1. I just returned from visiting South Africa and had the experience to worship with some of these songs so I had to buy the CD. Its amazing, encouraging, and so uplifting. I can't stop listening to it. I can't wait until they come back to the states.



2. It's not too often that a CD grabs me and leaves me breathless or makes we want to replay it over and over, but this one?! WOW it's simply beautiful, uplifting and filled with a passion for singing and a love in your faith



3. This is very beautiful music that requires no translation.
   It is sung in the ZULU language which touches the soul of the listener. I enjoyed it immensely and hope that others will find it as pleasing as did I.

5. I saw this group in Seattle last month and fell in love with the spirit on stage and now I have the sounds in my home. The next time they visit this city, I will go see them again! They are uplifting!

1. Great video. The Bishop has always been on the right track in his speaking. This video is a nice one to add to your collection. It's one to pick up when you've been to church but didn't get enough church for that day. If you need uplifting at anytime of the day or night. This is worth the purchase.



2. I watched this four times and then blessed two friends with it. When T.D. Jakes says: "It takes a radical person...", it's exhilarting to see that Jakes is an awesome and amazing role model. Praise the Lord!

1. Awesome, awesome, awesome! The anointing is evident in the worshipping on this project. I loved every song on the CD (especially Work It Out)and felt like I was in the midst of a worship service. Perfect title for a CD of this caliber. True worshippers of God are indeed "Destined to Worship."

1. A great, great compliation of worship from fantastic artists that has been terrifically woven together. Seamless in its presentation and rich in its worship of God, you cant help but be drawn into His presence. The opening track by my favorite singer/composer Chis Tomlin sets a high bar with "O Worship the King", but the rest of the collection just continues to impress throughout. I love this CD and recommend for anyone that can read the Pslams and understant Who it is all for and Who it is all about!

4. This album is a refreshing mix of hymns with a twist. Passion does an excellent job in instrumenting the hymns: keeping dynamics both traditional and modern. Most of these hymns have new choruses or bridges added, which mostly augment the songs and lead the listener into deeper worship.
   
   What I like most about this album is that there is room to reflect the lyrics of the hymns. When singing hymns in some churches, the organist can tend to just run through the hymns quickly without time for reflection or deeper worship. This dynamic Passion album often repeats lines, verses, or choruses and has musical interludes to allow the listener to participate instead of just listening.



5. I love the old hymns: so beautiful and inspiring. This album proves that some of the best hymns can be done in a contemporary style without destroying them, except for one: Chris Tomlin really butchered "All Hail the Power of Jesus' Name" in a big way. I dont claim to be a purest, but there really is no need for taking a wonderful hymn such as this and making it 'better' by jacking with the original melody (by simplifying it); he only robbed the hymn of its majesty and musical beauty. What a shame. On the other hand he did a wonderful job on "Take My Life"...maybe the best track on the album. Kudos to Watermark for "Praise Ye the Lord the Almighty" and "Fairest, Lord Jesus": they provide the paradigm for doing an old hymn in a contemporary style while preserving what makes the hymn great. The job they did makes the album worth it.

1. I bought this cd for my mother who is an Israel fan, and she loves it! She plays the album in her car, and she worships while on her way to work. I actually purchased two of Israel's cds at once, and she can't get enough of either.



2. This is absolutely awesome!!! If this doesnt get you up and going, praising, shouting, dancing, and crying, nothing will!!!



3. I bought this album because my 2 1/2 year old daughter loved one of the songs by Israel on another worship CD. We are thoroughly enjoying the upbeat, and worshipful songs and she loves to dance to the "halleluja music"!



4. This album is an absolute must have!!!! Israel has got to be one of the most annointed praise and worship leaders (let's not forget New Breed because they are powerful as well). I've had the honor of seeing them minister, in an amusement park no less, and the spirit of God moved in such a mighty way. That just proves that when you're annointed it doesn't matter where you are, the mountain top or valley low, God will move as you minister. Live from Another Level is a cherished collectible too. Powerful man of God!!!!



5. This is one of the most brilliantly done debut albums ever!!! And, a lot of people don't even know that Israel is an original member of Fred Hammond's Radical For Christ...

1. This is a wonderful collection of Christian songs. Even though the singer is no longer with us, his music lives on forever.



2. I have almost every album that Rich Mullins released, so I already had all of these songs available to me on CD. I bought this album specifically to leave in my car, so that I could listen to my favorites whenever I want to. If you haven't been introduced to Rich Mullins yet, and wonder what the fuss has been about, this is a good first album to own. Rich had incredible insight into what the Christian life is about, and what Heaven might be like. What in incredible musician/songwriter he was, and how God must be enjoying the music he's making in Heaven.



3. Out of all Christian music that is out there today, I believe that Rich Mullins is one of the best. Yes there are great bands out there like Jars Of Clay and Casting Crowns, but Rich Mullins is different for me. His music is intimate, his music is spirited. Though he has passed away, I feel that God continues to use this man's music in order to bring people to Him through Jesus Christ. Listening to such songs as Creed, Sometimes By Step, and We Are Not As Strong As We Think We Are, I am constantly amazed by how drawn I am to my God and my King of Kings. I hope that many people will come to listen to CDs like this and have their lives transformed just as much as this man has transformed my life in my spiritual growth.

1. MY HUSBAND AND MET GORDON AT THE SAN FRANCISCO CONCERT LAST YEAR. WE TRULY APPRECIATE HIS HIDDEN TALENT AND ARE VERY HAPPY THAT THIS DVD HAS COME OUT. BILL SAYS HE DID NOT REPLACE ANYONE HE JUST MOVES WITH SOMETHING DIF. AND NEW. 1. Like all gospel music by Randy Travis. He is a great gospel singer and would recommend any of his CD'S.



2. can sing real country and does a great job with this cd. Pray for the fish is cute song that my brother played over and over again. He isn't even a Christian! A very good cd for the country gospel community.



3. Rise and shine is as good as any bible music I have ever heard except mahalia jackson , maybe. I am atheist, but my love of music trumps religion in this CD. At one time I didn't even like country, but Randy Travis has "the Voice", I won't go into his personal life, but this Bible CD, is very good, every song has a good story, none are poorly done. I would think "Three wooden crosses " is the highpoint of the CD, the story has been told for eons, probly since the ancient greek days, for sure Shakespear had to have something compareable. It is my second copy, the first I gave away to a hurricane Katrina victim. Give it a try.



4. I have 1 already and brought 2 more for birthday presents. Gave one to my pastor--he truly enjoyed it. the other one will be in December. This CD is AWESOME!!!!!! my granddaugther who is 7 is learning the songs on this Cd by sitting in the backseat of my car.I truly enjoy listening to Randy sings gospels songs.

1. I bought this CD for my 82 year old mother who requested a Christian music CD for her birthday. She was so disappointed because the CD was very boring. The arrangement of each song seemed to be exactly the same tempo and rendition. I would not recommend it for anyone.



2. I think this is a very good cd. It has some of my favorite hymns on it and the singers are very good. I really enjoyed it and am glad I purchased it as I expect that I will listen to it for many years.



3. I agree with another reviewer; the songs are so slow they are unbearable. I'm selling my set at a garage sale and looking for something with a little more pace!



4. I love hymns. I work out to hymns. But this collection is sooooooooooo slow!!! They've slowed down every good hymn to the point it is painful to listen to it. I do not recommend this DVD unless you like your music painfully slow.



5. I purchased these for my mother at Christmas. My mom is around 68 and she really enjoys these old time hymns.
