4 comments about STAYING IN ALIGNMENT: Life in the Higher Realms Series - Book Two (Life in the Higher Realms Series).
- This is the second book we have read by Karen Bishop and her quality of writing is as good as the first one. She easily explains difficult spiritual concepts that we have wondered about and touched on but weren't able to express until reading her new book. In a nutshell-- she is explaining how we can consciously strive to "fit" into new and exciting spaces and therefore, be in alignment with new and higher ways of being. She easily explains our on-going spiritual evolutionary process.
With all the chaos in the world right now, Bishop takes the edge off the stress and makes us comfortable being in a peaceful space.

- Very Fast Delivery,
Everyone should have this book, If you have been feeling Ill and dont' know why or symptoms and the Doctor can't find anything on you or in you.
It is just nothing more the God working within you , We are all growing
and after several Authors. I have narrowed it down to this one , and her website has great Energy Alerts and Karen Bishop is very simple to read. so you will not be reading anything complex. Weather you know it or not you are on a Ascension Empowerment and Growth time.
and it's time for you to find out where you are.
She's Awesome Keep Reading Karen Bishop and there are others like your Soul's Purpose that I have not read but for me I know , doesnt matter where you are, you will understand this book her website and story (Truth) are Powerful..IT will KEEP YOU GOING! Better then Coffee in the Morning!
- This is the first time I have actually read into the process of ascension, and I don't know if I was more frightened or interested at first. Now I am just plain excited, and Staying in Alignment has sparked a great interest. I have since began reading other books that will help me through these crazy changing times. I have to say that before I found Karen's work I thought I was the one going crazy, my first reaction was "cool I'm not going crazy there's a lot of other people feeling some of the same stuff I am, and it's for real". Thank you Karen.
- With all the chaos going on in the world this book is
just what I needed. I needed to read again about things
I could do to connect to source. Granted I have heard
of many of them but needed to be reminded that it is up
to me to do my part to keep this connection.
When energetically all around is going crazy, especially
now, this is my goal to stay aligned. With the stock
markets ups and downs lots of people are working from
FEAR. I don't want to operate from there so I must
stay in Alignment.

5 comments about Freedom: Credos from the Road.
- Not since Sun Tzu's The Art of War has there been such a collection of philosophies. Sonny Barger illustrates with profound insight, secrets which could apply to personal, as well as business success. This book contains brilliant insights and invaluable perspectives which will help you prevail in every situation you encounter. Freedom, Credos from the Road will be studied for centuries to come. Strong words I believe so much I had sought the man out for myself. He is wonderfully charming, polite and generous. If you read this book, I believe you will respect this man as I do.
- I just got this book and love it. Sonny Barger has taken his years of hard living and forged a gem from it in wise words and lessons learned.
Although I don't share his opinion of law enforcement, since we do need them around, I do share his love of country, making family of friends when your own family isn't there and never has been, his ability to keep the faith with his club and friends and get it back in return.
As a fellow freedom lover, I like this book and wish a lot of folks would read it and take from it something to use in their own life. Make the best of this life and don't take any, well, you know what. Best to Sonny. If he writes any more books, I'm reading them. He's good at this.
- I would recommend this book to any father that wants to teach his son or his daughter fifty standards to live by. This book give us fifty princilals that should be taught to our young. Sonny gives us hints on everything from how to deal with Bullies, to how to handle yourself if someone wants your woman. He talks about our political situation, he talks about helmet laws and he also talks about drugs, alcohol and smoking. It doesn't matter if you live in the motorcycle community or if your just another citizen, this book will help you teach your teens a code of honor we all should live by.
Great job Sonny
- I liked the candid outlook from Sonny's point of view. I feel what he say's is true even if your not a biker.
- "Freedom - Credos from the Road" has been out since July 2005 and is still going strong. Author Sonny Barger, whose book "Hells Angel" is now a classic outlaw biker tome, shares his experiences and insights on how to navigate the road of life from Barger's particularly unique perspective.
A good read and reference - well considered and presented in a volume size you can tuck in either a saddle or tank bag while runnin' down the highway.
"Out in Bad Standing" ex-Mongol Ruben Cavazos should have read Barger's sage advice, specifically Chapter 11 "Leaders Accept Dissent, the Tyrant Goes It Alone", before writing his own book ... a literary backfire that resulted in the former Mongol international president being sent packing by his former club not so long ago now.
"Credos" is Barger's best work other than the first book on his life - the two go hand in hand like a one-two punch.

3 comments about Creating Love: A New Way of Understanding Our Most Important Relationships.
- The style of this book surpasses anything that Mr. Bradshaw has written. In other words, although his other books are nice, his writing style is not fluent. He must have had help perhaps, but this one flows fluently. The quality of the material is earth shattering. Very few books have I read from cover to cover within a week and this one I did. This is something I can go over and over.
- WHEN I READ THIS BOOK, I SAW MY FRIEND TIFFANY ALL OVER IT. SHE CREATES CONFRONTATIONS AND THEN WITHDRAWS. I THINK SHE NEEDS TO READ HIS OTHER BOOKS. I REALLY CARE FOR HER, SO I HOPE SHE DOESN'T TAKE IT PERSONAL THAT SHE CAN BE CRAZY AND STUBBORN AS AN OLD MULE. I THINK I READ A SENTENCE OR TWO ABOUT MYSELF ALSO.
- My wife is an avid fan, John Bradshaw's books are very easy to read and put into practice. A good book.

5 comments about Chicken Soup for the Mother and Son Soul: Stories to Celebrate the Lifelong Bond (Chicken Soup for the Soul).
- "Chicken Soup for the Mother and Son Soul" will capture the heart of any woman who has a son. The lump in my throat stayed the size of a basketball throughout my reading this moving collection of Mother and son tales. "Chicken Soup for the Soul" brings back page after page of tender, memorable moments we share only with our sons. This book makes an absolutely perfect gift, and is especially powerful for mothers who have all sons! I personally am published in this book, "My Sinking Heart" page 12, and I'm proud to be in company with hundreds of other sincere mothers telling truly heartfelt stories.Pork Chops and Applesauce: A Collection of Recipes and Reflections
- I have read many of the chicken soup for the soul books and I like them all. This one is especially meaningful for me. I have four kids but only one son. My son was born three weeks early. His father was so excited to have a boy after three girls. The day I came home from the hospital I went to put my son to bed and came back to the living room to find my husband had collapsed. I called for an ambulance and it turned out that my husband had an aneurysm. They did tests and were able to find out exactly where it was and attempted surgery. Unfortunately it was not successful and he died a few weeks later. I did not want to be pessimistic when he went in the hospital but I knew he would not come out of the hospital. I believe my son was born early for a reason and that reason was so his father could know that he had a son. That is another reason my son is so special to me. This book had many stories I could identify with. If you are a mother with a son or sons I highly recommend reading this book.
- This book and others are helping with sending my last child, my son,
off to college. He's fine and so ready to leave home, I'm a mess!
Wonderful light-hearted stories that brought tears, smiles and memories
back. Loved the book!
- Every mother likes stuff like this so it was particularly meaningful. Everyone needs a little sentimentality in their life. Memories should be visited often.
- I'm the mother of a two year old boy. I bought this book to read about other peoples relationships with their sons. I can relate to some and hope to relate to some later in our lives. The bond between us is so strong and its great to see others have that special bond too. Definitely a great book for all! It made me cry, smile and laugh pretty hard.

5 comments about Chicken Soup for the Girlfriend's Soul: Celebrating the Friends Who Cheer Us Up, Cheer Us On and Make Our Lives Complete (Chicken Soup for the Soul).
- As with all the Chicken Soup books, I was able to relate to a lot of the stories and I really enjoyed reading the book. I'm giving it to my best friend who is leaving for college and I think she will really enjoy it also.
- The stories in Chicken Soup for the Girlfriends Soul took me on a very high and low emotional rollercoaster. The stories made me smile and some made me sad. I didn't particullarily like this book because I think that it was directed to an older audience. I am 15 years old, and some of the stories were about life-long friendships. I couldn't seem to relate to many of the stories. Overall, this book wasn't my favorite, but it wasn't the worst book I have ever read.
- I love the Chicken Soup series and this book didn't disappoint! I bought 5 of them for Christmas. Four to give as gifts and one for myself. All of my friends loved it too. Would definitley recommend!
- just waht I wanted it to be!
would buy it again for gifts!
- This was an excellent book filled with short stories and peoples experience with friendships. I became touched by most of these stories and it helped me determine the underlying meaning of true friendship. When reading this book, it makes us realize who our true friends are by thinking about our experiences.

4 comments about Be Like Water: Practical Wisdom from the Martial Arts.
- Joseph Cardillo offers practical wisdom for everyday living in this brilliantly written book. The format is well-designed ~ with a spiritual saying at the beginning and resolutions at the end of each chapter. It's wonderful finding opportunities to apply his ideas, to `go with the flow' of life ~ to conserve strength and energy ~ to move through life more gently.
- This is one of those books that you can't put down. I'm not a big reader, nor am I big in to martial arts, however the principles in this book really apply to everyday life.
It immediately changed the way I analyze situations. There are many small details that anyone can use to change something if that is something they want to.
I have read this book a few times, mainly looking for something else to apply to life.
- This is another one of those "It does what it says on the label" type books. You'll not want to put it down once you've started.
The book is arranged into many small one to three page chapters about a subject e.g. "Pacing Yourself" or "Identifying Your Priorities", then followed by a page or two on Meditations about how you might achieve what has been discussed then one page of "Resolutions" on suggested promises you should make to yourself to carry out the task at hand.
Written in a nice easy flowing & interesting manner which urges you on to want to just read one more chapter before you put it down.
Although the topics discussed immediately relate to Budo (Martial Arts), all of them can equally be applied to everyday living without little or any adaptation.
- I received it in excellent condition. Maybe the only thing I was disappointed with was not being able to engage in conversation with the previous owner. She thanked me but refused to reply after that. I wanted her opinion and I'm deathly lonely. Was hoping to make a new friend.

5 comments about Change Your Life and Everyone In It: How To:.
- Making small changes in the way you do things really can affect the way the people in your life view you and act toward you. I loved Weiner-Davis' fresh approach to the problem of dealing with life's problems. For anybody who feels like their life is a constant reliving of the same old arguments with spouses and kids or in their day-to-day routine, here's real hope that you can make effective changes. For the first time in years, I'm feeling much more in control of my life!
- At first glance, the title may seem manipulative, but really, when you are trying to change a situation, aren't you doing just that? Stop the nagging, threats and poor results from those efforts, life is too short. Stop wasting your time. Michele does a super job of keeping every word interesting and understandable - for the masses! I am ordering a few of her other books as well, since I like her approach and writing style so much. It's not all about changing others, it's about changing you too and the way you think. You won't be sorry.
- You will love this book and will find all kinds of ways to make changes in your life that actually end up changing your relationships with other people. If you feel stuck in a rut in your marriage or with your kids or even at work, making these teensy changes described will improve your life and your relationships. I shared the book with my therapist and she is sharing the book with other therapists, it's that good.
- I was amazed to find out how much I was perpetuating the very things that were making me crazy. If you are having trouble in any type of relationship this book will help you turn it around. Awesome
- Wow. This book has to make my top 10 books in terms of what I got out of it. I had read one of Michele Weiner Davis's other books, Divorce Busting and thought that was really useful. But it is targeted solely at romantic relationships, primarily marriage.
Change Your Life and Everyone In It on the other hand is about changing any aspect of your life -- work, marriage, your kids, your irritating mother-in-law, you name it.
.
Weiner Davis will prompt you to create a soluation to your problems. Yes, a big point of the book is that YOU, not some expert, are the one most qualified to figure out the solution to your problems.
But if I knew how to solve my problems, don't you think I would have done so already?
Yeah, I thought that too. But the book takes you down a creative problem-solving path, asking you to think about what part of the current equation you can change. I got a ton of good ideas from this book and will be rereading my copy from time to time to come up with more. In fact it was from this book, that I got the solution to my problem of social dessert eating.
I think this book is most useful when you feel you need advice on how to get unstuck on some aspect of your life. Do you find yourself making the same mistakes over and over again? Having the same arguments with a loved one? Making the same New Year's Resolutions each year? This is the book for you. Grab it now and drink it in slowly, giving the ideas plenty of time to soak in.

- I thought it was going to be a full novel however turned out to be something similar to a one page motivational daily reading. It is positive and colorful with accurate words of inspiration so I am not upset with the money spent.
- This book is very inspirational reading and everything I would have expected from Joel Osteen. If you know Joel or even if you don't, you will really enjoy this book.

5 comments about Complete Life's Little Instruction Book: 1,560 Suggestions, Observations, and Reminders on How to Live a Happy and Rewarding Life.
- H. Jackson Brown, Jr. is among the best advice givers in today's world of literacy. This book is the best gift for anyone starting a whole new lifestyle. I recommend this book to all young adults, especially those who will soon go on to College. For the game of life is always a hard game to play for young and old alike, and we can ALWAYS use a little or a lot of motivation every now and then.
- I first found this book on a bargain shelf at my local bookstore and picked it up for just 4 or 5 dollars. It really was a good buy.
It really is not a book that one would want to pick up and read but rather a book that you would want to have lie on your desk at work or on your coffee table at home so that visitors (or clients) can pick it up and turn to a random page and find any assortment of good philosophical sayings.
Each time I pick it up I find myself smiling at the fact that it gives something new each time you open it. With over 1500 entries, it really does give advice on everything. It gives advice on the things that we ethically know, but not necessarily are written down anywhere.
I bought a second copy not long ago for a friend of mine for a Christmas gift. It's a simple little thing that can make a big reaction.
- I purchased these books for a group of college students that worked together as a staff. Some graduating, some still studying. I can only hope they do take the time to read it (here and there - not all at once) and it helps each one of them be better people. I believe this book has the ability to create role models and help people to treat others with kindness.
- I loved this little book! This is the result of a dad sitting down to write out a few words of wisdom and advice for his son who was going off to his freshman year at college. The first list was 511 entries, and then, he mailed his son a new collection every two years.
There's some great advice all through this book! And no long stories attached either. Short and straight to the point, each numbered piece of advice is no more than a few lines long. The suggestions cover a broad range, some are serious while others are funny or trivial, but all are honest and good advice, and many are just interesting. Like #841: "When your dog dies, frame his collar and put it above a window facing west" -I've never heard of that before.
I highly recommend this little book as a gifts for anybody in your life and for anything from birthdays to graduations or just because. Would also make a good coffe table or bathroom book too.
- I enjoyed reading each and every single advice contained in this book. Some of them are quite simple, even obvious. Some are more complex and profound. Nonetheless, everyone deals with those little details, the small things that can be a huge problem, or a great blessing. Awesome choice for a gift...you can hand-pick some of them to make them more giftee oriented or even write a Hopscotch in the manner of Julio Cortázar famous novel. Hope this helps. Worked for me.
