1. Is there really only one per package? They are made of fleece, not wool. I'm afraid they were too high priced for me to even try them.



2. Gramma has no business giving a product one star, when she did not even purchase it. Had she purchased it, she would have seen that: they keep feet so warm and cozy, feel so soft, and wear like iron. They last for years and years with frequent washings. I'm not the only one not likeing Gramma's one star on this product that she did not try...... click on the link that asks if this comment was helpful (on Gramma's review) and you will see others comments that feel the same.



3. I admit they are our most expensive socks, but on a cold day there is nothing like them! They make a world of difference in keeping both children and adults warm. My son gets cold easily and he relies on his acorn socks when he knows he will be outside on a cold day (sledding, skating, etc). They last for years even with frequent washing. At first I hesitated, because of the price, but now I am buying my son his third pair, because they are worth it!

1. I ordered some of these socks as a last-minute Christmas gift. It turned out that the style I chose was "out of stock" but, even though it was during the holiday rush, a customer service rep contacted me and actually sent me pictures of what was available. He even discussed what was popular within the age-group I was buying for! He "rushed" them to me and followed up to see if I got them on time. This type of customer service is very rare ... this is a great seller!



2. the product did not hold up to the standards of the manufacture it ripped in the seam in four weeks.



3. I've got several pairs of ACORN fleece socks, and they are worth the price - they've lasted me several years. They are thick fleece, very soft and comfortable. The fact that the socks are made with seams, rather than as a tube, means that they have a very good fit. I mostly wear them around the house without shoes, or at night in bed (being female, I always have cold feet, fingers, and nose at night).
   
   My only wish is that ACORN made another version of these socks with little rubber grips - we have hardwood floors and stairs in our house, and with these socks, the combination is very slippery.



4. Love them. They fit perfectly. We live in remote Michigan where the climate is really cold in the winter. We live in our fleece socks. This vendor was very nice to do business with.

1. Bought 6 pairs for Mom, Dad, and my younger brother. They love it very much. We rarely use heater at home, so this socks are very-very useful. My dad wears it all the time.
   
   It is really warm as others said. I am very glad that they like it. The value is even more worth than the price...
   
   PS: The Leopard motive looks even better than the picture...



2. Acorn "PolarFleece" socks are wonderful, because of being comfortable in both warm and cold weather.



3. These are great socks. Lightweight warm comfortable. I've bought around 10 pairs.
   
   Unfortunately, I've found out that after 3-4 cycles of washing and drying the stitching loosens and the socks no longer fit properly. After this happens they tend to bunch up under one's feet in the shoes. Very uncomfortable!!
   
   I bought a similar item from LL Bean. They're one dollar cheaper and do not loosen up after a few uses. They are a better value for the money.



4. I can't wear them under anything except for my boots because they are thicker and looser than normal socks-they tend to bunch up under most of my shoes (loafers, slip ons, cross trainers).
   
   But I didn't buy them for that anyway. They're my official football watching socks, great for wearing around the house but do not seem durable enough to wear like a normal, everyday sock.
   
   Very warm and comfortable. I highly recommend them.



5. It is now February 10th and I still have not received this product. I tried to go to the website that I was given to find out about the product and the website does not exist. Not happy...

1. This is my first pair of Acorns! I read some reviews of another Acorn moc (different style) and was confused about what size I should order as the other style sounded like they ran small. My feet are a size 7 and are pretty wide. I decided on the medium (6.5-7.5) and am so glad I did. I'm quite sure the size small would have been too small, pinching my toes. Barefoot, the mediums feel a tiny bit big (wide). With socks on they feel just right.
   
   They seem well made and have good treads on the bottom, and I'm loving the "Ocelot" color! Gotta love some fuzzy animal-print slippers!
   
   I've only had them for a few days, but so far I can definitely recommend these slippers! Thanks to the other reviewers for helping me decide!



2. I wear these slippers everyday, all winter long. My first pair lasted a few years, now I'm on my second. I've never found anything more comfortable (or warm). However, my shoe size is an 8 but I wear the 6 1/2-7 1/2 in these slippers, so I'd say order the size smaller than your shoe size.



3. The slippers feel just like they look and are very washable without disaster. My only complaint is the sizing.
   I wear a 7 shoe and the 6 1/2 to 7 1/2 were very large on me. I had to get the 5 1/2 to 6 1/2 and they are not
   too small.



4. These are by far, the best slippers I've ever had. They are true to size and are warm and oh so comfy. My last pair lasted several years and this current pair will do the same I'm sure. I highly recommend them for anyone with cold feet!



5. I really enjoy these slippers and I am fortunate in that my children take turns in giving me a pair each Christmas!

1. Have worn Acorn slippers for years; they last and last! Comfy, sturdy, warm and easy to wash. We've noticed the fit has gotten a little smaller, now that they are made in China. Two things we would like--better sizing, sized in narrow and wide, as well as, individual sizes, not multi-sized AND even though they are cushioned, more would be better, with a little arch support. We like the tex moc and polar moc styles the best. Don't ever want to be without them! We love them!



2. I JUST RECEIVED THEM YESTERDAY AND I REALLY LIKE THEM. THEY ARE EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE AND WARM. THEY ARE MADE WELL AND THEY FIT GREAT. I PURCHASED THEM FOR I ABOUT $15 AND I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER.



3. I got these for my husband for Christmas and he loves them. They are sturdy and comfortable.



4. We LOVE these slippers. I bought them for myself and my two teenage sons. They are warm and soft--very comfortable. Plus they have a hard sole so my sons wear them outside (!?).



5. The shoes are nice lightweight material. There's not alot of support and I find my feet roll to the sides easily. Shoes are machine washable. Not the best shoes or the worst but I like them.
