1. I returned this product because I didn't feel like a suade sandel would look nice for very long since sandels are meant to be worn or have fun in. Otherwise the sandel was as it should be...comfortable and the fit was perfect.



2. Ordered as a gift and gave it to her on vacation - too bad the sandal was too big. Had to return it, waiting for a credit to get a smaller size. The sandal was NICE as are all Birk's!



3. So WHAT IS the deal with some of you reviewers here at Amazon? I mean seriously, why do you leave a review on a product that only talks about it was too big and you had to return it? AND then you rate it only 3 stars??!!?!? If you cant speak to the quality or condition then don't leave a rating that make me question the item. Enough of my rant....
   
   So I bought these sandals (no thanks to the 1st two reviews) and like the 1st pair of Berks I bought 4 years ago I absolutely love them. Very soft, already starting to "mold" to the shape of my foot, etc. I actually bought two pairs at the same time. This one w/ strap for when I'm doing alot of city walking or know there will be alot of stairs (like at a ballgame) and the other to replace my first pair that had simply worn out. Order a pair you wont be disappointed!!



4. As always, Birkenstock pleases. Great comfort, great style, perfect fit. Makes your feet humm. You can never go wrong with Birkenstocks!

1. Although this product came marked Birko it is the same as the original Birkenstocks I have had in the past. It is the same fine product.



2. These sandals arrived promply. They fit and feel great. The soles formed to my feet in a couple of days. They are an inexpensive way to buy Birkenstock-like products and are of the same quality. Don't be fooled by any bad reviews.



3. As always a great product from Betula, quick shipping I had shoes in hand only three days after order.



4. I bought Birkenstock sandals in the past and needed to replace them. The selection offered on Amazon.com was extensive, the price was very good, and delivery was prompt--only a few days wait. 1. I had been looking for an attractive semi-dress shoe for some weeks when my sister told me about the Birkenstock sandal. She had had her pair about 4 years and found them very comfortable. I bought a pair and have worn them for work and play, and am very satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone that wanted a quality shoe at a reasonable price.



2. I've had Birkenstocks before so I know what the shoe is. I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived four days after being ordered. I will use this company again.



3. This is the only shoe I will wear even in the winter. My feet just feel so much better when I wear Birks!

1. I have had several pairs of Birkenstocks over the years and have always enjoyed wearing them. They are very comfortable and really help a heel spur on my right foot. This is the first time I have worn the "flip-flop" style. I'm having to adjust to having the strap between my toes again. I also really like the leather color from which they are made.



2. This sandal accentuates the beauty of the foot, while giving a substancial protective sole. It takes a little wearing to accostom the space between the toes to a thong, but once done, the sandal is comfortabe and easy to slip on without reaching down to the foot.



3. I love these sandals. they are comfortable. I had a hard time finding black patent leather in the Washington, DC area (DC, MD and VA). I loved Amazon for carrying them and the price was right!



4. before i bought these i had one pair of birkenstock sandals that i occasionally wore. i bought these because i wanted a slightly more polished looking pair of summer sandals. my feet are a pain to buy shoes for. i have a high instep, wide feet, and metatarsalgia. these have been awesome! it took a few days of wearing them to break them in, but now they are amazing. i've been pretty much wearing them everywhere and getting tons of compliments too. they are a great shoe for anyone, but especially those who are often doomed to other comfort shoes that look like you're wearing comfort shoes.



5. This is one of the first slippers / sanders that I can wear with anything and everything. Great for the hot summer days.
   Excellent choice and I would recommend anyone and everyone to get at lease 1; thus far I have purchase 6.

1. These were purchased as a gift. The recipient loves the shoes and says they are very comfortable.



2. very comfy, like going barefoot. This is my first pair of birkenstocks and I know I will be living in these this summer. I plan on getting other styles as well.



3. You can never go wrong buying Birkenstock shoes. The comfort is not matched by any other shoe manufacturer. I will only buy the original Birkentstock.



4. This was a great purchase! I was initially worried it may not arrive on time; because I ordered it so close to graduation. However, it arrived quickly (before graduation). I was able to pick a style and color that fit her personality perfectly. I was so happy to be able to get her a great pair of sandals, at such an affordable price! 1. I have feet that are very difficult to fit; and, because of lower back pain, I need footware that will alleviate the pain, not exacerbate it. I have a tough enough time finding shoes that fit; good, supportive sandals are nearly impossible. But these Tatami Nebraska sandals (by Birkenstock) fit the bill -- I mean feet. I particularly like the backstrap (without it, sandals just don't seem to stay on my feet (and I hate that annoying "flip-flop" sound, anyway). I wear these mostly indoors, so I like the trademark Birkenstock tread on the soles. It's quite smooth with subtle grooves, so it's not detrimental to carpets (unlike the agressive waffle and knobby paterns of most running/athletic shoes). These sandals are very similar to the Birkenstock Milano model, which I have owned in the past. However, these are far more comfortable (more ergonomic); they appear to be better constructed (more durable); and, tah-dah, they're about half the price! So, you can say "Birkenstock," but I'll say, "Tatami" -- Nebraska, that is.



2. These sandals are great after they get broken in. Give yourself a little time before you decide that you don't like them.

1. These sandals are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. Well worth the money. I have worn them everyday since they came in the mail. I just love them.



2. I found these Birkenstocks through an amazon search, and was thrilled by the price. (About $40) I wear these shoes indoors nearly every day, so I have become attached to arizona birks because of their comfort and versility throughout the seasons. (Yes I wear socks with them) This particular variety appears to fit just a little differently at the toes than my last pair, but I am not sure if that is because the last ones had worn down by the end, or if this sizing is a little different.
   Either way, they are Birkenstocks, that outstanding brand of shoe, that lasts for years, and are so good to your feet.



3. I got these for a whopping $25 including shipping, and as Birkenstock fans know, that was a bargain! However, the size says it should fit women 5-5.5 and I usually fit size 6-6.5, yet they are still a size too big. I will have to live with them like that since this was the only size at the $25 discontinued price. If you are going to buy Birks online, I recommend going to a local store and trying them on for size first.



4. Obviously, Birkies are great sandals, they take a bit of getting used to, don't give up on them, your feet will thank you! The color makes all the difference, it makes the sandals a bit more modern and girly - less granola like! I'm a convert now, my feet are happy and my back is too! I even bought a pair of the Birkie clogs for around the house, to wear instead of slippers, expensive slippers I know but worth it on my ceramic tile floors, you don't realize the amount of time you spend on your feet at home, it's just as important to have good shoes there as well - go with a fun color to give the sandals an updated look!



5. Buyer beware! My Birkenstocks were in the car this spring and it turned into a 90 degree day. The cork and sole literally separated and shrank! Turns out this is a common flaw. There's a warning on the website and in the care of Birkenstocks info you receive...but it isn't covered by warranty. I wouldn't buy another pair because I would like my sandals to survive in the heat of Montana...

1. The order was promptly processed and I received the sandals as expected within a few days. However, the sandals were too small, so I returned them and ordered another pair. I returned the sandals about three weeks ago and have still not received a refund for the initial order.

   I received a very curteous response that the refund had been processed. My concern was addressed and all is well.



2. Comfortable once worn in. I had my last pair for 4 years so they fit me perfectly so it was kinda dissapointing to go through the process again



3. I don't understand what people see in these sandals. I ordered a pair and they were so big I couldn't keep them on. However, I kept them, and recently I have gained some weight - even in my feet. Also, I broke my toe a few days ago, so I thought I would try these sandals again. Well, they did feel good for the toe, but my right foot made such a sucking noise when I walked that I changed to another shoe. I didn't want everyone in the store looking at me because of the sucking noise. I just don't get it.



4. These sandals are very, very comfortable but beware of the narrowness and the break in period. They are not very comfortable at all right away, but after a few days everything finally settles in. Also, I have rather wide feet and they just barely fit, so if you have wide feet take that into consideration. I'd recommend going to a shoe store, trying them on and then buying them off Amazon if you can. It'll make absolutely sure they fit because I simply got lucky here.
