- I could not believe that Hymned Again could be better than the #1, but I was wrong. Absolutley loved it!
- This album is absolutely fabulous. I have been playing it over and over. I miss the old hymns so bad, and this is great. I know Bart's grandmother is up in heaven smiling down on him!!!! Thanks, Bart, give us more!!!!
- I heard about this on K-LOVE radio. Heard a little bit of a couple of songs and came home that night and ordered it.
It is wonderful and refreshing.
- Wonderful music; wonderful message in these old hymns. And a beautiful job done by Bart Millard. I immediately ordered the first CD he made, Hymned #1, which I didn't realize existed. For anyone who is tired of pop-sounding, generic love songs and wanting music you can sing along to and worship while you do, this is the CD for you. It includes one song he co-wrote which fits right in with the old hymns, and is just as beautiful as they are.
- I was so impressed with the first Hymned CD that I knew if this one was just half as good it would be great.
Well it is as good if not better.
Thanks Bart

5 comments about The Blessing.
- John Waller's The Blessing is a well crafted set of ten praise songs that is
satisfying to the heart and soul. As a protégé to Casting Crowns lead man
Mark Hall, Waller has obviously taken cues from CCMs `most influential'
group. I first became acquainted with John Waller a few months ago while
listening to the Spirit channel on my Sirius satellite radio. His leadoff song
Calling on a Flood (having been in regular rotation right beside the other current
CCM performers) is a powerful and prayerful call to God to fill an empty space
needing spiritual sustenance. Having listened to all the songs through more
than a couple of times, I find myself returning to The Blessing (What an awesome
and wonderful calling we have to pass on the heavenly blessings we receive to
our family) , Breathe on Me, (the Spirit still breathes life into our every action)
and Love to Say Your Name (Try to think of all the wonderful names our God is
called and say them back to Him). I could see any or all of these songs incorporated
into the praise and worship of many churches, along with songs of Chris Tomlin,
Paul Baloche, Matt Redman and Tim Hughes. The Blessing is clearly a spirit
filled offering, anointed that others will be blessed! And while it does not have the
catchiness or craftsmanship of some other Christian artists noted, the listener
will connect and be ultimately pleased. *If you are planning to see Casting Crowns
on their current tour John Waller is one of the opening acts. I arrived right at
show time and by the time I was seated his performance was over! Be sure to
be prompt if not early to enjoy all the music!!*
- When I first bought this CD, I gave it a couple listens and wasn't that impressed. Now that I've gone back and listened to it again, I am enjoying it much more, although it still has its flaws.
This is the debut from John Waller. John was in a rock band before becoming the worship pastor at a church in Colorado. You can easily hear both influences as you listen to the CD. It's got the upward focus of worship music but has a light rock sound.
I could easily picture some of these songs in a contemporary church service. "Breathe on Me" and "Identity" are perfect worship choruses, for example. In fact, really, all these songs would fit that category.
Yet the CD is heavy on the rock sound. Even the slower tracks have heavy drums and layered guitar. Don't get me wrong, that's not a complaint. I dig the sound.
There are several tracks I love. I like "Love to Say Your Name" because of its focus on knowing God by his ancient names. "Sacred Pages" reminds us that God is the Rock we should be standing on. But my favorite is "Still Calls Me Son." What can I say; I'm a sucker for Prodigal Son songs.
The only drawback to the disc is how similar everything sounds. While I love it, the songs all blend together. That's what turned me off originally. By focusing on the words, I can get past that. But it is a serious drawback. Additionally, some of the songs, like "Calling for the Flood," seem a little trite and predictable.
These aren't fatal flaws by any means. This is an impressive debut. I'll be enjoying it for some time to come and look forward to John's next CD.
- I saw John Waller in concert with Casting Crowns along with Leland and I was overly impressed with him. I've listen to John Waller on the Local Station and KLOVE for the past couple of months and honestly I never put a name to music nor do I ever remember a song title. But, when I unexpectantly heard John in concert in Norfolk, VA I told my wife to get me the album - GREAT, Great, Great MUSIC.
- This CD is truly a blessing..it has a strong anointing and the words are inspirational..when I need a download of the Holy Spirit, this is what I listen to..Breathe on me, has to be a favorite..so wonderful that we now sell it in the Church bookstore...
- I ordered this CD because I'd heard one particular song, the title track called, "The Blessing," on our digital cable/music stations on TV. I was very impressed. The rest of the CD is great as well. The one song that has my heart soaring with love for God, is called, "Identity". John Waller is an awesome, inspiring Christian artist who expresses himself very well through music. The day after I got the CD, our youngest child announced that he was moving out, into a place with two other of his closest church friends. It tore me up emotionally, only because the two kids we have are now grown up and on their own and we're a close family, but listening to John Waller's, "The Blessing" CD brought me so much comfort. You feel the love of Christ throughout. The whole CD is very powerful and I recommend it to everyone.

- If you haven't heard of Decemberadio yet, you will! They have come quite a long way from the teenaged-boy garage band playing for local churches in southwest Virginia to the band you see here, having toured recently with Third Day.
This CD has something for everyone: you can rock out, smooth out, get country, funky, or a little bit Beatles. But, no matter what the musical style (and they can do it ALL), the message is steadfast. No matter where you are or what you're dealing with, Jesus Christ is the answer.
I have the unique honor of knowing Brian, Josh, Eric and Boone. They are incredible young men of God, and a strong witness for Christ to today's youth. They love family, music and their fans. As good as the CD is, they are even better live.
Decemberadio's music and message will leave you satisfied.
- With their sophomore release "Satisfied", Decemberadio has managed to inject another dose of Southern Rock into Christian rock music. At times agressive, other times mellow, this album is chock full of tasty and thoroughly enjoyable Christian rock! The fast paced "Satisfy Me" is filled with a frenetic energy not found on many other albums, and decidedly Southern Rock like in tone. I Love It! You could easily hear many of the songs on this album played right along classics such as "Sweet Home Alabama", or even "Freebird". Fans of southern rock, will surely enjoy this album from start to finish.
Now, all this does not in the least detract from the message in the music. Their love of God is right up front, and unmistakeable, and quite refreshing. There are many Christian rock efforts that are less forthright in their message, but that is not the case with "Satisfied". It puts a smile on my face just thinking about the joy, passion, energy, and love presented in the music of Decemberadio.
- About a year ago I picked up DecembeRadio's self-titled album,DecembeRadio (Expanded Edition), and was impressed. I had originally bought the album for the song "Drifter" (as did many others) and was pleasantly surprised that the band well known for this mellow, southern rock hit produced an album containing mostly harder rock songs. It was above fantastic for a freshman effort (yes, I am aware of the earlier independent releases which I am not counting).
This year's release, however, has blown me away! The band has shown great maturity by including songs that fit the whole range of their "southern rock" genre. Soft ballads such as "Love Can" and the hit single "Find You Waiting" are balanced with power anthems like "Believer" and "Powerful Thing" as well as the intense "Gasoline."
Through varied lyrical styles and a vast depth of emotion, the boys of DecembeRadio express their faith, love, and devotion to Christ in every song and wrap it all up with a classic jam session like the one at the end of their self-titled album.

- This is my favorite worship cd and may be my favorite cd of all time. Phil Wickham's voice is absolutely incredible. Each song is brilliantly crafted and brings the listener into the presence of the Lord. BUY IT!
- this new cd done by phil wickham has a more upbeat sound than his las cd however the same feeling of worship is there. I would even go as far to say that the worship experience has been elevated with the lyrics as well as the musicality. I LOVE it.
- This is a must-have album for any fan of Keane, U2, The Fray and Snow Patrol on the mainstream side (all favorites of mine) or Telecast, Starfield and Leeland (also favorites). Phil Wickham is one of the best new solo artists I've heard in the last few years and writes and sings songs with an amazing passion and with unashamed praise and gratitude to our Savior!
My favorite songs on Cannons are the incredible title song which is a great anthem of praise to our God. Also, the tender and reflective The Light Will Come, the catchy and upbeat After Your Heart, and hymn-like and prayerful You're Beautiful. My favorite song is the extremely powerful True Love which builds to the exclamation "Jesus is Alive!"
- Cannons is amazing! (I admit . . . I am a little biased because I absolutely love Phil Wickham!) This album is such a step up from the last one, and I enjoy every minute of it. Phil's fresh sound and sincere worship makes this album rise to the top of my fave five list. It is definitely worth every penny!!!
- This album is a little bit more rock than what phil has done before but just a litlle. All the songs a well written and they just take you to the prescence of God just in instant. Buy this album and you will see. God bless you phil.

5 comments about Sunday School Songs.
- This is a great CD for Kids who are starting out at Sunday Schools. The tunes are great and can be easily followed.
My daughter was very pleased with this CD...
- This was a great purchase for my 7yr old grandson. He listens to it every night at bedtime. Loved it
- This is a Great CD with great songs. We also have the similar version in DVD and the songs and video are great. My son loves these songs, so do we. Highly recommended.
- My eleven yr old first heard the songs on this CD about 5 years ago. He still really enjoys listening to them now. The CD was a replacement purchase for the old tapes we wore out.
- I just bought this CD for myself and I love it! It would be great for students in a private school, or for Christmas, or sitting by a campfire at summer camp. These religious tunes are probably the most beautiful I have ever heard. My favorites are "He's got the Whole World" and "Michael Row the Boat." Up till today, I never even knew that the "he" of the first song mentioned in this review refers to the one-and-only God. Basically, this is an ideal CD to have in every child's house and every grade school since it teaches children to appreciate God more than anything else in the universe. Just ignore the fact that track 29 is substantially different from track 14. I must say these wonderful songs are waaaaaaaay better than some of the dull kids TV shows that came out recently. Oh, and if some of you animé fans out there like shows like "Water-spider Wonder-spider," you'll like this, too! Get it and you'll see what I mean.

- Loved the CD but the shipping on this order took much longer to receive. It was shipped USPS 2/7/07 and received 2/21/08. In the past, even withour Express delivery my order generally arrive withing a week to nine days when shipped UPS.
- LOVE these 2 CD's more than any others! Wonderful collection of excellent songs!! Great gift for any Christian.
- Easy purchase songs were online to make sure the CD was what I was looking for. Fast delivery. Very satisfied.
- This is some of the worst tripe I have ever listened to in my life. Listening to this made me want to stab my ears out. I can't understand how pathetic people are who actually find inspiration in this awful, awful music. I feel diluted having just listened to this. Please, buy this only if you are an emotional wreck. People who use logic need not apply.
- I bought this for my husband. He's seen it adveristised at timelife.com. It cost slightly more but I don't like the strings attached at timelife. It's a wonderful CD and we all enjoy it. I've loaded it on my 10 year olds mp3.

5 comments about Chronology, Vol. 2.
- Both of Third Day's Chronology albums are a fantastic buy with great music. The bonus disks with the videos of select performances are worth the watch. The CD contains music that raises the spirit and touches the heart. A perfect compilation of Third Day's music.
- Third Day shows us that Christian music and Christian bands can be way cool! These guys rock!
- I originally had no intention of buying this CD/DVD set as I have all of Third Day's albums so I thought that it would not really be worth it. After getting THIRD DAY CHRONOLOGY VOLUME 1 FOLIO and seeing how great it was, I knew that I had to get this one also. I'm very glad that I did.
This CD-DVD set not only features many of Third Day's best hits from over the years, there are also several very good videos. Some of them are from the early days. Those are a lot of fun for fans. There is also a one hour long documentary about the history of the group. That is also very interesting.
There are some goofy videos done by some of Third Day's self proclaimed best fans. They don't add much to this.
I am sure that it is quite difficult to decide what to include in a greatest hits collection for a group with as many outstanding songs as Third Day has. With these two CD's they have done a pretty good job of that. There is one very notable ommission - These Thousand Hills. I cannot imagine why that was not included in one of these.
This set is very good for anyone. The casual fan will get some songs that he/she may not have. The hard core fan will get some very interesting videos and extras to add to his/her collection.
This is a great buy. I highly recommend it.
- The cd is wonderful, although the 2nd disc didn't play, the first one was fantastic. I'm a new fan of Third Day and I'm 44 years old. Never too old to enjoy good music.
- This CD has the rest of the Third Day songs on it that you would need to remember all the great songs they've had or if you're a new Third Day fan, to catch up on what you may have missed. Great CD with some added extras. Great.

- Short version, if you liked the first album you'll like this one, no doubt. I really like the sound these guys have, a very unique rock/pop with a little mix of country here and there. You may have heard "One Life" on the radio and its a great song, but "Gone" and "Just One of Those Days" are also very good and I hope they get some radio time, too. There really isn't a weak song on the album, all are good to listen to straight through so I highly recommend this album. Great music, great message! :)
- I've been a fan of 33 Miles ever since the first time I heard "What Could Be Better" on the radio. I thoroughly enjoyed their debut album, but this one is even better. Literally every song is great. 33 Miles is, in my opinion, one of the best bands to come along in christian music, and I look forward to them having a long career.

5 comments about Hymns of Worship.
- Just want to say that this CD is exactly what i had hoped for. It helps me to focus on God and worship him,
- I have heard this artist at our church and that led me to this purchase. Totally Wonderful. 'Give Me Jesus' is a song I listen to everyday. Amen, brothers and sisters, Amen.
- I had the privilege to see this artist at Anne Graham Lotz' Just Give Me Jesus revival in New Orleans, where he led our worship...she said when she first heard his singing, she had to go prostrate before the Lord. I understand why! This CD of beautiful worship music is very special and wonderful..."Give Me Jesus" and "Jesus, King of Angels" bring tears to me everytime I listen...
- I wish there were 2 ratings: 1 for artists' performance and the other the sonic quality of the CD recording. In the case of this CD by Fernando Ortega, I would rate the former at 5 stars while the sound quality of the recording is rated at 1 star (sounded too artificial and bad studio mixing) which marred my enjoyment of this otherwise great performance.
- This is a CD that we play daily because of the words and vocal quality of Mr Orgegs's voice. It is a superb recording for those who appreciate the "old" Hymns of the faith (and some that aren't so old). This is definitely a 5-Star recording.
