Recipes>Au Jus1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce 1/2 onion Bring broth to a boil, then reduce heat. Add Worcestershire sauce, and half onion. Simmer for 30 minutes. Discard onion. You can add drippings from the cooked meat if you like. Serve with prime rib.
