1. I purchased a M3 from Keiser not too long ago and it has literally changed my life. I actually enjoy working out now because of the smoothness of the ride and the ability to watch TV or listen to music uninterrupted by bike sounds (the M3 is silent during operation).

1. My wife and I were very pleased with our chrome cycle. Easy to pedal and relaxing to use. We normally sit in a comfortable chair and pedal for up to 30 minutes. As seniors, we don't go to fast but it does keep our joints in better condition. Since we don't really speed the unit does not move. It was an inexpensive purchase and easy to put away after using. A lot better than purchasing an expensive exercise bike.



2. I'm disabled and have a hard time getting to the gym. I also live in a cold climate and cannot get outside often. I can use this anywhere in my home. It is great for both the arms and legs. Great product for the price



3. My wife has bad knees and on her last visit to the doc he said if she didn't take a certain supplement and use an exercise bike 20 mins a day that she will be in a wheelchair in 'bout 10 years. She didn't want a whole bike becasue it's too hard on her back, so when she found this, she knew it was just perfect. She can do her exercises while sitting on the couch. It has no tension either and that's also a good thing for her. She just needs to move her knees not put tention on them. She is very happy with this product.



4. This is so not worth the money. I bought it after our team leader at weight watchers suggested we all try it while watching tv. It was a poor workout, barely did anything. The tension can only be tightened a little and there is no resistance. I should have spent a little more and gotten a better model. I ended up selling this at a yard sale two weeks later for $4. Pass on this particular one.



5. It seems to be of good quality, for the price, but there's one thing that it falls short on: the pedal resistance isn't very hard. It's ok if you are looking to move your legs around, but if you want to burn some calories or strengthen some muscle, this isn't the model. Even as tight as I could turn the knob it wasn't that hard to pedal.

1. I found the instructions to assemble this product somewhat confusing and it has never worked properly. I've contacted the seller multiple times, and even spoke on the phone with the manufacturer, but a broken part was never replaced and no one could explain what I did improperly (even when I sent photographs ) in the assembly. Finally, I found a local source that does repair and installation of exercise equipment and for nearly the same cost as the bike, I had it fixed.
   if you don't make your living assembling exercise equipment, don't buy this bike in this venue.

1. Although the widest seat I could find, I found it hard, unyielding, and overall very uncomfortable. I will be returning it.



2. I accidently ordered it, due to not understanding "1-click". I returned it.



3. My upright execise bike as a post with a 3-cornered plate that screws into the seat. This seat has the same hardware as a street bike; I bought it becasue it said it fits all and it does not. So if you have an exercise bike that uses a normal street bike seat, you will love this seat, it is large and cushy and otherwise an ideal seat for sitting for a long time.
