1. I don't have a basis for comparison with other similar products, but I've been very happy with the power tower. It's quite sturdy and no sign of bending anywhere in the frame. I like that all the exercises are done on one side so that it fits more easily in a small room. It's low enough that you do have to bend your knees during some exercises, but this has not been a problem for me, and if it were much taller it wouldn't fit in some rooms. Overall great product.

1. This thing is great. Built tough as nails. There are myriad exercises for you to do from beginner to advanced as your core strength and stability improve. You won't be disappointed in the results if you stick with it. Get it. USE it.



2. Sometimes the simplest thing can be the best thing in the world. Gee, I wish I came up with this gadget, I would be a millionaire by now. If you want to work your arms, abs, back, just use this EVIL WHEEL everyday. Forget about Sit Ups, and wasting money on BIG HEAVY machine. This Wheel can be used for ANYONE ANY age, ANY sex, and of course at ANY place~! Do not worry, I will come up with some gadget next time and be a millionaire! We all be glad I did it~!!
