1. This book has as much NLP packed into it as any NLP book I've come across. Language patterns, Stratagies, states, Calibration, it's all there. It's only problem is that unless you already know the jargon, many of the descriptions may be to brief. Still for anyone who knows NLP and wants to have it all in one place, an excellent buy.

1. This is a workbook. So it contains a lot of blank spaces for filling in your responses. It is limited to the introductory level, covering such basic skills as identifying representation systems and the various Meta Model language patterns. There are many more NLP training manuals published since then. They can be followed beneficially without the workbook format. NLP also keeps advancing all the time. Just in the use of language, besides the Meta Model, we need to learn the Milton Model of hypnotic language patterns and the more comprehensive and sophisticated patterns summarised in Robert Dilts' Sleight of Mouth. We need more accelerated programs with greater coverage. This book is too basic and skim in content and may not be worth reprinting any more.

2. It's a super book with super techniques. The person who reviewed it before me, just wasn't ready for it or something. It's super-awesome. It's so simple, and it's so cool. I really recommend it. It goes very deep, but it is simple to follow and practice. I saw results right away. After listening just 45 minutes.

1. This CD really expands the awareness. I listen to this CD almost every night and have been for 6 months (one first part you hear music, on the last track you hear nothing.). Good stuff and hygly recommended.The CD come with a brochure and the quality of the CD is great. This worked for me.



2. I have just today received the CD from Sprudio. Over the course of its shipment they contacted me twice to ensure it had arrived promptly--so kudos on the customer support!! I cannot attest to its' intended purpose yet, however, the music is wonderful and deeply relaxing. That is saying something coming from an insomniac. I rested well without meds for the first time in a while. It was worth the price for that alone. I have nothing bad to say about this product thus far and do not forsee that I shall. Definately worth your time.



3. This CD is awesome. It relaxes you and promotes deep thought...Soon I expect some psychic phenomenon to take place, I can feel it.

1. This book covers over 45 unique, real-life studies of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) in action. It also contains many metaphores, useful for teaching, excercises, and transcripts of actual therapy work. It is well presented and potentially very useful, for personal change work. Foreward is by John Grinder, co-creator of the NLP field. Authors are quite accomplished in the field, producing a useful guidebook.



2. The vestibular system is not only explained in this book, it also has an abundance of applications in this system, as well as great case studies on NLP interventions in general.

1. Terry Carroll's book delves not too deeply into NLP, so if you are hesitant or even negative towards NLP, don't let it stop you from checking it out. This book does a MUCH better job of preparing someone for the psychology of stock market investing than overhyped disappointments like Mark Douglas' "Trading in the Zone." Very good choice for market timers/stock traders, especially if paired with Sy Harding's "Riding the Bear."
   Good guidance within about getting to "know" yourself and the level of risk you are comfortable with.



2. As a day trader of some 3 years experience, I found the lessons in this book very valuable.
   
   I found the practical application of NLP techniques to live day trading very enlightening and yes it improved my trading results - is that not the best accolade you could give a book that actually achieves its goal?
   
   To be fair to the new reader the content whilst easy to follow was quite dense and compressed in terms of the amount of information contained. This book pays repeat reading, the use of a pen to underline the points that hit you. A pen on the second on third read reveals even more.
   
   After the third read, I decided I wanted to precis the book to a manageable 30 minute read for me to review and go over every week. That exercise took me a day and I ended up with a 17 page document of the key essentials.
   
   To anyone who wants to day trade seriously, and I am now making this my sole income earner, this book is essential reading and will assist you in eliminating any of the personal gremlins that could mar your judgement in the "heat of the moment" of trading.
   
   Mr Carroll deserves to be recognised for writing a book that gets to the core of how to be successful. It is written with the insight of one who has made all the mistakes any trader makes when entering this field. Most importantly his solutions are practical and can be applied by novice and experienced alike.
