1. The 31/21 -10 bat is just what my son wanted. The ball jumps off the bat. FYI - He has a 2006 30/20 -10 Vexxum that he used for a only week to lead his team in hits and HR's while competing in the Cooperstown Dreams Park tournament in NY. When we found the right price for the 2008 31/21 -10 and -8.5 Vexxum bats at Amazon, we jumped on it. The outfielders better back up :)

1. I bought this bat for my 10 year old son on account of the fact that it's 3 ounces lighter than his old bat and I wanted him to improve his bat speed. As a result, he's hitting with more power and consistency through the first 8 games of the season and several of his team mates are using it as well. It's a great looking bat and is very well balanced. Using a rotational hitting approach, it can generate tremendous power. The Carbon Nanotube Technology is the same that Easton uses in its hockey stick line and seems to create an almost whip-like generation of force. Well worth the money.

1. My two youngest daughters play both fast and slow pitch softball. This bat has as much pop as other high end bats on the market. 33/21.5 Is perfect for my youngest daughter who is still working on upper body strength.
