- While I am NOT a Hannah fan, my daughter and all her friends love this stuff. I ordered this at the last minute for a slumber party, and it was a huge hit. Not being a fan, I really did not want to pay too much for this. The price was great and we got it fast.
- This CD is a great mix of music. My daughter is 7 and if your kids love to watch Disney Channel as much as mine does, they will love it becasue they will know all the words to the songs.

5 comments about Classic Disney, Vol. 5.
- This si a wonderful collection of some of the best Disney songs out there. It offers a wide variety too. I strongly recomend this CD to anyone who loves Disney music.
- If you buy this because the label led you to believe that you were getting the Humphrey the Bear trash collecting song from "In The Bag". You are going to be disappointed. The song entitled "The Humphrey Hop" that is listed as being from that cartoon actually appears here as a choral piece with the same toon, but none of the same lyrics that were in the short, no vocals by Bill Thompson, the voice of The Ranger.
- The idea of issuing musical selections from Disney films, features and other areas of their world of entertainment continues to be quite satisfying. If you love the world that Walt Disney created and has continued on to this day, this CD continues to give you little musical vignettes across that span of time that are very nostalgic and uplifting as they did with the first four. Track 1: "I'll Make A Man Out Of You" from MULAN sung by Donny Osmond is really a great uplifting song. Track 22: "He's A Tramp" by Peggy Lee from LADY AND THE TRAMP is a classic. I hope they keep these CDs coming.
- These tunes are Classic Disney movie songs. Highly recommended.
- AGAIN, I invite Carrie to see the movie... Burton and Elfman movies are the best. Great director and great composer.

- This album is a straight re-issue of an earlier album (Best of country sing the best of Disney) with a different title. It's great to see it available again for those that didn't buy it when it was originally available.
The nineties yielded many tribute albums by country artists. I bought several of them, but I avoided this one for many years. No way could I imagine that this album would be for me, until I discovered this site and read some of the reviews. On the basis of some of those reviews, I bought this album and discovered that it is a masterpiece. It is ostensibly a children's album, but none of the songs are obvious children's songs. All the songs would comfortably take their place on standard albums by the relevant artists.
It is hard to pick out favorites, but Tanya Tucker is in her element singing Someday my prince will come, while the pairing of Hal Ketchum and Shelby Lynne on If I never knew you is inspired. Faith Hill's performance on Part of your world is flawless. Bryan White closes the set with a magnificent rendition of When you wish upon a star.
The songs are all from Disney movies. There are two each from Pocahontas and The little mermaid, plus one each from Beauty and the beast, Snow white and the seven dwarfs, Dumbo, Aladdin, Toy story, The lion king and Pinocchio.
This collection caused me to revise my attitude to children's music. Sure, there is a lot of it that is definitely unappealing to adults, but there are some really great albums out there which will appeal to everybody. This is definitely one of them. Oh - and if you don't like country, don't worry. This is a well-crafted album that should appeal to country and non-country fans alike.
- Not only do I like this CD so does my mother, I also work at a school and play it for the kids there and they love it too. Who wouldn't love a Disney song!?

5 comments about Radio Disney: Kid Jams.
- my kids and i have always loved this cd. we have all of the radio disney cds in our collection. but this is our favorite. we just the think the songs are so much fun for the kids as well as the adults. it brings back a lot of memories. so when our original cd got scratched, we were all disappointed. because you can't find this cd in the stores any more. but thanks to amamzon.com we were able to replace it at a reasonable price. now we are all happy again.
- I love the music on this CD because it takes popular music and makes it suitable for children... a very fun and festive selection of songs! Kids love it too!
- The track listing on here is fairly good, with Steve Vai, James Brown, and many other popular performers (hopefully after hearing these musicians, my nieces will begin to find less worthy children's "music" such as Kidz Bop as musically tedious and unsatisfying as the rest of my family does, and I admit that, even as a 27 year old woman I have recently found myself tuning into Radio Disney (to become familiar with and "hip to" what my nieces like and listen and actually enjoying much of what I hear. Much of what is on this CD and channel appeals to adults and children alike, making them so much better than so much other "family" music. I recommend this to anyone who has kids in their lives, as this music remains totally appropriate, but is not watered-down "kiddie" music that talks down musically to your kids.
- I work in a before and after school progream and we own all the the Radio Disney Cd's. My 1st - 5th graders love it. They know the songs from radio and the disney channel, and I don't have to worry about inappropriate lyrics.
- in my opinion this is the best cd radio disney put out. there are a few songs that i could do without but the majority of them are great. the kids love it and the parents enjoy it also. nice up beat songs that will get you and the kids moving! ENJOY!

3 comments about Mickey's Dance Party.
- This is one of the very best CD's Disney Records has ever produced! I bought it five years ago and it's still one of my favorites today. I like every single track because Disney does a great job doing their version of those familiar songs we hear on the radio. Here's what I think about each track ...
Yo! Mickey - This is the perfect introduction for a party CD like this one. It can really get a party up and jumpin'!!
We Want Mickey - I liked the way they did "I Want Candy" Disney style.
Mickey's Gonna Dance Now - In comparison with the C&C version, instead of hearing the lyrics "gonna make you sweat 'til ya bleed," it's "Gonna make you sweat from your knees." I like the Disney version of this song better.
Let's Have A Party - A Disney version of the Vanga Boys' "We Like To Party," this is a song that will get ya up and partyin'!
Rapamagical - This song sweeps you away with its magic!
Divas & Dudes Medley - This has three of the best-known songs from artists *NSYNC, Britney Spears, and Christina Aguilera.
Around The World (La La La La La) - Just like the original version, ATC's song done Disney style will make you get on your feet and dancing to their groovy beat!
Life Is A Rock - This is my favorite song. Throughout the song, they throw at you a lot of famous names from pop culture like Regis Philbin, S Club 7, Ricky Martin, Spice Girls, and many others as well as those trends from the previous years. They sing those names so quickly that you may have to play this song several times to get all of them. I am one who has got all those names down pat.
Who Woke Snow White Up? - This song by the Baha Men was hot off Radio Disney's charts when Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs came out on DVD at that time. But still, it's just as good as "Who Let The Dogs Out."
Mickey's Got The Beat - This song is sung to the tune of Myra's "Dancing In The Street" from Recess: School's Out. Near the end of this song you'll hear those pop culture names, just like in "Life Is A Rock."
Blue (Da Ba Dee) - This Disney version is a little different than the one by Eiffel 65. Instead of the lyrics "... about a little guy ...," you hear "... about a little gal ..." This is a fun song, especially when you try singing the chorus yourself.
Hip-Hop Happy Birthday - This is, what I would say, the best birthday song that Disney can ever bring up. But whether it's your birthday or not, you can hear it any day of the year.
Mickey (That's His Name) - This is a great ending to a party album like this one. Mickey Mouse is one of the most famous icons in America!
Mickey's Dance Party is so great you will want to hear it again and again. This is what I would say the perfect, score-of-10 rated, album you should listen to. Buy it and try it today, the party fun will never stop!
Party on with Mickey, Disney lovers!
- This is a CD that my granddaughter wants played all the time. I think it's great!
- This is the definite Disney CD for party people. The Disney version of ATC's Around The World(La La La La)is the best song on the cd. It just makes you wanna dance. I also like their versions of "I Want Candy","We Like To Party", "Blue".The update of "Life Is a Rock(But the Radio Rolled Me)" is also a cool song. Especially when they say the names of people and trends of the last decade. Baha Men's "Who Woke Snow White Up?" is just as fun as "Who Let The Dogs Out?". I also enjoyed Myra's "Mickey's Got The Beat". This is THE cd for party people who are disney fans.

1 comments about Johnny and the Sprites.
- Disney's "Johnny and the Sprites" -- 19 Songs from the Hit TV Series is the program's first music album and way too long in coming. This program tops some of the top talents around and has proven to be one of Playhouse Disney's best productions, so why they would wait so long for this release is beyond me.
But the album is here, and glorious it is. This album does, in fact, feature 19 wonderful songs from the series. It begins with the show theme, the updated version heard as of the most recent season of the program. ("Sprites may be shy, but they're friendly and cute!") Other highlight tracks include "Welcome to Grotto's Grove" (in which the Sprites welcome the Queen of All Magical Beings, guest star Chita Rivera), "A New Friend" (from when Johnny's friend Gwen finally meets the Sprites), "The Right Size" (in which Johnny assures Root that whatever size he is the right size for him), "Heads Up!" (the program's interstitial tune), and "Play with Me!" (a fantastic tune featuring the harmonization of three Johnnies created by magic.) However, these selections are not to say that the other tunes on the album aren't great -- they are! In fact, some of them are new material, as the episodes they air in have not yet been seen as of the release of this album.
If you're at all familiar with Broadway, you will probably recognize a fair portion of the cast and crew of "Johnny and the Sprites," as about half of the show staff is involved with Broadway. Their work is on full display in this album, including the talents of Stephen Schwartz ("Godspell," "Enchanted") Michael Patrick Walker and Gary Adler ("Altar Boyz") and, of course, we can't forget the great John Tartaglia ("Avenue Q," "Beauty and the Beast") himself.
An essential choice for any fan of Broadway, fan of children's music in general, or fan of "Johnny and the Sprites."

5 comments about Radio Disney: Ultimate Jams Greatest Hits from Vol. 1 - 6.
- I had most of the tracks just like a few, but its a good cd. Wish we had radio disney in Australia.
- This is a fun CD for kids and their parents. Watch out though; the Hamster Dance Song gets stuck in you head!!!
- These songs are awsome. I have been looking for Get Ready For This for 3 months now ! Now I have found it and alot of other songs too. (Blue,Hamster Dance,Y.M.C.A.)And others not so good. But thats just my opinion, listen to the samples and see for yourself. ENJOY IT!!!!
- Radio Disney Ultimate Jams sounds like a great compilation of songs, but these songs are already on jams 1 - 6, which is good if you already own those volumes. The only reason they did this was to put out the music videos that never came with volumes 1 - 6. You'd be paying for the same songs that you already paid for plus the music videos. Buy this only if you want the music videos.

- Nowhere in the product description does it say that you have to play this disc on a karaoke machine in order to get the on-screen lyrics -- but that's exactly the case. I purchased this and several others for my son to use in a DVD player with a plug-in microphone, and, while it plays the music on the DVD player, it does not have on-screen lyrics. I am extremely disappointed in the product description.
- thoroughly enjoy the music from this one- not the original singers on the cd but it's still cute.

5 comments about Disney's Christmas Lullaby Album.
- I bought this CD for a change. I like to play lullabys for my daughter's naps and it gets tiring listening to the same songs over and over. This CD was a pleasant change and does bring out the holiday spirit
- I bought this for son's bedtime 4 years ago and had no idea how much I would enjoy it! I am a musician and generally just tolerate most music marketed for kids. These Fred Molin CDs were quite the pleasant surprise. The arrangements are relaxing and very high quality. Not cheesy or too new-agey. Many real acoustic instrument performances, not all synthesized BS.
I look forward to getting this out around Thanksgiving as a break from the Disney Lullaby I and II CDs we put in year-round (these are also great). For what it's worth, there's nothing really "Disney" about the CD, must just be the label or producer.
- This is a wonderful CD. I wasn't sure what to expect. I like Disney but wasn't sure what they were promoting here. Was Mickey going to talk?
None of that. All classical music in a very easy and soothing style. We have had a stressful past summer and fall due to 3 moves and adding a baby to the family.
All in 6 months. My now 2.5 year old one held up well but at night was just basically losing it. I finally digged this CD out and now when it is bedtime she lays there and listens calmly or talks softly and just is much more relaxed.
She now asks for the music after her bath and knowing that she is getting something educational as well as something that interests her makes me happy.I could listen to it all day long and frankly we are still listening to it after Christmas and most likley for a while longer.
It is perfect and draws you in right away.
I am not a musician but enjoy good music. This will not bore you but keep you in a happy spot, soothed and relaxed feeling.
Well worth the afford and money.
I may buy another one for my baby .
Enjoy this CD, all year round.
- It's so soothing! I could listen to it all day. And I have 50 other Christmas cd's -- mostly instrumental! I listen to it in the kitchen when I'm working in there, and I listen to it on the computer when I'm working here! I borrowed if from our library, and now it's on my Christmas wish list! I will be buying it for myself if I don't get it as a gift! I would give it 8 stars if I could!
- I already have the Disney Lullaby Album(NOT to be confused with the Disney BABY Lullaby Album!) which I always thought of as THE perfect one, but this one is just as great!! Take it from someone who has been in the child care field for almost 23 years. I have tried them all, and found that this CD, plus the regular Disney Lullaby Album, are THE BEST on the market today! I know for a fact that any tired baby or child will immediatly calm down and fall asleep when this album is played, much much faster than with any other music. I even find if the day is a little on the stress-filled side, putting this on while feeding or playing with them becomes a nice and smooth experience! Trust me on this one, Disney's Christmas Lullaby Album is well worth the cost; for the nice music, and the peace it instills in the children, and you!
