5 comments about Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder Sourcebook.
  1. This book helped me to realize that I was not crazy. I was in a car accident in 2006 where I had to helplessly watch my friend die right in front of me. I was not injured in the wreck which caused me lots of guilt. I thought my life was falling apart until I saw a therapist and a psychiatrist and learned that I was suffering from PTSD. I am still suffering from PTSD but this book is teaching me that I am not the only person who has ever gone through this and that I just might get better from this. I keep this book beside my bed and read it every night. With this book and continued therapy and medication, I hope to be able to live life again some day.

  2. I'm a counselor and have found this book to be extremely helpful with clients suffering with PTSD. I highly recommend it.

  3. This book is written in an easy to read style and is full of information about PTSD which therapists and sufferers alike will find very useful in increasing their understanding of this distructive disorder.
Furthermore, a section of this book covers treatments for PTSD. Of particular interest to me is Chapter 23 entitled Thought Field Therapy. While little is known of this technique in some therapuetic circles, TFT or 'psycholocial acupuncture' is currently being used to successfully treat sufferers of PTSD in places like Rwanda.
If readers of this book try this technique for themselves by closely following the simple steps as described in Chapter 23, it is likely they will find relief from stress and anxiety.
I highly recommend this excellent book for the inclusion of this groundbreaking technique alone.

  4. Hey there,
This book is unbelievably good. It has essential covering on a wide range of topics. Like shame/guilt, pain, sexual healt aspects. I haven't found any week spots in it.
It has concrete action suggestions, is written clearly and with a relaxed tone that can only come from someone who is educated, has great experience and has got it together completely. It is down to earth and couldn't be better for a non-expert self-healer and one doesn't have to be a genious to use it.
I respect the author much and feel grateful towards him.
By the way I find the book very helpful from time to time on various issues.

  5. Some people's lives are picture-perfect, filled with sunny days, starry nights and happy weekends. The good times just keep on coming. For post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) victims, things also go on forever. Over and over, they mentally relive their most traumatic experiences in a continuing nightmare. PTSD is insidious. First you are the victim of severe, unspeakable trauma. Then, like a ghost, the trauma comes back to haunt you. Many associate PTSD only with combat veterans. However, almost any severe, stressful event can cause PTSD, be it rape or assault, abuse, a natural disaster, a terrorist attack or an accident. PTSD is a deadly, serious problem that plagues its victims. Fortunately, it does not have to be a life sentence. Treatment is available and recovery is possible, as Glenn R. Schiraldi explains in this thorough sourcebook. In fact, he states firmly that PTSD is curable with the proper therapies. If you or someone you care about suffers from PTSD, getAbstract thinks this book could be useful, helpful and encouraging.

5 comments about The Relaxation & Stress Reduction Workbook.
  1. This book has lots of good ideas for dealing with stress. I have been able to find some that work well for me so I recommend this text.

  2. This book is packed with information -- which is great. But it can be a little overwhelming. I would recommend it for the amount of material covered, but I think it can make relaxation seem like a bit of a job. I have difficulty picking up various types of techniques (i.e. meditation) by reading. I think listening to a podcast or attending a class might be more helpful for those types of things. But it is a wonderfully thorough source of information on many types of relaxation techniques and, if nothing else, serves as a great starting point.

  3. This workbook is excellent- specific easily understood instructions for different methods of relaxation: you will find something that will work for you: this is important because some workbooks are "one size fits all" and may not be helpful for everyone.

  4. For anyone who has stress- and who doesn't ? - this is a must read. This book gives detailed descriptions but best of all - real help. Example- in so many books I read " breath deeply'. This book gives detailed descriptions how to breath deeply

  5. An excellent reference book which has worked well for me. It is a professional approach to learning to cope with stress and some of the adverse effects of drugs. It is in constant use, and I have recommended it to friends.

5 comments about Help for Your Fearful Dog: A Step-by-Step Guide to Helping Your Dog Conquer His Fears.
  1. I just recently acquired a somewhat shy mini-dachshund and needed instruction on how to assist him in overcoming his apprehensions. Various sources on line recommended "Help for Your Shy Dog" by Deborah Wood. I bought it, as well as this book by Nicole Wilde. The Deborah Wood book was a complete waste of time - no details were included on how I should proceed with my dog on anything, only just what amounted to a bunch of cheerleading (e.g., "with patience even you can do it!"). This Nicole Wilde Book, however, contains all the protocols you need to follow for virtually any kind of fear a dog might have. I highly recommend it for anyone with a shy dog, or any kind of dog for that matter. After reading this book, I am now making huge progress with my dog's apprehensions, and feel well equipped to deal with any fear that may come up in the future.

  2. If I had found this book a few months ago, I could have saved a lot of money. This book has ALL of the advice that I received from several sessions with a trainer and from a veterinary behaviorist! I learned a lot more, too.

This book has everything you need to know about a scared dog, whether the dog is aggressive or hiding under the bed. The book has great advice about recognizing a scared dog, training, leadership, toys & treats that motivate, medications, food, complementary therapies, understanding a scared dog's motivation, and exercise.

  3. I work with a local dog rescue organization. Many rescue dogs have had a tough life and are very fearful. Techniques from this book have been very helpful with these dogs and helped them to come a long way towards becoming great adoptable pets.

  4. I have 5 dogs and years of dog experience.... and this book still managed to point out a few things I haven't thought of.

  5. I have 2 fearful dogs and this book is very helpful. This is an excellent book.

5 comments about Helping Your Anxious Child: A Step-By-Step Guide for Parents.
  1. The approach on this book brought almost inmediate results as I helped my son with certain anxieties. It was like magic! Very good tool. Thanks

  2. After reading this, I gained more compassion for my child, and I was better equipped to handle his anxiousness.

  3. My 8 year old daughter has a lot of issues with anxiety. Fortunately it hasn't gotten to the point where it's extreme but we want to give her tools so that it doesn't get that way. I myself have had issues with anxiety my whole life so I'm sure much of the problems stem from hereditary.

That being said, I as an adult have learned many tools such as Yoga and meditation techniques which have been incredibly helpful. Still, these techniques have been hard for me to translate in a useful way for a child this young.

This book has given me and my wife many tools to help with our daughter's anxiety issues and I am learning a lot to use for myself as well.

It is written in a way that anyone can use it, you don't need to be a therapist. The approach to realistic thinking is very realistic to implement.

One suggestion I have for those wishing to implement relaxation techniques for their children is to also look into the wonderful materials by Lori Lite. Her CD's "Indigo Dreams", "Indigo Ocean Dreams" and "Indigo Teen Dreams" are produced with young children in mind as well as teenagers. They are guided meditations, affirmations, relaxation and visualization techniques that are suitable for kids (and my wife and I have done them also).

While the material in the book is certainly excellent, these CD's by Ms. Lite make it considerably easier for children to relate to. Plus they can be used to help your child sleep more soundly and can help them relax if they have bad dreams. They have very relaxing, healing music and wonderful narration that helps these wonderful stories gently lead children to a more peaceful state of mind and overall being.

The combination of the excellent book plus these CD's are wonderful tools to help you to help heal your anxious child.

  4. I think this would be a highly useful book for parents of children 8 and older. There are activities for your child to do like rating their worry on a number scale that I felt were too abstract/advanced for my 4 year old. The general information about anxieties would be good for parents of children of any age.

  5. Although my daughter's doctor recommended this book, I didn't end up using it very much, because I found another one that I like better: What to Do When You Worry Too Much: A Kid's Guide to Overcoming Anxiety (What to Do Guides for Kids) by Dawn Huebner. Ms. Huebner's book pretty much gives you the same tools as this book, but explains the strategies in ways that my daughter can easily grasp. I showed the book to our doctor (he hadn't seen it before) and he thought it looked great!

5 comments about Theoretical Anxiety and Design Strategies in the Work of Eight Contemporary Architects.
  1. This collection of essays on contemporary architects reminds me of why I love great contemporary architecture, and why I will continue to work as an architect. The text demonstrates the wonderful diversity of the times we live in and the recent history which has formed these times. Read these essays and you will recognize the lineage of form and theory which has led to any building built or published today, from any suburban house to the Freedom Tower.

A reflection on 50 years of history, this book could only have come together now. Moneo's observations of his peers are dead on and written with the clarity of a historical text while still managing to to provide the insight of a work of architectural criticism. This is the book I wish I had as a student in the 1980's but know that in the throes of theoretical debate at the time that the history was too fresh for hindsight. As a direct result of the debate around "modernism", more than at any other time in history we are able to recognize how theory affects our design strategies. In collecting these transcripts of lectures and essays on these architects Moneo codifies what we know we knew about how we got here, but had not yet put all together.

I only wish I could have been there to hear his lectures. At times the text seems to stradle the grammatical form of essay and transcript of a discussion on a particular slide. But perhaps it is that sometimes awkward format which energizes and saves the book from becoming "text"book. To actually see slides and drawings rather than the somewhat small and at times poor black and white images that dot the text would be of great benefit. As a result this is probably not a book for the casual reader of architecture not familiar with the work of these architects and who does not have the time to look for better images. Mr. Moneo has in this book nthe raw material for what could be a very powerful multimedia publication, either CD or web based.

I recommend that every student of architecture today read this book. It offers the critical tools to recognize where from what you do comes and in doing so opens the possibilities of where you can take your work.

  2. There are Architects who write eloquently about Architecture, but whose built works disappoint, then there are those whose buildings inspire and yet seem unable to communicate clearly about their ideas, but Rafael Moneo is the rare architect who appears in easy command of both realms. A colleague who studied under him said that Moneo could look at a project and tell exactly how it was designed, and this book seems to substantiate this ability to understand both method and reason behind the work of some of the most important Architects of the last third or the 20th century. Moneo's prose is informal, yet studied, and this book serves as a once in a lifetime conversation with a master Architect.
His ideas seem better defined when dealing with James Stirling and Aldo Rossi, and more speculative when dealing with relative newcomers like Koolhaas, and Herzhogg+DeMeuron, but the book is always insightful. Moneo comes across as someone who loves his profession and who, despite earning international renown, approaches the work of his colleagues with the same fascination of a brilliant student. This fascination is contagious, and the book is a worthy addition to the library of anyone who loves contemporary architecture.

  3. I purchased this book because I was interested in only
two architects. One was Siza and the other H+Dm. Going over again
Stirling/ Venturi/ Rossi was just too much and I wasn't interested in the rest of three architects. But thanks to Moneo's great writing, I was able to read all of the architects with great interest and enthusiasm. Reading Siza was like reading a poetry. Moneo constructs that mood by comparing Siza with a Poet Pesoa. Due to their contemporaneity, analysis on H+Dm is still on going. But Moneo explains well on the foundation of H+dM's work. Like the comparison of Siza to Pesoa, it is interesting to read H+Dm's relationship/influence with conceptual artists such as Joseph Beuys. In terms of Venturi and Rossi, unlike crash courses in architectural history, Moneo delves into more on their individual projects than on the theoretical manifestos of their books. I gained most reading Koolhaas and Eisenman. I never liked their writings (one being too sarcastically light and the other being too narcissistically heavy) and I hated their buildings. Moneo actually helps overcome these misreading. Overall, the book really stimulates thinking in that every line in architecture has a meaning. Moreover, it helps to see the landscape of contemporary architecture. As the title suggests, the book really is a theoretical anxieties. And like all anxieties do, I guarantee that this book will stir the stagnation of your spirit; as it did mine.

  4. In architecture, everyone at one point fantasizes about becoming a well known architect. Rafael Moneo challenges the current leaders method of praticing. He investigates each architect individually, delivering insight to their logic in practicing. Moneo constantly refers back to each architect he discusses and compares the diversity of architecture logic in practice. Although I believe he was attempting to expose the potential failures or faults in most successful architects, whom we usually appraciate but hardly challenge.

  5. In this deceptively thick volume, Moneo presents a compilation of lectures he gave during the early 90's while at Harvard's GSD. Digging into his archives, he reassembles slides and text specific to the work of eight individuals that Moneo believes to be among the most influential contemporary architects of the late 20th century.

Don't let the title intimidate you. Moneo is simply referring to the mechanisms, operational strategies, formal devices and procedures that architects utilize in their design process and their unwillingness to reveal those systematic theories of design. Rather, he believes that the current architectural discourse assumes a more reflective or critical posture rather than revolving around the process of design.

Moneo manages to reveal to varying extents the working process of each architect by analyzing a body of work over the course of their career, identifying key changes in strategies. As an architect, learning the working process of such significant architectural figures is quite useful, allowing one to locate themselves (or others) within the greater architectural sphere. Here, connections begin to reveal themselves and linkages to architects past and present become evident.

The project images are often a bit too small to be incredibly useful especially since Moneo often refers to specific features within the drawings and photos to explain his thoughts. However, this remains an excellent and recommended read.

5 comments about Indigo Dreams: Adult Relaxation-Guided Meditation/Relaxation Techniques decrease anxiety, stress, anger (Indigo Dreams).
  1. Usually I don't write negative reviews but this tape is just the WORST. I bought it mainly because I was looking for a good relaxation tape to help me get to sleep and it got so many wonderful reviews that I picked it out of about 5 I was considering Every segment of this tape got on my nerves but the worst was the relaxation segment. He repeated the same four idiotic phrases for every part of the body that was supposed to be relaxing. For instance "you will relax your feet, you feet will relax, your feet are relaxing, your feet are relaxed" This phrase was repeated each and every time you were supposed to be relaxing different parts of your body. This tape got me more aggravated than relax me. The affirmations were also a joke. He repeated the same thing several times. Last but not least the visualization was ridiculous. I had a hard time trying to picture a rainbow entering my body and then changing colors from red to orange to yellow, etc. which was supposed to touch your inner organs and do I don't know what. I guess I've made my point...save your money, don't buy this tape.

  2. I bought this CD because I have sleep apnea and must use a CPap machine to sleep. It was difficult for me to get used to the machine and to fall asleep and stay asleep. This CD puts me in such a state of relaxation, that I now fall asleep as soon as I hear his voice! I also sleep more soundly - and have become accustomed to the CPap. (something I thought would be impossible) I now listen to the CD during the day so that I can actively listen to the affirmations. This CD is wonderful on so many levels. I couldn't be without it now.

  3. Very good. If you learning to meditate this one is good. I like the breathing excercises, the "belly breathing" as he calls it. I fall asleep to it alot as it is relaxing. Its a guys voice but very soothing. Very little music on it though. I gave it five stars because it does what I believe meditations CD's should do, destress, teach you how to destress, and relax you enough to fall asleep. Period.

  4. While I was listening to this CD and the breathing technique, I was wondering, "Oh for heaven's sake, how's this really gonna work?" At some point during the 2nd technique I was in a state of deep relaxation and then fast asleep. So, whether you complain or question or not, if you just do the techniques they work.

  5. I bought this tape because I was told by my doctor that I needed to learn how to relax. I have a back problem that gets severe at times and the relaxation methods on this CD are just great. I told my doctor about it and how it has helped me and he took the name of the CD and said he would recommend it to his other patients that were also having problems with relaxing. The affirmations also helped me like myself again. I am so glad I got this CD.

5 comments about In The SpotLight, Overcome Your Fear of Public Speaking and Performing.
  1. There are a lot of self-help books on the market that deal with the fear of public speaking. But I can say first-hand that if you are looking for help in how to overcome this fear, this is the best one you can buy.

The book is more than just speaking tips or techniques---it takes you right to the heart of the issue, which I found to be surprisingly helpful. It helps you understand where the fear is coming from in the first place and how to ultimately overcome it. I read the book about a year ago, and have re-read certain chapters many times since then as both a resource and a confidence booster when I've have a big speech coming up.

There's not much more I can say, other than I bought the book. It helped me. I highly reccomend it to anyone who is looking for help with this very common fear.

  2. Reading Janet's book was a revelation for me. It was amazing to find that someone understood exactly how I felt when I found out that I had to speak in public and the torture I imposed on myself leading up to, during and after speaking. But better yet, she not only empathizes with the reader, but provides a clear path to overcoming the torture. So enjoy the empathy, but enjoy even more the tools for success!

  3. The author had first-hand stage fright experience and she shared the techniques that she learned to overcome the stage fright and to go beyond the fright to enjoy being in the spot light. The skills are very valuable for a stage fright person like me, and are also valuable for teachers of music who would want to learn how to help students with stage fright.

The skills mentioned in the book are transferable skills that can be used to reduce stress and to cultivate positive self-esteem. Teachers can use these excellent skills to help their students.

It was by far the best book that offers alternative and possible solutions to shift the stage fright paradigm. The book has been helpful to me as a personal growth tool and in other areas of my life, in addition to the performance anxiety challenges. One day I was feeling down, and reading chapter 10 of the book re-channeled me to something more funny and pleasant and I was uplifted. That was a powerful experience.

The book is easy, fun and enjoyable to read. Once you start reading, it is hard to stop reading.

  4. I would listen to this CD to sleep, not for my anxiety. The best thing for anxiety is Celexa and EMDR. I bought this CD with the book and it's terrible. It states the obvious and is not helpful at all.

    Sorry, but it sucks.

  5. I am a college student studying Business and I've had a long history of anxiety and panic with being "In the Spotlight." I finally got sick of living in fear-- that a teacher would call on me or that I would have to give a presentation. If a presentation was listed on the syllabus for a class I would have a panic attack right there just in anticipation! I was finally fed up and joined Toastmasters about a year ago. I then set a goal to start the only Speech club on my college campus. At this point, I was still VERY nervous about public speech and decided to read this book in preparation of the first Speech club meeting.

This book helped me in many, many ways. It helped to go forward with that first meeting for the Speech club-- something I had been dreading for months and months! There are many positive and useful techniques: positive thinking, reassurance training, breathing techniques, getting to the source of the anxiety... The list goes on!

I still get nervous giving speeches and continue to have small panic attacks when put on the spot in a class. I know that if I continue to face this fear and use constructive techniques such as the ones in this book, I will slowly grow out of it. Good luck!

5 comments about Why Am I Still Depressed? Recognizing and Managing the Ups and Downs of Bipolar II and Soft Bipolar Disorder.
  1. As a registered nurse with post grad psych, I have learned a great deal about Bipolar II from this book. being a sufferer of bipolar myself, it has given me much greater insight and empowered me to change, and showed me what was illness driven and what was personality. I think everyone who works in mental health, and every person with bipolar alike should read this book. The writing style is easy to read, and medical terminology has been explained in simple terms. i would also go so far as to suggest family members read it too because it will help them understand.

  2. Jim Phelps has provided anyone grappling with bipolar spectrum disorders (hypomania, soft bipolar, classic bipolar, et al) an invaluable book which in addition to very readable text, provides tools to monitor one's own behavior and make lasting changes. This wonderful book will undoubtedly become a classic in an area of psychiatry that is poorly understood and often ignored by intelligent and otherwise effective therapists and psychophamacologists. It serves as a perfect companion to the recently published, Break the Bipolar Cycle by Elizabeth Brondolo, which is a brilliant self-help guide, complete with easily implementable exercises for the layman (i.e. me) to "Bipolar Spectrum Disorders" (BSD). Phelps' book is especially useful from the psycho-pharmacological side in determining what your diagnosis might be and how to deal with it. Phelps is an M.D. Brondolo is a Ph.D. in Psychology (therapist). Phelps has an incredible website: [...]

I was recently diagnosed with hypomania after being in therapy for 13 years and having being prescribed antidepressants for the majority of that period. Sadly, most professionals don't acknowledge more than a few meaningless gradations in the bipolar spectrum and the term "bipolar" is so scary and brings up such horrifying & stigmatizing images of manic depressive behavior (i.e. Jamison's portrayal of herself cited a few lines below), that most would rather avoid the topic entirely, dismissing therapists and M.D.s as "crazy". One thinks -- "This is not me!". Guess again -- it might be. (for a classic book that reads like a page-turner on full-on Manic Depression, see: An Unquiet Mind: A Memoir of Moods and Madness by Kay Redfield Jamison, Professor of Psychiatry at the Johns Hopkins University).

Most of the gradations along the "bipolar spectrum" are not even recognized in the DSM IV which is the most comprehensive guide for psychiatric professionals in making diagnoses. The whole concept of bipolar spectrum disorders is a relatively recent phenomena, having only been truly studied and understood over the last decade or so. DON'T BE SCARED AND DON'T CONTINUE TO WRECK YOUR LIFE - many hypomanics are incredibly successful professionals (see: The Hypomanic Edge: The Link Between (A Little) Craziness and (A Lot of) Success in America - John D. Gartner, which is a highly entertaining read, and uplifting, because it makes you realize that there is plenty of hope out there).

Phelps' book is a wonder for those of us who have suffered most of our lives and always thought that those closest to us giving us loving feedback were the crazy ones. It provides some easily understandable guidelines, exercises and common sense pieces of advice (good luck finding a therapist who understands what is going on with you -- after years of poor judgment and simply lying to therapists and myself, I would strongly recommend some form of Cognitive Behavior Therapy or Dialectic Behavior Therapy). Phelps and Brondolo also provide one with a framework for how to approach what you've been suffering from and how to approach your therapists and M.D.s with these issues, as many of them (the majority in my experience -- even those who understand BSD well) will not ask you many key questions or monitor key behaviors that are essential for you to get better unless you bring these things up yourself (makes one feel really great that you're spending so much $$$ on these folks).

One of the scariest things that emerges in Phelps' and Brondolo's work is that at least 50% of people who suffer from BSD have been mis-diagnosed for years (on avg 10 years) and have been on the usual array of antidepressants (Prozac, Zoloft, Lexapro, Paxil, et al). THESE ANTIDEPRESSANTS IN FACT HAVE THE TENDENCY TO BRING ON AND/OR EXACERBATE HYPOMANIC EPISODES!

PHELPS AND BRONDOLO'S WORK ARE "EASY READS", easy to browse through, and easy to pick up and start again at a new place. I am grateful for the existence of these two works (and you will be too -- and no -- no one has paid me for this review -- I'm the one who has paid dearly all these years -- and continue to pay). Best of luck.

  3. In "Why Am I Still Depressed" Dr. Phelps brings together in one place more really important information about Bipolar II, or what he refers to as Soft Bipolar, than has been done in terms that a layperson can understand. This book was recommended to my by the psychiatrist who treated me during a recent hospitalization as a "must read". It was amazing to pick up a book that described me and my eight-year journey with mental illness. Had I read the book earlier I could well have avoided the over-medication and mis-medication that I had received from my out-patient psychiatrist. Now I am much better, and I'm better equipped engage a new psychiatrist and to be a proactive consumer of psychiatric treatment including medications.

  4. The past 12 years of my life have been plagued with increasingly more severe symptoms within the depression spectrum. Even though I have worked with numerous psychiatrists and various Dr.'s and have been passionately involved in my treatment, including implementing most every holistic approach possible (I'm a Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach). However, I've recently discovered Dr. Phelps's work and due the implementation of the perspectives and research he shares my health is rapidly improving. I've passionately researched the topics of depression, self help/improvement, psychology/psychoanalysis, NLP, psychopharmacology, neurophysiology, etc. and yet Dr. Phelps's material offers a ton of new and even life saving information.

My gratitude for Dr. Phelps extends far beyond the capability of words. I've never met him because his waiting list is over a year long (possibly closer to 2), but I can assure you that he's a man of great integrity, a big heart and impressively humble.

I truly hope this helps and I wholeheartedly wish you health and happiness.

  5. This was the second book I bought on the subject after my husband was diagnosed with bipolar type 2. Although some of the information was repetitive for me, it did a very good job of giving an overview of the disease and treatment options. What I liked most about it was that it devotes an entire chapter to trying to differentiate type I bipolar from type 2, and hypomania from true mania, and also talks a great deal about the mood spectrum. It also give some insight into mixed mood states, which are combinations of both depression and mania/hypomania which I think largely describe my husband.

1 comments about Mastery of Your Anxiety and Panic: Workbook (Treatments That Work).
  1. Hi.
I've suffered on and off from acute generalized anxiety and panic attacks for the last 7 years.

After 4 weeks of following this workbook I am now feeling better than I have for quite some time and am making definite confident inroads into a freeing myself from this debilitating condition.

Let me first point out that this is NOT a "magic pill" (I've searched years for such and they don't exist). This workbook will take time and effort on your part. The end result however will be a life free of anxiety and panic and a trail back to feeling, thinking and acting "normal" again.

This workbook is much more simple to understand and follow compared to other CBT books I've read (and there are many). The steps are very easy to follow and the principles have been reduced down to their bare elements which I found helped enormously when dealing with issues amid panic and anxiety. Most importantly though, through constant practice and "homework" it en grains the thinking and ultimately bends our irrational beliefs/fears back to where they should be. Normal!

I've been following the program through with a psychologist who practices CBT and have found this beneficial. That said though, I'm also of the firm belief that it's been 90% my own work which has made the difference so if you aren't able to afford or have problems seeing someone I'm still convinced this workbook will work wonders for you.

In short this is a fantastic workbook which has changed life for me and will for you if you have the guts to make a commitment, accept some changes and start living again to your full potential.

If I can so can you!
