  1. THESE WERE PURCHASED FOR MY GRANDDAUGHTER WHO IS VERY PICKY ABOUT HOW HER CLOTHES FIT. WE HAVE GONE THROUGH SEVERAL BRANDS OF UNDERWEAR WHICH SHE REFUSES TO WEAR. WE FINALLY FOUND THESE, BUT I WISH WE COULD GET THEM LOCALLY RATHER THAN ONLY ONLINE! SHE SAYS, "THIS UNDERWEAR IS REALLY, REALLY COMFORTABLE. I WANT TO GET MORE OF THEM."

1 comments about Adult Hold & Stretch Footless Tights - 140.

  1. I am a nurse who works 12 hour shifts and I wear these tights in the hopes I wont get as many vericose veins. I tried regular support hose but they would pull and hurt my toes so I went with the footless ones. The only thing I don't like is that they can be tight around the ankle. I am 5'5 and 125 lbs and I couldn't imagine trying to fit in anything less than an XL! They are very indestructable- nothing like nylons that run if you think of touching them with a finger nail! I am not careful putting them on and I have yet to run a pair except for not being careful about laundry ( I think they got snagged on a zipper). I have tried other brands of tights and these are the best and longest lasting!

3 comments about Milliskin Footed Tights - 1099.

  1. I bought these tights in black as my first tights for ballet class. They are really a fantastic product. The fabric is soft and fits perfectly. I have heard that they often split in the crotch, but haven't worn them enough times to encounter any problems. All in all, perfect for dancers of all levels.

  2. I've gone through many versions of black tights as a dance student. M. Stevens' tights so far are the best I've worn. They are thick enough (the black version) that you don't have to double them up so that your skin doesn't show through. The milliskin material is wonderfully stretchy and breathable compared to a cotton/lycra blend. They've got a slight sheen to them, so if you don't want shiny tights, you might want to opt for a cotton/lycra blend instead (which Sansha does very well). I've had mine for about two years now using them 5 days a week for hours at a time and I can still wear them. I've had to sew up the crotch once but I wasn't surprised since I wear them ALL the time. You can also cut a hole in the bottom of the foot to make them convertible if you don't want to take them off every time (I do both ballet and modern and having to switch between footed and not is too much work). For white tights I would definitely buy two pairs, one will show almost everything. They've got a high waist which is nice if you want to attach elastic shoulder straps to hold them up. Definitely the only footed tight i'll ever need.

  3. i just got these tights, i haven't worn ballet tights before. i got them for the gym and am use to bike shorts and other spandex gym shorts. these are a little different they are very high in the waist, and are much tighter than expected. they are comfortable but take some getting use to. i dont dance in them so i have no comment there... but i have worn them to the gym and i felt very comfortable. the seam up the middle takes some getting use to, i guess if you dance you would wear a dancers belt. i didn't wear one or any underwear for that matter and i didn't have any problems. so to wrap it up these are good for running, working out, and dancing just keep in mind they are not low waisted and that takes some getting use to.

  1. My daughters have been dancing for many years. The Capezio hold and stretch are the only tights I will put them in for recitals. They fit well, hold up great. They are well worth the money.

1 comments about Child's Puff Sleeve Leotard - 504C.

  1. The leotard itself is very cute and fits true to size. THe only problem I have with it is that the flowers on sleeves and neckline are pinned on, not sewn. I was afraid they might open and poke my daughter during her class, so I took them off.
