5 comments about The Collection.

  1. Amy Grant is one of the greatest Christian female artists ever. This collection includes some of the best songs of her carriere between the years 1979 and 1986. The only album that hasn't any of songs is Amy Grant's self-titled which is also her first one. However, we can hear piece of one of the songs in "Ageless Medley" called "Old Man's Rubble". It's a great medley, it also has pieces of "Too Late", "I'm Gonna Fly", "Walking Away With You", "El Shaddai", "My Father's Eyes", "Sing Your Praise to the Lord", and "I Have Decided". Usually I don't like medleys but this is one of the greatest medleys I've ever heard. The collection has many of greatest Amy's songs including four of her best-known gospel album "Age to Age" - "Sing Your Praise to the Lord", "I Have Decided", the peaceful ones "In A Little While", and "El Shaddai". I'm sure that these are the four most essential tracks from the album. "Too Late" and "I'm Gonna Fly" are live versions. It was an interesting decision to take these from live album - some may hate it some may like it. "All I Ever Have to Be" is a touching ballad but very short and meaningless - there would have been better choices from "Never Alone", defintely. "Father's Eyes" is maybe her best song! It is so touching, great, and humble. I like the album "My Father's Eyes" very much, and would have taken at least one more song from it. The three songs from "Straight Ahead" are all great! "Angels" is a funny-sounding song by melody, and the words are very encouraging. "Thy Word" and "Where Do You Hide Your Heart" are classic songs and defintely are great for this collection. "Find a Way" is a little bit simple song, and I wouldn't have taken it for this collection. "Everywhere I Go" is a good song but it seemed that Amy had lost a little bit of her energy with "Unguarded". The NEW song "Stay for Awhile" is a little bit boring and too long - a terrible opener. "Love Can Do" is a great song, remembers me from the early years! "Emmanuel" is the only song taken from Amy's Christmas album" - it's a good song. A good collection but I would have chosen some other songs instead of "Stay for Awhile", "Find a Way", "I'm Gonna Fly", and "All I Ever Have to Be".
Stars: Father's Eyes, Sing Your Praise to the Lord, Love Can Do, Too Late

  2. AMy Grants early work is some of her best if not her best. Nothing compares with her early pop/praise songs. They are timeless classics. Standouts on this are her cover of the song "El Shaddai" "Thy Word" and "Fathers Eyes." This CD contains 17 songs and is one of the best albums of the 80s. Some of the songs are a little dated but they still have that factor that makes them listenable today. A must for all fans of any type of Christian music.

  3. Amy Grant's music contains many great Christian pop hits. Her voice is superb. Many of her songs are classics.

This collection contains many of her all time best including such gems as these: Stay For Awhile, Everywhere I Go, Angels, Thy Word, Sing Your Praise To The Lord, In A Little While, El Shaddai, and Father's Eyes.

No contemporary Christian music collection would be complete without an Amy Grant collection such as this. I recommend it.

  4. Hi. This is a good CD, it's full of good songs. I enjoy listening to it. Amy Grant has grear voice. A lot of my friends has this album too. I like her version of El Shaddi.

  5. If you like the music of the 80's, this one's for you! I like this album more than Amy's more recent music (even though her more recent music is also great). The best song on the album is "Sing your praise to the Lord" which has a nice "twist" to it. I can really recommend this CD

  1. Oh man. The guy just gets better with age. He gets into his Apalachian and Irish roots on this one. I love anything Irish and Apalachian. He manages to put out great music and lyrics, all while giving God all the glory. He shares with us his sojourn into exploring his roots and brings us listeners into the journey with him. Another "must have" for Rich Mullins fans.

  2. I'm so glad I got to hear him play these songs before he passed away. He was a great artist, and he always said the most profound things. This is one of those albums that I love to listen to all the way through. Sometimes I'll just listen to Peace, Creed, or Hold Me Jesus but I love to just listen to the whole thing. It truely is his magnum opus. "Nobody tells you when you get born here/how much you'll come to love it/and how you'll never belong here...Hold Me Jesus/I'm shaking like a leaf/you have been my king of glory/wont you be my prince of peace/surrender don't come naturally for me/I'd rather fight you for something I don't really want then take what you give that I need."

  3. This is an often played masterpiece at my house. It is simply wonderful. If you enjoy Celtic music, you'll love The Color Green. If you enjoy folk and pop, you'll love Here in America. Bottom line, you really will probably love all the songs on this album. Enjoy!

  4. This CD has been one of my favorites for years. Seeing it again here on Amazon brought back so much emotion and admiration that I couldn't help but add to the existing reviews. Rich Mullins was a virtuoso, a Christian artist of depth and compassion beyond the scope of any of those who would attempt to be a peer of the peerless. His mark is as profound as that of any composer or poet ever known.

  5. "A Liturgy, A Legacy, and A Ragamuffin Band" is an album unparalleled in allusion and lyricism. Its songs are threaded by the "American Dream," an umbrella term for dreams both broken and realized here in "the land of the free and the home of the brave." In particular, "Land of my Sojourn" is rich in double meanings, both of merit and noteworthy. Mullins incorporates many aspects of American culture, including Emma Lazarus's "The New Colossus," the Catholic creed, and holiday traditions as evidenced by "The Christmas Song". There are so many indelible lines (e.g., "There's so much beauty around us with just two eyes to see, but everywhere I go I'm looking.") If you skim the reviews for this album, you will find many individuals quoting and paraphrasing lyrics--that alone is a testament to the album's proverbial quality. This album reiterates the idea of profundity in simplicity. It is an extension of the inimitable and dynamic life of Rich Mullins.

  1. Smokie Norful has a voice to be reckoned with and a heart for God. "I Need You Now" quickly became one of my favorite songs / albums. For so many people, it became somewhat of a "National Anthem." It was a cry in the dark to God saying through and in everything I've been through, Lord I need you NOW! Not a second from now. Not a minute from now. Not an hour or another day, but Lord RIGHT NOW. This song quickly flew up the charts and was played, not only via Christain broadcast stations but secular as well. It holds no boundaries, when it comes to our plea to God. I would definitely recommend Smokie's CD.

  2. I received the Cd "Nothing Without You" from a friend. I loved it so much that I decided to purchase 'I Need You Know'. I'm so glad that I did. This CD is just as nice. It's music to feed your spirit. I like to call it 'music for the soul'. I'm here in Iraq and felt that I needed some music on my IPOD to help me make it through the days here. He has an outstanding voice. For the last 2 weeks, his music is all I've been listening to. I you are a fan of contemporary gospel music, you will love this.

  3. Very enjoyable CD! Smokie really does a great job with this one. I had to listen to it a few times to get with it, but once I got "it's all about you" in my head it stuck there good. Of course "I need you now" is great, and I really like the trad gospel track "Praise Him" He has a sweet voice and his piano playin aint bad either.

  4. The CD is excellent...really ministered to me. The CD arrived safely. Smokie's voice is great. Will order other CDs by him. Good listening -- encouraging.

  5. This album was loaned to me and from the first song, I was hooked! This young man is blessed with a great talent and the groove is mean. I blasted this at 260 watts and now I am going to get a copy of my own. I have his other CD but it does not move me like this one does.

  1. ...and so is Krystal! This album has such many great lyrics, so intelligent Christian rock! It's great to find an artist that can compete with Rebecca St. James. I think after two great albums she has really chances to make classic albums. You could say that it is almost impossible start thinking Avril Lavigne after you've heard Krystal's style and voice. But it is also true that many artists remind us of some others. The good thing is that many Krystal fans could recommend this for Avril Lavigne fans...I'm one of Avril Lavigne fan, you know. This album really rocks! "Collide" is such a rocking song - I think it's one of her best songs. "The Beauty of Grace" was the first song I heard from her. I was impressed right away! She has an amazing voice! Such a good message! "Love Is on the Run", "Stand And Scream" and "Only You Make Me Happy" are other very rocking songs. "Hallelujah" is a great closing ballad - actually it is the only ballad in this album. This album continues the same style as her self-titled debut album.
Stars: Collide, The Beauty of Grace, Love Is on the Run

  2. The cover can be deceptive, but trust me, Krystal still ROCKS! The cover looks like the early Britney, but Krystal is far from that lost soul. Take a listen and check out her vids on Yahoo! You will not be disappointed, unless you miss one of her concerts this summer....

  3. I bought this CD because I liked Krystal's first CD, but wow, "Dying for a Heart" was much better than even her first album!

Her voice is beautiful and unique and by the songs you can tell she has a passion for God.

You would think (as I did at first) that she would have more appeal to the younger group, but hey, I liked it! I think this CD will appeal to any generation. Enjoy!

  4. Krystal Meyer's second album is another quality effort. She has a beautiful voice that she uses in positive ways. Her songs are solid Christian pop/rock. She makes it clear that Christ is her focus. She does that while making very pleasing music.

There are several very good songs on this CD. One particular standout is, 'The Beauty of Grace'.

I would recommend this album. It is one that will be particularly good for teenage girls/young women.

  5. It was inevitable that people would compare Krystal Meyers to Avril Lavigne, but honestly after listening to this cd (and listening and listening...) I have to say that Krystal is in a whole different leauge than Avril. She is exceptional on this 2nd album. I also reccomend checking out the video for "Beauty of Grace" its the best music video I've seen so far in 07 (in ANY genre!) Way to go Krystal!

  1. There seems to some critisim for this album which i think is unjustified. I agree there are several weak songs such as "Rockstar", "Billy Brown" and "san angelo" but then there also some great ones such as "Come on back to me" "I believe" "Blind" "You are Mine" and "Innocent" in fact i'd say "Blind" and "Innocent" are two of my favorite third day songs ever. And the music as always is great and brilliantly mixed. Although it differs from their worship songs God is still the theme of practically all of them even if they don't actually have God or Jesus in the actual lyrics (how many christian songs do that?) but the heart of this album is still about God and the struggles of Christion life like all Third Day Albums. So don't let a few weaknesses or other reviews of an otherwise great album. I would deffinitly recomend it to anybody Third Day fans or otherwise. although not their best it is still a very good album. Buy it!

  2. A very good album, but not what you would expect from the masterminds of Third Day.

  3. Third Day is my favorite band. Great album. Seems to me the lyrics in this album may have a little focus on their life as a band and pitfalls of stardom. I might be reading a little too much into that so don't take what I said too seriously. Whether I'm right or wrong I'm not really complaining. Like I stated.....great album.

  4. Overall their weakest effort. Also the least memorable lyrics. No need to purchase this one.

  5. Every song is great...I can't keep it out of my CD player for very long! My 5-yr-old daughter loves "Wire"...she messes up the words, but she doesn't care! My favorites are "Come on back to Me" because it gives such a great message of hope...no matter what you've done, no matter where you are, He always invites you to "come on back"...and "I will hold my head high" which inspires me to stand up for God regardless of the challenges. I also love "Innocent" which helps me remember how powerful the gift of salvation is. My least favorite is "Billy Brown", which I usually fast forward through. This CD rocks, and I love it!!!

If you've ever been a fan of Barlow Girl or other girl bands like them, you'll enjoy Cadia.

  1. Does the band know that in the 60's there was a band called Circus Maximus, had a small hit with the song "The Wind". Also Jerry Jeff Walker was a member of this New York City band, just thought I'd let you know
    Greg H

  2. This album is so great judging by its strong similarity to the 80's hard rock style. And I mean it in a good way, since I was raised in that decade and happen to love its sound. Somebody out there also wrote a review pinpointing that fact, but is negatively biased about it. I, on the other hand, am POSITIVELY biased by the fact that this band sounds very, you know...

Now, for the first few tracks and the epic song "Mouth of Madness", these are pure prog rock fever. "Abyss" is my very favorite, its hard and energic, and soon raises into a very melodic bridge that still leaves me shivering. The musicians are all very proficient and talented, if you look for that in a good prog band.

But as I said, you need to be a retro-rock fan to get a hold of this one in the first listen. Lyrics are not too deep (at all!), thematics are off-bounds for traditional modern rock standards (singing to your girl amid heavy guitar riffs!)... but that's precisely what I love about this album. There are not too many bands that I give a serious listen to, and at the same time let me have good deal of fun. You get all that in a single sweep.

  3. What can I say that hasn't already been said here. The band is very well produced ( The sound on this cd is incredible ). The musicianship is top notch, The Vocalist has great power and range. Listen to the track "Abyss" man he hit some notes on that song. If your into Dream Theater, Fates Warning, Redemption, Queensryche etc and you have the 1st album ( The 1st Chapter ). Then you should have this in your Prog collection.

  4. This band is very good as far as the skill of the musicians goes, but needs to establish an identity. They sound too much like many other run of the mill prog rock bands like Pagan's Mind or Redemption for example. To compare these guys to an accomplished band like Dream Theater is like comparing Bo Bice to Pink Floyd. They have a long ways to go before they are even close.

  5. Not sure what it is about this CD, but I just can't get into it, and I do not recommend it. I usually don't post a review unless I have something positive to say, but I don't want other people blowing cash on a CD that I don't believe is very good. I am 37 and have been a prog rock fan for the last 12 years or so, so I hope my opinion counts for something!

I was kind of excited after the first spin, because although I didn't really like it, I figured that most great albums get better with each listen. Well, I have tried to listen to this CD about 5 times now, and haven't been able to get all the way through again. I feel like throwing it out the window and writing it off as a $15 gamble that didn't pay off.

The sound is too generic without many changes or defined points that keep your attention, and the vocals are WAY over-produced. The guy seems to have a decent voice, but you never really get to hear it because of the production. It comes across as kind of an incessant "whine" and really does annoy after a while.

If you have the new Pagans Mind CD then here is the best example I can give you. On CD II of the new Pagans Mind release, there are some demo tracks that just sound horrible when compared to the songs after some amazing production. To me, that is possibly what Circus Maximus needs...a new producer. Sorry for the negative review, but hopefully it helps someone out there!

  1. Myron was at West Angeles COGIC's Gospel Bash and he was great! Not only was his singing on point, but he spoke the Word with excellence. That is significant and a true sign of worship. Keep that in mind when you are trying to decide which CD to buy...this one!

  2. This is definitely an excellent work from Myron Butler & Levi.
I bought the CD for "Stronger" but have found 2 more songs,
"Unrestrained" and "Here with me", that I can't get enough of.
I highly recommend this project to everyone.

  3. This CD is truly inspiring. It provides strength, hope and encouragement during the difficult times. I've been blessed by Butler's ministry.

  4. Just like the album "Set Me Free", when I finished listening to "Stronger", I walked away wanting to hear more. There is a mighty blessing when listening to songs of worship, praise, and inspiration like the ones found on this new album.

Praises to the LORD for allowing Myron Butler and Levi to bless us with another great recording.

  5. If you don't want to praise and worship God... please.. don't buy this cd!!! This cd is not for the dead in Christ... You will feel the need to move...

5 comments about In God We Trust.

  1. "In God We Trust" (1998) is the fifth album from Christian glam metal band Stryper. This is vintage Stryper - yellow and black spandex, huge perms, and Michael Sweet singing like a woman.

"In God We Trust" embraces the corny, poppy, catchy side of glam metal. It's incredibly cheesy, and almost every song has a memorable, get-in-your-head chorus. Almost certainly Stryper was making a move toward the mainstream.

If that's what you're looking for, you could do a lot worse.

  2. Yet another great cd by stryper. I lost all of my cassettes of stryper and thought I would never find them. I love that they put them on cd so I could add to my collection. Stryper as a whole has always been one of the greatest bands that I really enjoy listening to over and over again. They always contain a Godly message in each and every song. The band and the cd is absolutely great.

  3. Stryper decided to change their style a little bit but it doesn't mean that this album is awful. It may be a little bit overproduced but it still has the same message as the earlier albums...and it rocks! The songs like "In God We Trust", "The Reign", and "The Writing's on the Wall" are very rocking and I love them but I also love the slow ones "I Believe in You", "Lonely" and "The World of You And I". However, I find the songs "It's Up 2 U" and "Come to the Everlife" a little bit awful because of their too sweety message. Uh! "Always There for You" and "Keep the Fire Burning" are really good instead. I think that all the Stryper fans don't like this album but give it a chance.
Stars: The Writing's on the Wall, The Reign, Always There for You

  4. Come on, admit it.... you remember the old days when MTV actually played music, watching the Stryper videos playing and rocking out to the music.

I got the urge to hear some of their classic hits again, so I picked up the first four CDs via Amazon. I fully expected to listen to them now and think, "Huh, I remember them being so much better than this...."

I was wrong. Their original songs still rock as hard today as any other band out there in their sound genre. They didn't go for half the gimicky sound that some of the bands had, they just stuck to a standard rock & roll formula that worked, and it sounds just as great today as it did back then.

Well worth the meager price paid for the CDs. ;-)

  5. Fans of rock and heavy metal will not be disapointed with the driving beat and heavy guitar solos. Amazing clairity of notes compared to some songs where you are not sure where the guitarist is going.

The best part is the uplifting message you get without being sappy or uncool. Non-Christian rockers may not be use to the name of Jesus being used in a song (interesting how Satan may be mentioned and no one has a problem with that) These are written with God in mind and still kicks out incredible wrifs and sounds made famous during the "glam" age of rock.

This is definatly a "hair" band of the 80's with powerful presents that you can compare to "Poison, Cinderella, and the like". Lead singer hits high notes many will not try. If you like this - you must get the "Soldiers under Command" album which does all this and showcases more dirty guitar with monster layering I would compare to "Metallica"

  1. First let me say that I am a HUGE U2 fan. Still have the BRS LP in the attic and was ecstatic when the U2 iTunes box set came out. I cannot stand to hear covers of U2 songs because I've never heard any that come near the emotion and talent of the original. Until now.

I first head Sanctus Real's "Beautiful Day" on the radio and the bass line was amazing. I actually like their version better than the original. It has a little more 'power' to it than even the Slane Castle live version.

The other GREAT songs on here are a hauntingly beautiful "Grace." Not much variation from original but it's the voice that carrys this song and Nicole Nordeman is amazing.

Pillar is awesome with "Sunday Bloody Sunday" taking a classic and giving it a edgy modern grit without sacrificing any of the original depth of this song.

I picked up the Mysterious Ways CD while in Europe years back and loved the five different versions of this song. tobyMac just added another to my collection. It's almost like a conglomeration of the Apollo 440, Solar Plexus and Perfecto remixes with a little tobyMac thrown in. The only problem with this one is that it should be at least 10-12 minutes long. It's a little too short.

I pretty much hate all things rap/hip hop and have never heard of Grits feat or Jadyn Maria but I can't stop listening to this version of "With or Without You".

There are a few slight duds on here. "Pride" - Too many wannabes keep trying this one. "Where the Streets Have No Names" - Sounds like a copy not an original.

  2. U2 is a legend. And a legend to look up to, because unlike many famous artists, the band crafts great lyrics about peace and love, but then backs it up with their great work in charity. And their legacy continues with this tribute album, where not only do you get great music, but you're contributing to a great cause. For every album sold, Sparrow Records will donate to World Vision to help the AIDS victims in Africa. If there was ever a CD that you had to buy, this would be it. Don't download it illegally, buy it and help World Vision.

The big names come out for this one, and the album starts off with one of the band's most famous songs, "Sunday Bloody Sunday." Pillar does a great job with the song, both vocally and musically. Some consider it a hard rock approach, but whatever it is, it works. And the album only gets better with Sanctus Real's cover of "Beautiful Day," one of the more recent U2 hits off the album. Sanctus revs up the song and takes it to it's true potential, making it actually better than the original. Could it be so? Sanctus Real does better than U2? Judge for yourself, but for my money it is.

Starfield gets comfortable with "40," and the song's worshipful mood. Many people criticized it, but I think the band did I nice job with it. The now defunct Audio Adrenaline shows off their rock side with "Gloria." Which, amazingly isn't a Christmas song, but musically sounds like the band's cover of "Little Drummer Boy." Overall the band does very well with the song.

Sixpence None The Richer, Nicole Nordeman, and Jars of Clay take on U2's lesser known songs, but do well with them, especially Nordeman who gives one of her best performances. These songs however are forgettable nonetheless, since they're the lesser known songs of U2.

tobyMac (having done a cover of "40" with dc Talk) this time tackles "Mysterious Ways" with a little help from Sarah Kelly. The song has a electronic undertone, but it comes out well. Another dc Talker does "One." As usual Tait delivers a flawless vocal performance, but again the song is more forgettable, since the original wasn't well known.

Delirious? Comes with the hit "Pride" which is dead-on with the original, vocally, musically, everything is a copy of U2. This isn't a cover, it's a copy, and due to the vocal similarities with both bands, I think Delirious? should have been left off the album all together, and the song be given to somebody totally unexpected like Relient K. "With or Without You" is a great performance by, not Grits, but Jadyn Maria (Who?). The song was made for her, and she gives a stellar performance, in fact she's the only one that performs, Grits just does a repeating background vocal. So drop the Grits influence, great song, with Grits, still pretty good.

Strangely following the emotional song is "When Love Came To Town," which you probably haven't heard of, but it's not forgettable because Todd Agnew gives his best performance ever with the song. This is his niche, southern rock; he has the voice for it. The song has a great feel to it, and Agnew exceeds all expectations and unexpectedly blows it out of the park.

Chris Tomlin continues the trend. "Where The Streets Have No Name" is the most famous U2 song, and it had to be done well, and Chris Tomlin is amazingly the guy to do it. The music, the vocals, the whole feel of the song is just right. It does the original justice. Personally this version is one of my favorite songs of all time.

Overall, buy the album. Not only will you get some great music, but you'll be helping a great organization help people. The legacy of U2 is preserved with this album, musically and charitably. Sure I would have liked a couple of minor changes, and maybe add a bonus track of dc Talk's "40" but this is a great album as is, and a must-buy. I got the album for free from this site. Next time I'm at Family Christian Stores, I'll pick up another copy, for the people of Africa, not to sooth a conscience, but because I want to.

  3. Lets face it, most tribute albums stink. The good news is that this one doesnt stink!.. Its not perfect, and im sure that this cd's version of "with or without you" will offend 99% of loyal U2 fans, but the rest of the cd is good, some songs are even great.

There are 3 or 4 songs here that manage to be different from the original in some way, but still good.
One of them is the first track in the album which is "Sunday Bloody sunday" by a band called Pillar... The song has a P.O.D sound to it.. Overall, its pretty darn good, not the best in the album, but very enjoyable.

Another good one is "Beautiful Day" .. This song is very balanced.... manages to sound very different from the original while still doign justice to U2's masterpiece.

The song that definately takes the cake is "40" ... The version this guys managed to put together is absolutely awsome. The album is almost worth buying for this song alone... without a doubt the best track on the entire album.

Other tracks worth mentioning are "Pride (in the name of love)", and "mysterious ways"... The only problem with pride is that they didnt change it much.. It pretty much sounds like the exact same song played by another band... WHICH doesnt make it a bad song obviously, the original is awsome, but compared to the other guys, this song sounds too much like the original....

And about "mysterious ways", when i read that Toby Mac re-made "mysterious ways" i was convinced it would be very interesting... And it is, but some parts of the song fall abit short, specially toby mac's vocals , which arent bad but they do sound flat once in a while.

Another one worth mentioning is "one" by Michael Tait... His voice fits this song perfectly... Sometimes it seems that hes trying too hard to make it different from the original, but its still darn good.

Other than that, there are other decent tracks here like "love is blindness" (the original is an awsome song, but this version falls a bit short), and "gloria". The rest of the songs okay, nothing spectacular...

The only true failure here is "with or without you"... the problem with this song is that it sounds too pop, and completely loses the feeling that the original had... This song almost sounds as if it was re-made by Britney Spears (except this girl in this song can actually sing), which will piss off alot of loyal fans... But if you have a 12 year old girl at home, she'll love it.

In short, its a good cd, and its a good cause. If you can afford it, i say go for it!

  4. This CD is masterful work in my opinion, regardless of whether one considers it a "tribute" album or a charity album (I guess I consider it a little bit of both - they're supporting a cause BY paying tribute to U2). Even a tribute album can pay homage to the work of an artist without making mere duplicates of the recordings.

And that is precisely what I like about this CD - that the artists don't try to sound exactly like U2. I'm a huge U2 fan, but I think the best thing for artists to do - even when covering others' songs, is to be themselves. The musicians here bring their own flavor to U2's compositions and it makes it richer and more authentic.

At the same time, they don't (for the most part) show an inclination to rework songs so much that their resemblance to the original becomes negligible enough to effectively kill the spirit of the original.

The two tracks that stray the most are "All I Want Is You" (Jars of Clay) and "With Or Without You" (Grits & Jadyn Maria). These two don't meet the standards of other 11, yet they are still both pretty good -- the latter mostly because Jadyn contributes a beautiful voice and offers up a great vocal performance. The R&B/Hip Hop bits by Grits actually work ok at times, but in the end could stand a bit less frequency. Jars of Clay turns up the blues dial a bit too much on "All I Want Is You" - which adds a ton of levity to what was is originally a very profound, almost haunting sound.

In trying to pick standouts I could easily just list 8 or 9, which would defeat the purpose, so I'll just say that I think Gloria and One are real big standouts.

They did a great job on this CD! And that's coming from a big U2 fan!
