Recipes>Lemon Sugar Cookies1 Cup sugar 1 Cup powered sugar 2 eggs 3/4 Cup vegetable oil 2 tsp. vanilla extract 2 tsp. lemon extract 1 tsp. cream of tartar 4 1/4 Cups flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt yellow food coloring Mix togther butter and sugars in a large bowl. Add eggs and beat mixture until fluffy. Mix in oil, vanilla, and lemon extract. Slowly mix in flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, and salt. Mix in drops of yellow food coloring until desired coloring is acheived. Refrigerate dough for at least an hour. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Form dough into small balls, and place on parchment covered cookie sheet. Bake for 8-9 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes, then remove to cool.
