1. Sadly last night was Skanatras last concert!
   On the Hoboken waterfront with New York City as the backdrop the band had folks dancing from ages 2 to 80, and never was "New York, New York" sung in a more spectacular setting!
   Great fun - Great music and a very happy time!
   This album has their best moments - "New York New York" and "High Hopes" are worth the price of admission alone!
   Even if you are not a fan of Frankie this will get you moving.
   Thanks Skanatra - You will be missed!



2. wow this album really gives me the feeling of the time of sinatra...it makes me wanna dance and sing sinatras song....this album is really good....i love sinatra and i love this guys.....



3. .... but even though I'm related to a member of the band, I still think everyone needs to hear this CD! I'll admit I haven't been a fan of all of his projects, but since seeing Skanatra play in Hoboken in 1998, with the uncompromised NY skyline in the background, I've been converting everyone I know into Skanatra addicts!



4. they may "hails from Frank Sinatra's hometown of Hoboken, New Jersey" and sing his song, but that does not mean that they are good at it. this band ruins the songs entirely and has no sense of the romance that sinatra put in his songs. don't waste your money on a cover band.



5. I first heard of Skanatra during the credits to the movie "What Planet Are You From" the song "High Hopes" is played. I liked the fun whimsical way the song was done. I waited until the movie came on again and this time saw the name of the artist Skanatra listed and immediately looked it up and purchased the album. Being A Sinatra fan since I was 9 years old I had to have this one for my collection. This album is a great alternative way to hear some of Frank's classics done in a different style it's fun to listen to and gives whole new meaning to the songs performed. I would recommend this album not only to Sinatra fans but anyone else who likes Ska music or the classic songs of Sinatra. Very enlightening and I hope they record some more Sinatra tunes.

1. i love this record, it reminds me of being 17 when ska punk was still cool a fairly original. If you can get this then buy it, it's great. Bring back the asian man days. Bring back 97. Peace

1. I loved this album, it made me laugh "send all your Money" and cry.. really great music



2. This album is hard to describe. You could say that it's a combination of a lot of musical styles, but that wouldn't do it justice. Maybe we should say that it's a masterful amalgamation of many different styles in music. There, that sounds more "critical."

   This album is great. The musicians are incredible, but still seem to convey emotion through their playing. The songs are technically atounding, but at the same time fun.

   Just buy the album. It's awesome!

1. this is probably the most heaviest album ever recorded by a NJ outfit. the first 2 songs on the album are filled with anger, and heart. a must have for fans of hatebreed, converge, all out war, cave in, ect.
