2 comments about Loving Your Partner Without Losing Your Self.
- I've read dozens of self help books and this one stands far above the rest. It is one of my top 3 most influential books. It clearly explains the importance of certain concepts such as boundaries, feelings inside us and how they impact current relationships, and how we have certain behaviors that negatively impact our relationships - that we aren't even aware of where they come from. The book then goes on to showing HOW to implement the ideas, and they do work. I can tell you that in a short period of time, this book has provided tremendous insight into myself, feelings, and how I relate to my partner. You will be able to put the ideas to work immediately. The revelations I have from this book have helped me feel more whole, and with an ability to respectfully love my partner. The ideas in this book blew me away- definitely worth a read.
- What a fantastic read. I have difficulty connecting with many self-help or relationship-help books, but this is one that hit the mark every time. The author gets a little corny now and then, but if you can look beyond her peace-flower prose and to the deeper meaning, the message is powerful.

2 comments about Dilemma of the Alcoholic Marriage.
- This is one of my favorite books....I think it really helps keep the focus on me. I blamed the alcoholic for my problems for so many years...I find with this book it helps me to see and accept my part in the disease and I am finally able to work on it. I like some of the candid stories and I find that no matter where I am in recovery...relationships are hard, especially when I never knew what a healthy one was until now. This is great reading......and another important piece of conference approved literature for Al Anon recovery.
- ****
This book is excellent for marriages when one of the partners is an alcoholic; it is also good for codependent marriages in general. Much of the book would apply to marriages where a partner is abusive, even if not alcoholic. The advice and illustrations are hands-on and useful. The book is about a hundred pages and very dated; however, the information is still valuable and well worth the price.
I have my copy highlighted throughout. Here is a sample quote:
"To see this situation realistically, she would have to understand how desperately the guilt-tormented alcoholic needs such weapons to bolster his own ego. When he uses these weapons to attack, it is not because he hates his wife but because he hates himself and needs to reassure himself that he is not all bad. He finds fault with the person nearest to him because it makes it a little easier for him to tolerate himself."
This book is a useful support to the spouse of an alcoholic, reflecting the Al-Anon philosophy and general good common sense, which is sometimes overlooked by the partner in the throes of chaos generated by living with an alcoholic/abusive partner. Highly recommended.

5 comments about Sexual Reflexology: Activating the Taoist Points of Love.
- I have the feeling this book has been more put out for comercial reasons using some taoist knowledge.
It has a few good reflexology relations some good exercises specially the healing positions. The physical caracteristics and the sexual reflexology chapter is a bit poor in judgments that I do not believe being part of the taoist knowledge....
- Being brought up with little knowledge in this area, this book very nicely presents sex in a positive, interesting and informative way. Not only physically and spiritually, also the healing powers of sex and relationships. I like how the book presents the material, some of the exersizes seam silly, however each to his own.
- Sometimes you see a book cover and read the summary, and think you picked a good one, and only later find out you got suckered. I guess that's the risk one takes buying books online. Well ... I got suckered on this one. This book isn't worth the paper it's printed on. It went in the trash 5 minutes after I received it.
If you want a really good book on accupressure (packed with stuff that works), then check out another book I purchased called "Accupressure for Lovers: Secrets of Touch for Increasing Intimacy".
- I have read ALLOT on sex and really most of the information out there is terrible ESPECIALLY in contrast to this book! This is the first and only book which had a drastic positive effect on my sexual performance.
I went from good to WAY better and with all the exercises on the book I am just getting even better at heightening and having control over my sexual energy through the exercises they give. YOU WILL GET GREAT RESULTS FROM THIS BOOK IF YOU DON'T DO THE EXCERCIOISES! Especially the chapter Sexercise has a great effect. The exercises heighten your sexual energy, make your erections harder and with the focus on breathing I think has also significantly make a big difference on how I can last AL LONG AS I WANT! Seriously I can last all day if I want, but GF tends to get sore after too long but the point is you are in control, and just having more sexual vitality which gives you more OVERALL VITALITY. The chapter exercises is my favorite chapter and when you can last as long as you like you can practice all the moves in this book for longer periods of time.
To me though this book is not just about sex but longevity and feeling great, and it goes beyond just sex and into how being sexually healthy makes you more healthy in general..
I probably
Will not ever buy another sex book ever, because this books gives me all the solid foundation I could ever need, so anything outside this book will just be my own creativity.
The exercises may seem tedious at first, but do them you will get results and with some consistence you will notice significant results!!!!
THIS LITTLE BOOK HAS SO MUCH STUFF PLEASNTLY JAM PACKET WITHIN NOT VERY MANY PAGES. Which gives you less time needed reading so you can be having more sex : )
As far as the exercises go though I advice you study the nerves in the penis and be gentle with your penis! Not enough caution is given in the book I believe.
Also as far as reserving your seed I stand in the middle ground. I believe there is a point of no return, and really I believe not to excessively let lose but to every now and then releasing is better then not. Try both ways and go by your own feel. I don't believe EVERYTHING, but most of it I experienced as true. I learned SOO much great stuff.
- Exceptional book to learn about the true sexuality of human
and gain valuable knowledge.

5 comments about Visioning: Ten Steps to Designing the Life of Your Dreams.
- I am a big fan of collages and the power (for lack of a better word) they bring to ones life. And this book is a gem because the author also understands their value. As the author notes in Chapter 8 (page 129)
"Since Vision collages come from the heart they contain many levels of meaning. This may not be apparent while you're in the flow of finding and arranging the pieces, cutting, pasting, and adding embellishments. Only upon further contemplation do the layers of meaning reveal themselves. ......"This is a book by the way that men as well as women will gain power from. I began to make collages about six years ago and like keeping a journal a collage can evolve and change and in the end be a focusing tool for what we really want to get out of life. It is a book that would make a great gift for the graduate, someone unhappy in a job, marriage or simply on a dead end street of life.
- This book is a must to launch you directly into your heart's desire. Dr. Capacchione teaches these methods in a certified training program. I found this book to be just what I needed to complete my education, create a career of my dreams, find a new husband, and travel to the places that I desire.
Thanks, Dr. Capacchione for your amazing methods that are as easy as digging out old magazines, finding your scissors and glue.
- I have bought at least ten copies of this book in the five years since I first encountered it. I often end up giving away my only copy and then having to buy it again. It is just the thing for finding your way. The process is marvelously mapped out and easy to follow. I suggest resisting the impulse to skip any steps - the things you don't want to do are likely the very ones you will find most productive. Oh how we do tend to resist change, even as it is the very thing we claim to seek! LOL.
When I turned 40, I realized that the directions I had thought my life should go in were just no longer satisfying to me, and I needed a real change. But I just wasn't sure what I wanted to do. Working on this project gave my life an entirely new sense of direction, and I am still following the trajectories that my first efforts brought home to me. My life is like a dream come true... I just can't say it any other way. My journey continues to unfold, but I feel a much greater sense of purpose and pleasure than before.
I really recommend this for many purposes - once you understand these techniques, you can put them to use them over and over again for a variety of problem solving situations. I just can't say enough about this book. I also recommend The Creative Journal.
- There is a line in the Bible that says something to the effect of, "Where there is no vision, the people perish..." I'm sorry to say that I do not have a reference for this quote and one day, I will find it and update this review to support it, but the bottom line is that when we don't have a vision for our life, something within us dies. And that's exactly how it is. When we forget our hopes, our dreams, and our wishes and just give into the everyday world, we are forgetting who and what we are and what we are here to be, do, and have.
Maybe I am just being naive here, but I really think and feel that everyone of us that are living here today are entitled to live great and empowered lives. Henry David Thoreau once stated that most of us live lives of quiet desperation...why? Why do we fall prey to desperation? I believe it is because most of us do not have a vision for our lives. I believe it's because most of us are operating on unconscious beliefs that limit us, that keep us down, that keep us thinking and feeling and acting in ways that are limiting and small.
For a moment, let us just think and feel what the world would be like if every one of us on this earth had a magnificent vision for their lives; if everyone of us followed the dictates of our heart and soul; if everyone of us were filled to overflowing with Love, Compassion, Peace, and Acceptance. This world would be entirely different than it is now. There wouldn't be greed or hunger or lonliness. Poverty, saddness, and unfulfillment would be things of the past. Everyone would be helping everyone to better their lives. Nobody would be competing with one another because competition would be done away with; being creative would be the order of the day. Being and feeling prosperous would be part of the "New World Order" and there definitely would be a New World if everyone had a vision of brilliance and magnificence.
Ghandi said, "Be the change you would like to see in the world." How do you become "the change". You become the change by opening your mind, your heart, and your soul to a greater vision. You allow yourself to sit still, to become centered, to breathe deeply in...and to breathe deeply out...you clear away any doubt, any fear, any uncertainty and you OPEN YOURSELF to LIFE, to LIGHT, to LOVE and you let the wisdom that is within you and around you now freely, and easily, and gracefully pour forth and then you ask with humility, with childlike wonder and excitement, "What is my vision?" And you let the Divine Wisdom that is Present present you with a vision.
Yeah, it may be sketchy at first, but just keep opening yourself to Spirit...just keep asking the question, "What is my vision?" And I promise you, it will be given to you. Then, allow yourself to leaf through magazines and periodicals and newspapers and with childlike glee and joy, cut out words, phrases, and pictures that match your inner vision. In other words, bring life to your vision NOW.
Do not be swayed into thinking that it's silly or stupid or foolish. We tend to see in pictures, anyway, so you have to choose what pictures you desire to follow. Do you want to follow the old images that lead to poverty, despair, and saddness or do you want to follow a new vision that promises you abundance, fulfillment, and success?
I firmly believe that what we truly desire ALSO desires us; that the things we want to express, extend, and experience want us to express, extend, and experience them. Let us believe in our visions, in our dreams, and our desires. Let us support one another in becoming all we can become. Let us honor the divine in everyone and everything.
This is a great book and what is even greater is that on some level you already know this is true. Consider this your lucky day, your "sign" to a greater life.
May you be the person that Spirit already envisions you as!
Peace and Blessings...
John P. Morgan
- This is simply coming across as a rehash of what she has discussed in prior book called The Creative Journal. This is more focused on creating a collage, and I quickly lost interest. I'd rather deal with more writing and drawing exercises, that's just me.

5 comments about It's Not about Food: Change Your Mind; Change Your Life; End Your Obsession with Food and Weight.
- This book is full of good information on why a person overeats. It isn't a book you can read in one evening. It will take some time to read it thoroughly.
- I actually returned this book because it had very little , if anything, to do with WHY you actually compulsively eat. it did not go into or even explained the psychological factors that influence C.O. all this book talk about is how women's self-image is polluted with diet ads etc, etc. it does not deal at all with how to actually stop, in an effective way.
same thing as Overcoming Overeating. the whole point of the book is to stop dieting and to stop having a dieting mentality. also it doe snot deal with the actual cause of you overeating ( which is not dieting)
if you really want to overcome overeating and end your obsession with food, you need to know why you are physiologically addicted to food. why you find so much pleasure in it. and for that you have to read books with substantial research, not just a feminist sound-off.
read : the pleasure trap, LIfe is hard- food is easy , to name a few good ones.
but this one and her other one won't help you at all.
- This book was a gift given to me by a friend years ago. I own and have read about twelve books on the topic. Out of all of them, this has been by far the best. It's the kind of book that takes you on a journey inside yourself. If you have any eating issues then this book is a worthwhile read.
- While the authors specialize in dealing with people who have issues with Overeating, I felt that the book was very useful in helping me address my issues with anorexia. The book challenges you to dig into the issues behind why you're involved in a practice of eating (for me, restricting) and to understand how you're using food to substitute for other methods of dealing with your problems. I would highly recommend this book to anyone on the road to recovery from and Eating Disorder.
- This book relates the personal journeys of two women, Carol and Laurelee, with their struggles to overcome obsession with food, dieting and negative body image. In the course of telling their stories and the stories of many women they have worked with, a very powerful set of lessons unfolds. I read the book over a period of months, reading, re-reading, putting it down and then picking it up. There are meditations and exercises in the book that are very helpful. For example, they have an exercise in the book about sending loving thoughts to parts of your body that you dislike. What a concept! The basic message is that an eating disorder is a way of coping with life and by looking deeply at your relationship with food you can learn what it is you really need in life, pursue that, and food will get back into a normal perspective. I highly recommend this book to anyone who has issues with food or loves someone who has issues with food. That includes just about everyone I think!

5 comments about Og Mandino's University of Success.
- I have read everyone of Og Mandinos Books and all I can say is that he writes with brilliance, clarity, enthusiasm, and spirit. You can never go wrong with any of his books. He points out the path to success and motivates the spirit within to achieve all that we as human beings are capable. He was a born writer and even after his passing continues to have a great influence on many people old and young. He truly lived a purposeful and divine life. Go buy all his books and enjoy the growth and enlightenment. After that Buy my Book " Your daily Walk with the Great Minds of the Past and Present". Enjoy and rememeber you are capable of great things in your life.
- This is a great book on success. Og Mandino's University of Success contains success stories from a number of individuals in one book! Highly recommended.
- Og Mandino's University of Success is a success. Short and quick lessons start out by telling you that you are already a success and builds your self-esteem higher with every chapter. A must have for every entrepreneur.
- I like this book since many of the self-help authors only have about a chapter worth of good material. Og Mandino picked out his favorite chapters from his favorite books.
- Read this book back in 1993 when I graduated from college. Wow! Just what I needed at that time in my life. It's a great book to use for direction on ones life, again, especially after college. However, it's great in general. I have given this book as gifts since 1993. From my siblings, to my best friends, and my students who have graduated. This book will change the way you see yourself, those around you, and the world. A must read. Enjoy!

5 comments about A Handbook for Engaged Couples: A Communication Tool for Those About to Be Married.
- I'm not engaged, or even close to being engaged. Nonetheless, I found the Frylings' handbook refreshing and honest about communications and expectations among couples. I bought it on a whim, having heard that the Frylings do not sugarcoat reality in their presentation. My own relationship was floundering and I needed direction. I wish I had bought it several months earlier!
While written from a evangelical Christian perspective, it has that special universality of truth for every couple looking to understand and to communicate with their mate or future spouse.
I can see it being read alone for personal growth, with your fiance, or even the two of you with a counselor or older, wiser friend. Better yet, try going through this (be ready to be challenged!) with a married couple who seems to "have it together."
Catholics will love it as an addition to their time spent in pre-marital counseling. You're best to buy two copies, with each person reading a portion (set up in topical chapters with discussion questions).
Though I'm one who has never been married, I believe it would be great for a couple married several years as well, helping re-ground your marriage. Don't think of this as just a tool to get your spouse to open up, but as a mutual opportunity to renew the love which drew you to marriage in the first place.
This book is no panacea, but it can assist a new beginning, or a careful grounding for a future marriage.
For you single guys (and gals) get a copy of "A Handbook for Engaged Couples" and read it. It'll help you (and me) relate to anyone you might consider saying "I do" with on an altar someday.
(post-script: I have since been engaged, and can further attest to this book's usefulness, having been happily married now since 2004).

- I have used this book for premarital counseling for several years. I can give one to each person and use it as a "get started" tool to help in counseling. It provides a very good scriptural groundwork for our sessions. It also covers some hard-to-counsel areas very well.
- This book is really amazing. Going through it page by page was the best thing we have ever done for our relationship.
- I really liked this book. Our pastor got us to purchase it as a part of our premarital counseling. It has a short ammount of information that gets straight to the point in each chapter (2 or 3 pages), and then it has at least a page, if not two, of great discussion questions. The questions are deep and thought provoking. They challenge the couple to really deal with the issues at hand. The information is short, but impactful. The book also has a great, natural flow. I love it!
- I have used this book in premarriage counseling for over 30 years. It is the best I have seen. It is also helpful to use after the wedding for fine tuning. If a couple is dilagent in filling out the questions & then discussing them together and/or with a trained counselor, they will be richly rewarded with a good marriage. This book should be used by all who are getting married with each person having their own copy.

5 comments about The Power of Now: 50 Inspiration Cards.
- I just finished Power of Now and loved every minute of it. I read it after reading Present Moment Awareness, which is also an excellent book and I would highly recommend to anyone. It's not often that I find these type of "self-help" books interesting or of any enlightenment but both of these books have helped me focus on my life in a more satisfying and positive manner.
- This book points to so much truth it is amazing.
I think it is well written and written in a way that makes what is very philosophical easy to understand. His message is so simple yet so profound. I have read many, many books on spirituality and the teachings of the great teachers and none has hit home as much as this. I think this book could easily guide someone to a life changing way of Being. It has made me want to see the world in a whole new light. I feel enlightened just writing this!!! I highly recommend it.
- I love Eckhart Tolle's work, his profound messages, and how much of a positive difference they have made in my life. Any time I pick a card from this beautiful deck, it reminds me of the peace and stillness I can have when I am completely living in the moment. Each card brings a wonderful message that is far more than simple inspiration, they are the tools to help you strengthen your inner transformation so that you CAN attain a level of inner peace, and thus be able to share it with others in your personal relationships, you career, your home, thereby making a genuine difference in our world.
Highly recommended for people on the go who could always use the profound wisdom Eckhart Tolle brings us all.
Barbara Rose, Ph.D. author of Know Yourself: A Woman's Guide to Wholeness, Radiance & Supreme Confidence and Stop Being the String Along: A Relationship Guide to Being THE ONE
- "Acceptance of what is immediately frees you from mind identification and thus reconnects you with Being. Resistance is the mind." - Eckhart Tolle
The profound truths found in the bestselling book The Power of Now has transformed many lives over the last few years. Author Eckhart Tolle experienced a profound, instantaneous awakening and now shares his wisdom with millions across the globe both in person and through his books and audios.
The Power of Now deck is comprised of 52 cards; the words on these cards were chosen by Tolle to convey the power of the book in a few short sentences. You can pick a card at random to contemplate its message, choose one daily and reflect on it throughout the day, or even pick a card once a week for meditation. Once you've worked your way through the whole deck, profound insights will permeate your consciousness, resulting in more joy and light and less trauma in stress. In fact, it's quite possible your entire life will change as a result of digesting and applying the wisdom found in The Power of Now deck.
The 52 cards are divided into five themes:
* Rising above thought
* The joy of being
* The power of being present
* The power of now
* Portals to the now
The cards feature the same green and yellow color scheme as the book jacket, with the theme printed on one side and a piece of wisdom or experiment on the other. The Power of Now deck is encased in a sturdy flip-top box that opens to the side, like a book. Some examples of these inspirational ideas include:
Try A Little Experiment: Close your eyes and say to yourself, `I wonder what my next thought is going to be.' Then become very alert and wait for the next thought. Be like a cat watching a mouse hole. What thought is going to come out of the mouse hole? Try it now.
Wherever You Are, Be There Totally - If you find you're here and now intolerable and it makes you unhappy, you have three options: remove yourself from the situation, change it, or accept it totally. If you want to take responsibility for your life, you must choose one of those three options, and you must choose now. Then accept the consequences.
Observe How the Mind labels an unpleasant moment and how this labeling process, this continuous sitting in judgment, creates pain and unhappiness.
Are You Worried? - Do you have many `what if' thoughts? You are identified with your mind, which is projecting itself into an imaginary future situation and creating fear. There is no way that you can cope with such a situation, because it doesn't exist. It's a mental phantom.
On a personal note, I have found the profound yet simple wisdom of The Power of Now to be utterly transforming. The insights found in the book and in this deck lift burdens, promotes clarity, and results in peace. Tolle has provided amazing tools to transform your life into one of grace, ease, and lightness. I know it's been true for me, as it has for millions of people worldwide.
(To see 3 card images from this deck, visit the Reviews--Decks section at http://JanetBoyer.com)
- Do not get lost in the words that these cards convey. As Tolle would say;"the words are only pointers, they point to the truth, but are not the truth that they point to." Let each card inspire you to go beyond the words and you will feel your Being that is always there yet obscured by identification with the mind.
You don't really need these inspiration cards because you are always already free. You are the deep peace, space and love that you search for. That is already the case. If you are not experiencing peace, sapce, love, a lightness in evrything that you do, feel, or say, then allow these cards to take you to the cliff and then let go of the saftey net. You already are!

5 comments about Reforming Marriage.
- Amazing how God gives us exactly what we need at the very moment we need it. Read this to find out what submissive really means and what respect really is in a marriage. Why God wired women and men differntly? To compliment one another, help one another. To bad we are all so self absorbed to see what Amazing Grace really has been given to us.
- As I was listening to this audiobook, I was impressed that Douglas Wilson stuck with the Biblical concepts of marriage. The concepts of this book is exactly what is needed in today's world. It is refreshing to see someone going back to the Bible basics on what a Christian Home should be like. I recommend this to be part of any Church study for couples young and old.
- We've found that every book we've looked at on marriage (about a dozen to date) written by Christians is seldom much better than sanctified common sense. At best, the world's issues and agendas are given a Christian perspective. That's well and good, but not enough and not a good starting point.
Doug and Nancy Wilson have written a refreshingly liberating book: let's start with God's word, the sufficient and gracious word of our loving Heavenly Father, and see what He says. Heart-warming and intensely practical it has helped us love one another deeply and have a stronger sense of the role of our household.
If you're only going to read one book on marriage, this is it. If you're going to read more than one, this should be at the top of your list.
- I bought this as a wedding gift for my best friend and her husband who just got married. I thought the book would get them much, much farther in life than a stainless steel place setting. ;) In all seriousness, this book is a phenomenal read, implementing biblical principles in a very readable style. Some books tell you what not to do; this book explains *why*. I highly recommend Reforming Marriage for husbands and wives, or even engaged couples preparing for marriage.
- After reading many reviews of this book I decided to get it. I was not disappointed. It is very challenging on many levels, biblically based, and clear. Wilson does not pull any punches and although you might find yourself smarting a bit after reading a particularly convicting section, you can't really argue against it. It is going on my short list of books to "master."

5 comments about Reinventing Yourself: How To Become The Person You've Always Wanted To Be.
- Ok, so the audio version would maybe have been more lyrical if Steve had a different person read it, like someone with passion in their voice. (I still love ya Steve!) However, I do like books read to me by the author, since it is their wisdom they are sharing.
This audio series really woke me up again, like many of Steve's books. I sadly related myself to the "victim" mentality. When Steve gives examples of how "victims" handle situations, he was honestly reading my mind. It really got my attention.
Then he describes how "owners" think. Being a small business owner and wanting to succeed, I really had to stop and listen. I was shocked to hear how owners think in their heads. I then realized I had a choice; do I want to think like an 'owner' or a 'victim'?
Other points throughout the series really made me stand up and think. He describes a scene on the Today show where Matt Lauer is trying to get a row out of Tiger Woods' father, Earl Woods, after hearing a negative comment from Fuzzy Zoeller. Earl never, ever is offended by the comments. He puts it back on Fuzzy, saying that Fuzzy has the problem. Victims are offended everyday, while Owners see that others have the problem. Wow!
If you truly want to change and get out of your victim mode and change your life, this is a valuable asset that is worth every penny. I like audio versions because I can listen to them over and over again, especially riding around in the car, which I have to do anyway. It's a valueable time where I can change my thinking and therefore change my life.
Thanks Steve!

- This guy is awesome. So practical, so direct. No condescension, no preaching. Zero chaff. 100% content.
One (actual) example. I just pour out some hurt to my GF about my job. One client who is such a problem that if one our guys so much as *annoys* her, she could get a contract canceled that would get 4 of our guys laid off. An impossible to please person with a lot of power.
So I tell my GF. Cold person that she can be, she automatically *defends* this person, saying that we're just miffed that she has the power. Now, I'm thinking about the 4 families that would be knocked right out if this goes down (including mine), so I'm appalled that this is the first thing that comes out of her mouth (you know, before "gee hon, I'm sorry" or "why would anyone be that way?")
So as soon as she lets me out of the room, I go into the next room, and decide to try to somehow rise above this.
I pop in CD2 of this series, and I just want to *feel* angry, hurt, justified, etc. Well, Chandler won't let me, and he explains convincingly how are "aren't" (i.e., can't *identify* completely with) our feelings any more than we "are" a banged knee (and the pain associated with that), and why. He's 100% dead on. Now if he was in any way preachy, I'd have the opportunity to feel guilt, or get defensive (and thus avoid action). Not possible. He is so clear, and so right-on. I'm not feeling convicted. I am redirected. So uncommon.
So I go right back in the bedroom (why should *I* sleep on the couch?), stick some pillows between us, and get the night's sleep I need to face the week ahead (and the pending situation).
The girlfriend? Time to weigh my options. I have choices. We always do.
The book/audio? I highly recommend it.
- For anyone interested in purchasing this audio book, please be advised that I've recieved not just One but TWO damaged versions of "Reinvent Yourself" and have given up. I will probably buy the book from the local bookstore. I don't think it's HamiltonBooks fault, but they must have some sketchy products in their inventory, you never know what you'll get. Maybe that's why this item is sold by them for the low price of $3.95 plus shipping. Just a warning...
- As individuals we may have issues that have developed over the years that affect our lives, sometimes in negative ways, and that we may not be aware of. This book is clear, concise, and very helpful in moving ourselves forward into a time & place that are both satisfying and fulfilling.
- This was a stupid book and I got very little out of it. There is nothing new in it that hasn't been said many times in many books before or just dah-common sense. Marketing ploy. Waste of money.
