2. I am leading a group study at St. John's Cathedral in Jacksonville, Florida using this beautiful book of meditations by Bishop Tutu. There are discussion question after each chapter.



3. What an eloquent writer! Bishop Tutu writes so beautifully, especially when he describes the Love of God. The concept of transfiguration is explained in a passage about the cross which truly brought me closer to my Lord. Dear Christian brothers and sisters: read this book and be prepared to have your prejudices and fears about other people shattered by the Love of God.



4. It's rare to come upon literature with a pulse and a heartbeat on every page. This is one of those precious gems that I will read once a year for the rest of my days.
   
   God's blessing in print. Hope again. Hope anew. Hope for you. Buy it. Read it. Live it.

   It shares several inspirational stories on how woman have had to use courage in their daily lives, from overcoming loss, starting a new job, raising a child, or fighting an illness.

Jack Christianson and Doug Bassett are a winning combination as they join forces to remind readers to be 'believing and behaving' Latter-day Saints, not just those who go through the motions. It's a wake-up call of why we're here, and what this life is all about. A sure-fire read for anyone who has gotten a little too comfortable with their testimony, and needs a fresh charge of their spiritual batteries. Excellent reading! The authors use scripture, counsel from prophets, and motivating stories to bring home the message of the power of the Book of Mormon, and how to use that power in our lives. Two thumbs up!

2. I am so grateful to have a book to recommend for those struggling with chronic pain as I am. Regardless of what chronic pain or condition one has, appropriate comments, advice, and understanding may be hard to come by. Often, additional wounds may unfortunately come to further our pain, adjustments, and loss from unexpected places such some friends, church members, family and yes, even our doctors.
   
   These devotions are real words from people who have been there. Each one is welcome, soothing hope from honest people. It has been my best "medicine" yet. Mosaic Moments reminds us we do not need to be perfect and we don't suffer alone. One may never know all the answers to their questions. However, this book helps the reader know that God is still in control, He will never give up on us, and there is purpose somewhere in our pain. I keep this one near my favorite chair and fully expect it to become well worn. Mosaic Moments should be in every doctor's waiting room. I give it 5 stars!

   As a career coach, I recommend this book to all of my clients so they can see work as a powerful means to not only personal fulfillment but the betterment of humanity.

1. This book is a must have for anyone struggling to break the cycle of alcoholism; families dealing with alcolism, and Social work team. It is an easy read and very enlightening. Several sections of the book, such as Chapter 1 - Alcohol and the Family was a candid look into a family's turmoil due to alcohol abuse. This book outlines in detail the "Alcohol Selection" in Chapter 2. The Ten Reasons to Stop Drinking were absolutely mind-blowing, in that no one can continue seeing alcohol in the same manner once the reasons have taken full adherence. By far, "Winning the Fight" was the chapter that indeed sets this book apart from all other "Alcohol" books that only provide the same things. Alocoholism: How to Live Life More Abundantly delivers! Highly recommended! This book will make a huge impact on not only recovery, but living the rest of life happy.
