1. Great CD. Love these CD's. When you can't stream at work, it as good as listening to the radio. Got a really great deal in the used section. Just like new. Can't wait for 2009.



2. I bought this CD on the advice of several friends who know I like worship songs. This CD didn't do much for me...it was too much rock and roll and a heavy metal feeling. I like the songs that are more total worship to God and not the ones where someone takes a love song and you're supposed to apply it to God. I could be way off but this CD is not in my car's player.

5. I got this for just under $11. That's a great price considering the WOW CDs are usually close to $20.
   When I listen to it, I feel like I'm listening to the regional Christian radio station. They play the exact same songs.
   I usually don't buy these compilation CDs unless I absolutely love most of the songs. This deal let me take a chance to hear the songs I was less familiar with it. Definitely worth it.

1. This was a pretty good CD. The title track "Thirsty" was the better of most of the tracks. "Never should have made it" was pretty good, but it was not what I thought it would be.



2. All I can say is that Marvin Sapp is a true Worshipper! I will be buying more of his CD's.



3. I have always enjoyed Marvin Sapp. He's not just an artist trying to sell music with a catchy beat. He is a man of God and full time minister of the gospel. I believe that Marvin actually lives what he is singing about. The annoiting that flows through his music and minstry is evident of that. Thise who have a personal walk and relationship with the Father will fully appreciate and identify with the experiences that he portrays in this CD. "Never Could Have Made It Without You" is very inspirational and humbling. For the worshipers out there, and for those who love gospel music for more than just the beat and it's ability to appeal to the flesh, I highly reccomend this CD.



4. Marvin's smooth gospel vocals make you feel the music. "Never Would Have Made It" really makes you think of the things that you've made it through and how without Jesus you never would have. This song brings tears to my eyes each time I hear it.



5. I received this cd from my husband for Mother's Day and have to say that this is another spirit-filled project by Marvin Sapp. He has some great music. From his days with Commissioned up to the present, he never ceases to deliver in his music to magnify the Lord! I am getting the dvd next! My only negative is that the cd is too short! This is the continuation of Diary of a Psalmist! I love that DVD!

1. I liked their first two albums much better but this one is still worth buying. I think they had too much large chorus work and little kids singing at odd times but I love CC so I would still buy it again having heard it.



2. This was a very moving and very relevant CD. I would recommend it to others who are Casting Crowns fans.



3. Casting Crowns has released another amazing album. East to West is my favorite song on the CD, but Slow Fade, Somewhere in the Middle, The Altar and the Door, and All Because of Jesus are also really good songs. A powerful piece of work. Well done, CC!!



4. I love this album. "The Altar and the Door" is a great song, as is "East to West". But I think my favorite is "What This World Needs". This song just spoke a lot to me. A definte have album!!



5. I really enjoy Casting Crowns. They sing about real life circumstances and lean on the Lord while having a more modern-upbeat sound that kids and adults will enjoy (light rock'ish'). I put both of their cds right onto my ipod and have been listening to them ever since...

1. Loved it! It had all of the great songs on there, and is well worth the money. Actually, it's probably not enough money that I paid for the large, inclusive collection of hits by Sam Cooke! This CD is wonderful. I highly recommend it for anyone who is a huge Sam Cooke fan. All original songs. Great sound quality. Includes all of the hits - and not just a few hits and a lot of other stuff that was never a hit. Very good collection. Whoever put this together did a great job.



2. All I have to say is that if you are of the R&B persuasion if you ain't got this one, you ain't got nothing.



3. Sam Cooke sounds just as great today as he did 44 years ago. Sure some tracks sound dated but the magic voice still carries through. Great CD.



4. This is simply one of the best CD's ive ever listened to. One of my favorite artists of all time. You simply cannot get tired of this album and this man's voice. Sam was the greatest ever.

1. I love this CD! I usually buy Kirk Franklin for my 16 yr old nephew, but this time it is MINE! Kirk is truely anointed and very inspirational. He speaks to the young person in you and helps you to be able to heal old wombs. Awesome CD!



2. I love this album so much! I have always been on the Kirk Franklin team, and I've always enjoyed his music! However, "The Fight of My Life" absolutely took my breath away! I love EVERY song on this album! The lyrics are beautiful; the message of Christ is clear; the music is on point! I am curious to see how Kirk will top this! He absolutely floored me with this one and left me speechless!



3. I'm am such a fan of this cd. It has everything on it. I was quite reserved when I heard Toby Mac was on here then I listened to that track oh man!! What a blessing! This entire CD is so tastefully done. There is something on it for everyone. EVERYONE!!! No matter what your style is.
   I hope all who purchase this cd will be touched by the words that were gathered to compile this cd.



4. Ok I will be the first to say I did not care for this cd. I am a fan of Kirk but this one is not one of my favorite. There are only 4 songs I like which are, "Declaration, Jesus, A Whole Nation, Still".
   
   Maybe it is a CD that I will have to listen to a few times. For certain, there are a few songs I will automatically fast forward.



5. A brash bass-weighty track, posturing on the street corners of the genre - check out `Little Boy'. A positive confession is here with `Declaration - This Is It, affirming the faint'. A pensive ballad makes a show with `Help Me Believe'. Oh, and a churchy piano ballad features in `He Will Supply'. And with the above mentioned songs all done by track 7, you'll know it's definitely Kirk. He is now well established as the elder statesman in his field and there's a sincerity and maturity that exceeds previous recent albums. And I do sense a more powerful anointing, especially in the lyrics department.
   
   
   I do like `How It Used To Be' though it sounds strangely familiar. `I Am God' is on the crossover rock tip. `It Would Take All Day' is sweet enough but not as tasty as `Still In Love' with a 1980s feel, reminiscent of the innocent funk cuts made for radio. The jazz/gospel slow-mo `Chains' sits well in either foreground or background. And throughout the album Kirk's spoken vocals are kept fairly low and are helpfully unobtrusive to proceedings.
   
   
   Yes, there are several flags that shout `Franklin' at us but this is an extension of the fare one might expect of him. There are some new pointers and ideas, all backed up lyrically and sprinkled with a dusting of sincerity. This is Kirk taking a step back and letting his girlie choir get on with it, with results

1. I like the setting, with the crowd getting involve and stuff :) Overall, it's a nice compilation of praise songs. Only reason I don't give 5 starts simply because I would prefer a harder song nothing more... Get one!



2. I think Hillsong really knows how to lead people to praise and worship God. Bless them.



3. I have enjoyed every single song in this album. Most of them I knew and I liked before buying the album, now I like them even better. It's great to see that our God is moving everywhere in His amazing way.

4. This is a good worship album, however it doesn't bring any new songs to the table, which is a little disappointing.



5. Wow, I love the album. Though the tracks are not new, I love the feeling that you are right there in the worship experience with the other people on the track. I went to see Hillsong United when they were touring the U.S. last year, and believe it was the best musical/worship experience of my whole life (and I've been to many Christian concerts). THey are truly an anointed band. Any person who really wants the feeling of a corporate worship experience in the privacy of their home or car should consider buying this album.

1. Very solid album but certainly not as good their first which is OK considering that Daylight was certainly the best christian rock album of the decade so far and perhaps the best rock album period. The songs are stylistically more pop than rock on this one and more homogenous; their isn't quite the sonic variety on The Heat. Instrumentally, the rhythm section seems to be less active, but the keyboard work, while more prominant than I might have wanted, is really interesting. The first two tracks probably represnt the most variety and are the highlight of the album. Everything after that sounds pretty good, but after a few songs, you have to look down at the display to see how many different songs you've actually heard.
   
   I heard someone give an interview recently talk about the sophomore slump by saying that it makes sense that 2nd albums aren't as good as debuts because bands spent their whole lives putting together their first album for a label and are then pressured by that label to put the second one out in eighteen months or less in the midst of near-constant touring to promote the first one. I think that accounts for the lack of variety, and maybe there's one other reason; more of these songs seem to be an effort to create a single rather than just a great song. Still, an album well worth a listening to.



2. I appreciate this CD by Needtobreathe. I really like "Washed by the Water" as it is one of my favorites. Fairly good theology and speaks volumes of truth in their songs. Thank you!



3. This new project from NeedtoBreathe expands on the bands amazing talents. Incorporating more variety in sound; the melodies are as smooth as silk, this cd is breath taking. With meaningful lyrics and a stronger sound this group is maturing and bringing nothing but humility into their work. I would recommend this cd to anyone, it entails a little of everything.



4. This is a CD you could listen to every single day. It is accidentally a really inspirational listen.......I'm guessing it was intentional however I found it accidental. I listen to it often and like it more and more each time. It puts you in a good place. I recently had the pleasure of seeing these guys live on their tour and they are even better in person !



5. I heard one song by this group on the radio & purchased the CD. I was pleasantly surprised to hear the variety of music played by this group. It's like they are a mix of urban, rock, R&B, soul, etc. I really enjoyed the whole CD...nearly every song was my favorite, if that's possible. I'm glad to have stumbled onto this group.

1. WOW Gospel is a phenomenal collection of music to uplift and encourage. I would definitely recommend it if you'd like a collection of various artists singing God's praises. You're not stuck to listening to one artist, you have a compilation of music and artists to listen to.



2. This has a lot of the newer Gospel sounds. It's great while on the tread mill, but not my personal favorite for praise and worship.



3. The songs on this CD were very well selected - Inspirational and uplifting. I loves it.



4. I think I have every WOW collection from 2005 on (and I know they were around before that). From the standard WOW to the specialties such as Gospel and Worship, they are inspiring and draw on some of the best contemporary artists in Christian music. This WOW Gospel 2008 has been no exception.

1. I love this CD it is very inspirational. If you like to dance a bit while praising God this is a wonderful CD that will allow you to do that.



2. I have to say I think this is one of the best! It was a little awkward to me at first, but I just kept listening to it anyway. I love Tye Tribbett and GA, I love seeing them in concert! Tye is crazy and unique he is going to make unique songs. People who buy his albums should know that. But I love it! I love how different it is and how he has Kim back on it again! I absolutely love everything about this album. If I could give it 10 stars I would!



3. I really WANTED to like this cd, but it just didn't do it for me. I liked a few of the songs, but Tye's last cd was much better than this one. I bought this cd because I have been on the Tye Tribbett team for a long time, and I wanted to support his music. Yet, I was a little disappointed when I listened to the songs. On one of the songs, the lyrics were basically being mumbled by G.A., and I had to look up the lyrics in the cd cover; but because all of the lyrics were so jammed together onto the page, I couldn't decipher them. Overall, the cd is mediocre.



4. Tye Tribbet and G.A are an awesome group and what better way to come back out is to stand out.Awesome

   Tye Tribbet's Stand Out is very interesting and exciting album. I'm not sure of the genre at times, but it's very unique and something different + has very strong no comprise kind of message. I like songs 1, 6-11 and 13. Others are ok or nothing special. The album has some crazy moments and I like listening to a CD where you don't know what comes next. Probably the best gospel album of the year (at least so far).

1. No one can sing the gospel hymns like Elvis did. This is a wonderful cd and I really have enjoyed listening to it.



2. The product ordered arrived in a timely manner and is exactly what my Mother wanted.



3. This is a very revealing picture of Elvis Presley. If you ever wonder if he's a Christian, I think the sincerity of the words show his true feelings. I recommend this CD!
