- Very professional packaging and nice layout.
Sounds are crisp and well thought out.
Not quite 'Acidized' but you can make minor edits to get it there.
overall I'm pretty happy with the samples in general.
- This whole software family is excellent and gives the user exactly what it offers. Quality recorded samples. My only problem is that this software house offers different samples from one collection called "sound sellection" and another collection called "sound collection". Depending on which set you use, you have to install two separate working version of the browsing software. It is not interchangeable as I have tried that. That is the only annoying problem with it. Besides that I love the samples and the software does work great regardless of which set you might be using at that particular time.
- eJay Sound collection is a very difficult program to use.
It doesn't have easy explanations to follow.
I bought it but I want to return it.

- I just bought this product and I am very glad I did.
I read a few things before buying it and the fact that it has many international awards, one from about.com among them, caught my eye, so to speak. The awards are numerous and also the articles in magazines I found
written are positive.
It is an exceptional product and before anything else: it is legal!
It has everything you need to get yourself quality music. It has a function that makes it easy to find the right music, even a particular song you wish for. If you use this function, just leave the tool started on your PC and in a short time you'll have all the music you like and wished for. It also has a feature, with the help of which you can create ring tones from the tracks the tool has previously found.
Really, it's cool.
I can only recommend it, after having tested it.
- Radiotracker is easy to setup and I was downloading streaming music from internet radio stations legally within minutes. That said, you are limited to the genres and artists selected by the manufacturer. The list is extensive but not comprehensive enough. The help file installed in German although I specified English as the language. I opened a help incident on the manufacturer's website which they answered the next morning. They claimed I must have installed the product with the German setting and to re-install it entirely.
- It is true that the radio station list should be more extensive. I would also like to have more control over what songs are downloaded automatically.
However, the product does what it says it will do and I find it easy to use.
I recommend it. It's a fun program.
- I saw a review of the product one morning during the news broadcast and thought I would give it a try. It is very easy to set up and intuitive to use and I am extremely pleased with the performance. I was able to pick up some recordings for difficult to find artists and tracks I didn't even know existed. I would recommend this package to anyone seeking to find current artists as well as older recordings to add to their collection. If the recording is played somewhere in the world and you are watching for it, this program will grab it for you. It requires some management of the duplicates found during the process, but that is an easy issue to deal with.

- My experience was similar to that of topher666. On a brand new laptop, on which the OEM DVD player ran fine, this software ran extremely slowly with no sound. Tech support was of no help. After filling out a long form on the gocyberlink website, they do not even respond directly to you. You have to login into your account to check if a response has been posted. This is anyway just a form response, to reinstall the program after first editing your registry (something most people are rightfully reluctant to do) to complete the uninstall. The form has to be filled out all over again for each follow-up. I gave up after three weeks of fruitless exchanges, after having sent at their request several diagnostic files, with not a single constructive suggestion.
- This stuff is not worth it. I can't use it to watch copyrighted DVDs, and tech support is less than useless. I've had similar experiences to topher66 and Recif. If you do a google search on the error number (F4941436) you'll find lots of people have the same problem. Wouldn't it be nice if they just fixed the problem?
- After reading all the negative reviews here at Amazon, I decided to try PowerDVD 5 myself and this is what I have to say: after installing the software I tried to play a copyrighted DVD and PowerDVD would give me an error message "can't play copyrighted DVD's". I contacted CyberLink customer service by email and they advised me to download a patch. After installing the patch everything worked fine. I'm pretty satisfied with PowerDVD 5, it runs fine, even on my old IBM notebook with Pentium III processor. Can't be beaten at that price!
- I had heard good and bad about PowerDVD 5, but since upgrading to Windows XP I hadn't been able to play DVD's on my computer so I ordered PowerDVD 5. The price was right and I figured I really had nothing to lose! Installation was incredibly easy, and the picture and sound qualities are great! The controls are extremely easy to use, and the instructions are a snap to understand. I am very glad I ordered PowerDVD 5, and I recommend it highly.
- I have an older computer. Even though it meets the minimum requirements to run this software, my computer struggles to do so. DVD playback is choppy.
I have a software CPU meter which acts as a computer resource monitor. It pegs out to the very max when attempting to play a DVD with PowerDVD 5. Do not buy this product unless you have more RAM and a faster processor than that listed.

5 comments about Adobe Photoshop Elements 3.0 plus Adobe Premiere Elements.
- This software package does more than I ever imagined. Both programs must be the "Best of Class". It does take a while to load, but it's worth the wait.
- It keeps getting better... Elements 3 is a wonderful tool for the amateur to the advance photographer/digital-imaging enthusiast. If you are looking for digital imaging software, you cannot go wrong with Elements 3. Its very easy to use (easier than Photoshop CS2) and I bet many of you weren't aware that Elements 3 does about 90% of what Photoshop CS2 at a HUGE fraction of the cost.... and as for the other 10% - the good news is there are plenty of tips and tricks to achieve it - and more good news; Elements 4 was just released - like I said it keeps getting better. A great place for tips, tricks and tutorials, of course need to subscribe to the magazine, but trust me its worth every penny - just like the software!
- I am thoroughly satisfied with Premiere elements and the photoshop elements bundle.
My primary purpose was to capture video. I had software that came with my camera and my computer that were video packages but nothing was easy or very functional.
I have been able to capture digital video on DV tape from a CANON digital camcorder and transfer it via IEEE 1394 firewire cable (purchased separately) to my computer.
What you will like about this software:
1. Transferring video is easy - plug it in and let it start recording. Make sure you have enough free Hard Drive space available. Video takes gig's to record.
2. The video will be automatically subdivided into separate clips based on the breaks on your film. This makes it easy to add transitions and edit.
3. Adding effects and transitions is easy - just drag the one you want to the breakpoint on the clip. There are a good selection of fades and transitions which look professional.
4. You can add titles and captions with ease. Just create the caption and drag onto to the second video track in the segment you want to contain the caption.
5. It comes with a 20 minute training video that covers photoshop and premiere elements. In 20 minutes I could do everything I needed... and then some.
6. Burning to a dvd - I created one dvd on my first try with no glitches. It was a 20 minute video.
7. You can create DVD slideshows of picture galleries. Grab your photos and drop them on a video timeline and you're basically done. You can also add transitions and title pages and effects to these items as well.
8. Add music to your video sequences. Using digitally recorded music or any audio clip you can drop the audio track next to the video tracks to create background music.
A buddy used a competitor's product two years back and it was painful and time consuming to create a dvd.
Adobe has provided a great, feature rich product that when bundled with Photoshop makes a great buy.
You won't regret buying this product.
- this is the worst thing i've ever used! It's incredibly blurry, and it constantly freezes. I tried to use it for about a month, and i've got nothing. iMovie is 10 times better, any lucky guy that's got a Mac. SAVE YOUR MONEY$$$$$$$$$!!!!!!!!!!!!!
- This product is a little less confusing than Adobe photo shop suite. You will need to for any real photo editing.

- If you want an easy to use program that automates the most used jobs like printing out lead sheets, adjusting tempo's and pitch, volume levels, etc., this is the one to buy. It doesn't stop there. Adding lyrics is a breeze. All you do is click the lyric tool, and lyrics advance accurately as you type and click the space bar or tab button.
For the more advanced user, the toolbar allows for almost any kind composition. The downloaded and online help is very comprehensive, and layed out in sections to learn any of the many features, as well as a friendly , helpful forum.
I am a musician, and don't want to spend big bucks on the hard to learn programs, when this does it all for me.
- I have been using Midi-Notate for over a year now and I rate it above the other more expensive packages. Note entry is easier and there are many ways to achieve it. It does not have all the bells and whistles of the top range packages but it has some unique features - like play the accompliment while displaying the tune and highlighting the note in real time. I use it to practise with my violin.
- Although I know of people who use Midinotate for instrumental practice or editing scores, I use it for the creation of original music, primarily symphonic. After many months of trying one after another of similar programs, I settled on Composer.
Basically, it offers an unlimited supply of virtual manuscript paper and easily learned tools to fill it, erase and re-write just as easily, and finally print the score. I am no printing maven, but the only actions I've found necessary to get a good print-out is to change to legal sized paper for the conductor's score when there are 20 plus staves. Since Composer offers a page view--which is essentially a print-preview that can be edited in the normal fashion--changes to the appearance, such as adjusting slurs so they don't cover notes, can be made before printing.
Perhaps best of all is that Composer is continuously developing, with most of the development in response to user needs. As easy to learn as it is, I find the internal Help file extremely well organized, indexed and cross-referenced. It is linked to the on-line help forum, which has a remarkably fast response time.
In short, one can do anything possible with a pen and blank manuscript paper, re-do it as often as necessary and achieve a result a calligrapher would be proud of. And of course hear it, too.
