5 comments about I Love You. Now What?: Falling in Love is a Mystery, Keeping It Isn't.
- When I thought there were not any more sex "techniques" or "tips" about love I could learn from a book, this book just amazed me.
This book literally blew me away with its freshness, compassion, expert solutions and clarity. This is the relationships book I Love You. Now What?: Falling in Love is a Mystery, Keeping It Isn'tI had been waiting for a long time. From the first page I could put it down
This book just transformed my relationship and it is never going to be better than after reading it.
- Watch Video Here: http://www.amazon.com/review/R2MUJO4VDU1KKJ Just to refresh your memory, a Haiku is a form of Japanese poetry. The Americanized form consists of three lines. The first line contains five syllables; the second line seven syllables; the third line five again.
I hope you enjoy watching this Haiku Review. After writing reviews with hundreds of words, it can be challenging to sum up a book with a mere seventeen syllables.
Brian Douthit
Author Of Perfectly Said: when words become art
- This book is full of eroticism, joy, tips about sex and love. This book is a manual comprising great knowledge for a wonderful relationship with your partner and, most fundamentally, with yourself. In the first part, the book offers solutions in the form of techniques, testimonies and advice to help people to grow spiritually and psychologically, and feel loved. It will also help you understand, change and transform the negative feelings you have about yourself and your partner, for the sake of harmony. The second part of the book is dedicated to different very creative sex techniques that can contribute to improve a relationship, be it a new flame or a well-settled relationship.
- For the first time, I, and you will too, know how to "be" in a relationship. After having tried so hard in different ways in the past, Iam's (the author) way just lead me there in no time, and with ease. The book is thick and I thought that it maybe pack with "fyi, or good to know" but it's nothing like that. I read every single word; this is too real.
This book is a gem amongst books teaching about NOW WHAT? After WE said: I LOVE YOU, it teaches "how to be love and loved" not just descriptive information.
I am surprised that more people have not found this book...it is excellent. You could use the concepts of the book to create the relationship of your dreams. I recommend this book to everyone!
I also recommend Sex and the Perfect Lover: Tao, Tantra, and the Kama Sutra
- This book should be required reading for every married, single person or in relationship- male and female. Excellent insights - I couldn't put it down. It's a quick read - written well - enjoyable and greatly informative. There's a ton of wisdom packed in its pages!! The book provides a great process for uncovering the qualities of better relationship. Some of the topics and methods discussed in the book include discovering various roadblocks to effective communication, being truly empathetic, learning the art of powerful, open-ended questions, assertiveness skills. The second part is all about sexuality and techniques, it helps my sex issues with my partner. Every chapter is really amazing. I have read this author before and she continues to have very good principles to share. It will bless your life.
In fact, I bought several copies for my friends. It will make a great gift. Very helpful and fun to read!

5 comments about The Gift of Sex: A Guide to Sexual Fulfillment.
- this book is very helpful for both of us,we love to read this book together and try everything they mention...lots of fun!
- This is an awesome book to give to people before they are married. It takes the false expectations and preconceived ideas out of the picture and replaces them with truth and honesty.
- A very positive presentation of the marital sexual relationship as a gift from God. It is thorough and addresses details and issues about which most people do not know what to think or even how to go about considering them. It is professional as well as considerate in its presentation. While the authors approach the subject from a Christian perspective, it is not necessary for the reader to embrace this viewpoint in order to find the book truly helpful. If you have not read a book on the marital sexual relationship, you ought to read this one. If you have read other books, I think you will be pleased with this addition. I use this book with couples whom I see for marriage counseling.
- My husband and I bought this book for our second anniversary, after trying some other books on the same topic that we did not like (one was too mechanical, another was too crass). In blessed contrast, we really like this book. It is able to be technical but at the same time draw in emotional and spiritual components into a healthy whole. It also devotes much of the book to "troubleshooting", helping to identify problems as well as steps toward resolving them. If you're wanting to learn how to discover better sex with your spouse, this is a great reference.
- the day is coming fast for the wedding, so we been caiful what we read so far, but all in all a nice book with good information

5 comments about You Have What It Takes: What Every Father Needs to Know.
- This book is similar in size to a freebie handout. It was also over priced by Amazon at $4.99 when the back of the book's UPC label said that the book was priced at $2.99. I contacted Amazon and they corrected my bill immediately.
My husband really likes John Eldrege books and I think that he will enjoy the book... it was just not what I expected.
- I purchased this book for my boyfriend who is also my baby's daddy to be. He said that it helped him realize that all it takes is love and affection and hard work to raise a child, and i think that is what he needed to hear. overall, i would definately recommend this book for anyone who needs an extra boost of confidence before the arrival of a loved one.
- I have read several books dealing with the critical task of Dads raising their children. John Ortberg is a very gifted Christian writer that communicates some tremendous truths in a very small booklet. Don't let the size fool you, this book will convict you and give you some great tools to help you in your Christian walk and efforts in raising godly children.
- Great advice to Fathers. I plan on giving some of these to fathers on Father's Day. The book offers pointed encouragement and guidance for fathers of all ages. It really helps young fathers who are trying to be the best dad that they can be. It is a short book that most men (who may not read alot) are willing to read.
- I skim read through the entire book in about 5 minutes. Good stuff. Just very short.

5 comments about Waiting for Baby.
- I LOVED this book and can't say enough good things about it. I loved filling it out and putting all my little keepsakes in it. Now that my baby is a year old I love looking back on it and remembering that special time that he was inside of me.
I've bought this book for all of my pregnant friends and they've all gotten as much joy out of it as I have.
The prompts are wonderful, the quotes are great.
My only complaint would be that there wasn't enough space for journaling!!!
- I really liked this book because it has a lot of open-ended questions in it so you can elaborate an idea, feeling, or emotion. This was exactly the book I was looking for.
- Your own scrapbook would have more meaning. You'd be able to arrange and organize it however you wanted rather than following someone else's guideline. Some parts of pregnancy and childbirth mean more to some than others. Next time I'll just make my own so I can focus on what I want when I want.
- I searched through a few journals before I settled on this one. It allows you to chart your progress as well as journal notes or letters to your baby. Finding a journal to suit your needs is tough, if you want a journal to be more data entry, this is the one for you. If you want a journal that has tidbits about pregnancy, this is not for you. 2 years later, and my 2nd child, I'm buying it again!
- Not sure I would recommend this or not...You could probably find something better for the money. Maybe even just a regular scrapbook---i don't know. I just felt like I didn't have the time or patience to work on this book.

5 comments about Silver Bullet Selling: Six Critical Steps to Opening More Relationships and Closing More Sales.
- I brought the Silver Bullet on a business trip with me expecting it to be like any other sale book and full of stuff I would never use. As I read it, it became clear to me that it wasn't. Before I knew it I had read the entire thing and was landing in Dallas. It is full of hilarious stories about the Authors' experience in various sales roles and awesome "bullet tips" throughout. I've already found myself using some techniques outlined in the book such as pre-call planning before meetings, developing agendas, and the importance of a good credibility statement (I didn't even have one). I definitely recommend this book to anybody looking to stay sharp and come out looking like a pro!! Thanks!
- Silver Bullet Selling is a very practical guide to selling. It lays out a step-by-step process for preparing for and executing a successful sales call. Regardless of how many years you've been in sales, you'll pick up some valuable tips and strategies you can use immediately. When you purchase the book, you also get access to additional audio and sales worksheets at their website, silverbulletselling.com.
- When my sales associate recommended Silver Bullet Selling to me, I was not eager to read another book about building relationships with customers. To my surprise, this book goes beyond the "why" of relationship building to the actual nuts and bolts of how it is done effectively. I've just begun to use Bartick's six step process and it proves to be a practical, down-to-earth program that I can actually implement. I found the directions for a new way to tailor my solution presentation to be most helpful. Now, I am recommending this book to my colleagues and friends.
Silver Bullet Selling: Six Critical Steps to Opening More Relationships and Closing More Sales
- I have been a sales professional for over 20 years with the likes of Coca-Cola and Nestle (plus a couple of smaller B2B firms in-between). I have worked in Street Sales, National Accounts, Business Development and am only 1 of 4 people to ever be globally certified at Coca-Cola as a 'Master' sales trainer. Working for the likes of Coca-Cola and Nestle you get exposure to many different sales technogolies. I can say with confidence that Silver Bullet Selling, by a long shot, is the best and most comprehensive book on effective customer relationship building and closing I have read! It is a must read for any sales professional who is serious about being at the top of their game! In today's environment, it is all about consultative selling and making certain that the customer is a part of the solution every step of the way. This book discusses the topic like no other in an easy-to-read format. I highly recommend it!!!
- Read the entire book in two days and I have to say it is freaking
awesome! What's great is the way you break the process down in
"understandable" terms and terms people can actually walk away with and
put a plan of action to execute. I've read so many books where you're
left to feel as if you learned something but you are totally clueless
as to how to implement a methodology and actually get started. Well
done GA and Paul!!

5 comments about Einstein Never Used Flashcards: How Our Children Really Learn--and Why They Need to Play More and Memorize Less.
- Highly recommended to us by our daughter who is an educator. This book has been extremely helpful in the rearing of our grandsons.
- Every parent has their own 'ideology' when they raise their children. This book is an excellent source for either shaping your ideology or reaffirm yours if you are not a racehorse raiser. The book is not only academically sound but also has a human face. Childhood belongs to children, let them live it.
- The book title alone shows that the authors are not interested in sound bites on CNN or FoxNews.
Contains very practical tips for parents. Many parents (and teachers, guardians, babysitters, etc.) of young children will enjoy the tips and greatly benefit from reading this book. It dispels many myths about teaching children, their behavior, their potential.
Among the myths busted are the Einstein Baby Music CDs, which are simply a nice way to promote the appreciation of good music...as I've been telling people who start to talk about the CD set. Don't get me wrong, I really think the Einstein Baby Music series contains the most harmonic and melodic sections of the classical masterpieces and packaged as a very pleasant and relaxing listening experience. Well, if you and your child need to relax and unwind...then "good music" certainly helps.
- It describes the perils of unneccesarily hurrying our children. Nothing new for those familair with child psychology but quite useful for the general audience
- I was very excited to read this book after hearing the author talk about it in a recent parent podcast. It did not disappoint.
Lots of factual information to sink your teeth into. I particularly like the easy to read style; the studies & authors mentioned, so you can look them up yourself. The book sets forth clearly the case for advocating early years play and how to play with your child.
Most people may think- well that's easy but trying to strike a good balance against the marketing companies it's amazing how many ideas we have that need to be challenged or at least reexamined.
This book gives you food for thought, dispels myths and most importantly gives examples of how to do it another way. The teachable moments section gives lots of ideas to try or reflect on with your own child.
The most important section for me is on play towards the end of the book. If you are not scientifically minded or enjoy evidenced based books then skip to that section to see immediate and worthwhile things you can do without having to spend lots of money just time.
It's a valuable book to read and reread again to bolster you family values and examine how your children learn through play.
I'd recommend it to parents and soon to be parents as an alternative to all the hype that's out there with regards to electronic toys and hurrying our children. This book is certainly not a cure all but it does give another side to a neglected debate about how our childrens' play now will have major ramifications in the future.
An empowering read.

5 comments about Internal Family Systems Therapy.
- This is an overlooked work that should be on the popular self help as well as the professional's shelf. Dr. Schwartz has created an excellent synthesis of family therapy with traditional analysis techniques. The result is a simple, easily understandable but powerful framework for examining the individual psyche. While the writing style is dry and pedantic, the approach is brilliantly simple and easily applied. Without knocking the quick fixes of popular psychology, a lot of people should put down the best seller with the catchy title and read this book.
- I first heard of Internal Family Systems theory from another book and found that I connected with this type of therapy immediately. I then ordered this book and found that it was easy to understand and yet had a profound theoretical basis that I could apply not only to my clients but to my own life as well. This book gave a clear and convincing view of IFS. I strongly recommend it for students, therapists, and social workers who are interested in both systems theory and the intrapsychic realm of therapy.
- Dr. Charles Schultz offers an articulate and lucid rational for his modality then proceeds with a detailed guide to practicing. This book was very helpful to me as a lay person.
- Dr. Richard Schwartz contributes groundbreaking insights and a fresh model that is surprisingly effective for healing our inner battles...not just coping with them.
- An excellent and provocative review of the internal family systems paradigm, I thoroughly enjoyed this extremely well written review. This is a must read for any professional in both the traditional and mental health fields who works with families.

5 comments about Friends to the End: The True Value of Friendship.
- This is a lovely gift to give close friends at Christmas. My girlfriends all appreciated it so much.
- I gave this to one of my special girlfriends for christmas. She loved it and so did her 14 year old daughter. It says just what you want to say to your friend and the pictures are so cute. Well worth the money and I'll be buying more.
- FRIENDS TO THE END is an inspirational picture book about friendship. The book contains all kinds of pictures of animals, mostly in pairs, reflecting the various ups and downs of life, the importance of friendship, and the joy of lifelong friends. The book is a bit, too sentimental for my tastes, but my mother gave it away as a small momento to one of her friends and she loved it.
- Absolutely adorable. Great gift to give. Can read over and over and never get tired of it.
- Words can not do justice how good this book is. Beautiful, emotional, real and easy description about friends and friendship. Loved this book.

5 comments about Life Laughs: The Naked Truth about Motherhood, Marriage, and Moving On.
- This book is a laugh out loud kinda book. I think it can be enjoyed by anyone!
- Jenny is refreshingly honest, and blunt about life. The fun of it is even if we don't have the courage to talk of these issues, we know we have been through some or all of them.
- this is a great book. i have never laughed so much while reading a book. lots of real life everyday, big and small issues and she makes you laugh about them and you will nod your head in agreement to so much of it! i love it
- I loved this book. It had so many true parts in it, yet had such a funny way of talking about them. If you need a good laugh you have to read this book. She has such a way with writing. I just love her books.
- Although I'm a huge fan of Jenny McCarthy's books, this one was disappointing. It seemed as though she had completely random thoughts that she threw into a new book. Nothing fits & I couldn't relate to anything in this book. Belly Laughs & Baby Laughs are great though.

- In all honesty Zane has surprised me again with this one. She is brilliant, consistent nad focused. This product did remind me those Shombay Kimoni novels he has. You can see the particular novel here:
Dating Detroit
- This book is great. If men or women need help or any questions on how to achieve the greatest orgams, fanstasy, oral sex and other pleasurable things read the book. I mean it really helps people who don't know what to do with their lovers or mates. I really liked the book and Zane once again gives out good advice.
- It's Zane!! What more can I say. This book is very insightful....Zane goes where many would like to but are afraid.. She knows no boundaries and takes no prisoners........Whatever Zane writes I read....Next to the Cosmopolitan magazine...Zane's books are like chapters in Bible written just for women!!!
- I have to admit, I'm not an experienced person. This book by Zane really helps you when you have questions. The entire book is questions from her readers and answers from her expertise. If you ever had questions that you couldn't ask anyone, or never got a straight answer, this book will defiantly help.
- The book was good but very similar to Sex Chronicles with incorporating a series of stories into one topic.
