   "Egypt" is a sequel to "Time Travelers from Our Future." Dr. Goldberg begins explaining his theories of an alternative history of earth and man's evolution by concisely detailing the history of the earth and discussing the ancient history of Egypt. He extensively references his information. Having a great deal of experience with hypnosis and past-life regression, he also describes some interesting historical accounts of events in ancient history that were relayed by his current patients during hypnotic sessions. These accounts are incredibly fascinating and it was interesting to note the similarities that appear in their stories.
   
   In Dr. Goldberg's historical account, he feels that the development of Egypt was heavily influenced by Lemuria, Atlantis, extraterrestrials and time travelers. He feels that influences from these sources helped to separate Egyptian history into three distinct epochs. He offers compelling evidence, from the past, of incidents that appear to have been caused by modern technology from the future or from extraterrestrials.
   
   Dr. Goldberg believes that we are here to ascend. We are responsible for everything that we experience. He states, "We must rejoin with our Higher Self and take responsibility for our actions and our lives." Believing that we are destined to ascend, he feels that we still have to earn this right. He further states, "We must rejoin with our Higher Self and take responsibility for our actions and our lives." The negative behaviors that are common today keep us from attaining a state of Grace.
   
   Dr. Goldberg discusses his idea that Egypt was a failed experiment because true spiritual growth did not evolve from that time. The four groups that he felt were influencing us failed us with achieving our long-term goal of ascension. To help us connect with our Higher Source, he offers exercises to assist in linking our chakras and performing a super conscious mind tap. He also offers steps so that we can astrally project ourselves and access our Akashi records.
   
   "Egypt: An Extraterrestrial and Time Traveler Experiment" is an absolutely fascinating book. I really enjoyed reading about Dr. Goldberg's theories on how the human race evolved and was influenced by sources not typically mentioned in mundane history classes. He offers very convincing arguments which he backs with references and his own personal accounts taken from his patients. I thoroughly enjoyed having the opportunity to read this thought-provoking book. I look forward into delving into other books written in this series.



2. This is an excellent book, in that it anchors and provides a foundation for many similar books about 2012, and the cycle we find ourselves in. Goldberg stays on target throughout the book, with no silly filler material. I was fasinated throughout, and I'm glad he had the courage to write on many contraversial subjects. You go Bruce boy!

1. Having had an interest in hypnosis for a number of years meant that I was interested in technique and to learn - the book was chosen for its "How to". After reading it several times I failed to understand "how to" and more of the reasons "why". Whilst the book was interesting I think it failed to hit the mark for me



2. I had been interested in the art of hypnotism and so I thought I could learn from this book. I am sorry to say that this book could have used more elaboration in the techniques. The things discussed in this book were not explained in an easy to read manner, therefore making it hard to grasp it.



3. Novices should skip this poorly written "How to" book. The basic techniques outlined by the author are not fully explained. The authors favorite technique described on page 84 is incomplete or too vague. I'm concerned by the authors section on "Homosexual to Heterosexual and Vice Versa.... It seems the author fails to talk about the "vice versa"... (an attempt at political correctness poorly disguised?!) This is reported to be the revised edition (gee, I would hate to see the first!) Editing and proofing are needed... Keep telling yourself: Buy another book... Save your money... Buy another book... Save your money...



4. I read the not revised book. should be the same right?!?! anyway, not knowing hardly anything about it, i thought this book to be a great resource. it takes you step by step from testing to see how suggestible to the acctual putting under. to the people that wrote it needed to be more in depth. Its hypnosis, most of it is just repeating, and anyone can make up there own techniques this is mearly a guide. nothing should be easy there's no fun in the conquest then!

1. Art Leidecker has drawn from many of the top marketing and success minds around, while adding his own unique twist to the mix. From Scratch and on a Shoestring is easy to read and packed with information. While I have studied Napoleon Hill, W. Clement Stone (who I personally had the opportunity of meeting twice), Earl Nightingale & the marketing of Dan Kennedy, Mr. Leidecker has taken many of these principles and concepts and refined them down to a workable plan. Through his use of "Focused Concentration" and worksheets, this book is a must read for anyone opening a new practice (or building an existing one!). As I plan to transform my chiropractic practice into a hypnosis practice, I will utilize all of the ideas put forth in From Scratch and on a Shoestring!

2. These CD's are an easy listen filled with wonderfully phrased, motivational words. Glenn's Australian accent is a pleasure to listen to. Places on the CD have music as well that accompanies the voice. I LOVE these CD's and own most of them. If you live in the states you may hear an occassional terminology that is not common in the U.S. (Example, in the weight series he uses a weight measurement of a 'stone' which is a British term that represents 14 pounds). This happen rarely and certainly does not detract from the message presented in any of Glenn's CD's. You can't really listen to these in the car as they are a little hypnotic so be sure you are in a stress free mind set and location when you listen to any of therse CD's. I felt they were worth every penny.

3. I expected a bit more but I admit my expectations were a bit high given that the author is a psychologist. If you're very new to psychic protection you might get some benefit but you're probably better off with another psychic shielding book. That being said, there were a few good points and perspectives and the book uses actual case-histories to make it's point which I always find interesting. If you find a cheap copy somewhere and you have the cash handy it might not be a bad read but don't lose any sleep over it. This IS a "new age fru fru" type of book. If you're looking for clinical stuff this is not what you want.



4. This book was very insightful into the many forms of psychic attack. When I first saw the title I assumed it was about witchcraft and black magic, but quite the contrary. As far as Dr. Goldbergs techniques, I can attest to their helpfullness first hand as I am a patient of his and I can only say I have never felt better. Forget about the skepticism you read or may believe, his techniques simply work.

1. This was the first book I bought on this suject and it is great. Real easy to understand. This is the perfect book if you are just starting to get into this. It teaches almost everything you would want to learn like how to read auras, see the future, healing, and psychkinesis(mind over matter). I enjoyed this book a lot.

1. I'm so glad that I bought this book. It has helped me tremendously with preparing for labor. I plan on using the techniques taught in this book when I go into labor (in the next few weeks!). They are really easy to learn and work well for me! I recommend this book to anyone who is planning on having a natural labor, and espcially to anyone who is going to have a home birth. With practice, these affirmations that you learn can help put your subconscious mind in a different place, and not feel any pain. Five stars, GREAT BOOK!



2. I highly recommend this book!! I researched many books and techniques and the ones that I learned in this book worked the best for me. It allowed me to have a natural childbirth, without drugs, of a 9lb, 5oz baby! I will admit that the labor was not "pain-free", but it was certainly very manageable. I have experienced much greater pain from back problems. The book is written in an easy to follow manner, with many excellent scripts to read during delivery. I especially liked the section that tests to see if you are a good candidate for hypnosis as well as identifying which techniques will work best for you. Great Great resource!!!



3. I bought this for my daughter. She found it interesting & was able to use one thing from it for sure. Finding her "happy place" when in labor helped her get through some of the pain.
   
   She ended up giving birth with not one single drug!



4. I bought this book hoping it would help with my delivery. It had some good tips on managing labor pain. However, the more I read, the more I felt that to use the tips, you have to have a good labor coach that believes in hypnosis as much as you do. My husband is a skeptic, so it was hard for me to use the tips, knowing that he didn't really "buy into" hypnosis. I used some of the tips for the first part of my labor but did not use any of them during hard labor. I would suggest this book to anyone interested, with the above caveat.

1. BUY IT, BUY IT, BUY IT, BUY IT, BUY IT! AND... BUY IT!
   
   This CD is truly awesome. I was into self hypnosis for relaxation when I was younger but I never tried any self-change self hypnosis and now I'm amazed.
   
   First of all, I was drinking nearly everyday. I was hung over, I was drunk and I was tired. I felt like I was wasting my life because I wanted to do other things, but I was never getting around to them because I was always dealing with the effects of drinking.
   
   Whenever someone called me to go out, I'd go. And it was simply out of control. But I couldn't stop and it was driving me insane. I wanted to be exercising or relaxing or watching a movie, but instead I was out getting loud and being the "life of the party." I wanted to improve my life everywhere, but everytime I tried, I failed and I attributed my failure to drinking.
   
   SO, I was looking through audio books at Borders one day and I came accross a stack of Barrie Konicov's CDs. This one just said "Stop Drinking." The packaging was minimal. The description was weak. I didn't have high expectations. But I bought it. AND I LOVE IT!
   
   This was only about a month and a half ago, but I haven't had a drink since. And generally, I only listened to the CD as I was going to bed. I listened to it probably twice while awake.
   
   Just so you know, it hasn't always been easy. At times, I have felt socially inadequate when I'm at the bar with friends or co-workers. But I can go to the bar with them and know that I won't drink. And I can order a soda or a water. And they can make fun of me. And I can feel bad about it for a few minutes, but still I know that I won't break and I know that at the root of who I am, I don't want to drink and there is no need for me to be drinking.
   
   Now, after the month and a half, I find that people are secretly envious of me. They MIGHT make fun of my non-drinking at first, but after they see me being strong for a while, they'll offer me a shot and if I pretend to consider it, they quietly say "don't do it man." It's really, seriously weird.
   
   I will say this, the quality of the CD isn't fantastic. The audio is a bit muffled and feels a bit dated. I suspect the situation is that Konicov had a series of cassette tapes and they were all converted to CDs, hence the poor production.
   
   Regardless, the quality won't ruin anything in the self hypnosis process. You'll go through some very powerful visualizations and totally destroy your dependence on alcohol. Truly an awesome CD!



2. I loved the guy, and I liked what he said. It did not help me stop having my nightly glass or 2 of wine though. Maybe my heart wasn't in it enough.

1. Glenn Harold's recording is effective. The music/recording methods generally help the hypnotic process, but sometimes the sound effects are a little overdone and can be distracting.



2. I enjoy all of Glenn Harrold cds that I have purchased and this is no different. His voice is most soothing, helping you to reach a true meditative state of relaxation.



3. I am a great advocate of Glen Harolds hypnosis CD's and own most of them. I find his voice very calming (he has an English accent but this should not be an issue for anyone). He does an excellent job in this CD.
