- Acorn slippers are great. They last for about 2 years, are warm and fit well and have a strong sole.
- The shoes are nice, properly sized, and were delivered promptly. However, the Shoes.com confirmation process was faulty, and their CS about that problem was really lousy and arrogant. I'd probably buy from them again if I had to, but I wouldn't if I had a choice of vendors.
- The product is good quality and fairly price. The only negative aspect was the sizes on the site to choose from were S-M-L and XL. This becomes a guessing game when it comes shoe size. When the product arrived it had a shoe size of 12-13 which was an XL and ended up being the wrong size.
- I've had Acorn slippers for about the last 10 years and I've always liked the product... they last forever, have never had any problems with mine, and I find them to be very comfortable. The last pairs I've had were made in the USA, so I was disappointed to see that this new pair I bought were made in China. Based on other (bad) experiences I've had with Chinese made products, I doubt these will last as long as my last pairs, and if they don't I won't be buying them again.
- It's hard to find good slippers in the winter holiday season, when the store shelves are full of "generic" slippers.
It's even harder if your shoe size is over the standard size 12.
These Polar Moc slippers are warm and comfortable without the "foot sweat" problem found with synthetic and natural shearling or fur linings.
They have a good light "rubber" sole; I've worn them indoors and out with no problem.
This pull-on slipper style eliminates the problem previously found with scuff-type slippers, where they would fall off as I was walking up stairs.
I've enjoyed these Acorn slippers for over a month, and will hopefully enjoy them for a few more years.

- Acorn website mainly talks about how proud they have been in business for years in their little town in US. A shame they have to sell a product made in China like everybody else. At least their China product is better than the junk being made for LL BEAN which I tried previously and sent back. After one month slipper holding up well.
- I bought these a couple of weeks ago and absolutely love them. When I first put them on I blurted out, "It's like walking on kittens!" I didn't mean it in a bad way and I know it sounds sick, but you'll feel the same way once you put them on. :-)
- Pretty comfy-I wear slippers year-round so it's important they be well made. We will see how these hold up but the construction looks good.

- My foot is a 10-1/2 and this shoe barely fits me, even though it's supposed to go up to 11-1/2. But it does fits me and it's pretty comfortable. The insole is a bit "spongy" which makes for an unsteady walk at first, but as I use them more, it's breaking in nicely. The sole is a nice, thick piece of plastic which is great if you run outdoors to pick up the newspaper or bring the garbage can to the curb. I do recommend this shoe.
- These are well made but on the narrow side. I'm hoping they'll break in over time. A great price.
- Hello,
Well, I've been wearing these slippers for about a month now.
I like them, except one thing..
It is like they are lop-sided.
I believe when they made them they did'nt go tight enough on the leather going around the shoe.
Now, when I wear the shoes, they are lop sided. My foot kinda slips out of them on the side.
My girlfriend keeps commenting on how I should have returned them because of the lop-sidedness.
First pair of shoes that did this to me.
Hmmm.
- I think it is refreshing when you get what you pay for - it doesn't seem to happen very often anymore. The slippers are exactly what I expected and work well for me. I purchased men's x-large 12m-13m and I have a size 12A foot. These slippers fit like a glove. Great for me but I would guess that some one who was a 12M or larger would be disappointed with the fit, too tight and/or too short.
Personally, I would be willing to pay a little more for this slipper if it came with a sole that would last longer as I think the life span on these slippers is not great - maybe a year or a so.
- My father loves them because he can wear them outside and the lining is cooler than most slippers.

- oh my feet are thanking me right now as I type this for buying these awesome slippers, they have support, fit great (and I have huge feet!), soft, hard sole underneath so I can step outside for a bit, man, can't ask for anything more! I am 6 months pregnant and these are a life saver for my poor swollen feet!

- Have only worn these two weeks, but so far the foam inside is very comfortable. I do wish, however, that the velcro area was a little larger. I am hoping that these will last a long time, for this kind of money.
- I love these slippers. Regardless of price (I got them on sale for $15) they are worth any price tag. I have a pair of $50 slippers that pale in comparison. So far, the memory foam holds it's shape. Even though the toe is open they are so warm and cozy, I will wear them year-round. I was immediately impressed by the construction, seaming, and softness. They feel like fur against your skin - that's the only way to describe it. I am going to purchase a pair for all of the women in my family!
- I bought these for my mom who just had toe surgery and needed open-toed slippers. She loves them! That's no surprise, because I have 4 pairs of the Acorn Spa Wrap slippers myself. Those are the closed-toe, regular slippers. But they're made with the same adjustable closure and the same memory foam soles as these Spa Slides. I don't think you'll find anything more comfortable than these slippers.

- Best house shoe on the market. Comfy but not flimsy. Quiet sole. Well made. Fits like a glove. Looks good. What else can you ask for?
- These slippers are comfortable for inside wear. They have a hard sole that makes walking to the mailbox - even in the rain perfectly ok. I'm very glad I bought them. They seem to be true to size.
- I ordered this pair of bootie-style house shoes because they were advertised as having the four features I was looking for: non-slip soles, arch supports, memory foam insoles and washability. Because they are made of wool, they are very warm, and because they are five and a half inches high (including the outer sole and insole) they keep my ankles warm as well as my feet. The outsoles are very sturdy, non-slip material. The insoles are thickly padded with memory foam and have a good arch support built in. The uppers are thickly lined. The pull-tabs at the back make it much easier for my arthritic hands to pull the shoes onto my feet. I have not washed these shoes yet, so I don't know how much, if any, they will shrink. I will wash them in cold water, and hopefully they won't shrink at all. I am very pleased with this purchase; these are the warmest, most comfortable house shoes I have ever worn.
- I really like bootie slippers, but they're impossible to find except around Christmas, and even then, not that easy. I really like the Dearfoams, but couldn't find any. These are close and I like them and wear them, but the only reason I don't give them five stars is because the sole is too stiff for my usual habits, like sitting cross-legged on teh floor or sitting on one foot in my desk chair. But they are quite nice when you have to run outside and they were even good enough for an impromptu dash to the store. I really like the deep red color.
- These are great slippers. I bought my Mom a pair, and she loved them. So, I had to get me a pair of them. They mold to your feet. They are a little big, but then the med. was small. They don't have half sizes, but that's ok. I like them.

- My husband as been asking for a new pair for a couple years and when he received these, he was so happy!
- I love this product, but not the company that sent it. They finally shipped it two weeks after I ordered, then it sat on a Kansas dock for 3 additonal days. Email was sent to company with no response. Obviously, they don't care about customer service.
- I love these; warm, fuzzy, comfortable and long wearing. I have given these as gifts and they love them as much as I do.
- too loose. hoped they would be snug/secure enough to provide a safer condition than the typical slipon slipper. going to try a soft sole moccasin next. otherwise the quality is good.
- How great to find these slipper sox in large sizes. I have been to many sites looking for them. Shipping was super fast. They are really warm and last forever. I will definitely mark this site.

- This is my second pair of this great slipper. Our whole family wears Acorns. Really comfortable.
- Nothing better than these slippers for walking around comfort and that "ahhhhhhh" feeling when you put them on!
- It's foolish to buy shoes (or slippers) on line. You can't try them on. But I took a chance, and I'm sorry. The inner sole is so soft and spongy that it hurts my back to wear them. Unfortunately, it's too much trouble to return them, so I ate the purchase price. I should have known better.
- I have been wearing these slippers for years and have bought them as gifts. They feel great on and worth the money.
- A excellent slipper with a very comfortable fit. Easy to put and take off. Excellent sole too. I would recommend them.

- I LOVE these slippers! I am on my second pair. My feet are always warm so I don't want slippers that will make them hot, but I live in a tiled house and want something comfy. These are IT! They are extremely comfortable. The cushioning is better than any other I've tried. They do run big. I'm an 8 1/2 and I wear a medium in these. I tried them on at Neiman Marcus so I knew that. Love them and highly recommend them!
- I love these slippers. I wear them so much that I now need another pair. It just happens to be off season and its hard to find a pair under thirty dollars. I thought I'd let everyone know that these open sandal-like slippers are at stores like Marshalls and TJ Max for about $10 to $12 dollars. I like the closed back which are nowhere to be found. When its the season they are about $20 at Marshalls.
- I love these slippers! Ever since a roommate's dog made a meal out of my last pair of thong slippers, I've been wanting another pair, especially for the warmer summer months. I bought these on a whim, and they are so soft and comfortable. The footbeds feel like they have memory-foam material in them, and the fabric itself is soft, even after tossing them in the washer/dryer (on cold). Highly recommend!
- I use these practically every day. The only problem I had was in their sizing. I wear an 8 in casual wear, this only comes 8-9, so I look like I am wearing someone elses shoes lol
- This is the most comfortable slipper I've purchased in a long time. It's soft and well cushioned yet, because it's open, your foot doesn't sweat as it does in closed slippers. I followed their sizing chart and recommendation and the fit was perfect. I would purchase this slipper again.

- I have another pair of these shoes and loved them; therefore, I purchased the pair through Amazon at a good price.
- I was so excited to find these sandals then when I received them they were not the same quality that I had purchased 8 yrs ago. The leather was not that soft supple type that is comfortable it felt more like vinyl and they were too small. I sent them back and got a refund.
- I had been looking for navy sandals in my hard to find size for about a year. Finally found them, but decided canvas close toe shoes looked better with skirts. Service was good.
- I purchased the Naturalizer shoe, Scout, Since I already have bought 4 or 5 pr Naturalizer shoes through Amazon, I knew the quality of the shoe, and what service to expect and I have not bee disappointed. Easily, a 5-star experience!
- My mother, for whom these shoes were purchased, is extremely difficult to find shoes for, with feet two different sizes, very long, practically no arches. She now has three pairs of this brand and style. She claims the arch support in her latest two pairs isn't as good as in her old pair but they're still the only shoe she can wear.
