Recipes>Sour Cream and Dill Sauce

1 Cup sour cream
1 Tbsp. dried dill
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 shallot, minced
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
salt to taste
pepper to taste

Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl. Serve over cooked fish such as salmon.
