  1. I received this book as a gift. I don't own a horse, never have, so I was puzzled by the gift. Ms. King's book was an informative, yet easily understandable read. I gained insights into what holds us back from winning and the importance letting go of unwanted "noise." I would recommend this book to ANY ATHLETE or ANY person wanting to acheive their best, not just those in the equestrian world.

  2. The Power to Win Book helped change my way of thinking and focusing better in life and riding. The book was full of great information for myself a horseback rider or for anyone in general involved in sports. I would reccomend this book to anyone who would like to understand sports in general especially horse back riding more easily. It was a great book.

5 comments about Forever Smoke Free! Stop Smoking Hypnosis (3 CD Set).
  1. This 3-step hypnosis program helped me get over the final hump. I was down to 4 cigarettes a day and just couldn't get to the final zero figure. This did it. I'm now smoke free for 15 days and going strong.

  2. If you're reluctant to quit smoking, this is a good first step in the two-step process to quit. Once you make up your mind, then you have the physical addiction to deal with and this helps with the psychological part of addiction. So if you're aware that this CD set is a companion piece to stop smoking and not the whole answer, then it will be helpful to you in your journey to becoming smoke-free.

  3. I did as instructed and have not smoked for nearly a month, despite being surrounded by smokers at times. First time with hypnosis and was put off by how active I was mentally, trying to visualize just what the speaker was saying. After 4 - 5 days of the training session (done for the first 7 days to teach you to relax) I figured out not to worry with the visualization, just relax. Worked instantly! Instructions say "Allow yourself 20 - 25 minutes to relax or sleep (when you listen to the sessions). Work on the relaxation and the system will work on you.

  4. This is an excellent CD using positive suggestions & expert technique.
I am a Certified Hypnotherapist and am in demand so much that I just cannot see all the people that need hypnotherapy. I have suggested this CD for persons looking to quit smoking and stay quit as Trevor uses many of the same techniques that I do. If you cannot get into a hypnotherapist for 1:1 sessions try this CD.

It is well worth the $$$$. As a former 20 plus yr smoker, hypnosis was the only treatment modality that finally took away ALL of the pain of quitting & living without cigs. Hypnosis helped me get "my life" & my freedom back.

Good luck in your journey to becoming a non-smoker! You can do it!

  5. I bought this to quit smoking and listen to it about two weeks and it is a waste of money, and I would tell people don't waste your hard earned money for to buy trash. It's the worst hypnosis cd I ever listen to. SO PLEASE DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS OR YOUR TIME!!!!!

5 comments about Mind Magic Techniques for Transforming Your Life.
  1. Marta Hiatt writes in the tradition of the great 20th century metaphysicians like Dr Joseph Murphy, Florence Scovel-Shinn and Catherine Ponder, but her style is thoroughly updated for the 21st century and her work is firmly grounded and integrated in psychology - she also draws on the experience she has acquired as a marriage and family therapist.

In the first part, The Evolution Of Consciousness, she explains how the mind works, while the second part provides Techniques For Transformation such as affirmation, self-hypnosis, imagination, visualization and the goal of it all: cosmic consciousness. A rich array of helpful affirmations are provided, plus the best ways of using them, and there's a chapter on proper nutrition, stress and exercise.

The appendices include detailed information for relaxation plus suggestions for self-hypnosis. There are apposite quotes and bibliographic references throughout the text, as well as an extensive bibliography and index, and the book is well-illustrated with figures explaining various aspects of consciousness.

The secret to success is learning how to transform one's inner landscape so your life fulfills your highest promise. This book, a classic of the genre, informs you how to do this in an intelligent but easy-to-understand manner and is the best I have encountered in quite some time. I highly recommend it.

  2. This book is a combination - New Thought meets Freud. The author describes how our conscious and subconscious minds interact to determine our lives and health. Unfortunately, the psychology overshadows the spiritual.

The description of quantum mechanics is clumsy. Chapters on hypnosis, consciousness, and the body/mind connection are long-winded and dull (I felt like I was sitting through Psych 101 again). Much of it was unnecessary - is there anybody out there who still doesn't know that we need to reduce stress, eat nutritious foods, and get exercise in order to be healthy? Of course our mental attitude plays a role.

The book was disappointing - it's a rehash of old news. If you are familiar with Ernest Holmes, Napoleon Hill, Wallace Wattles, Deepak Chopra, Wayne Dyer, Allan Cohen, Stuart Wilde, Victor Boc, Louise Hay, etc., you will find very little new meat in this book. I was particularly troubled by the chapter on prosperity; much of it seems to be taken nearly word for word from other authors.

Instead of this book, I recommend "The Power of Your Subconscious Mind" by Joseph Murphy. "Self-Hypnosis" by Alman and Lambrou, and "Your Heart's Desire" by Sonia Choquette are also good choices.

  3. Marta Hiatt gives you all you need to know to create for yourself a life you'll love getting up in the morning to live.

No psychobabble, technobabble, or egobabble. Straight and to the point techniques you can use right now to create the life you want.

Even if you are already where you want to be, you will learn so much about how you work mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually, you will be empowered to start on a dime to make changes happen for you should your find your circumstances altered by life, like the death of a loved one, loss of a job, home or physical ability/ies.

Magic ways really do exist and Ms. Hiatt tells you how to do a number of things that will empower you in ways you can't even imagine. Sure, there are other magic books out there. I don't know about you, but when I finished them, I still felt I was in the same place I was when I started. Sure, I picked up a tip or two, but nothing like Hiatt's instructions. Do this and get that result. Sound simple? It is. All you have to do is do it. I am doing it. I wish for you the motivation to do it as well. Are these ways magic bullets? They are the closest thing I have ever found.

  4. Having read many "self help" books, I must say that this one definatley stands out from the crowd. Specifically, the author clearly and persuasivley makes the case for living with self-esteem. She states that one should treat one's self (and this includes what one says to one's self in one's head) as one would treat a loving friend. I have yet to see this idea expressed so throughly and convincingly. I highly reccomend this book; it can do wonders for your life!

  5. Well, it took me a night to read it. But it's going to take a lifetime to get totally, it's that simple; yet that complicated and powerful. I mean Dr. Hiatt imparts something genuinely wonderful and she makes no bones or psychobabble (as another reviewer accurately calls it) about it. And the bibliography, it is wonderful. Especially including Julian Jaynes' masterwork on consciousness "The Origins of Consciousness and the Breakdown of the Bicameral Mind" and James Allen's masterwork on spiritual epistemology "As a Man Thinketh" and her enlightened use and takes on these works in her book. Thus, I say objectively here that this book is a great buy in every way. And not only that, it is superiorly and tightly researched, written and illustrated (with examples as well as contextual analogs and diagrams.) But that's only the tip of the iceberg. She literally takes all the "mystery" nonsense and mythological foolishness out of hypnosis and mental science. It's like a quote from a case-history in Claude M. Bristol's classic book "The Magic of Believing", sure you know there is a Niagara Falls, and you've seen the 8 x 10 glossy pictures of the falls, but when you actually see it, it's genuinely overwhelming and awesome.

    Captain Josh.

5 comments about Reading by the Colors (Revised).
  1. Irlen's original hypothesis was interesting. It has been proven to be outdated, and this book (and the whole Irlen approach) ought to disappear from the helping-the-dyslexic shelf.

Dyslexia is not a visual problem, it is a neurological processing problem. Glasses or colored overlays won't raise a kid's reading level--getting the brain to recognize sounds and the relation to symbols is the answer. The International Dyslexia Association has reliable information.

I am sure there are people who are bothered by lights and so on who feel better when they wear dark glasses or whatever. It is just not a cure for specific language disabilities.

I see the Irlen Screeners as desperately needing more "sufferers" to justify the cost of their training. "But it worked for MEEee!" is not an acceptable answer to "where is the research?"

  2. If I'm giving 3 stars rating to this book it is for all the great information and description it contains and for providing a better understanding of this condition I have called Scotopic Sensitivity Syndrome. But to me the book seems too much sale-oriented and was turned-off by that.

Before even knowing about this book, I had noticed on my own that different color background had an effect on the perceived text on a page and I had begun experiencing with different background and text colors - Needless to say that when I found out about "Reading by the colors" and what it was about, I was very curious and eager to read it. The idea of using color overlays and lens suggested by Helen Irlen through this book didn't sound ridiculous to me at all. It's a smart idea however, there is one detail witch seems to have escaped the author... While I know it is true that one can reduce perceptual distortions caused by contrast on a page of text with the use of color overlays or lens, I've also noticed and know for a fact that lighting condition have an effect on how colors are perceived - We all know that. Impressionist artist Van Goth among others has demonstrated that very well - Therefore if lighting affects how colors are perceived and that colors can be used to reduce distortions caused by SSS, a specific color overlay and/or lens will only be the most efficient if the same lighting conditions there were during the SSS screening are reproduced exactly - That may not be a problem for someone who wishes to read always at the same place, it is easy to accommodate the lighting condition and work with color overlays - But for the person who travels and thus reads in various places, or for the person with a more severe case of SSS and has to wear lens all the time, no need to explain how complicated that become.

I agree with the author when she says that SSS is part of the puzzle for dyslexia and other LDs as they often co-exist together, but I was turned-down by her tenaciousness to stress that SSS and dyslexia are two very different conditions, yet the author fails to explain clearly what the difference is - It doesn't date from yesterday that many dyslexics have reported seeing distortions within printed text. These reported distortions are not the result of a visual problem but rather the result of a perceptual problem (just like what the author claims SSS to be) - It is as if the author wishes to justify her discovering of SSS to give credibility to the suggested remediation of using color lens/overlays and her persistent claim that SSS can only be screened/diagnosed by an Irlen centre specialist and that only Irlen lenses and overlay work - Fact: Colorimetry is a science that doesn't date from yesterday either and colored lens have been used/prescribed by opticians since the 1940's

The cost of the overlays or lens, but first the cost of the screening and then the cost of the exam to determinate the right color is absolutely outrageous. I have been living 30 years with SSS not knowing what it was. Although I would really wish to find a cure, there is no way that I will spend that much money (nor that I can afford) for a solution that may help a little only under a specific lighting conditions.

There are more research that need yet to be done on the subject of SSS, Dyslexia and other LDs. If there is one good thing which this book provides is awareness but it is certainly no excuse for making a business out of it.

  3. After 9 years of searching for all the answers to my daughter's learning disorders, I came across the Irlen method. It's not a cure-all for every disorder but it does explain why my daughter can read in near-dark and the Irlen lenses work beautifully for her. I'm very pleased with the results as they relate to visual processing/perceptual disorder and dyslexia. There is a caution, however. We asked our school district to test for Irlen Syndrome; my feeling is that if there's even a 5% chance something will work, I'm willing to try it. The district said they had the appropriate testing measures so I put my faith in them. What I found out (nearly two and a half years later when I found this book) was that the district 'expert' was a screener, not a diagnostician. In order to find out the exact Irlen color, one must see a diagnostician which we were not told at the time. Plus, the color of the overlay is not necessarily the color of the lenses. Irlen lenses are a specific type of lens, not just a colored lens. So, we ended up purchasing the wrong color on the wrong lens. While it's my understanding that no harm was probably done, her progress was probably delayed. You can go to www.irleninstitute.com for a list of local diagnosticians and other important information. Be aware that Irlen syndrome is controversial but there is no denying the many, many people who have been helped by Helen Irlen.

  4. I have absolutely no expertise in the areas related to this book and make no judgment about the validity of this method of reading improvement for certain types of dyslexic individuals. However, this book was given to me by a friend whom I respect a great deal. He is a pharmacist and has told me several times how much this method and his colored lenses have improved his life. I know that in science personal testimony has no weight, but I do know that if a person finds real help that persists over time, it is worth considering. Personally, I don't have any reading difficulties except that I might do too much of it. I know that my ability to read very quickly with retention is a gift and a blessing for which I am very grateful. The suffering of people who struggle with reading is very real and can damage confidence and progress in life.

Let me share another example. I personally have no use for chiropractic. However, my mother was nearly killed by a drunk driver in a car accident and had severe neck pain. She was called a malingerer by the insurance company and medical doctors wanted to perform certain kinds of fusing surgeries that did guarantee certain decreases in quality of life without the guarantee of fixing the pain. So, with nothing left to lose, she tried a chiropractor recommended by a friend. It worked for her. We were so happy to have her pain removed and her restored ability to work. I don't know what the injury was or how the chiropractor helped her. But I loved the change and improvement in my mother's life.

It is the same with my friend and the others who use this method and find real improvement in their reading. In the final analysis, that others say this doesn't help them or doesn't map out in this or that study isn't really the point. And I am not qualified to judge any of the studies pro or con. What is the point is that people who couldn't read before can now. And it is more than a few.

So, if you or your child is suffering from reading difficulties that appear to be vision related, here is something to consider that doesn't seem to be too costly and might offer some hope.

  5. This book helps me explain to others who don't know anything about SSS (even though they may have it and not know it), what it is, when I flip to the colored pages in the book, and have them try to read text on those colored pages, which makes it hard for them to read! There's also other cute self-tests in the book that are very helpful too.

If you want to get an idea of how hard it is for anyone to read who has SSS, flip to the colored pages in the book, and see which colors are easier and harder for you to read. Even though one might have terribly strong reading skills, as one gets older, and muscles become strained, one could be helped by the information in this book. After all, don't we change the fonts and color backgrounds on our computers so that we can see them better?

I was 38 years old, recovering from an auto accident, when I was referred to the author's clinic, to see if I could find any help for transposing numbers when I took telephone messages working as a secretary so that I wouldn't have to spend time on the job reading back phone numbers to the phone caller to make sure that I'd got the phone number correct. It was so surprising to find that I a very fast and strong reader (and very intelligent too) was diagnosed with SSS, and that I'd had it all my life without knowing it! During the exam I was shown that for my eyes, words were actually not lying flat on the page, and this was why I was having to take extra time on the job with those phone numbers! My reading skills were so strong they were overcoming the SSS issue, to a large degree. But because I was recovering from an auto accident, my muscles became fatigued earlier, thus the SSS diagnosis.

  1. In this book, you are provided with several self hypnosis "scripts" to record onto a tape, in your own voice. I recorded the weight loss script a little over a week ago, and I, an avid chocoholic, have not had a bite of chocolate since! I'm no longer snacking between meals, I'm not tempted by sweets, and I couldn't be happier. There is at least one script in this book for everyone. The wording is wonderful, very positive, and extremely effective.

  2. -
Ya I can say that. You will never find this kind of book on self hypnosis.

There is a very brief introduction about Self-Hypnosis.Then 23 Scripts are given on different situation of life to work on.

Each script ends in about 30 minutes.Author suggests us to record these scripts in our own voice & listen to them according to our need.

I think this is a best idea for Self Hypnosis. Each Script starts with relaxation then Visualisation & then suggestion.

This is Great, like using the power of your own voice for your better life.I was wondering Why I didnt got this idea before?

  3. I was very impressed with the scripts provided in this book. The author definitely knows his way around the subconscious mind.

This book contains many useful scripts, and is free of personal bias or any other type of preachy stuff. If you read a lot of hypnosis material, you know that is a rare combination.

Easy to use, it's a great start for a beginner!

5 comments about Your Power Within! Self Confidence through Hypnosis.
  1. I am the author of "Your Power Within!" and this is the Cd that I listen to as I drift to sleep each.

  2. I can't thank you enough for this Cd. I feel so empowered! For years I have read self-help books and tried to apply someone else's technique to living a more positive, productive life with very limited success. Now, I feel like nothing can hold me back. I have so much more confidence and know I can accomplish anything! Thank you again.

  3. Initially I didn't care for the way Trevor Scott speaks. It is a bit odd and I wondered if I could get past it. I was able to get past it however and after the first week I saw some pretty big changes taking place in my life. I don't think this CD will solve all of your problems but I do think it is a good place to start.

  4. This has helped me a great deal. I had to give a talk recently and was nervous about doing so. I listened to this c.d. for a week before I had to give my talk and ended up enjoying it instead of dreading it as I usually do. I personally found his voice very soothing.

  5. I purchased this Self Confidence CD to deal with my negative mental chatter. New to the writing field, my self doubt beats up on me so strongly I talk myself out of projects before starting them. Trevor Scott has an excellent voice for hypnosis, inspiring trust - I'm not worried he's hidden subliminal message to make me do something against my will. He speaks with so much confidence I am able to internalize his messages. I've bought several hypnosis recordings where foreign accents, unsureness in the voice of the speaker, and background music that sounds like alien landings took the value out of the session, for example: Hypnosis to Enhance Creative Writing by Charles Vald. I was relieved Trever Scott did such a good job with voice, choice of background music, and well worded messages. I would like to see more Hypnosis CD's available from Trever Scott. All this being said, my husband didn't care for his voice but I think that may be because some men would only trust a woman's voice in a hypnosis situation. Excellent Job Trever Scott! Thank you.

5 comments about The Gentle Art of Blessing: Living One's Spirituality in Everyday Life.
  1. This book is wonderful. I recommend it to everyone regardless of religious persuasion. If each person could put in to practice the ideas in this book, it could transform society.

  2. this book has helped me to learn about the how's of blessing.. I learned alot and felt inspired to bless more of my everyday life..

    loved it.

  3. On page 11, the author writes, "As you walk, bless the city in which you live, its government and teachers, its nurses and street sweepers, its children and bankers, its priests and prostitutes. The minute anyone expresses the least aggravation or unkindness to you, respond with a blessing: Bless them totally, sincerely, joyfully - for such blessings are a shield that protects them from the ignorance of their misdeed and deflects that arrow that was aimed at you."

I wish I could give an all-encompassing, "that's great, I loved it" review on this book, but I'm struggling with Pradevand's comments that the best and most potent response to aggression is blessing.

Less than three days ago, 32 students were murdered at a once-beautiful college in the midst of the Blue Ridge mountains. There are times when you must be prepared to go toe to toe with evil and deal it a fatal blow. Like Pradervand, I believe that each of God's children have the potential and ability to express Her purity and goodness and love, but I also believe that some of God's children would rather face annihilation than surrender their association with pure evil.

Jesus never taught us that we should "see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil." He prayed and *then* he threw over the moneychanger's tables. He cursed the fig tree, sent the swine to their death over the hill, etc. He said to his beloved disciple Peter, "get thee behind me Satan."

Jesus' predominant activity was blessing, but from my reading of various scriptures and exegeses, he also did some cursing!

The Bible records several instances when Jesus got angry. His anger was unselfish and short-lived, but there were times when he "let people have it."

So, if you can move through Pradervand's book with that in mind, I do recommend it as a good read. It's stuffed full of inspiring messages and powerful anecdotes on the practical application of spiritual laws to restore peace and harmony to one's soul. I also highly recommend Peck's book, "People of The Lie," which is one of the best books I've ever read about dealing with evil people. Perhaps these two books should be read together.

  4. I love this book! As soon as I finished it, I started to read it again. In practicing blessing in the way the author explains it, I've seen my own (justifiable) anger and animosity towards people who have hurt me or damaged my life melt away.

I don't think the author means that we shouldn't carry through if some evil needs to be addressed, but it makes it possible to do so objectively and without hate.

The key, in my thought, is that this book made me see that I have to put my spiritual convictions into practice all the time and toward everyone...I can't get away with just praying in a general sense and then going about my day and continuing to feel contentious towards someone, even when merited.

  5. The first two chapters held my attention well. The principle is life changing, this book is not. The author quotes many others to substantiate his stories, rather than deeply developing the theme and supporting it with quotes. Became repetitious while using different words.

For the average reader who is seeking spiritual development, the title is captivating. The book could support this journey by proposing thoughtful questions during each chapter to help the reader focus the information to his/her self.
    A big disappointment to me.

  1. ...before I tried it. A friend gave me my first title by Gelnn Harrold and it worked! Then I bought this title and I listened to it every night before bed. I started going to the gym three times a week and I'm getting in good shape. Even more amazing...I enjoy going to the gym now! I have never viewed myself as easily influenced, but if you apporach this with an open mind and ALLOW yourself to be influenced, it might work for you too!

  2. These CD's are an easy listen filled with wonderfully phrased, motivational words. Glenn's Australian accent is a pleasure to listen to. Places on the CD have music as well that accompanies the voice. I LOVE these CD's and own most of them. If you live in the states you may hear an occassional terminology that is not common in the U.S. (Example, in the weight series he uses a weight measurement of a 'stone' which is a British term that represents 14 pounds). This happen rarely and certainly does not detract from the message presented in any of Glenn's CD's. You can't really listen to these in the car as they are a little hypnotic so be sure you are in a stress free mind set and location when you listen to any of therse CD's. I felt they were worth every penny.

  3. I look forward to this playing this CD - I have it on my IPOD and use it on my lunch break to focus, motivitate, and balance my energy. It leaves me feeling very good a about myself. PLEASE DONT GET CAUGHT UP WITH HIS ENGLISH ACCENT - THIS IS AN EXCELLENT CD - AND ACCENTS ARE JUST ACCENTS - NOTHING MORE. After listeing to this CD a couple of times you will feel so good that you will not hear the accent anymore.

  1. Quite helful. I gave it 4 stars because the suggestions are similar to the ones in Unleash Your True Potential (by the same author)
As a certified hypnotherapist though, I rate this as a useful/helful tool.

  2. I was skeptic at first and a bit scared to try self hypnosis. A friend of mine who is a psychotherapist recommended Glenn Harrold hypnotherapy CDs. I am so glad that I bought this CD. It is very well done, a perfect combination of sound effects, music and Glen Harrold's voice will guide to to a state of deep mental and physical relaxation. A number of post hypnotic suggestions and affirmations are given during the hypnotic session to help the listener to think more positively. I was amazed at the changes in my mental state and the more positive outlook which I gained after only three sessions.

  3. I have bought several hypnosis CD's and this is the best by far! I am a licensed Hypnotherapist and at first I have to say I wasn't that crazy about it. My girlfriend had also gotten this CD - anyway after buying several different CD's and listening to different hypnotherapists I really have to agree with my friend - he is absolutely the BEST! I love his soothing voice and the suggests are perfect. I bought a Christopher Love CD on hypnosis - forget! The man must have been in a hurry, because he spoke way too rapidly and if that wasn't bad enough, his music overpowered his voice a lot of the times. Glenn Harrold's voice is fantastic and relaxing - he takes his time and the music is barely audiable. Wonderful!!!!

  4. This tape left me feeling very positive, optimistic, and stress free. I love Glen Harold's hypnosis tapes. I have now purchased all his hypnosis tapes. They all accomplish what they say they do. Buy this tape if you have had a hard day and feel beaten up by the events of the day - this is the tape will leave you feeling joyous and uplifted.

  5. I have come to the realization that True Thinking is an art form. What is, you may ask, "True Thinking"? True Thinking is the conscious and deliberate act of raising your thoughts up from the mundane to the Holy and the Divine. I'm not talking about religion when I speak of those terms, I'm speaking from a place/a space of Spirit. If I simply spoke from a religious point of view, I would not be practicing "True Thinking" since True Thinking involves getting out of the ordinary and into the extraordinary.

I love Glenn Harrold's CDs. I love how matter-of-fact he is when he is speaking. It's not abrasive. It's not rude. It's just a clear certainty that he knows of what he is talking about and who he is talking to. He's not addressing your personality...he's speaking right to your soul...he's speaking to that person within you that remembers who you really are.

We can say that we are "learning" to think positively, but what we are really doing is "unlearning". All of us - and I mean ALL of us - were born Pure, Innocent, and Undefiled. But once we left the womb, we begin to learn very, very quickly about the "ways of the world". In short, we develop an ego.

Now the ego isn't such a bad thing...it's akin to a car...it can take us places that we want to be, but just as we don't identify ourselves with the car we drive - well, some of us do - we don't have to identify with ego and this is the beauty of Glenn Harrold's work. He is going into these sessions with a knowing that there is something within you NOW that desires to come forth.

I am reminded of a story abut Michelangelo. Someone asked him how he created the beautiful sculptures that he was quickly becoming known for. He looked at that person rather surprised and said, "God created the sculpture within the stone. I am merely setting it free..."

This is exactly what you are doing when you listen to Glenn's CDs, when you are striving to engage in True Thinking, when the religionists say (but not necessarily mean) to live in a state of constant prayer...it is putting all of your focus on the Higher Things of Life.

You can read this and get inspired and go your merry way in your car and somebody cuts you off. Now, the question is not whether or not you will react, because you will but the question becomes, how fast do you get back on track? Do you let this person - who obviously wasn't thinking, and I mean this literally as well as metaphorically, ruin your day? Or do you use it as yet another opoortunity to engage in True Thinking?

You may come to this CD wanting to learn something new. What you will ultimately do is unlearn and let that which you truly are come forth. Our inner nature is too bright to be negative and you may know some "negative types"...you may even think you are one, but, I tell you a mystery...in the twinkling of an eye, we can rise up and take the reigns of True Power and be ourselves.

I know you will enjoy this CD and I know that you will join with me as well as thousands - possibly millions of others - who are interested in transforming this world one thought at a time.

Now, go be who you are and shine your Light.

    Peace and Blessings,
    john 'the Light Coach'
