2 comments about Firepower® Icon XL CO2 Airsoft Gun.

  1. It is really really accurate, and mine got 6 or 7 reloads per canister of Co2, it also is pretty heavy. For a Firepower gun it's great, but if you're looking to spend this much money on a gun, you can sometimes find the HFC M190 for the same price.

  2. Everything about thsi gun totally kicks ass. It has awesome power, and its nicely semi-auto. (as fast as you can click the trigger, it will shoot) It also doesnt use veery much c02, about 45 shots to a canister. The only problem with this gun is its a little bit difficult to reload. Its also really big for a spring pistol and has a very realistic feel. Its perfect for both cbq games and others. It has excellent hop up, and unlike other hop ups, this one doesnt go flying into the air. ITs perfectly accurate everytime is you use .2 grams bbs. Overall this is an awesome gun BUt..i bought thsi gun at big 5 on sale for 40 bucks instead of 70. It was in a Team SD box. Its definetly a better deal at big 5, its never more than 60 bucks. Get this gun, it also doesnt wear outlike a lot of sspring guns might and is very well made.

2 comments about Walther Airguns- PPK Shooter's KIT: incl. BB's, Co2, targets, & more!.

  1. The PPK is great for backyard or outdoor fun. Not much for target shooting. The feel, weight and look of the gun will just want you to keep shooting.
It does shoot erratic, but again, we're talking about a small BB gun.
For target shooters, 20' is about the range and the grouping is 5". But as I mention, you just want to go to rapid fire. The kit comes with: one clip, not enough, spend extra $15 for 3, you'll needed. 350 BBs, not enough. One CO2 get me around 160 shots. Blowback is great, really give you the feel of shooting a small firearm. The only drawback I find is the cavity for the CO2, it's too tight, you have to insert it butt first then it barely have enough clearance for the top to get in. mgso

  2. First thing's first, this gun is awesome. The stick magazine can hold 15 .177 BBs. Not much, but packs of 3 spare magazines are available from most dealers. The CO2 cartridge goes into the handle by popping off the grip.

Now, shooting this gun is crazy. The first 5-15 shots of a Copperhead Powerlet is nice and crisp. It almost feels like a real gun. I wasn't expecting such a hard blowback, and my grip was loose, so i almost dropped this piece of art. A word of advice: DO NOT get the Eagle Air Brass Eagle co2 cartriges! they are very inconsistent!

The accuracy of this gun is it's downfall, as the BBs fly on erratic paths. This thing has fairly decent groupings at 20 feet. Personally, i got groups of about 4.5 inches, with one hand.

Now, about durability. This thing has an all-metal frame and slide, with open ejection port. the plastic grip that pops off squeaks after a while. MAKE SURE you strip and lube it about every 500 shots! The slide will stick if you dont! Crosman sells oil for about 5 bucks.

If you use Daisy zinc-plated supersmooth BBs, and Copperhead CO2 Powerlets, this gun will provide you with years of enjoyment.
Just make sure to lube it, and never store it with BBs in the clip.

If you know where to buy the Crosman/Walther PPK, it will cost you anywhere from $59.99 to upwards of $100.00

    Accuracy: 8/10; Erratic
    Durability: 10/10; almost all metal
Ease of operation: 9/10; perfect for beginners
Efficiency: 9/10; Must constantly buy CO2
    OVERALL: 9/10; well worth $60-$100

"I came here to shoot you, and I'm out of ammo"
