1. If u love the classic M1911 but have no desire to buy the real thing, then this airsoft gun is for you. There are a handfuls of other airsoft 1911s out there but this model is the best for the price. Since it is a full metal gas gun, it is much more realistic than the cheap plastic spring ones. To get a full metal airsoft gun is to truly take the hobby to the next level. Believe me, this gun feels amazing in your hands, and at roughly the same weight as the real 1911, the only word to describe it is "solid". I believe the only plastic parts on it are the grips, the magazine feed nozzle, and parts of the blowback cylinder. Everyting else is metal! Also, the gun comes pre-oiled in an ok styrofoam case lying on a sheet of black I think satin or vinyl cloth. What's great is that you can actually replace the plastic grips as i have done with real 1911 wood grips which give it a much more realistic look and feel. If u didn't know a thing about guns, u probably woudn't be able to tell it wasn't real-it's that awesome. Everytime i pull the slide back and hear those metallic clinks i get shivers. When You pull the trigger, which by the way is very smooth, it sends a bb downrange at about 320fps. I know it hurts a lot from at least 20ft. The only real downsides of this gun are its paint durability which isn't a big deal and the manual it comes with. The English grammar is terrible and at times the words are mixed up and misleading especially when it's talking about the safety functions. What you need to know is this: the round button on the left side behind the trigger guard is the mag release, the thumb safety will only work if the hammer is fully cocked (like the real thing), in order to shoot, the grip safety has to be tightly held, and when the gun slide locks back after firing, take out the magazine (because it should be empty), insert a new loaded mag, and press the slide release lever on the left side above the trigger guard, at that point, it is ready to fire again without a second cocking. Though it's pretty rugged, like everything else, just take care of it and it will not disappoint you - it's a great gun and WE is a good company. If you're looking for a reliable 1911 at an afforable price(and don't care about slide engravings) then look no further, because this is it.

1. The gun didnt look anything like the picture when it came. More straight and like a real desert eagle. I was very disappointed with the power that this gun has. Even though the box says 275 fps with .12g bbs, this only shoots for me 215fps. It doesn't hurt though, and I guess that could be a good thing. Accept for that, everything is perfect and I would recommend this to anyone who's first starting. It has a huge magazine for a pistol. This is a great price for a desert eagle airsoft handgun. This was actually better than I expected.



2. this is a great gun. i have owned this gun for almost 6 month's now and it still works like it's new. this is a great starter gun and it doesnt hurt if you get shot in the face. the only bad thing is it scratches esily so becareful with it and if u drop this gun a few times it will be ok but if you drop it alot it would probaly mess up so becareful with it.



3. This gun is a great starter gun for a spring powered airsoft. Don't be fooled, it is not chromed it is a flat gray. This gun can be had for $5 less elsewhere on the web.

1. Im not a kid, I'm fourteen, I just didn't want to take the time to make an account. Anyway this gun is ok, if it's your first gun. It's ok for backyard wars and close range, but anything farther than thirty feet, you can forget about it. I'm not sure if this one has a blowback, but mine does and it's very fun to shoot if it does.



2. I just received two of these guns today and they both broke after about two minutes of shooting, don't buy it!!!



3. I hate this gun. It barely shoots fifteen feet at about 50 feet per second. It looks and shoots cool, but it really sucks. I don't recomend it at all

1. This pistol for its price is not a bad gun. I've owned it for about 2 months now and there has only been a couple small problems. It does not have a great range. The pellets tend to trail after about 30 feet (but you shouldn't need to shoot it any farther than that). The gun jams a little over half of the time. When I first got the gun after about 10 shots it stopped firing, after a little tinkering I found there was a little lever on the hammer that was stuck and was easily fixed with a pen. As I said before the gun is not bad so long as you try not to shoot too far beyond the effective distance and you take care of it.



2. After about 3 months the front of slide cracked off- I suppose the cocking was putting too much pressure on the small piece of plastic. Worked pretty well for the beginning but now is hardly usable due to only half of the slide being on it.



3. If you are new to airsoft, it makes a great first gun. It has good power for a spring pistol and it makes a great side arm. Great buy. Good for the price. Highly reccomended.
