- A friend had encouraged me to buy this cd as they know I like up-lifting music. This is really a good find and the music is wonderful. I liked the more energitic music and feel this has that in most of the music. Donna M.
- Wow Worship Green is definetly one of the best worship collections ever! Each song has a different way of expressing love to God! This collection contains songs from some of today's most popular Christian artists and Worship leaders.
- this is a very good cd and inseted for alot of people to worhsip
- This is one of the best worship albums I have listened to. I got it the other day and my friend and I just couldn't stop listening to it in the car. It has some old favorites and some new upbeat songs that will get you moving. A definite must have if you love worship music.
- The WOW Worship series is an interesting thing. It's like shopping at Wal-Mart: there's enough here that almost anyone will find something of interest. That is both a strength and a weakness, though, for if you're looking for an album/experience that has a cohesive feel and sound, you may be disappointed.
The original WOW Worship (Blue) project was hit and miss. Full of popular choruses, the pacing of the album was somewhat disjointed. WOW Worship (Orange) largely solved that problem by putting the more modern worship tunes on the orange disc and the more traditional choruses on the cyan disc. This new WOW Worship (Green) follows that same strategy, to its credit. (FYI, that orange disc remains my single favorite disc from the WOW Worship series to this day). The line-up isn't quite as impressive as it was on the first two projects. Some of the more notable modern cuts include the exceptional "We Fall Down," "All Things Are Possible," "Lord Reign In Me," and "Shout To the North." On the traditional side you'll get great ones like "Good To Me," "Cry Of My Heart," "Great Is the Lord," and "Awesome In This Place." There is an overall strong Hillsongs, Passion, and Vineyard presence on both discs. Solo artists included are Michael W Smith, Twila Paris, Delirious, and Ten Shekel Shirt. For any hardcore modern worship fans, WOW Worship (Green) will be a one-disc-only winner (and the I COULD SING OF YOUR LOVE FOREVER collection would be a better purchase) since you'll avoid the second, traditional disc like the plague. But if you're a fan of all styles of worship or just want to pick up another album that has a good selection of today's more popular choruses, then this is a fine choice. FOUR STARS

- This CD is a true work of art. The musicians and vocalists are superb. If you love Gospel organ and piano playing, this is the CD for you. I have attended this church's services, and this CD is just as much a blessing as the live services are.
- This is a powerful CD. The pastoral introductions are uplifting. The sound, tempo, rhythm, vocals, arrangements are a blessing. Any CD that allows me to hear the sounds of The Barrett Sisters gets my vote.

- This is some of the best black gospel music ever, I really makes you want to sing along, regardless of your race or religion. Good variety and a lot of soul.
- I've only listen to one song and that was "It's so hard to get along" by Dottie Peoples. As I was listening to the song tears just started running down my cheeks because the words in her song is my life experience. No matter how hard I try my best to please people and myself at the same time its always someone whos ungreatful and satisfied. That song really lift my spirits in the lord and made me call on him more.

- With artists ranging from Pam Tillis to the Fairfield Four, you should expect quite a wide spectrum of sounds to be on this album. That's exactly what you get. The best songs on this wonderful album are the ones that stayed relatively true to the original tunes. The best examples of which are "John The Revelator" by Lee Roy Parnell and the legendary Fairfield Four, "Farther Along" by Blackhawk and the high lonesome sound of "Walkin' In Jerusalem" as performed by Diamond Rio. Another very solid tune is Michelle Wright's version of "People Get Ready." BR5-49 also turns in a grand performance on "A House Of Gold."
I must single out one song as the best on this album. It's performed by one of the most important yet unrecognized singer/songwriters in Country Music, Radney Foster. This Texas native takes firm hold of "Oh Sacred Head, Now Wounded" and makes it both haunting and disturbing at the same time. It has become one of my all-time favorite hymns, and being that I was raised Southern Baptist and converted to Catholicism in 2000, I've heard plenty of hymns in my day.
If you enjoy that "Old Time Religion" sound, you'll love this album. The rest of the numbers are pretty good, but in my opinion none of them stand taller than the ones I've mentioned in this review.
- I have this in my collection. Check out the different tunes by different artists. Recommended if you like country style gospel music.
- Country Artists + Gospel Tunes = Deep-Down Feel-Good! This is a great sampling of "Country does Gospel." Contains a nice variety of artists, and excellent song picks!
