- i live in alaska, and tried cuddle duds after a friend suggested them. i have found that they are incredibly warm! obviously one has to layer a bit in cold winters...just putting any sort of thermal on under jeans and a sweatshirt isn't always going to do it, but these seem to efficiently cut back on the bulk created by other thermals. this is great for hiking outside and snowshoeing in the winter cold and snow.
- I have the Cuddle Duds long-sleeved top and as you put the garment on, you can feel warmth from it. It's almost like putting on a pre-heated shirt. I love it as a pajama top. It's warmth without bulk and it is a fabric that doesn't work it's way up on your body or arms as you sleep.
- I guess this item just really wasn't what I expected, although there is nothing really wrong with it either. I ordered this in black and didn't expect it to be so shiny and slip-like. Although smooth enough to be suitable for an undershirt, it is not something I will wear as "daywear." I suppose I just expected something a bit more..."cuddly"?

- I just returned from a vacation in Vermont. After wearing my Hot Chilly's all week in temps ranging from 10 degrees to minus 12 degrees, I can truly say that they are awesome! I wore them under insulated snow pants for snowmobiling and under knit pants for around town shopping, etc. I stayed snuggly and warm. The material reminds me of heavy flannel but with stretch. I have recommended them to all of my family and friends.

- This product is very, very comfortable. I wear it under a regular shirt during cold weather or in extremely cold air conditioning.

- The duofold name is good product, however, the ordering via Amazon was not a good experience. I realize Amazon is working through a distributor of this product, however, it doesn't do well for Amazon (think on this one as you are my favorite from the first day on...). The item was backordered, and then received weeks later in the wrong size. Not good. Pick your friends wisely, or don't have any. Saying one is not responsible doesn't take away the bad experience - it only attaches it to a great company.
