1. The Echo1 MP5K/PDW is an excellent choice of weapon. Hop-up adjustment is very easy to work with and the carryability is great as well. I was immediately impressed with the fact that this one came with the butt cap as well as folding shoulder stock, two magazines one high cap and one 30 round short mag.
   
   Performance is great. In single-fire mode I was able to hit a dinner-plate sized taget from approximately 90-95 yards. Full-auto I was able to put 90 percent of the hits into the center of the target at the same distance. It is quite an accurate piece of equipment at these kinds of ranges. Outside of 100 yards though I was starting to lose accuracy. It was however very fun to just spray pellets at my targets from that distance and see what happened. There were a few hits but none went through the targets. Like I said it was kinda fun to just spray the targets down and see what happened.
   
   I can't give you a review on the power of this one as I do not skirmish and only collect these weapons for target shooting. I do not own a chronograph and do not plan on buying one. I will say though that I use card stock to print my targets on and nearly all of my target hits under 100 yards were through and through. So maybe that is indication enough of the power this one has.
   
   Noise however has been something of a problem for me. My neighbors were complaining about the noise of this one. They say that it is louder than both my M4 and my AK47. Although this is really only a problem for me if I plan to do any night shooting in my backyard. (My neighbors are usually quite forgiving)
   
   My only complaint about this MP5 is that when I took it out of the box, before putting the battery in, I was able to us ethe charging handle as if it were the real steel. However, as soon as you install the battery the charging handle is rendered inoperable. This is not a huge problem for me, but I am sure that there are some people who would prefer to be able to use the charging handle on their MP5.
   
   I should also point out that this is my first MP5 and I don't know if there are any other K/PDW models out there without this problem but I don't really care. I am otherwise, in nearly every regard very happy with my decision to purchase this MP5 and would recommend it to anyone looking for a lightweight AEG to use as their secondary or for target shooting.
