- This has a heavy-duty exterior sleeve and a bladder meant to be filled with water. I bought a 50 lb bag of "play sand" at the local hardware store and used that as ballast instead. This does a great job of damping the motion of the heavy bag as you work out. It's essential -- definitely buy this if you're looking at a heavy bag.
- THE BAG ATTACHMENT HOLDS THE PUNCHING BAG IN PLACE AS DESCRIBED SO IT'S NOT SPINNING AROUND.
- I have used this now for about two months, the bag still moves and that causes the double end attachment to slide and the cord that attaches twists. But it basically does what it is meant to do. I have mine filled with water, I might try sand next to see if that makes it harder to slide.
