  1. The product makes me work and sweat and that is good. Good workout, reasonable price, decent quality, well worth the dollars spent.

  2. I got this a few months ago and really like it. It only took a little bit to put together. It's light and easy to move, so I don't have to leave it sitting in the living room when I'm not using it.
The only issues I have with it are that the distance counter doesn't always work and I'm too short to reach the handles. I'm 5 ft 2 in and have to lean over quite far to reach the handle when it's fully extended.
But other than those two things it's a nice bike and I'm glad I purchased it.

  3. The product works fine but putting it tpgether was very difficult. Obviously English is not their native language and it must have written by committee.

  4. I bought this bike on sale at a local sporting goods store for $99. Assembly was pretty easy and the bike seemed fairly sturdy considering the price. Unfortunately there was NO resistance whatsoever. I even tried wrapping a bungee cord tightly around the handle bars; it increased the resistance slightly, but nowhere near what I had hoped for. Within 10 minutes of finishing setting it up, I was taking it apart again to return to the store.

Right now I'm shopping for a *real* exercise bike, leaning toward one of the Schwinn models.

  5. When I unpacked the bike I was impressed by the design and the quality of the construction. The instructions were clear and the bike assembled easily. It works great...Runs smoothly and quietly. I'm looking forward to using it daily. If there's a negative it's the seat, it's pretty hard. I've ordered a foam pad.

  1. My eldery father, who has COPD and needed a way to do some low-impact cardio at home, bought this product after reading the product description on another site and mistakingly thought it would be like the stationary bikes he used in respitory rehab. He was very disappointed.

My father, who is not a tall man (now 5' 4"), had a lot trouble getting sitted on the machine. The seat bar does not adjust down low enough for shorter people to get sitted without having to balance on one of the non-locking pedals and using the likewise non-locking arm handles to help hoist yourself up. This is rather dangerous, in my opinion, seeing that in addition to the non-locking pedals and handles, the pedals are small, somewhat slippery (no textured surface for traction) and do not have safety straps, making it very easy for even rubber soled fitness shoes to slip off. Once sitted, he found the very hard, small seat was difficult to balance and rest upon. The machine was impossible to for him to use because he doesn't have the upper body strength to put part of his weight on the arm rests (not a good idea anyhow, as I found out myself - see below). Lastly, it took both my mom and me assisting to get him off the thing, because it's even harder to get off than on.

I'm in my 30's and considerably more fit than my father, and when I tried this machine, I absolutely hated it. I've done my time in fitness gyms and know that machine that cause pain are bad. And boy, this made me miserable. I'm short as well, so getting on and off was a problem. Then I couldn't get the seat adjusted to a comfortable height for me, and the seat was murder on my pelvic bone. I found it impossible to get seated in a way that wasn't causing discomfort. In order to exercise on this, I had to be a very awkward postion, resting part of my weight on the arm handles while still feeling my pelvic bone pressing painfully on the seat as I pedaled. This "best" position was slightly straining for my lower back too. There was simply no way to find a postion that didn't cause improper discomfort or strain. After about 20 minutes I had to stop, and I had bruised, sore palms and bottom for 2 days after, and it was not the good kind of soreness you should have after exercise - maybe after some particularly nasty S&M episode, but not exercise.

In a nutshell, we've found the machine unusable and my mom's going to give it to a charity org for a tax write-off. If you ask me, your money would be better spent on a gym membership that gives you access to proper work-out equipment.

  2. I would strongly urge not purchasing this bike. I ordered the 605S fan exercise Bike and what they sent was the E25 model. So, right from the start, I was sent the wrong model. I took things out of the box. It took me 4 hrs to put things together. There is quite a bit of assembly required and the tools that are provided are inadequate. The handle bars were labeled wrong so that I had to take them off and reattach when I thought that I had the bike all together. The resistance knob does not work. The chain keeps coming off. The instructions were quite inadequate and thus I had to rely on my mechanical knowledge to put all this together. I would say that this is a piece of junk and that I have wasted my money on this bike. I doubt that I could take everything apart and get things back into a box.
Thus, even though the product was terrible, I must say that the company supplying this product provided excellent service. Dazadi is not the maker of the product but the supplier. When I called Dazadi, they stuck with their policy of giving a full refund. Although they tried to reassure me that one else had complained about the product, they did admit that it was not a top of the line bike. They promptly gave me a refund of what I had paid and eventually arranged for UPS to come and pick up the box with the bike, as I had to take it apart and put it back into the box. I stick with giving the product a "1" rating, but I give the supplier Dazadi a 4+ on service. Thus anyone should be confident purchasing another Dazadi product that if there any problems, Dazadi will take care of the consumer. Michael Trigg

  3. It is perfect for building upper and lower body stregnth. Most stationary bikes don't have the arm movements. The fan style helps build your own resistance verses having it set for you. Though the design is basic it's stylish and serves it's purpose perfectly for the price. Great buy!
