   I'm 5 foot 6 inches and wanted pro-style in a short-legged size. 12 inch foot to knee length is about right and these are full featured [and way affordable].
   
   TIP- use the thigh pad strap alone and toss the behind-the-knee strap [unless you're a skinny-mini and the shin guards rotate around your legs when you run]
