Shock Doctor Men's Power Compression Short with BioFlex Cup By Shock Doctor.

5 comments about Shock Doctor Men's Power Compression Short with BioFlex Cup.

  1. Get the Shock Doctor Ultra Supporter instead. These compression shorts push the cup up so that it ends up resting on my groin instead of protecting it. It became such a problem that I just decided to pull the cup out (only had the compression shorts on). However, the shorts for some reason keeps pinching on my groin skin. It makes it very difficult to do arm bars, and even hold half guard. I also have had the Ultra Supporter for the past year which worked excellent. Now I'm sorry I decided to switch to the shorts.

  2. Shorts are very comfortable and the produce quality seems very good. I'm wearing the shorts for MMA training - I haven't had the shorts for too long and the cup does seem to float a bit (not a big deal - just readjust) - I purchased two pairs originally and am likely to purchase another pair.

  3. If you need protection, then look no further. I use this for martial arts and can hardly tell i have it on. On a few occasions i even went jogging after martial arts class while wearing this and it was not one bit uncomfortable.

  4. got this for my 9 year old son to use while competing in karate. was tight and uncomfortable. A much cheaper old fashion cup did the work.

  5. I bought this for MMA training. It is very comfortable. I have a problem with compressions shorts pulling down because my legs are so big. These don't pull down as much as other shorts I have used but when they do, the cup slides down and pulls away from my body more than I am comfortable with. I plan to go to the jock style to eliminate this because I don't like to gamble with my junk. I will reuse the cup because it breaths really well because of the vent holes on the sides.

  1. Bought these for my great nephew (5 years old) - he loves wearing them when he's playing on his WII (or however that word is spelled).

I'm sure they outlast his wanting to "play" boxing.

  2. I bought these for my 9 year old daughter and she loves them. They provide great protection for her when she uses the 70 lb Everlast bag that I also purchased. She has devised her own way of getting them on and off by herself (even though she never wants to take them off).

  1. The bag comes unfilled, and I haven't used it yet, but the gloves are great, they're velcro fastening, so it makes it easy to get your gloves on when you're at home alone, they're also really durable. All in all I'd say this is a good purchase even if you don't use the bag, just to get these great gloves.

  2. i bought this for my filipino step son for xmas he really liked the product the gloves are very nice and the bag is good too. the bag doesnt have a large diameter but is made well and a good deal for the cost it is being used every day here comes the next pacquiao

  1. As far as value goes, I doubt you will find two sets of headgear and two pairs of gloves anywhere for sixty dollars (I'm accounting for shipping). They are just as they look, not low quality, but nothing fancy, and not remarkably durable. The seams of one of the headgear split soon after my purchase but a little duct tape has thus far kept it together. Everything so far has served its purpose. If you pay more, you'll get better quality, but this gear is expensive, and for somebody like me who just wants to box my friends, it suits me just fine.

  1. I have molded my Shock Dr. multiple times, and it still won't fit to my teeth. It is a very large mouthguard, and difficult for me to use comfortably. It stays in place just fine, but it definitely hurts my teeth after 15 minutes of continual use.

  2. This mouthguard is the best kind I've ever used. I tried the Shock Doctor Gel DNA single mouthgaurd and my lip kept splitting open, so I bought this one. Its great because it allows for easy breathing and speaking.

  3. Great piece of safety equipment. What can I say if you want to keep your teeth get one and a spare. Only four stars as the instructions for the set up of the item were a little vague when it came to which way is up and down. Sounds silly but had me guessing.

  4. This mouthguard looks great, but it isn't for people that have braces. :(

  1. I got this product for a great price which is why it was purchased. The gloves and bag were a great size for the 5yr old boy for whom they were purchased. However the design is quite disturbing, especially for little kids for whom this product is made! I ended up sewing a cover for the bag to cover the disturbing design (which includes dragons going through skulls). And getting a pair of plain boxing gloves and now am left with a pair of demented looking kids boxing gloves. However it is a great product, the sizes were great, however the look is just too disturbing, especially for little kids. This would've been perfect in say all black.
