1. Works really well on carpet,could easily be taken with you on holiday or for staying in hotels.Ideal for doing backward and side lunges.Useful for working out quads and glutes without any impact to the knees or ankles.



2. These are great. Easy to use. Well made. Haven't bothered with the DVD yet.
   Only reason for not 5 stars is price. Though not expensive, seems like they should be more like 10-15 dollars....



3. I tried a different "glide disc", and returned them when I was told about the Val Slides. These are WAY superior to the other brand, as they have padding (easier on the knees), are shaped more for the foot rather than a circle, and come with covers for use on hard surfaces (i.e. gym floor). The video was very helpful, provided 3 levels of intensity. I've even bought another glide video for variety. I have recommended this brand of slides to several people, who have since purchased them. Great product!



4. As a personal trainer i am always looking for something new for my clients. The overall package is nice(carry case-slide covers) with a easy to follow dvd/slide card and they even throw in some very sound nutrition advice within the dvd. The exercies are great for beginnners or advanced fitness levels and you can hit the upper and lower body (with your core engaged) I would say go for it if your not sure!!

1. This product is affordable and very sturdy. I didn't think I was going to get as high quality a product as I did. If you search online you can find this at a very affordable price compared to whats out there and this is probably the best of them. Its got a wide base so you can twist on it and it will not wobble. And this thing can get some very hard angles. Great addition to my home gym.



2. I've beed doing exercise for about six months and I noticed that my tummy wasn't getting better at all :( . So I ordered this abs bench about a month ago. Since I got it you can see the big difference. I was shopping around and amazon was the best price. I really recommend this product. as long as you use it you will see the difference :)

3. Had this for about 2 months. Use it on a weekly basis to strengthen my core. Like the ability to increase/lower the angle of the tilt. Cushion is of durable material and is long enough for me (I'm 5'7). Everything's built solid.



4. First time to buy this product. It is an excellent addition to my growing home gym. I like it and helps me build a stronger physique.

1. After only three weeks of using this DVD I had results I could see and feel. I've tried other DVDs and contraptions that promise tighter abs in a record amount of time, but this is the first product that truly delivers!
   
   I think what impresses me most and makes this DVD so easy to follow is it's simple, straightforward approach. Fitness expert Adam Ford leads you through the moves, which he thoroughly explains and you are able to take at your own pace. Because the DVD is so basic without annoying music or visual distractions it's easy to come back to again and again.
   
   Surprisingly, a tighter, stronger midsection wasn't the only positive outcome of using this program. By strengthening my lower back and other core muscles my posture has improved dramatically.
   
   I've recommended this DVD to several friends of different ages and all have had great results! I can’t wait to try the other DVDs offered by Ridgeline Fitness.

1. When the first one arrived, it had only 2 of the 4 shown tension adjusters on it. I thought it must be a defective model and I returned it, asking for a replacement. I asked that the shipper check the box had the correct product before sending replacement. The replacement came and still had only 2 of 4 tension adjusters. This box had no signs of being opened, checked and re-sealed. I've returned the 2nd one and will seek another company's stretcher that is truly what is pictured and advertised. If a product is stripped of features, the photos and advertising should reflect the change and not be sold as the originally equipped model.



2. A regular exercise program would give the same results. This just breaks up the monotony.



3. This is a real pain to keep adjusting for stretch. It's not the easiest to adjust either. I don't use it very often just for that reason.



4. This is the most under-rated piece of equipment I've ever seen. First, it's not just for women..it was once marketed to both men and women. Second, it's not only for abs - in fact I've found it particularly helpful for upper arm strength, especially triceps. I started using this when I was completely out of shape, based on the notion that five to ten minutes first thing every morning (combined with more attention to my diet) would be a good start. I found it easy to keep to this schedule, and varied the exercises somewhat day by day. I was amazed at the progress I saw in about 30 days, both in terms of my muscle strength and my stamina, and have now been using this for over two years! I've never been good at keeping up with a health club membership. While this does not provide the full workout you can get at a health club, the fact that it's so easy to use and can be used for so many muscle groups has turned me into a real fan. In less time than I'd spend travelling to the health club, I'm done with my morning exercises. It's light and non-metallic, so I can pack it when I travel and use it on the road. It's also adjustable, so as you develop muscle strength, you can increase the tension level. You can choose to do a set number of repetitions, or (as you get more toned) work till you achieve muscle failure. The price is ridiculously cheap (alright- it's just a couple of bungee cords with handles and a center tie). I've given these as presents to about ten of my friends who have not regularly exercised, with encouragement to use it every day, even if for a short period. While I have now supplemented this with free weights and some other items, I continue to use this daily and to be amazed at how useful this little thing is.



5. Not too much work to it, but I think that's all some people need. Builds muscle in your arms really fast, but for me, that was about it. The examples for use weren't much to me. Anyway, great for arms!
