- "Overcoming Your Anxiety" is clearly superior to the other audiotherapy tapes I've used, and books I've read, in an ongoing effort to try to eliminate the anxiety that used to rule my life. Listening to Dr. Broder on the tape is like having your own private counseling session. He attacked the sources of my anxiety directly, and gave me concrete advice to help me learn to control my anxiety and prevent it from controlling my interactions with others. The workbook exercises are a terrific learning tool as well as a reference; I keep them handy to review when I need them. This is not a typical "feel good" tape....it's got a lot of good, substantial information that you can use in your everyday life. I highly recommend it!
