5 comments about Casablanca Records Story.
- Good price, Great box set. If you like Disco, get this box set. Hard to find, good collectors item. Arrived in excellent condition and has seen my CD Player, many, many times. Recommended...
- This collection really is the one you need! If you were there and already have some of these tracks, you certainly won't have them all and if you are lucky/unlucky enough to be young and are discovering disco after the event, this is a great place to start. The track selection here covers the whole spectrum of dance at the time, from P Funk to peak tempo gay disco and includes most of Casablanca's 'big hitters' i.e. Donna Summer, Village People, Cher. It also includes however lots of lesser known artists like Patti Brooks, Teri Desario and Dennis Parker. Sound transfers are excellent and the information booklet is very nicely put together and informative. Let's hope that they do a volume two as there are lots more great tracks in the Casablanca vaults, but for now I can not recommend this box set highly enough.
- This compilation of disco hit songs by the Casablanca label is jam packed with the hits that made disco the star of the late 70's and early 80's. LOVE TO LOVE YOU, BABY begins the entire journey, and goes thru FUNKYTOWN (Lipps,Inc.), TAKE ME HOME (Cher), MACARTHUR PARK SUITE (Donna Summer), SAN FRANCISCO/HOLLYWOOD (Village People), PLEASURE ISLAND (Paul Jabara), LIKE AN EAGLE (Dennis Parker), FLASHLIGHT (Parliament), HOT STUFF/BAD GIRLS (Donna Summer), CHASE (Giorgio Moroder), WALK THE NIGHT (Skatt Bros.), YOU OUGHT TO BE DANCING (Peoples Choice), DANCE, FREAK, AND BOOGIE (Nitelife Unlimited), and many, many more. . .including FLASHDANCE, STAR WARS/CANTINA by Meco, ON THE RADIO, AFTER DARK, I LOVE AMERICA, I FOUND LOVE, and other selections by The Village People.
True, some cuts are definitely not full length, but most are and available all on one grand collection set! A must. . .
- Finally I have the most awaited compilation! I hope the PolyGram/Universal folks will consider producing volume 2 of this album which contains more full-lenght/extended tracks in the near future. It really sells.
- I will be honest I am not a real big disco fan. There are only two Disco record companies I liked. One is Salsoul Records and of course the other is Casablanca Records. I bought this box set because it contain a lot of the the 12" full length original versions. Of course it dosen't have all of the songs that this record company released. If you are a Disco fan or just starting out collecting this kind of music. Then you can not go wrong. This is a very good collection. It's worth the investment. Maybe they will release another box set with more of the stars and songs that this record company produced.

5 comments about Moulin Rouge Collector's Edition.
- Amazing, great music in this collection, but save yourself money and just buy the two Moulin Rouce soundtracks separately - it will be way less money than this, and you'll get all of the songs except one - "Lady Marmalade (Thunderpuss Radio Mix)." Trust me, that song is not the best one on this CD.
If you're wondering what the actual music sounds like - check out my reviews for Moulin Rouge Soundtrack and Moulin Rouge 2 Soundtrack...I explain it all they're.
If you want my opinion on the music in two words (or in one word, repeated once)...here ya go: Spectacular, spectacular!
- Moulin Rouge already is a very very very good film, and so do the music in it! Moulin Rouge Collector's Edition include all songs in the movie! Including the killer track, Lady Marmalade and Come What May. This album is totally fabulous!
- I'm very open to new types of music and films. When I first saw Moulin Rouge, it had wonderful music. It wasn't what I expected and I was blown away. Buuuuut this cd that I purchased didn't contain all the music that I had hoped for. The first cd had a majority of the good songs but the second one had the minority. Total waste of money. Still, I liked some of the music but I felt cheated when they didn't include some of the others. I wouldn't say that I'm not fully disappointed but I am. Guess I should of stuck with Andrew Lloyd Webber. U_U
- This is one of the best musicals ever it has all of the elements you need and then some. The movie is wonderful and if you buy the soundtrack you don't even need the movie the music tells the entire story that is how strong the music is once you begin listening to it you just get entwined in the story and you may not even be watching charactors just listening to wonderful singing, along with wonderful lyrics, added to a wonderful harmony. That is the combination that makes a truly great musical that is worth awards such as Best Score. I recommend this to anyone who loves the idea of romance in the late 1800's in France. It is that good. I hope this review was helpful to you!!!
- If you are hoping that the whole score and all the musical numbers are found in the collector's edition, you will be disappointed. First, the tracks are not ordered in the manner as they occurred in the film. Song bits from the "Sound of Music" and from the Green Fairy are missing. You don't get the film version (which sounds way better!) of "Your Song" or "Children of the Revolution" on either disc. "El Tango de Roxanne" would've been better if the intro dialogue was included. I personally would've liked the soundtrack collection to include some of the notable lines/quotes from the movie as supplemental tracks. The collection is good, but you aren't getting everything that you hope to. My solution to this problem, buy the dvd, capture the songs to your computer, and create your own soundtrack! I created my own "soundtrack" (for my own use) and it's better than the collector's edition could ever be!

5 comments about Xen Cuts.
- Lets rate the label not the tracks. The label, as it stands, is on the up and up, introducing the best aritsts that jazz-core and hip hop (REAL HIP HOP, NOT LUDACRIS) have to offer. The problem, is that this compilation only lets you get your feet wet in the ocean that this label has to offer. Tracks by Amon Tobin, Saul Williams, Kid Koala KILL the rest of the cd. I would honestly reccommend this compilation to those who are ready to dive into some deeper music, it's the perfect introduction into the world of electrojazz and tru hip hop heads. Heavy and hard, this one carries. Just know that this compilation is mearly a cliff note in the world of the tunes of the ninja. Ninja tune reprazent.
- Xen Cuts is basically a compilation of music from different musicians from the Big Dada and Ninjatune label. It's a great showcase of all the labels have to offer and is almost like like gourmet dish of different foods to sample before you decide to buy them on your own. The tracks range from trip hop to hard acid jazz (I love Clifford Gilberto's tracks) and some lyrically sound hip hop tracks. With as many musicians as they have, a lot of the tracks are well done. Granted, I would be hard pressed to find all the tracks appealing, the ones that are give birth to a sense of style that each of the musicians have thoroughly developed through the years and deserve the recognition that they get for their respective genres.
The hip hop tracks are nicely done, the Big Dada Sound track is a highlight just because it features some big name (well, relatively speaking) that all collaborate on one track. It's the perfect high-bass track for any bloke rolling out on the town one evening. The acid jazz tracks are spectacular, especially the clifford gilberto. The tracks leave you drenched in saturation, and push you towards the epiphany of "This is *real* acid jazz". The drum n bass tracks are alright, besides Amon Tobin, it's not really a genre that the labels are known for producing, but some of the d n b tracks are enjoyable. Overall, there are some tracks that pale, while others that embody their respective genre in full. But for the price, it's all good.
- Live kid Koala cuts! Rare 'Revelution won't happen bwt these thighs' track and many others. Dude, get it. You gotta.
- Wow, Wow, Wow. My brother brought his copy of this CD when he came to visit us. I rummaged through his things (sorry), found it, and it was love at first hearing. I had never even heard of Ninja Tunes before then. This 3-disc compilation features a variety of artists and their myriad sounds, all coming together for one large party (for clarifications, see the track listing posted on this website).
Disc One: Mostly hip-hop oriented. Funky, deep beats with better than average raps, sassy feminists, and an oriental flavor (Kid Koala).Disc Two: Mostly for jazz buffs. The weakest of the set. Highlights: Gilberto,Clifford; Arc; Up, Bustle & Out; Amon Tobin Disc Three: Overlooked tracks. Most tracks are excellent. Pay special attention to the Saul Williams track (and watch "Slam"), Funki Porcini, Kid Koala (" I wonder what kind of bear his wife thinks he is"), Roots Manuva, and the Zen Cuts bonus track. It's awesome. Looking forward to another such compilation by Ninja Tunes HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
- Yeah i know, (the price) for 3 cds (just under 50 songs) is great, the packaging is real nice and the names performing are top notch.
The problem is that i was expecting something really mindblowing and there where some great touches but overall i wasn't that impressed. Maybe its because i had most of the best songs because i had at least 10 of the artists individual albums. Cd 1 is strictly for the hip-hop headz. Roots Manuva kills it of on track 2 while the Herbaliser and Latryrx show just why i think they are the most gifted writers in the scene on track 5. Roots Manuva strikes again on Tobins brilliant Saboteur (track 9), and Quannum MC (track 15) is real hot. This is probably the best cd in this collection with Mr Scruff and Kid Koala making decent apperances. Track 7 is my least favourite (by Neotropic?). Cd 2 is probably the worst cd. Clifford Gilberto saves it from the dustbin with the amazing Restless and the 10th victim. Funki Porcini and Arc are above par with decent tracks as is Amon Tobin. Dj Food has the worst song on this whole album with 'The Ageing Young Rebel' (tRACK 10). Cd 3 is decent with Eastflatbush project (Track 11) and my main man Roots Manuva on (track 10). Funki Porcini gets it right again with (track 2), Porcini's 'Ultimately empty million dollars lp' was real poor so this shows he is decent. Finally (track 12) by DJ Food is brilliant. CD3 has many decent but uninspiring songs on aswell as the ones mentioned. In conclusion, the is a must get purchase for any Ninja Tune fans and since i purchased a cd recorder i have made a one disc compilation which is great, i advise you to do the same. (...) To be honest when i started this review i gave it 3 stars but it deserves 4. DJ Krush vs Coldcut, Funkungfusion and DK and DJ Food compilations are also banging but Funkjazztical Tricknology should be avoided. Laters

5 comments about Billboard Top Hits: 1975-1979.
- A good sampler of the end of the decade,A lot of populary known song, fromn the orignal artists makes it a must have.
- FANTASTIC LISTENING .IT MAKES ME ASK "WHERE DID ALL THE GREAT SONG WRITERS GO?" NOW I DON'T NEED SATTELITE RADIO. YEAH!
- this box set reflexs great effort into gathering the best of this time period. fantastic selection of artists giving us fine enjoyment. for those that love flash backs to great songs this is it.
- The 70's had a broad array of music... from Soft Hits that we all laugh about now, to Disco hits we all love to dance to. In Between we had some stiffs from Elton John, and songs some artists would probably rather forget about (England Dan and John Ford Coley). This box set is a must have for anyone who likes the whole 70's era!
- Another in the saturated "hits" of an era album. One can find a similar offering at the bottom of the discount bins at your CD outlet. Wait a while and this will be found there too.

5 comments about Black Box: Wax Trax! Records, The First 13 Years 3 CD Set, Includes 76-Page Book.
- This is a timeless compilation of bands. WAX TRAX records really were the God-fathers of realing industrail music.
- ... after the first printing of this collection, let me say LOUD and CLEAR that WaxTrax! (now TVT) Records NEEDS TO RE-RELEASE THIS COLLECTION OF CLASSICS!!! As it stands, Black Box is a hard to find collector's item, as the prices for used copies can attest (nobody's gonna have a new one available, kids, at least not for a reasonable price). You're lucky if you can find someone who kept immaculate, anal-retentive care of the discs. I was lucky to find a copy of this set at my local record shop, but the condition of the CDs would rate as GOOD, VERY GOOD at best. I'm just glad that after 13 years, they will still play in my CD player.
I'm not going to fire off a huge, elaborate critique of the set. If this kind of music from this time period pushes the dopamine receptors in your brain over the brink (and you know who you are), then this collection is for you. Yeah, it's primarily industrial in nature, but there are hints of techno, hard/goth rock, and dark experimental music. The 3-CD set clocking in at roughly 3 1/2 hours of music represents a nice, thick, bloody slice of a time and a place, and yes, it's just that damn good. Read the other reviews for point by point details. At worst, this one gets 4.5 stars. At best, it easily garners 5.
- My interest in industrial music and its history lead me down the path to this little almost forgetten jem at this point.
This is industrial music as its not made anymore, as industrial music since the death of this label has become even more of a minor niche market fading into the obscure. But this box set captures industrial's golden age. An interesting mix of styles and history, it actually prompted to go visit the orginal WaxTrax store in Denver while on vacation(ironicly seeing one of the artists on the boxset.KMFDM). With all the music revials going on, I wish someone would revive this kind of industrial music, before its completely forgotten. The track that is the most well known is probably the cover of "Supernaut" with the Trent Renzor vocals, but that is to over look alot of other amazing material. You can feel the energy, the thoughtfulness, and the pioneering spirit racing though every track. The only shortcoming i'd say would be that Front 242's material couldn't be included.
Music history buffs will also get a kick out of this, there is a little booklet helping outline the history of the label, and quite a history it is. I find it quite sad that there is no real written books about WaxTrax and the chicago industrial scene of the 80s like there is for punk, hardcore, indie and their counterparts.
I recommend this comp 100%, and hope that you can feel the same love for this music as I do.
- I dj'd at college radio stations for 5 years in the late '80s, and was always pleasantly excited when I found a Wax Trax! label in the New bin. (Unfortunately, I usually did my shows in the dark and thought the name was "Wax Traxi" for the longest time!) The label was a mainstay of industrial music, and founders Jim Nash and Dannie Flesher consistently managed to sign and produce the most exciting musicians of the time -- the many incarnations of dear troubled genius Al Jourgensen, The Young Gods, FLA, Coil, Controlled Bleeding, Doubting Thomas, A Split Second, Lead Into Gold, Psychic TV, Foetus -- they are all here on three great discs packed with music that makes you want to move and feel. Disc One, Track One: Trent Reznor covers Black Sabbath's 'Supernaut' with 1000 Homo DJs -- a version previously unreleased, and then you are zipping through Sister Machine Gun and The Young Gods and oh so many more seminal industrial bands. Divine puts the "fun" in funky with "The Name Game", the label's second release. I was also happy to hear a few groups that had somehow slipped past me the first time around, like Wreck. I had a great time listening to this collection and am still listening to it. You can put in any of the three discs and be happy for a long time.
The packaging is beautiful -- a heavyweight black box covered with hip lettering and disturbing images; three black CD cases containing labeled discs and a listing with artist, cut, time and version information; and a terrific booklet that relates the anecdotal history of Wax Trax! -- it's artistically interesting as well as substantive and entertaining. If you enjoy industrial music, you cannot go wrong with this incredible collection of the music and people that started it all. And why not put a few bucks into the pockets of the guys who loved the music more than the profits?
- This Chicago-based record label compilation is an awesome chunk of the work done by most of the best industrial bands that came out of N. America and Europe in the 80s. Very interesting and innovative music- fans of industrial music or darker techno should like most of this stuff quite a bit.

5 comments about The Singles 1986-1995.
- This collection includes all of Duran Duran's singles from 1986-1995. Also includes B-sides and remixes of the original singles, all of which are worth listening to and adding to your ever-growing Duran Duran collection.
I'm not really into the remixes (but I will admit they are pretty good!), I enjoyed mostly the singles and their B-sides. "Burning the Ground" is mix of all their classic hits added in a dance-beat and song title chanted throughout. "Decadance" is similar to "Burning the Ground," only longer and has a few twists added in. "Needle & the Damage Done" great soft rock acoustic cover of Neil Young's song, just beautiful. "Yo Bad Azizi" is funky, it's based on the line "you're about as easy as a nuclear war" from their song "Is there something I should know?" "Throb" is 4 minutes of dance-pop goodness. "We Need You" "All Along the Water" "Water Babies" "Winter Marches On" and "I Believe/All I Need To Know" are all great tracks and you'll enjoy them! Finally, "God" and "This is how a road gets made" are spoken tracks on the single for "Do you believe in shame?" So many good songs! Check them out!
Five stars for an awesome collection. Wished we had more B-sides/unreleased tracks and not so many repeats of previous songs. Also, it's missing one B-side that needed to be part of this collection- STOP DEAD!!! You can find it on the "Come Undone" single, but it's not included with this collection.
Hope they release another singles box in the future! Put those "Astronaut" tracks (Salt in the Rainbow, Beautiful Colors,TV vs. Radio, and Pretty Ones) on it, too!
The "Mad Mind" has spoken.
- I was very pleased with this product . The box set is fantastic , lots of singles to listen to and all good .
If you are , like myself a very big Duran Duran fan then this is a must for you .
- Duran Duran The Single Collection 86 to 95 is a really good set. The B Sides (We Need You, I Believe All I Need To Know, Decadance, Throb, Yo Bad Azizi, and The Needle And The Damage Is Done) along with the remixes are very interesting. One of the best parts of the collection is Burning The Ground which is made up different melodies and lyrics from different Duran Duran songs throughout the 80s woven together very smoothly. However, the singles for Ordinary World and Come Undone contains reruns. My Antarctica is on the Liberty album, Save A Prayer (single version) and Rio are on the original Rio CD and the rest of the 80s songs are on the Greatest album as well as the first singles collection. Do not know if EMI have any plans for re-releasing the UK Tour Edition Bonus CD from the Wedding album. However, this collection would have been complete if EMI would have included Fallen Angel, Stop Dead, Time For Temptation, Too The Shore (alternate version), and Diamond Dogs. Dispite that, this collection is a great addition for any Duran Duran fan.
- Much like the first installment of singles, seeing these remixes and b-sides come out on CD in ANY form was a welcome sign.
There are so many good tracks here like "We Need You," "Make Me Smile (Come Up and See Me)" and several excellent live recordings that its hard to overpraise the music contained herein.
The packaging however is tough. All single CDs... I am sure I am not the only one to quickly make a compilation CD of the rare tracks and put the nostaglia sleeves away for safe keeping.
Wish they would have done that for me.....
- This is a companion collection to the original singles box 1980-1985. The packaging is similiar in that you get individual discs in original artwork of single sleeves. I finally get the single version of Meet El Presidente. I really enjoyed the B-Sides as well, as most of my singles were vinyl and don't play as well anymore. This is an awesome addition to a Duran Duran fans collection.

5 comments about Surrounded.
- Bjork in 5.1, need I say more! Her beautiful music in all it's glory coming at you from 6 speakers. If you are new to Bjork this box set is a bargain. Rather than purchase her albums individually, you get them all here, re-mastered in 5.1 & DTS for a pretty good price. If you are already a fan, then you need this. Each album features the original sound in stereo on one side and the entire album again in DTS & 5.1 on the other. If that is not enough for you, each disc also includes the videos from each release (also in 5.1) and a very entertaining behind the scenes look at the making of `triumph of a heart." The music sounds fantastic and I think it's awesome that the art work and packaging of each disc has not changed. My only gripe with this set is that there is nothing to look at while the music (DVD side) is playing. Bjork's duel disc version of her latest release (Volta) displays various promo shots in a slideshow while each track plays. This would have been an awesome addition to an otherwise excellent collection.
- Not since Kate Bush have I been so impressed with a singer/performer like Bjork. She brings passion and pure joy to everything she touches. This box set is a must (and it includes DVDs of her videos). But Bjork is best experienced live - get all of her DVD concerts! That is where she truly shines. I especially recommend the Royal Opera House DVD.
- Okey, I've read so many negative reviews about this product I want to share my experience this this box-set.
First off, the bad things:
1. If you don't have a DTS/Surround 5.1 system you're not going to enjoy the experience of being "surroundede" by the music. These days those equipments are not so expensive and you can have one for 200 bucks or less.
2. Is a must to have a DVD player of Stereo system capable of reading DualDiscs. In my house I can play the DVD-audio side on my DVD player but not the CD side (!). I also use my computer to hear music and it can read both sides. Just in case, I own an IntelCore iMac. I strongly recommend to TEST your own equipment with dualdiscs BEFORE you buy the box set. Lend a friend's dual disc. Try it on your stereo, your computer, your laptop until you are SURE that there's not gonna be any problem with this kind of problematic media.
The GOOD things:
1. The sound is KILLER! The DTS sound is rich and powerfull. I only have a CHEAP Sony 5.1 DTS system (3 frontal speakers, two side speakers, and a non-active subwoofer) Some problems with the sub side but the rest is crystal clear. My favorite album is Vespertine... the surround arrangments enhance the atmosphere of the songs (like in Cocoon or Heirloom) THhe channle separation is perfect to make your house rumble. crank the volume in Pluto and prepare to be slammed against your wall.
2. Package is sweet: Hot copper stamping over a holding carboard case. The printed art is Bjork-ish and I really love it. You have all jewel cases arranged inside, protected from dust and humidity. Some guy mentioned the "special" Dual-Disc version. Well, that version is cool (rounded corners and a curved side) but is a big problem to put that thing on a CD shelf. Think about if before buying.
3. You got all the Björk discograhy/videography (even the weird Drawing restraint soundtrack) in one box. Is not pricey of you are patient and wait (like me) to have a discount from Amazon. I purchased it for 80 bucks (plus shipping). Great deal, considering I live overseas and don't have free- shipping benefits.
My final balance: To me this is a great oportunityt to get all the Björk's studio music and videos, nice packaged and with a fantastic 5.1 sound. Please, before you buy this set do some test on the equipment you own. In that way you won't be dissapointed once it's in your home and you can't play the (damn) discs. This is what I did and I'm now very happy to have the entire collection of one of the most versatile and original artists in the world.
- So it is no question that Bjork is not your typical mainstream artist. She is unlike anything else. She has the voice, the mind, the need, and the power to create and design, beautiful art, whether it is musically, or visually.
In Bjork's new (__Surrounded) you will find everything from the "Debut" in '93 until her latest "Medulla" in '04. Every record on the collection has been re-mastered on the DVD side. They each, except for Selmasongs and Drawing Restraint 9, include their accompanied videos. Those beautifully made videos that can only come from the master mind that Bjork is.
It is no doubt that Bjork grows with time, and this collections shows it. The videos, the music, the arrangements, it all changes, into the world called Bjork. The collection is definitely worth the buy, worth the money and worth the try. Even if you are the biggest fan, or most importantly, have all the CD's, (__Surrounded) is the way to go.

- What was the point here...? Let's have a boxset because New order deserves it, I guess. Sure there are plenty of classic tracks but... It's like setting your iPod to shuffle, it's not really the "best of New Order's career" and it is not really all that interesting for long time fans. It doesn't really make a statement about New order's career. The tracks have not really been remastered as far as I can tell. The live tracks are nice if a mixed bag, many tracks post prime for the band. The booklet is nice if not really essential. The boxset is just a boxset to be a boxset, just to have one. Really kinda pointless. It's a shame the band didn't have much interest in their history, but I guess it is kinda punk to just do a pisstake.
- It's an OK collection, but just some more remixes of stuff already included on countless other disks. Save your money.
- Out of respect for those who truly are, i won't call myself a dedicated new order fan, but they are with out any doubt one of my favourite groups.
So instead of hunting down and collecting several of they're early releases, i decided to buy this box-set. What realy excited me was the fact that there is an entire disc dedicated to club remixes, wich i love. Since I was not fortunate enough to grow up with new order and being a remix-entusiast, i can't help appreciating the remixes ALMOST as much as i appreciate the original tracks.
Disc one contains a great collection of New Order Hits, Crystal, Blue Monday, True faith, Bizarre, The Perfect Kiss, they're all there. I simply loved it, though i am sure they could have squeezed in a couple of more tracks such as 60 miles per Hour, Here to Stay, 1963, World in Motion and Ruined in a day.
Disc two contains other important album works of new order, and i was suprised at how many new favorites i found on this disc.
Disc Three is the club disc, A LOT of grat remixes on this one, though i kind of miss a few from the Rest of New order release, they could have doubled the tracks on this one.
The Fire Island's remix of Regret is in my opinion a slightly better remix than the one on this release by Sabre . And why is not Shep Pettibones Remix of True Faith on this disc!?!
The Magimix remix of Spooky and K-Klass's remix of Ruined in A Day where also deeply missed. But still, still a great pile of remixes on this one.
The fourth and last disc (unless you got the limited edition Box set) contains rather rare Live recordings of Now Order. Since i have sadly naver been to a New Order coincert, this doesnt probably have the same value to me as to one who has. But i still enjoyed it. Music gets an entirely different energy when its performed live.
Great disc, and definitively nice to have in the record collection. Not my favourite disc in Box, but still great.
Even though its tempting to give 5 of 5 stars here, i cant help being a litle disapointed over the rather slim selection of tracks on disck 1 and 3.
annyway.
New or Not To New Order. If you like'em. Get This Box.
Great music and the box in itself is truly eye candy, looks fantastic.
- Bought this in hopes I would like it. Saw stuff i hadn't heard before and some that I have heard since I was an OVUM. The box set lives up to all expectations. All 4 CD's deliver what they intended when they compiled this set. I am thouroughly pleased with this purchase....no buyers remorse here!

- let's face it, if you already like New Order you'd buy any album of Hookies baseline and Sumner's oft off-pitch singing and be delighted! New Order filled a void in the lives of many and listening to their tracks induces sweet memories of past times. Any album like this that tries to compile the 'population favorites' is destined to receive the odd bashing-'they didn't include my favorite version of my favorite track, etc'. However, I reckon that every real New Order fan should own this disc set. I guarantee there will be sections of it that make you weep with joy. Now that I have it, I'd have bought it for one track - the live performance of Temptation. For a number of reasons (some technical) New Order were never a very consistent live band but when things go right, those times were priceless. to have some of them on disc is a joy to behold. The other discs are great but the live one (with tracks selected by the Scotsman who knows -Bobby Gillespie (Primal Scream) is sublime. if you know you like New Order, get your cash out!
