout w/ just Leslie and me. While I sometimes enjoy the workouts w/ others, I actually prefer working out w/ just Leslie. She's not so "chatty" as she is w/ the other gals, and I feel I have my own "personal trainer" who is focused on me and guiding me through my workout. She's giving helpful info throughout the workout (i.e. reminding me to keep my core tight/belly pulled in, to reach as far as I can, to stretch out as far as I can, and general health and muscle info, etc.) that somehow pushes me to keep going and do the best I can do. It's an intense workout that I feel throughout my body and I am seeing very positive ressults. Also, she seems to know when I'm getting tired and about to give up and motivates me to keep going when I probably wouldn't have otherwise. I've recommended this one to several friends.
- I read a lot of reviews before I purchased this DVD--some pro, some con. I'll chime in with approval for the video. I like the Wall Clock. Rather than counting off how much time is left, I use it to see what I have accomplished. I always watched the clock anyway; this just makes it easier. Leslie is her usual encouraging self, and her not having other walkers with her is a nice change. I usually go just two miles, but I am glad the third mile is there if I want it.
- Product arrived good time, in good condition. Haven't done the workout yet but love Leslie's videos. Would buy from this seller again.

5 comments about Workout: One-On-One Training with Jackie.
- I AM A STRONG JILLIAN MICHAELS FOLLOWER BUT WANTED TO KICK IT UP A BIT WITH SOME NEW VIDEOS. THIS DID THE TRICK. ALTHOUGH SHE HAS A FEW OF THE SAME EXERCISES AS JM SHE DEFINITELY HAS SOME I'VE NEVER SEEN BEFORE AND CAN FEEL THEM WORK. THE ONLY THING I DON'T LIKE IS SHE HAS THE VIDEO BROKEN UP INTO 3 PARTS, UPPER BODY, LOWER BODY AND CORE. SO IF YOU WANT A COMPLETE WORKOUT YOU NEED TO DO ALL THREE. I WOULD LIKE TO DO A BIT OF ALL THREE IN 40 MINUTES INSTEAD OF ALL THREE IN 60 MINUTES, BUT FEEL GUILTY IF I DON'T DO THE WHOLE WORKOUT. I RUN ON THE TREADMILL EVERYDAY TOO, BUT WANT A COMPLETE WORKOUT ALSO. SO TO RUN FOR 50 MINUTES THEN WORKOUT FOR 60 MINUTES ISN'T IDEAL FOR ME, BUT MAY BE PERFECT FOR OTHERS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS VIDEO TO THOSE WHO ARE LOOKING TO KICK UP THEIR ROUTINE. YOU DEFINITELY FEEL YOUR WORKOUT AFTER THIS VIDEO!!
- This is an excellent workout video. You get the best results you can get without having to pay for a personal trainer and you don't even have to leave your house. It is broken up into three different parts so it is easy to split up your workout based on your preference.
- This DVD is more difficult than the Power Circuit Training with Jackie - but still totally doable and very worth the purchase. I like that this workout incorporates cardio in with the strength training moves, which her other one does not, but this one also requires a little more time - better for days when I have a little extra time to workout and really want to sweat (and curse). Jackie is very focused on form and very motivational and she also offers modifications for easier and harder, which is key. I like that instead of working the whole body (like Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred) it works one zone at a time - abs, upper body, lower body - so you can rotate them doing each one for 3 days out of a week or do each one once during the week if you prefer. If you like the intensity of Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred than you will like this DVD.
- I let this video sit around for six months before opening it - I had purchased Denise Austin's bootcamp at the same time and thought that would be the video I would see results with. I was wrong - and on Saturday, I decided to finally open this DVD and complete the whole workout. It was amazing and I can't wait to do it again!! Unfortunately, I have to wait and rest - since my arms and shoulders are so sore. After one workout, I already feel stronger. I'm excited to see the results after one to two months as others have mentioned in their reviews. You will definitely feel this workout all over. Jackie reminds you when movements are suppose to 'burn' and to do only part of the movement if you can't keep up with the full ones.
The upper body workout is definitely my favorite, however, the core workout comes in a close second. There are even modified movements done by one of the other trainers - helpful for someone like me who still has a sensitive neck from a car accident years ago.
I love this - just wish I had opened it sooner!
- I've done this workout a few times now, and I think it's a fairly good fitness DVD.
Pros:
The workouts are tough, and are for a fit beginner, or intermediate exerciser. I have a pretty good fitness level, but needed to take some of the modifications in order to get through it all.
Believe it or not, but Jackie Warner is not that "peppy", which I appreciate in a fitness DVD.
Cons:
The DVD menu is kind of shoddy. I tried to adjust the volume mid-workout once, and was kicked all the way back to the main menu.
None of the people in this were actually cast for a fitness DVD, and sometimes they look just downright miserable or bored. The one exception to this is the really blonde girl.... can't remember her name right now.
I live in an apartment, and the some of the cardio segments do a lot of jumping. Depending on the time of day, I might have to modify these to be more considerate to my neighbors.
Overall, I like the workout, and I like that it's both strength and cardio x-training. It's hard to find a DVD that's right for your level of fitness, and personally, I've found it with this DVD.

5 comments about The Complete Collection of Sweatin' to the Oldies.
- I have quite a bit of weight to lose and thought I would start with the Richard Simmons DVDs to build up my aerobic fitness. I have to say, I am fairly coordinated but find it difficult to follow the workout. Part of the problem is Richard doesn't give enough warning before changing steps and sometimes doesn't even say he's going to change steps, but the biggest problem is the filming. There are a lot of camera angle changes that don't spotlight Richard and then all of a sudden you realize that the person that the camera is on is doing a different move than what you are doing. That really is my only complaint about the videos though. All in all they are great for someone that is not in the best aerobic shape (I started with walking and then moved to these for a week and now I am using Gin Miller's "Everybody Steps" step aerobic video[which is awesome] along with these). Would I recommend these DVDs to a friend or family member? Yes but I would warn them first and then tell them about the Gin Miller videos.
- We were amazed at how fast we received these tapes and they are still in the package. We have not opened them but assume they are in good condition.
- I'm a beginner at working out after many years of not doing anything. So, I wanted to get a good work out DVD. I wanted one with regular people, in regular clothes. So I appreciate the work out DVD that Richard Simmons provides. As far as the work out goes.... Wow!!! Some moves I can't keep up with. I think that is great though. It is a great high impact aerobic work out!!!
also, It is definately the 80's. It's kinda funny though.
- I exercised to the original VHS tape in the 80s, and I am very pleased with the entire boxed set that I just ordered. Each DVD provides an exciting routine set to fun music. My daughters enjoy dancing with me.
- I love the complete set and I was able to get it for a reasonable price

5 comments about The Biggest Loser: The Workout - Boot Camp.
- Love these DVD's! I just got the regular shipping and it came in about a week (maybe a little more). Very happy with the service and product. Thank you.
- I LOVE this video!! It definitely exceeded my expectations and helped me drop the last 5-pounds I was looking to lose, did it in 2-weeks with the video!
- I usually workout 5 times a week but I moved and got busy and havent worked out in 2 months. I'm in a spot where you can't go outside to workout so I bought this. Just the warmup and I was starting to feel the burn! I loved the first workout and from start to finish I only spent 30 minutes, which is a great quick workout if you dont have time to do a long one. I didn;t have weights...which you need a set since its an interval workout...so I improvised and used one of the elastic resistance bands things. Even if I hadn't taken the 2 months off, it would have given me a good workout.
- Love this product, Not only because I love the show and the trainer but because is a great workout, keeps you sweating and going through out the entire time. so far I'm on level 2 which is a killer workout; in this level you can really feel how good your progressing and that changes in your body are really happening.
- I'm trying to get back into working out regularly, so I got this DVD and the BL Weight Loss Yoga that is recommended to alternate it with. (Don't bother with the Weight Loss Yoga, get 10 Minute Solution Yoga instead.) This is a pretty good place to start but I may abandon it for the two Jackie Warner DVDs.
My problem with this DVD:
There are too many background exercisers. Determined Bill, Cushy Heba, Superfit Allie, Smiling Bernie, Evil Vickie, and Mighty Michelle. That's SIX backgrounders!! Too many!! Bob gets confused by trying to keep an eye on them and it causes him to flub on the cueing. In workout one, he even skipped doing a whole set of side leg lunges on one side. Bob...you're a professional, you should know better! But I really feel he was just confused by trying to keep an eye on the backgrounders as well as instruct a good workout.
What I like:
I love that Michelle and Allie are in the background. If Bob had only stopped there... Also, I love that you can choose how you want to do the workouts, or choose the maximum results plan, which is where you start with workout 1 and move up in intensity after a few weeks at each level.
I got this DVD cheap here at Amazon, and that's the only reason I'll keep it, I doubt I'll return to it too terribly often. I got the other BL workout DVDs as well, I hope they will be better...

5 comments about Leslie Sansone: Walk at Home - 5 Mile Fat Burning Walk.
- Love, love, love this one! The music is energizing & fun. I like to break this up for the time I have. If I'm short on time, I'll do one mile, otherwise, maybe 2 or more. There's no dread factor with this video. It's fun enough that I'll get up in the morning & throw it in first thing & gently get going with a quick walk.
- I think this is a great dvd. I have lost weight using this dvd. It is great.I like this dvd because my daily exercise is walking outside. When the weather is not great outside I still can exercise. I would tell people who don't exercise to please start with this dvd. It is a great product to get you motivated. If you are like me sometimes I don't like to do exercise by lying on the floor. This dvd is great and also I like the music.
- I liked this workout DVD. I have some other Leslie Sansone DVDs and purchased this hoping to get more. This one is good because it gives you a lot of options. It gets your heart beating and at the end you feel like you got a good workout. I have a problem knee so am always looking for new workouts that are not too high impact. This was just enough.
- This is a great way to do a walking workout. You can make it harder or easier. Sometimes I would wear my headphones so I could listen to my own music while I watched the video...made it more fun! I'd recommend this video!
- I started off with Leslie's walking videos and this was perfect for the next step. It speeds up a little and adds more moves for an even better workout. I do her videos daily. I started out my goal this year at 500 miles but have already raised it to 1,000.

5 comments about Dance with Julianne: Cardio Ballroom.
- I recommend this fun enthusiastic workout! Julianne is such a good teacher and her enthusiasm is infectious! You don't have to have any dance experience to become GREAT at these dance routines. You end up really sweaty, worked-out, and a cha-cha pro!
- It's an energetic video and has some fun dances. The dances get your heart beating and she's a fun person to learn from. I'd recommend this video for people who are just getting into the dance cardio scene.
- I BOUGHT THIS KNOWING IT WAS A DANCE DVD, BUT DIDN'T THINK IT WOULD BE THAT HARD. BOY, I WAS WRONG. I'M STILL LEARNING THE STEPS AND JUST JUMPING AROUND, BUT SWEATING. I LIKE IT BECAUSE IT'S ALOT OF FUN, JUST HARD FUN.
- First time in a long time I broke up a sweat. I admit I am completely out of shape, but I also have dance background, which means, that most of the dance workout DVDs are pretty boring for me. She has a lovely engaging personality, which is always a plus, and the workout did its job. I guess for those who say its a bit difficult at first to understand the steps, she has a "private lesson" section, where she explains them (I didn't watch it b/c I had no problem following.)
- Julianne clams "What's great about this DVD is if you never danced, if you have a little experience they're easy dance moves that you can pick up .... anybody can do it." FALSE While I'm no professional I have taken a lesson or two. While I may lack in technique, I'm usually able to pick up moves (footwork) pretty easily. Not with this video. The problems with this video
1. Julianne is facing you so you are dancing to a mirror image. It would have been nice to have her break down the moves by following her footwork exactly. Matter of fact while teaching a move she says to always cross right over, yet in the video she was doing left over right?? Confusing
2. Too fast from the start. Most instructors start at a slow pace so you are comfortable with the moves before moving on to a faster tempo. I have trouble keeping up with the music because I don't have my footwork down yet.
3. Camera doesn't show the footwork enough. OK, it's bad enough I'm trying to follow a mirror image but what's worse it that the camera is constantly zooming in on Julianne's face. She is a beautiful girl, but it's her FEET I need to see to learn the dance! At least show a full body shot or something.
4. Julianne is poor at teaching you HOW to do the moves. Again, she is just too fast. Basically just showing you what to do, not how to do it. She may be able to teach those stars how to dance, but in this video she doesn't think of beginners. Slow it down girl! Show me step by step please.
I do believe that if I were able to learn the routine and keep up with her moves, this would be a fun and fantastic workout. Sadly, this video just makes it too hard to learn. I give it one star because it is NOT for beginners! Had it not been marketed for beginners, I would have given it an extra star or two, blaming myself for not being able to keep up.

5 comments about The Biggest Loser Workout: Cardio Max.
- This workout is for beginners, unless you use heavier weights or hand weights. It can get your heart pumping, but if you are already in shape this will not be enough to get your heart going.
- If you are just starting to exercise, I would recommend The Biggest Loser Bootcamp, it's a little less GOGOGO! If you don't have bad asthma and above average stamina, Cardio Max is one heck of a workout. I would suggest this anyone not just starting.
- This is so awesome! On the DVD menu, you can compile your own workouts... warm up (5 min), level 1 (20 min), level 2 (10 min), level 3 (10 min), and cool down (5 min). I am trying the warm up, level 1 and cool down. On first attempt, I got the warm up and 7 minutes of level 1 then had to quit. Today, I was able to complete the exercises. The exercises don't seem very challenging until you try it out. :-) Got a good sweat going. I think this is a great investment - just buy the DVD and get a pair of hand weights (or just grab 2 cans from the kitchen) compared to joining the Gym. More efficient to exercise at home instead of wasting time driving to/from the gym.
- Great for getting your heart rate up!
Pros:
1) There are modifications available for most of the exercises for those that are just starting out.
2) It is nice to see the "normal" people in the background struggling to do the exercises too. Makes me feel a little better :)
3) Jillian and Bob do a good job of keeping you motivated by telling you why they were doing certain exercises and reminding you of why you are doing them at all. I am one of those people that do well with the "boot camp" style. No bubbly smiliness here.
Cons:
1) Can be very hard on knees and wrists. Much easier if you have a thick mat to work out on. Carpet was not enough for me.
2) Level 3 (with Kim) was not even close to the intensity of levels 1 and 2. Some of her moves were difficult to follow and I did not "feel the burn" like the other two levels.
Overall, I would recommend for beginners/ intermediates.
- after reading other reviews where people stated they thought they were in shape, UNTIL THEY TRIED THIS DVD, i ran out and bought it. kind of a disappointment, as i didn't feel too worked out after running the whole thing. my calves feel a little worked, but that's about it. i'm guessing this disc is targeting people who do not yet have optimal endurance. it's ok, but probably best for people just starting out with cardio. at least it didn't cost much.

5 comments about Jillian Michaels: Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism.
- It was just ok, I was hopping for more sweating and jumping. The 30 day shred video is better, this one just ok.
- I'm a 20-something year old, 5'6, and about 115lbs. Having done a lot of exercise videos (Tracy Mallet, Denise Austin, The Firm, etc...) I consider myself to be in okay shape and this thing kicked my butt. I had to pause so many times to catch my breath. My shirt was soaked and sweat was also dripping off my face. I felt deliciously sore the next day having worked out every inch of my body with this video.
It is not for beginners. If you're just starting, I highly recommend her 30-day shred to get you into the groove of things. Also, if you're like me, this video is just too much to do in the morning. I didn't have the energy and my body gave out halfway through the video. Eat something small before you start this workout. You will need the energy to finish it. When I first started, I was so exhausted I could barely lift my leg for the knee crunches near the end of the video. My feet only got up a few inches from the floor because I was so drained.
Without a doubt, this video will melt the fat out of your body.
- I always knew Jillian Michaels could deliver results, but I can attest to it personally now. This tape is awesome, and a challenge beyound belief. She's tough, but I like her teaching style. It's motivational.
- This video is a great way to get your workout in quickly and efficiently. In about 40 minutes, I burn over 500 calories doing this workout (using a heart rate monitor to track calories). I also like that you don't need any equipment and the moves are easy to learn. These plyometric moves are also great to do in between weight training sets to keep your heart rate up! I'd recommend this video to anyone trying to lose weight and get back into shape.
- I have done 30 Day Shred a little more consistently than this DVD, but I throw this one into the mix every now and then. This is a kick-butt workout! The thing that I love about it is that it is mostly great cardio, with a little strength built in. In this workout, you are huffing and puffing while using so many different muscles! Much more effective than just running on a treadmill, biking, or doing an elliptical, where you are using the same muscles in the same motion for your entire workout. This is a dynamic workout that is sure to challenge your whole body.
True, this workout incorporates some of the same elements from 30 Day Shred, but I don't see that as a negative thing. Some of the overlap from the two DVDs are: jumping jacks, plank twists, jump rope, jump squats, butt kicks, knee raises, skaters, and possibly a few more. But there is SO MUCH in this workout, it's completely different than 30 Day Shred. I like that Jillian uses some of the same moves, because this workout is so difficult that it is nice to do a move that you are familiar with from 30 Day Shred.
There is a lot of jumping in this DVD, but you can modify ALL of the jump moves if for some reason that explosive action is too much for you or the people underneath you. :-)

5 comments about Jillian Michaels: No More Trouble Zones.
- I am out of shape, and started her 20 minute workouts a few weeks ago. This one kicked my butt, and I deviated a bit at times, and did slightly less strenuous movements for some of them. Even so, a great workout; works different muscles. I love her theory of never stop moving, no rest breaks until you are done
- This is a great workout. Very difficult but you feel like you got a good workout.
- This is a great sculpting workout. It lasts approximately 50 minutes with warm up and cool down. I consider myself to be in pretty decent shape and I had to take a break about 25 minutes in because my muscles started shaking. So don't feel bad if if takes you a few times of doing the video to make it all the way through. She combines legs and arms a lot which really elevates the heart rate so you get some cardio effect from the workout as well. I especially love how she devotes time to the inner and outer thighs since those are definitely my trouble zones. I plan on combining this workout with her "Burn fat, boost metabolism" DVD so I can be ripped for the summer. Also, it seems like Jillian knows when i'm about to give up during the workout and she does a good job of motivating me and reminding me while I'm doing this. My only thing about the DVD is the backup girls. I did the 30 day shred and I loved the personality that those girls showed and the fact that they were sweating and struggling right along with me. The girls on this DVD just smile and don't really seem to struggle which is fine I guess, I'm just used to the other ones. All in all, great sculpting DVD and a great follow up for those of you who have already done 30 day shred. Not sure how beginners will do with this DVD, but if your up for a challenge then give it a try!
- If you've done the 30 day shred, you'll recognize some of the moves in this DVD, though not so many that it makes this DVD not worth buying. As with her other videos, I could see this being tough on someone with bad knees. I have bad wrists, and there's a lot of stuff in this video that requires you to be in plank pose--she doesn't really give a useful modification, but I found I was able to modify those moves myself to make them doable.
This is basically a longer version of the strength and ab portions of the 30 day shred. That being said, this workout is still a good way to get your heart pumping. If you're like me and the cardio circuits are your least favorite part of the 30 day shred, this is a great option. I still feel like I got a good cardio workout after doing this DVD, and it has the added bonus of targeting even more areas with strength training. You will definitely feel the burn the next day, though I wasn't as sore as I was after the first time I did the 30 day shred. I recommend adding some additional stretching on your own both before and after the video, that seems to help a lot with the next day soreness--with this DVD especially, the stretching in the warm up and cool down doesn't really target all the muscles that the DVD works. This is a great addition to my workout DVD collection--as much as I love to hate Jillian Michaels, her DVDs are some of the most effective I've tried.
I would recommend this DVD to anyone who is looking for a good, interesting workout that is effective and not too time-consuming (the workout runs about 40 minutes).
- The first Jillian Michaels workout I did was her 30 Day Shred. I liked it so much, I went on to purchase "Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism" as well as this DVD. I love all three DVDs and rotate between them each day.
This is a sculpting workout as opposed to a straight cardio workout, like in Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism or the cardio circuits in 30 Day Shred. But, I wear a heart rate monitor, and I find I burn just as many calories doing this workout even though there is no cardio involved. That means I'm getting a GREAT workout.
What I LOVE about this DVD: it is a whole body sculpting DVD. You're working legs and arms simultaneously (similar to 30 Day Shred, in fact, a few of the moves are the same or similar), and there are two great ab circuits. The plank moves are killer. But when I'm done, I feel I've worked every muscle in my body. I also like that the time spent doing each exercise is shorter because you do each exercise twice, so I find I can get through them more easily without wanting to stop. For example, in 30 Day Shred I will start to lose my steam and motivation because I'll feel like we've been doing squats or lunges FOREVER, and Jillian will say, "halfway there, don't quit on me now!" and I'm like, aaagh how many are left?! But with this DVD, because the circuits are set up differently, you'll do a set of four to five exercises twice. So, you'll do each exercise for a little bit of time, twice instead of doing a whole bunch at once. Make sense? This helps me psychologically because just when I'm starting to lose my steam on a certain move, Jillian switches to another move.
I also like the menu option of picking one circuit. Sometimes I'll want to jog, and come in and do the ab circuit. Or the triceps circuit, etc. It's a great supplemental tool if someone doesn't want to do the entire workout, or if they want to focus on cardio and just do a little bit of sculpting.
Jillian is very motivational, she's a great instructor, and shows you how to do the exercises properly. I feel confident in my form when doing each exercise (some exercise videos go too fast and I'm not sure I've got the proper form down and worry about injury). I highly recommend this DVD.
