1. This collection is absolutely wonderful. Whether you listen to this in your room or in your car you will feel uplifted and relaxed after listening to this album. Both the Live and Studio CD's are well balanced with a variety of songs and artists. This makes a great gift for others. I would highly recommend this to everyone.



2. I love this album thanks to sonic flood. Before this album I did not know they existed. I wish SF sang every song. The lead singer's voice is so amazing!



3. Released in August of 2000, this 2-CD disc contains some of the best praise & worship songs written to date. Compiled by various artists, including SONICFLOOd, Matt Redman, Delirious?, and Passion, this compilation has one studio recorded disc and one live disc.

   Because of the nature that is praise & worship music, the live disc is, by default, the better of the two discs (though I actually like more of the songs on the first disc).

   If you are looking for a praise & worship album you can use at home to help you to sing to the Lord, this compilation is one of the best you can get.




4. I love this cd! It gets you on such a spiritual high and you just cant stop singing to it. There are two cds that rock. I just want to sing forever and ever. The songs are great too. You'll love it. If I was a critic I would give it a "Seal of Christ"



5. This cd is absolutely beautiful. It expresses everything that I feel!!! :o) I love it so much. It helps me in my love for God. If you are looking for another way to express your love for the Lord, then this cd is for you.

1. This was my first vineyard cd given to me as a gift, although at the time I didn't know what the Vineyard was
   These are great tracks with popular church favorites such as There's No One Like Our God, Breathe, Hungry, Be the Center



2. After glancing over the reviews, I see that we are not the only ones who feel that this CD will never get old. I, too, have been playing it for years. Wendy, Kathryn, etc are such annointed singers and musicians, it is hard to deny Christ's spirit leading them. I will never get sick of this CD. It is truly a classic :)

3. A few reasons why this CD has become a classic are that it represents simplicity, raw & intimate worship with a deep theological perspective.
   
   For example, the title cut 'Hungry' is not a just worship song that is about God. It is directed to God. So as you start to sing, you find yourself calling out to God himself. It's not just calling out something nice about God. In simplicity terms we use every day are blended with the bible to help anyone connect with Jesus. The bible says taste and see that the Lord is good. This song takes that concept and turns it back into a worship song. So if you are at home or in a small group or a church service or listening to a faster version of it on the radio, the lyrics take solid biblical truth and help you pray it to God. That's part of the reason why so many people love this CD. On top of that, the musical technical quality is excellent.
   
   I would recommend it without hesitation. It also makes a great gift for anyone who is seeking God.



4. I got this CD when it came out in 1999. I still listen to it. It is raw God centered worship. Listening to it will make you Hungry for Him and falling on your knees in worship. Buy this CD and hear the songs sung by the original writers. You may have heard the songs on Michael W Smith's cd's Phillips, Craig, & Dean and others but this one will blow you away!



5. I never tire of listening to Hungry. "Child of God" is absolutely stunning and never fails to leave me in tears knowing of God's love for me. The whole CD is awesome and will bring you closer to the Lord.

1. You gotta have these songs!!! My kids sings with me in the car, and they love them! Package looks like brand new! Received on time!



2. This is like buying a "Top Hits" CD only to find that it's not by the original artists. These are supposedly the songs tearing up churches, but these lounge band renditions are more of a snooze than the tired hymns they're meant to replace. Can this be the same Maranatha Music that once put out the Praise and Maranatha series of albums? That once had Tom Howard arranging their records? Does it have any relation to the Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa that put out the Altar Boys' Gut Level Music, Undercover's Boys and Girls Renounce the World and Leslie Phillips on Back to the Rock? When you want to put those out again, Maranatha, I'll be listening.
   
   The good thing is that if you get a CCLI license, you can perform these songs at your own church, and some of them are strong songs when played by real bands like Third Day, Delirious, and the O.C. Supertones. This CD demonstrates the down side of cranking out praise songs as a cottage industry. Go listen to the Beatles (Ringo had talking drums, not a drum machine). You say you want a Reformation? Start with the music.

1. A perfect album to encourage all women, that you are not alone in life's little heartbreaks! This album truly touches upon all life's experiences and makes it somehow a little easier for you to get throught even the hardest times! It touches on religeon just enough to remind you there is a God but doesn't overwealm you with one just one religeous belief, very well done! Everyone could use some of messages in the songs! A great family album for all!



2. Not only did the voices and music witness and minister to my heart, but the words did. So many WOMEN can relate to every song and emotion that was presented in song. This is a great witnessing and ministry tool. This music truly demonstrates Women Equipping Women.



3. I love this CD!! In fact, I plan to order it for each of my three sisters for their birthdays this year. I bought this CD without hearing any of the songs - strictly from the description on Amazon. What a delight.

1. We love this tape and the songs stay with you! Our son played it so much, he wore it out... now we have to buy a new one for our baby daughter. Buy this one - you won't regret it. Remember: "Life without Jesus is like a donut, 'cause there's a hole in the middle of your heart!"



2. This cassette is absolutely wonderful! My 2 year old daughter would like to listen to this all day, and my 5 yr old son likes it a lot too. On top of that, I love it. The songs on here all seem so anointed, in spite of it being geared towards children, and even I could listen to these songs all the time. This cassette contains wonderful worship songs, that totally fill the room with the presence of the Lord. What an incredibly awesome tool to bring children to know God! Thanks, "Donut Man", I'm looking forward to more stuff from you!

1. The Hip Hope Hits compilation continues with the 2007 edition. As with the previous releases, it features both old and new Christian artists. The few standouts are Grits with the thought-provoking song, "Changes", DJ Maj and Liquid with the slow-grooving, "Gotta Go Now", Liquid and new girl group MOC with "Crazy", about how men drive women crazy, MOC's jumping "Let It Go", the infectious "Money Song" by Gotee alum super rap group, LA Symphony, former Gotee labelmate Verbs with "Mutual" and new Gotee artist B. Reith with the funny "Go On". I'll give John Reuben and Relient K's Matt Thiessen's "Nuisance", Shonlock's "Lean" and KJ-52's "Plain White Rapper" (Kalimba Remix) the benefit of the doubt. As usual, Gotee CEO TobyMac is always "trying" to be down with the rap game. His contribution, "Hey Now", featuring Grits member, Stacy "Coffee" Jones, sounds better without TobyMac's vocals. The other garbage songs doesn't do the remainder of this release any justice. Like I put it in my title, it's alright, but it could've been better.

1. iWorship 24/7 CD - it's OK but not one of my better choices. I bought it for one song and should have just purchased the MP3 download. It has some good selections on it but it wasn't worth it for me.



2. This is not the average worship music compilation. Again, it introduces an array of new worship songs, perhaps come straight from Heaven. There is a "cool air" of Holy Ghost Majesty on this album. I believe several of the songs on this album are marking a new wave of worship music style. Rather than the Old Wave of 90's Soft Rock worship with songs such as "I Could Sing of Your Love Forever", there is a definite New Wave shift of modern Alternative Rock worship demonstrated on this album (e.g., "Revelation Song", "Everlasting God", "Say So", and the ethereal song "More and More").



3. Nice list of new songs. I am a worship leader and this album helps me get new ideas what to play.
