1. First we'll talk about delivery. It come freight. They call you to set up a date for delivery, and then closer to that delivery date call you to set up a time window (mine was from 10 until 2). It came to me in one big box that weighs 300lbs. That being said they put it in a room of my choice.
   Next is assembly. It's actually the easiest treadmill I've ever taken part in assembling. Just make sure to follow the warnings on the box and in the manual to avoid injury.
   Now for what you want, the treadmill itself. It is actually a phenomenal treadmill. One of the earlier models received a Consumers Digest Best Buy Award, and it is easy to see why. It has a great suspension system to lessen impact on bones/joints. Also, not in the description here. It come with a Pulsar chest strap wireless heart rate transmitter. The displays are clean and easy to use, and the bigger screen is brightly lit.
   Finally we'll talk about the warranty which currently isn't shown here either. Motor - Lifetime Frame - Lifetime Parts - 2 years Labor- 1 year. The only reason for an extended warranty is for the parts. Which is basically your electronics. They are important as the treadmill can't operate without them, but I don't know if an extended warranty just for that is something you're interested in. So make sure to think about it.
   As I see it with the temperatures what they are during the day and evening I know I'll exercise more if I'm comfortable.

1. After looking extensively on the internet at different treadmills, I purchased the Pro 3 (2008 model) for 1,633. It is a great treadmill with plenty of room to run. Compare it to the Pro 1 and they are similar. The Pro 3 has these added features. Aluminum side rails and an ortho belt that is 2 inches wider than the Pro 1, it also is more stable because it does not fold. The Pro 3, in my opinion, is the best option out there for under 2,000. It has a lifetime motor and frame warranty. 5 year parts warranty and 2 year labor warranty if used in the home. Look at other treadmills with this type of warranty and you will be paying 3,000 or better for them. The machine is very solid and is excellent for runners. If you can find one for the price that I gave for mine it is hands down the best deal on the market for under 2,000 grand.



2. After searching both online and through local stores, I found this treadmill to be the only one in it's price range with a 22 inch wide (by 60 inches long) running surface, not to mention the 3 HP motor. I was also happy with the lifetime warranty on the motor and deck.
   
   The only cons to this treadmill are that it doesn't fold up and it is extremely heavy. I have read, however, that treadmills that fold up tend to be less stable than those that do not so this may be an advantage. As far as the weight, this also adds to stability once you have it in place.
   
   The manufacturer did not include an instruction manual, which was a mistake, but I was able to find it as well as their contact info online. Their customer service representative was both helpful and courteous.
   
   The treadmill was fairly simple to assemble. It appears to be a well made machine and I am pleased with my purchase.

1. This equipment is three pieces rolled into one. I use it as a tread mill, stair climber, and tread climber depending on my workout needs for the day. It is easy to use, easy to move, easy to change the settings, and easy to read the display. If used as directed, the equipment produces results in as little as six weeks. For the money, this is a great bargain.



2. This thing is a pretty good workout but after a few uses, it made a god awlful noise. I have to oil it down after every workout to get it to stop, besides that it's okay but for the money, you should get something else.
