1. Funny, but maybe it takes time for each DC*B release to become my favorite as I didn't love "A Collision" compared to "Illuminate" and I don't love "Remedy" compared to "A Collision", yet. Certainly some songs standout on "Remedy" like "Never Let Go", "Surely We Can Change", "Can You Feel It", "The Glory Of It All" and "Everything Glorious". Another gem by DC*B. I'm guessing in another few months this will be my favorite.



2. First, I'd like to establish that I have listened to a broad range of music growing up as a classical violinist and pianist. I have listened to all types of "classical" music, world music, secular music through the ages, hip hop, independent artists. I know a lot about music and there is not a song on this album I don't love.
   At first I was surprised that this album didn't create a greater applause but understand why now. The vocal style is more 80's rock, not clear and pretty but emotional and good nonetheless. Next, the style in which this album was produced is similar to some energetic electronica sounds popular today that you'd find in secular bands such as Postal Service, Psapp, Bitter:Sweet. I love this about the album because SO much Christian music sounds the same. DCB, however, ventures outside of the stale standard rock band set that it seems these unadventurous Christian reviewers are missing. Last, this is an AMAZING worship album and I don't know how someone can say that it doesn't inspire praise.

   O, For a Thousand Tongues to Sing - Lyrics sound like a hymn but a contemporary mix
   Rain Down - An impassioned cry to God set in a minor key
   We Won't Be Quiet - Another fun worship song overflowing with God's joy
   Remedy - A ballad about how God is the only Remedy for our troubled world
   Surely We Can Change - A wonderful ballad and my favorite track on this album (though it's hard to choose). Everyone I think can relate to feeling helpless in the face of the world's depravity. This beautiful song sings as a prayer.
   
   If you are completely adverse to electronic orchestration I can understand disliking this album. It definitely has a lot of energy and should appeal to plenty teenage Christ followers. I have definitely had many wonderful moments drawing near to God with the music and would hate for you to miss out on account of reviewers with obsolete taste in music.



3. Remedy is no remedy for the poor styling, poor vocal quality, and lack of worship this band brings. The band sound brings a jittery delivery that does not engender worship.
   
   In years to come we will look around and people will say, David Crowder - who? Some of the songs will endure, but only when redone in a truly worshipful style.



4. 'Remedy' is a well done CD with several good praise songs.
   
   There are few standout tracks, but none are bad either. The best song is 'Everything Glorious'. Perhaps my expectations were too high after his album 'A Collision', but this one just does not seem that impressive to me. It is really pretty average.
   
   For anyone who is not familiar with this group, I would definitely recommend their album, A Collision. It is a 'must have' for any Christian music fan.



5. The songs of this project point to God as the Remedy this world desperately needs. The lyrics are honest and heartfelt petitions to the Creator in the face of hardship.
   
   DC*B experienced tragedy in the death of their pastor and this recording is a testament to the healing power of the cross. Many of the tracks give a voice to feelings of sadness and frustration while simultaneosly reaffirming faith in the sovereign power of God. Only an artist with the heart of David could accomplish this. David Crowder is a modern day psalmist who brings his offering before the Lord just as David did in the book of Psalms. The result is a CD filled with songs that inspire worship.
   
   As a worship leader I had the opportunity to use many of these songs in congregational worship. Aside from the corporate worship opportunities, I appreciate what this album has done in my private devotion times as well. I continue to learn what it means to trust Jesus, this CD has helped me more than I can express.
   
   David Crowder represents the best in the modern worship movement. And this project is his best yet.

1. This CD is wonderful for kids! My daughter loves it, and sings and dances with it all the time!



2. Over all the CD's are ok, I didn't realize that a lot of the songs are religious songs, but that is my fault because I didn't look at the song names before buying it.



3. I love this cd and my baby sister loves the baby one. I will give it five stars.



4. The Singalong Songs for Kids CD's are ideal for infants and toddlers. I like to put the CD's in my car, while my 2 year old listens. It calms him down, and improves his vocabulary. I bought the videos for my older son 6 years ago. The songs and video are exactly the same.



5. I read the reviews before purchasing this compilation and I agree that these are great songs (there are 100 of them after all) but after a while, they all seem to sound the same. They are sung by a children's choir and while these children sound phenomenal, all the songs they sing sound alike. I like my children's songs to have wacky words with special emphasis on different sounds. With a choir, they can't do that. They are melodic but monotone. Young children don't sound like that and my daughter would rather hear some fun songs (or at least I would.) I'd recommend this for pretty music, but not for FUN music.

1. Loved the CD but the shipping on this order took much longer to receive. It was shipped USPS 2/7/07 and received 2/21/08. In the past, even withour Express delivery my order generally arrive withing a week to nine days when shipped UPS.

4. This is some of the worst tripe I have ever listened to in my life. Listening to this made me want to stab my ears out. I can't understand how pathetic people are who actually find inspiration in this awful, awful music. I feel diluted having just listened to this. Please, buy this only if you are an emotional wreck. People who use logic need not apply.



5. I bought this for my husband. He's seen it adveristised at timelife.com. It cost slightly more but I don't like the strings attached at timelife. It's a wonderful CD and we all enjoy it. I've loaded it on my 10 year olds mp3.

1. I recently had the opportunity to see Michael W. in person and had the pleasure of doing the meet and greet before his performance. He is such a very spiritual person and very down to earth. Watching and listening to him, I can see why he is one of the top Contemporary Christian musicians today. He has been around for a long time and I can see him being around for a long time to come. This is a wonderful CD and I will be buying more music my him.

3. Absolutely incredible! From the first opening strains to the last amen this is my current all-time favorite worship album! I just wish we could hear the entire concert and not just the music. It's been a while since I've seen Smitty perform in concert and I miss him.



4. I'll be honest in admitting that I don't really understand the concept of a "worship concert." The strange intersection between performance and worship is somewhat unsettling to me and murkier in this setting than during a worship service.
   
   With that said, I enjoy this album. Many of the songs are recycled from other songwriters, which is unusual for a Smitty album. And even though some of them are somewhat old, they're all arranged in unique forms and provide something new for the listener.
   
   The arrangement of "Agnus Dei" isn't my favorite, but that is still a magnificent song. "Let It Rain" is obnoxiously repetitive, though it does provide a hauntingly beautiful melody.
   
   This album isn't particularly spectacular and doesn't add much of note to the contemporary worship library. But for fans of Michael W. Smith's sound, it's certainly a worthwhile album to own. I enjoy popping it in and singing along with these familiar songs.



5. LOVE IT , play it on my CD player in the car and use it every morning on the way to work for getting me ready for the challenges of the day , this is a wonderful PRAISE CD.

1. Anyone who has heard any CD by Israel & New Breed knows that they carry a special anointing for live performances. This CD is additional evidence of that. It starts out by welcoming the presence of God into the time of worship and reminding Him that we know who He is. I say "we" because when I listen to this CD, I feel like I was there with them at the concert. It is "that" anointed! The next few tracks remind us not only of who God is, but of who WE are in Him. I don't know about you, but when I think of my human tendencies, I need to be reminded that God still thinks I'm special, that He loves me and that I can come to Him as I am. Thank goodness. Tracks like "I know who I am", "Surely Surely", "With Long Life", and "Identity" leave no doubt as to who YOU are in Christ Jesus. The CD ends with the beautiful acoustic-sounding song "You are not forgotten". Though the titles may be similar to songs done before, the song is different.
   
   While the CD is very anointed, it still displays the talent of Israel & New Breed, as well as guest artistes Darlene Zschech, Jonny Lang, YPJ, T-Bone, and others.
   
   I must admit, though, that while this CD is great, my fave is still "Live in South Africa". This one comes in second, though. I highly recommend it! I especially recommend it to anyone who has had an abortion, anyone who questions their gender assignment, and others who suffer from guilt about their past acts ... Israel speaks specifically to these things in "Surely Surely (Speaking)".



2. Although not as good as "Israel and New Breed alive in South Africa" it is still an excellent effort. I have heard it argued that this cd was just a slap up, and that Israel Houghton needs to get back in the prayer closet before he produces more songs, but i would say to these people that they need to read about the production of this cd before they say things like that. The whole worship team spent time in prayer and fasting before diving into this "deeper level" project and it shows. If you cant feel the presence of God when you listen, its not the cd, its you. Because the hard work and prayer shows as they sing and face issues that people deal with daily. It is relevant to believers today, and has a diverse range of songs. Both the praise and worship is great, it reaches many different cultures and ages. there will be tracks on this CD for everyone!

This cd is basically a praise and worship cd.It's name deeper level encourages us to really dig deep into ourselves and really praise and worship God with all we have.Many people praise and worship but its on a surface level but this cd encourages us to really dig deep and tap in to the true power of God.I reccommend this cd to anyone who wants to really dig deep into Gods love and power.



5. Typically, I am not an Israel fan, as most of his music sounds so similar. There is quite a bit of diversity in this project.

1. My grandfather likes it very much. He just transitioned to cds with his new truck.



2. This is Elvis at his best with the music he loved. With each song, you feel the emotion he sang with. This 3 cd set is the best. I highly recommend it, and to even to those who have never followed his music will feel his love.



3. Singing Gospel Music. It's what Elvis loved the most, and what he did better than any mortal who ever lived on this earth. This incredible 3 CD set has every Gospel song ever done by the King - The 1 EP, three LPs, live performances, rehearsals, jam sessions. No one could do Gospel Music better than Mr. Presley & of all the various genres (rock, country, ballads, blues, etc.) Gospel was what he loved the best. I could listen to this music around the clock & it would never get old. Whether atheist or Bible Believer - YOU NEED THIS MUSIC - you'll never be the same. Thank you Elvis!!



4. I'm a huge Elvis fan and I love his gospel songs. He sings them so beautifully and they are so uplifting. This box set is a worthy addition to any Elvis fans collection. I like that there are also some live songs and some outtakes in this box set.



5. This is a wonderfully inspiring three disc collection of recordings by a person I feel puts his heart and soul into his gospel songs. How grand to hear the King of Rock pay homage to his Lord, the source of his "one of a kind" vocal talent. The impromptu recordings, including one where Elvis sings bass, I find especially enjoyable and touching. A few of the songs are done more than once but there are some that should be done more than once. This collection may not include all the gospel songs Elvis ever did but it a large uplifting, moving collection and well worth the price.

1. This is a great CD for Kids who are starting out at Sunday Schools. The tunes are great and can be easily followed.

5. I just bought this CD for myself and I love it! It would be great for students in a private school, or for Christmas, or sitting by a campfire at summer camp. These religious tunes are probably the most beautiful I have ever heard. My favorites are "He's got the Whole World" and "Michael Row the Boat." Up till today, I never even knew that the "he" of the first song mentioned in this review refers to the one-and-only God. Basically, this is an ideal CD to have in every child's house and every grade school since it teaches children to appreciate God more than anything else in the universe. Just ignore the fact that track 29 is substantially different from track 14. I must say these wonderful songs are waaaaaaaay better than some of the dull kids TV shows that came out recently. Oh, and if some of you animé fans out there like shows like "Water-spider Wonder-spider," you'll like this, too! Get it and you'll see what I mean.

1. This ministry has been trailblazing since Praise Is What I Do. They are not a choir but a MINISTRY. This is a GOOD album with only a few great songs. If you want GOD to change your filthy wretched heart get your bible and this CD (1&2) and let the Holy Spirit have his way. PLAY THE WHOLE ALBUM. Great album are usually not that great when you first heaar them but oh GOD some 3 to 10 years later you'll be searching your house for this album. This is not a GOSPEL CHOIR ALBUM, this is truly what PRAISE and WORSHIP is suppose to be. The music, keys, chords, drum licks are amazing. You don't hear gospel records this musical. Get this and give one to Pookie and them. 2 GOD BE THE GLORY



2. I highly recommend this album Sheknah Glory Ministries put out called JESUS. This is their third album and each time they get better in praising the Lord. I sent a copy to a friend in Mississippi because she use to praise dance to music like this and she also felt it was excellant.



3. When you need lifes anxieties to be released from every area of your body, when you just want to spend time with the LORD and need his guidance and release whatever, this is the cd you need. YES, to your Will LORD, NO COMPROMISING!



4. This CD flows in the anointing....though you have many moments where there is no singing it is obvious that the Holy Spirit had fallen in the room. If you are not a WORSHIPER then this CD will make no since to you. For Praise is to break through and Worship is to enter in and once you enter in the Holy of Holies is there really much that can be said or sang?
   
   This is worth the cost and MORE
