5 comments about Boy XM8 Light Laser Spring Airsoft Rifle.
- this gun is not as good. i have used the tan and black version of it and it has no power and no accuraccy what so ever. in fact i have used this gun on th socom video game and it sucks there too. i also read a reveiw of the real gun and it sucks there in iraq too. im startin to think that they purposly made this gun suckie. just dont buy plz!
- Boy XM8 Light Laser Spring Airsoft Rifle. Awsome Rifle. the only thing wrong with it was the chamber seal. i had to flip the seal just to keep it working. other then that. i will be ordering thies rifles in bulk.
- this gun is an extremly low quality japenese hunk of plastic the laser goes way of target (just like the shot) the cocking device feels like it will fall right off the scope isnt real the accuracy and distance are horrible the stock on mine broke after 2 weeks use the gun didnt even come with the addvertised hanle grip on the front of the gun the olny good thing about the gun is the little plastic led light on the front is pretty bright so i took it of and gave the gun to my freind.Long story short, i whouldent buy this again if some1 was selling it for 50 cents.
- dont buy this.. my bro bought it and the coking thing is really annoying .also its dosent soot far at all!!the clip is messed up so it only shoots like twice!just save your money and find something else
- its ok but it doesn't shoot very far. Sometimes itll shoot more than one or two bbs but i dont care. Cocking is a little hard but not really. Also i disagree that it fells like the cocking device feels like its going to break. Its not very good but it works fine in close quarter combat

5 comments about Crosman® Quest .177 cal. Air Rifle with 4x32 mm Scope.
- I bought this rifle to dispatch some squirrels that have been invading our back deck. Initially, I was using a 20 year-old Daisy Powerline 881 from my youth but it didn't have the power I needed for a quick, humane kill. That's not the case, however, with the Quest 1000X.
When I opened the box, the first thing that struck me was how hefty and well-made this rifle is and the solid wood stock has a nice satin finish to it.
I'd read reviews about the scope being crap and having to constantly adjust it and for the life of me I have no idea what these guys are talking about. Once I put about 50 rounds through it to break it in, I zeroed-in the scope and now it's almost too easy picking off squirrels. As long as I do my part with the crosshairs, they're goners.
This thing hits hard. I shot it at my shed door - 1/2" thick particle board - and it went right through it from 10 yards away, using Superpoint pellets.
I found this rifle shoots the Predator pellets (Nylon ballistic-tipped) very accurately. I don't have any sandbags for an accuracy test but the real-world results speak for themselves...I'm picking off squirrels left and right like it's nothing. And they just drop dead in their tracks.
My one complaint about this rifle is the trigger. From the factory it's absolutely horrible. You'd pull back and pull back about 1/2" and never know when it's going to fire. Once I adjusted the trigger to get rid of all that takeup, I pull back and it stops...at that point any more pressure lets it go. There's a screw you can turn to take out all that slack, it's in the instructions and simple to do.
I bought mine at a local store on sale for less than I've found online. The salesperson told me not to dry fire the gun or I'd ruin it and the instructions say so as well, just a heads-up.
Great gun, great value and I give it a full 5 stars. I'm really pleased with it.
- no to the qestion in another review i have 55 year old benjamin pump bolt action airgun and its a beast i got it from my father
it has a hairpin trigger that a slight touch will set off also i have shot quit a few other pellet guns and it depends on the gun about the trigger most of them dont take that much of a pull if u open up the bottom of the gun (wich i wouldnt recomend unless you know what your doing) you can mess with the sensativity by recalibrating the trigger action
- I've had my Crosman for sometime now and I enjoy it alot. It has some good power. I use mine to hunt squirrels and rabbits. I've dropped them at 40 yds no problem. One shot kill, as long as my aim is on. Groups really nice and I really like the wood stock. I did change the scope so I can zoom in on my target better. The old scope was good, I just need more magnification. It's a good gun.
- The gun has nice heft and seems to be of quality build. I've fired only about 100 pellets, but it seems to be accurate and keeps a pretty flat trajectory out to at least fify yards using Beeman Silver Sting pointed pellets. But I do have a major beef with the length of the trigger pull--it is nearly half an inch even when adjusted to its shortest setting. This makes it almost impossible to know when the thing will actually fire, which can greatly effect one's accuracy (at least mine.) Do all airguns have a long trigger pull? This is my first one.
John
- Go to Walmart and buy a Beeman 1100 series. It's cheaper, better, and doesn't require shipping.

1 comments about Beeman Kodiak Match Extra Heavy Pellets (500 count).
- Great pellet. After mounting a 4-16X40 Centerpoint scope on my rifle-(Gamo Big Cat 1200) I was a little dissapointed that the pellets in my rifle could not mach with accuracy the abilities of the scope. Prior to these pellets my groups were all over the place. As soon as I started using these my groups tightened dramatically. The heavier pellet is much more stable in flight and less vunerable to wind. They also have very good knockdown power for a .177 pellet. You can definately tell the difference. I use these for small game hunting around my ranch. I took out a sparrow sized bird with a luck off hand shot, you could hear a nice whooop as it hit it's target. I think you're more likely to make more accurate and humane kills with these pellets vs a lighter, higher velocity-less stable pellet. From now on these are the only pellets I'm using.

- It's a decent bag. It's fairly large and for the most part the material seems high quality.
The only negative is an extremely cheap feeling zipper.
