1. Great CD. Love these CD's. When you can't stream at work, it as good as listening to the radio. Got a really great deal in the used section. Just like new. Can't wait for 2009.



2. I bought this CD on the advice of several friends who know I like worship songs. This CD didn't do much for me...it was too much rock and roll and a heavy metal feeling. I like the songs that are more total worship to God and not the ones where someone takes a love song and you're supposed to apply it to God. I could be way off but this CD is not in my car's player.

4. Every awesome song you could hear on KLOV or Air1 you will find on this CD. There is not a single song that I don't like!! So worth the $$:)



5. I got this for just under $11. That's a great price considering the WOW CDs are usually close to $20.
   When I listen to it, I feel like I'm listening to the regional Christian radio station. They play the exact same songs.
   I usually don't buy these compilation CDs unless I absolutely love most of the songs. This deal let me take a chance to hear the songs I was less familiar with it. Definitely worth it.

1. I liked this cd a lot. It had quite a few of my favorite songs on it. Some were done by othere artists than the ones I am used to hearing on the radio, but they were very good versions. I was excited to find the Dallas Holmes song "Rise Again" as it is one of my all-time favorites.



2. If you like contemporary christian music you will love this CD. Well worth the money spent.



3. I can only imagine. Wow was hoping it would be as annointed as it sounded like on tv. It is. I would not hesitate to give this as a gift or to just buy it for myself again, if i did not already have it. This cd is one of the BEST i have bought in years.

4. I like a rehash of an old song... as long as a new take is presented. This set had artists performing great hits (like Indescribable) by artists who just didn't give you that same feeling of power and purpose and praise. The selection of songs is amazing. The selection of artists is less than stellar (though there are some greats on here too). For this, I have to lower my rating to three stars. Hope this helps.

1. WOW Gospel is a phenomenal collection of music to uplift and encourage. I would definitely recommend it if you'd like a collection of various artists singing God's praises. You're not stuck to listening to one artist, you have a compilation of music and artists to listen to.



2. This has a lot of the newer Gospel sounds. It's great while on the tread mill, but not my personal favorite for praise and worship.



3. The songs on this CD were very well selected - Inspirational and uplifting. I loves it.



4. I think I have every WOW collection from 2005 on (and I know they were around before that). From the standard WOW to the specialties such as Gospel and Worship, they are inspiring and draw on some of the best contemporary artists in Christian music. This WOW Gospel 2008 has been no exception.

1. This album is wonderful. The music is inspiring. The price was right and the CD arrived quickly and well packaged.



2. When I bought this set, I was only looking for the MercyMe "I Can Only Imagine" title song.
   And I am not disappointed. Terrific sound.
   I now use this set more than any others I own.
   Disc 2 starts right out with the fast paced "God is in Control" by Twila Paris.
   Takes all the grogginess out of my mornings and puts me in the right order for the day.
   You will find something for yourself to sit and softly Praise. Or to get yourself up and move the Praise on around the living room rug.

5. I normally buy my Christian CDs hoping to memorize some of the songs. In this CD I could only find 2 songs with good enough music to help my memory. "I can only Imagine" and "Basics of Life". Overall I give the CD a 3*.

1. Loved the CD but the shipping on this order took much longer to receive. It was shipped USPS 2/7/07 and received 2/21/08. In the past, even withour Express delivery my order generally arrive withing a week to nine days when shipped UPS.

4. This is some of the worst tripe I have ever listened to in my life. Listening to this made me want to stab my ears out. I can't understand how pathetic people are who actually find inspiration in this awful, awful music. I feel diluted having just listened to this. Please, buy this only if you are an emotional wreck. People who use logic need not apply.



5. I bought this for my husband. He's seen it adveristised at timelife.com. It cost slightly more but I don't like the strings attached at timelife. It's a wonderful CD and we all enjoy it. I've loaded it on my 10 year olds mp3.

1. This was my first WOW purchase. When I bought this over a year ago, I had just recently started listening to Christian radio (or radio period for that matter) again. I found that I liked several of the songs that were played, but I wasn't sure if I wanted to buy whole CDs of artists that I wasn't sure I was going to like. I like this song, but maybe I wouldn't like a lot of the other songs on their CD? So, when I saw WOW 2007 and that it had song after song after song that I wanted, I decided to buy it. This set not only gave me songs that I knew I wanted, it also introduced me to other artists and songs that did not get airtime in my city. There are only 2 songs that I don't like (both on the Blue Disc), but one of them is very popular and I knew it was there, but bought the compilation anyway because it has so many good songs on it.
   
   At least one reviewer that I read said that the Pink Disc sounded like it was just made to be commercial, but didn't have as much depth as the Blue Disc, which has more "mainstream" music. I typically listen to classical music, so "alternative" is a bit of a stretch for me, but songs on the Pink Disc remind me that my old self is dead and that I'm a new creature in Christ("Dead Man" by Jars of Clay and "Who I am Hates Who I've Been" by Relient K), as well as encourage me to live zealously for God ("Burn for You" by TobyMac) and follow his leading ("Let Go" by Barlow Girl). They just do it in a different way than the songs on the Blue Disc.
   
   I highly recommend this music compilation to music lovers of various tastes, especially those who are new to Contemporary Christian Music.

3. I bought this for a friend in Nashville so haven't seen it myself as I am in the UK. She does say that its great and she is very pleased with it.



4. The CD is well packed and of good quality. Most of the songs have the same style of music and some have variety. In short it is good product and worth for money. But I've never got the companion DVD as specified in the deacsription of the product. If the DVD is not available, please remove it from the description.



5. This is one of the best of the WOW series of albums. Very uplifting and filled with the message of Jesus Christ.

1. Nobody likes everything. I really loved the "blue disc" but didn't like the "gray disc" much. Someone did a really great job of categorizing and seperating the music by style. I like the "blue disc" an awful lot. It is well worth what I paid for it. The service was quick and trouble free. Overall I'm very satisfied.



2. This is a really great Christian CD. I recommend it for anyone who loves contemporary Christian music!



3. Not only is the quality great, but it's something you want to listen to over and over again!



4. This was the first CD I purchased from this series. The music is definitely uplifting. There is a wide variety of artists on this CD to suit anybody's taste. I do my work listening to the music and it is great for a stress buster.
   I especially like 'Stomp' by Kirk Franklin. This is a combination of a large black choir with an excellent sense of rhythm conducted by Kirk who also sings. The instrumentation behind the music is very rhythmic and great. I usually like other styles of music, but this particular piece is great! It's great to take along in the car if you want to listen to something that is a stress buster and also a prevention of boredom.



5. Not sure what CD from what artist? WOW CD's are an excellent place to start your Christian music library. It provides a broad overview of Christian music so you can hone in on a style or artist that suits you. Christian music has come a long way toward a contemporary sound. My passengers don't even realize it is Christian music until they start singing along.

1. These are great songs to listen to. Be aware, that these do not appear to be the original artists.



2. This CD has all my favorite praise songs all on one CD. Some of the arrangements are better than others but overall, this was a terrific buy.



3. good praise song cd. it wasn't the typical maranatha, huge band, couldn't hear the words cd. i could actually hear the words and the songs were performed in a great mellow style.

   Too bad you can't sing the tunes. That's just a fraction of the songs I sing over and over. I love this!!! It's a fine collection of praise music. I've had this for some time now and have not gotten tired of it yet. The Wow collection of music is a great way to sample christian music and discover artists you may like. I was given several tapes from friends and family members years ago and was not disappointed. Neither will you be. This one's a keeper.



3. I have been listening to "WOW Aqua" since it came out last year, and have found that like on most of the WOW CD's, there are only certain tracks I really enjoy. Of course this is a matter of taste, and is part of the nature of such compilations.
   
   I do want to note one thing; in response to another reviewer, "My Glorious" is not indicative of all of "Delirious'" music. In fact, "My Glorious" was the first song I heard by Delirious, and I hated it (Now it is one of my favorites). However, I became interested in Delirious because of "Inside/Outside" from their "World Service" album. They have written some of this generations favorite worship songs "Did you Feel the Mountains Tremble?" and "I could sing of your love forever". So, if "My Glorious" puts you off, give Delirious another shot, I suggest "Mission Bell" because it has a good mix of slower and faster tracks.
   
   With that said, the rest of the tracks on both of these CD's contain som of my favorite worship songs such as: "Wonderful, Merciful Savior" by Selah, "Days of Elijah" by Twila Paris, "Sometimes by Step" by Rich Mullins", "The Heart of Worship", "Wonderful Maker" by Jeremy Camp, "How Great is our God", "Who am I", and "Indescribable".
   
   I have spent many hours in worship alone with the version on the first disc of "Here I am to Worship". I am not God so I cannot garuntee which song will move you the most into a spirit of worship, but I can garuntee you that there is definitely at least a few tracks that will take you into the Holy of Holies. So, I strongly encourage you to buy this disc if you are looking for new worship music!!! :D

4. This entire albumn is spiritually uplifting....and a total worship cd. It is awesome! I have copied the words of a few songs to send to America's deployed servicemen and women around the world. I wish I could send the albumn to each of them so they could hear the music! Our church sings nearly every one of the songs on this albumn! And I love the different styles of the individual artists.....Agnus Dei (Worthy is the Lamb) by Third Day is almost a Rock style that I love and I am not a fan of Rock music! Which only goes to show that God can be praised in any form of music! Hope, joy, love, praise are all harmonized in this cd. I love it!



5. I love all the WoW worship CD's including this one. You get 2 CD's with 16-17 songs on each CD. These are the most well known worship songs by the original artists. Can't get better worship music than this.
