  1. this cd is the most uplifting cd i own. i listen to it everyday and never grow tired of hearing the songs. not only is it uplifting it is addicting. i sometimes listen to different music but quickly grow tired of it and switch back to ayiesha woods.

  2. Very fresh sounding!! Awesome vocals! Great lyrics! 100% worth of buying! My best CD purchase this year!

  3. Introducing Ayiesha Woods is more than your typical upbeat rap/r&b/pop/urban/sistah flava project. It's a crossover hit in book (and in my minivan). My husband loves it, my three little boys love it, and of course I do.

'Happy' got me hooked. I heard it everywhere, for goodness sake. But 'Big Enough' kept me listening. Right before I bought the album, God had been impressing himself as a BIG God in my life.

Ayiesha, thanks and many blessings on your future projects.

  4. I had the pleasure of hearing and seeing Ayiesha "live" in concert at the Women of Faith conference in Ft Lauderdale, Fl. She knocked my socks off! She is both beautiful inside and outside and her energy is contagious. She is touring to reach teenagers for Christ and I know she will be blessed with her talent to affect others. Hats off to her!!

  5. I saw Ayeisha Woods at a Women of Faith concert and really enjoyed her live performance. I bought the CD and am not disappointed at all. I thought the CD version would lose some of the raspiness of her voice. Not so. Great music, talented vocalist.

  1. This is an awesome collection by a great band.

I think that dc Talk is one of the best groups in music history - of any genre. This CD contains many of their finest songs. As with any greatest hits collection, there will be disagreements about what should be included. There are two songs on this CD that I think should not be and there are others that I think that should have been included, but were not.

As one who has all of their albums, this was really not a necessary addition to my collection, so I bought it for my daughter.

Not only do they have a great sound, they are able to do it in a variety of musical styles. They also do it while having meaningful Christian lyrics.

This is a great CD for any casual fan who does not own all of their albums. It is also excellent for anyone who may want to check out this fantastic group. For a taste of their live sound, I would also recommend 'Welcome To The Freak Show' Welcome to the Freak Show: DC Talk Live in Concert. For anyone who has not heard them before, this would be a great place to start.

  2. DC Talk is without a doubt one of the most influential Christian groups of all time. This greatest hits album is great, but it does nothing to quantify and bring together the absolute poignancy and amazingly moving music that DC Talk has made.

DC Talk started as a group of friends and matured into the voice of Christian teens growing up in the Nirvana / MTV era. DC talk's music is as relevant as it has ever been.

Long story short, get this album, but you're better off starting with Nu Thang and working your way up through their catalog to this album to appreciate the maturity and excellence that this group has provided Christian rockers. I 100% agree with the reviewer before me. Jesus Freak is easily top three albums of all time, even though my music tastes reach far beyond Christian rock now.

  3. DC Talk in the 90s was one of my favorite groups. In the late 80s and early 90s hip hop was the thing and if you were into hip hop music and you were a Christian you loved dc talk. In 1992 they come out with the mega hit album "Free At Last". It seemed like everyone loved this album... it was catchy and the lyrics actually discussed life issues and it wasn't "cheesy" like their previous albums. I was actually proud to be a dc talk fan.

As the 90s progressed there was this movement that started with groups like Pearl Jam and Nirvana called "alternative music". Most "alternative music" in the 90s was a shift to a rock format and even though it was billed as the "new" thing it really was a return of 70s classic rock. The public was subjected to drum machines, keyboards, pop, and dance music throught the 80s and people were getting bored of it. The shift had hurt many bands who tried to continue using the formula that had worked for them for nearly a decade. So now you have dc talk that made it big with hip hop. How were they going to survive this shift in the public's taste... they went alternative too!

At first I was a little suspicious... how could dc talk, a hip hop/dance group, go alternative. Well they did it! and they created probably their best album in 1995 "Jesus Freak". With "Jesus Freak" they created an album that really didn't sound like much anything else in christian music at the time and were probably a huge influence to other up-n-coming Christian artists that followed. Many Christian artists would replicated note for note the styles of their secular counterparts... dc talk, within the alternative genre, created their own sound. I remember back in 1995 driving home from youth group listening to "secular" alternative radio and hearing them play dc talk's "Jesus Freak" and people who weren't even Christian were digging it. They crossed over but never compromised. Very cool.

Three years passed with no new output from the group. With such a huge success they had with "Jesus Freak" people were hoping that the next album would be even bigger. Regretfully in 1998 the album "Supernatural" never lived up to the hype. Don't get me wrong, It was a very good album but it was no "Jesus Freak". There were a few good songs like "Supernatural" and "Consume Me" that are featured on this compilation are great.

2 years later dc talk announced that they were going to take a break... they would still get together from time to time but not to record an album. They released a greatest hits album title "Intermission"... as the title suggests they were only taking a short break. It is now 2007 and they are still not together. TobyMac has become a superstar in Christian music on his own and can call his own shots on what goes on his albums. I wouldn't blame him if he never wanted to get back together with dc talk and go back to having to clear it with two other guys what goes on an album.

This brings us to today. Dc talk releases another greatest hits album featuring music form their three most successful albums. There is so much variety on here it keeps this album from getting boring. You can also see on this compilation that within a short time they covered so many genres and one thing that remained consistent is the wonderful socially conscience lyrics that speaks to our hearts and will continue to inspire for generations to come. Another thing I notice is some of this music is 15 years old here but it still sounds fresh.

Some are going to wonder, why would dc talk release a new best of with a good one out there already? I don't have the answer to that but I have some ideas...

    (1) Having the greatest hits album out there titled "Intermission" is a reminder of the promise that was never fulfilled so maybe the record label felt it was time to replace it.

    (2) An opportunity to profit on a population who would love to see and buy anything "new" with the dc talk name on it.

    (3) Introduce a new audience to this great music.

    (4) Refresh the sound quality by taking advantage of the new remasters made of their albums.

I think all the above is most likely the case and I don't have a problem with that. One thing that this collection does is remove the "new" at the time teaser songs to get completest to buy the collection and replaced it with some true classic dc talk songs from "Supernatural".

RECOMMENDATION: If you don't have ANY dc talk albums this is an great place to start your collection and if you are a casual fan this will be all you need. This represents THE BEST of dc talk. If you like the hip hop side of dc talk also check out "Free at Last" (remastered), If you like the "alternative" side check out the new 10th anniversary edition of "Jesus Freak" featuring a bonus cd with alternate versions and live tracks that include the hit "Wish We'd All Been Ready".

  1. Like many others, I heard the song "I'm Sorry" and got excited about the idea of a soulful, young, male gospel group. I was even more interested when I found out J Moss was involved with them since I loved his first album. However, I was heartbroken when I finally got the whole album and discovered that "I'm Sorry" was one of only 3 really great songs on this album. The others are "Sweet Spirit" and "Don't Say No." I'm really into well written, rhythmic, and significant songs, especially when it comes to gospel, but most of the songs on this album have mediocre lyrical content and the words don't flow. Some songs like "See Me" and "Power of Christ" seem like wonderful lyrics wasted on terrible beats and production while "Spiritual Bizness" and "Chozen" are hot beats with little to no significant message.

I certainly was not inspired or moved by this album but I will look for them to do better next go around. It seems like they can sing.

  2. 3rd storee has the same song on their cdth song/ i'm sorry check it out. i think a few of the members are the one's in 21:03

  3. **THIS GROUP IS THE BEST THING I HAVE HEARD IN A LONG TIME. THE FIRST TIME I KNEW OF THIS GROUP WAS WHEN I SEEN THEIR VIDEO TO "I'M SORRY" ON BET'S "VIDEO GOSPEL". EVERY SINCE THEN I HAVE LIKED THIS GROUP! I READ THE REVIEWS AND AFTER READING THEM I WAS SURE THAT I WANTED THIS CD. LET ME TELL YOU, I WAS TRULY BLESSED BY THIS CD. I MEAN I LOVED MY R&B AND HIP HOP THEN GOD CHANGED MY LIFE. I THOUGHT I WOULD NEVER HEAR HIP HOP AND R&B AGAIN. BUT THIS GROUP IS EXACTLY WHAT I LOVED IN MY SIN DAYS. AND WHAT I LOVE ABOUT THIS GROUP IS THAT THEY MAKE MUSIC I LOVE AND I CAN DANCE AND GET BLESSED ALL IN A CHRISTIAN WAY! FROM THE "INTRO" TO THE BONUS TRACK "AGAIN I SAY REJOICE", I WAS TRULY BLESSED! I'M A YOUNG CAT MYSELF AND ITS HEARD TO FIND OTHER YOUNG,GOD-LOVING PEOPLE....AND FOR SHO HARD TO FIND GOOD,YOUTHFUL CHRISTIAN MUSIC. I CANT WAIT FOR WHAT GOD HAS FOR THESE YOUNG MEN BUT I WILL MOS DEF BE BY THEIR SIDE TIL THE END!!! GET THIS CD AND I PROMISE THAT YOU WONT BE SORRY!!!! GOD BLESS AND ONE LOVE

  4. I bought this CD because the samples of the music that I heard sounded pretty good. After listening to it a few times, however, I find the selections to be repetitive and unremarkable. Most likely, I will listen to it once or twice more, but I'll probably end up donating this CD to a charity thrift store.

  5. i got to see them proform live at my church and after there amazing proformance i w=am definatley going to buy there CD

  1. Ok, Flame HAS to grow on me, I just don't feel him right off the bat. But I do like the production and most of the songs on here. I like the way he praises God and shares his views about the Fallen World. His flow or the way he presents himself is what i'm trying to figure out. But nevertheless, the man is very good. I like the tracks: When you Step, Fallen world, Goodbye, the Intro, and Call Him. I would recommend you get this if you love rap and can handle the midwest flow!

  2. Flame is truly a talented artist. I have been saved for almost a year now and I am now starting to listen to gospel rap and gospel hip-hop. If you have heard anything bad about gospel rap don't listen to everything you hear. I heard a pastor say that there is no such thing as Holy Hip-Hop and a person might as well listen to secular music. I know he was talking about the beats of the songs but to get to the younger generation the beats of songs is what attracts us to songs. As long as the lyrics are glorifying Christ and his love for us I am for gospel rap. Flame raps about everything that happens in the world that everyone can relate to especially this one song he has on there "Goodness to Repentence". In this song he raps about the rappers that have got shot and still alive "You would think God's goodness would turn people to Christ". I recommend this CD to anyone whos saved or unsaved this CD is the truth! I also recommend Lecrae: After the Music Stops another CD that won't disappoint you!

  3. Still Listening, So far I love:

    'Desires in Conflict'

    'Goodbye'

Keep up the good work FLAME.

  4. i at 1st was very hesitant to buy this artist, now im glad i did, he has a lot of points, his songs wherent what i expected from a christian artist, he has very valid points...

  5. This is my first Flame album and I was impressed. First thing I noticed is what an awesome hip hop voice he has. After that I noticed how good his lyrics are and how well they represent the Gospel.

Good album to reach out to youth with. Flame and Lecrae do a great job of making music that appeals to the secular crowd but they both rep Jesus in their lyrics. That's an awesome ability.

    God bless.

5 comments about Music Inspired by the Chronicles of Narnia.

  1. This collection is incomplete without the celestial sound of Michele Tumes and her "Untamed Lion". Why was this excluded?

  2. Everything about the Chronicles of NArnia is amazing; the books, the movie, the sountrack... Therefore, this album has a lot to live up to. But it does its job admiringly. I had never listened to Christian rock before this cd, and it just goes to show that trying new things is really beneficial. The Jars of Clay opener is strong and engaging as well as Camp's "Open Up your Eyes". "Stronger" by Delirious is a light and sweet tune but lacks depth lyrically. The next track however, "Lion", is amazing and probably the best on the cd ("feels like I'm living in a lion's mouth, but the lion is an angel"). "I Will Believe" is a gorgeous sounding composition and then the album bursts loose with the crazy "Turkish Delight" by the DAvid Crowder Band. It's a great foot tapping song with lyrics that tell the exact story of Edmund and his obsession. A few of the songs on this cd are subpar which is why overall it got a 4. Otherwise, it's got some really engaging and creative melodies and is highly recommended to any NArnia lover.

  3. I bought this CD after going to a Rebecca St.James concert and hearing her sing the song Lion. The songs on this CD are well written and well preformed.

  4. Firstly, I don't like this album much because it's not my style at all. Mine, well, is Classical, Opera, Choral, and Soundtracks. But, I have to admit that this album is not that bad, I want to tell you that IF you want the movie soundtrack, you should take a carefully look more. It's not quite a good thing that you've purchased the wrong album, and wrote a blaming or bad review back. It's YOUR fault, actually. If you want the soundtrack, you should look at it more carefully. Also, I think it wrote on the cover quite clearly that this album is a 'MUSIC INSPIRED BY' album. However, I wrote this review for this album, not to blame the others, so I would like to begin my EXCLUSIVE FIRST review TRACK-BY-TRACK for Music Inspired by The Chronicles of Narnia. Oops! I almost forget it. I hope that I shall have a chance to write TRACK-BY-TRACK review for the other album, too. My projects are 'The Lord of The Rings: The Return of The King' original soundtrack composed by Howard Shore, and 'The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe' ORIGINAL special-edition SOUNDTRACK composed by Harry Gregson-Williams. So, some days later, there might be my review TRACK-BY-TRACK for these spectacular albums. Keep looking on my reviews, then. And Thanks, for the future.

Many of us might remember Steven Curtis Chapman. He wrote a song in the album 'Music Inspired by The Passion of The Christ'. Now, he's back in this album.

All right, I maybe talked too much now. Let's begin my review, then.

Track 1-Waiting for the world to fall
The music was good-written, and I use to have more confident when I listen to this track. Jars of Clay, the band, done this song nicely, and worthy the first song on the album.

    Track 2-Remembering You
I think this track should appear in the last track on the album. The lyrics, and the music tell you that whatever may happens, no matter how bad is it, I shall be remembering you. I shall never forget the smell of flowers, or spring, or whatsoever that's good. Yeah, it should be the last track, but...

    Track 3-Open up your eyes
The song shows you about new believe, new faith that you need to accept it, and open up your eyes and your mind, to see more in this world. It's good song, but a bit noisy.

    Track 4-Hero
This song begins with rock music, but it's nice at the end. Maybe it shows about Aslan, the lion. He, probably related to the song as a Hero that we've been waiting for. However, I don't like the singer. She sings very, very unclear, and very hard to know what she sings.

    Track 5-Stronger
Well, it's quite strange track. You see, the first four tracks are quite noisy and fun that pulled us in, but this one is different. It's slow, and not so exciting. And, I have to admit that I don't like the singer. He doesn't seem to pay attention much.

    Track 6-Lion
My first listen, I didn't enjoy this track much, but then, when I listen for the fifth time, I think. This track's become my favourite track on the album. It's really a good song that sometimes makes me enjoy, but also, sometimes it makes me sad. I, basically, don't know why, but I really like the lyric of this song. Of course, this song tells you about Aslan. Rebecca St. James has prooved her performence once again. So, sometimes your first listen isn't always correct.

    Track 7-New World
I don't like this track much. It's just screaming around like no people does. So, I didn't take my attention listening to this track, and I dare not write my review wrongly. Sorry.

    Track 8-I will believe
Another good track in this album. But, it should be more slowly for this song. It's too fast that music does not complicated with the lyric.

    Track 9-Turkish delight
I don't like rap music much, this track is for someone who likes rap, I don't like this track as same as New world. Clearly the song relates to Edmund.

    Track 10-More than it seems
This track is nice, almost the end of the album. It's a good song and the band played nicely. I enjoyed this track.

    Track 11-You're the one
Here we come to the last track on this album. I think it's too rocky song. But, it's just OK. I think Remembering you by Steven Curtis Chapman should come instead of this track to end the album, and move this track to track 2. But, yeah, for someone who likes rock music, he/she might enjoy it.

Here I end my first EXCLUSIVE TRACK-BY-TRACK review for MUSIC INSPIRED BY THE CHRONICLES OF NARNIA: THE LION, THE WITCH AND THE WARDROBE. Also, I'd be glad if you'll take a look at my review in The Da Vinci Code Soundtrack. Please look forward on my reviews for the other albums. Thank you for your looking in the future.

  5. This is good music. It's even almost as marvelous as the movie. "Music Inspired by the Chronicles of Narnia" is a special soundtrack sure inspires you to see it again if you've already seen it. I highly recommend most of the songs here. The entire cd is 42 minutes long, but it certainly does not feel that long at all {the movie was almost 2 and half hours and that doesn't feel like it either, go figure}. I think the soundtrack fits well with the movie. Not only that, but every song makes you feel darn good in it's own way. I knew that after hearing a couple of good songs I was going to get it, like I said, it's almost as good as the movie and that's basically the bottom line. That's about all I have to say about it, only in a rambling matter. Just let me tell you it's generally highly recommended {again}, as especially is the great movie on dvd that it's inspired by, and it's easy to see why.

5 comments about Letting Go.

  1. Anthony Evans has put together one of the very best Christian releases I have ever listened to. A perfect blend of melody, lyrics, and God-centered attitude is found on each track - truly a release that is difficult to choose a favorite among, since all the songs are so good. This is one of the few CDs I have (and I have almost 3,000) that can be listened to from start to finish without skipping a track. What is most delightful, however, is the personal identification I feel with what Anthony is saying about his faith - if you have "put off the old man" and are a new creature in Jesus Christ, there is no way that every song on this release will not resonate deeply within you.

A few comments on the other reviews posted of "Letting Go" - I agree completely wtih the reviewer who pointed out that there is a difference between Evan's "Even More" and "Letting Go" - in my eyes, there is hardly any similarity at all and it is hard for me to think that both releases are actually done by the same artist, the gulf is so great. Additionally, as with another reviewer, I too have witnessed the unique multi-generational appeal "Letting Go" has: I grew up with Motown, Beach Boys and Beatles, but my 15 year-old granddaughter loves every song on "Letting Go" as much as I do - quite a feat in today's times!

To sum up, "Letting Go" is nothing short of inspired - an amazing collection of songs that accurately describes the Christian experience with great understanding and compassion, and keeps a steady focus on where it should always be - Almighty God.

  2. The first song I heard of AE was Be Still, and I didn't know who he was at the time, but I loved the song, then my brother started playing the same song and told me who he was and started playing more songs from his new cd and I immediately went to this website to purchase BOTH cd's. One of the things I love about his second cd is his lyrics!! They are AMAZING!! They portray the Lord and our relationship with Him accurately and biblically-very rare in Gospel and Christian music! I haven't heard his first cd yet(hasn't come in yet), but I do agree that it does have more of a CCM feel which is cool with me. I definitely wanted more of the "Be Still" kind of feel, but I love this cd! I haven't stopped playing it since I got it! His voice is AMAZING!! Excellent job, Anthony! Keep'em comin'! The world needs more artists painting accurate pictures of our Dad!

  3. I am a -- year old mom and grandmom. I prefer to listen to Christian music, but my taste ranges from Southern Gospel to contemporary. Was looking for some good worship music and stumbled across Anthony Evans' music at his father, Tony Evans', website. Just hearing a short excerpt of one song from his first CD, I liked it enough to buy both CD's. This one is different from the first, more upbeat and diverse, but I love them both. I thought so much of Letting Go that I bought one for my twenty-something son, who also thought it was great. You will not be disappointed!

  4. Let me just put it like this. I do agree with the other users that this album is much different from the first one. What I will say is that he(Anthony Evans) seems more comfortable with this style of music. Long have I been waiting for an artist who dares to be different for Christ without compromising the message. My favorite track is "Consumed," the boy gets down on this album in a unique way. If your tastes are not opened up to different styles of gospel music, then this may not be the CD for you at this point. To everyone else who has an open mind, go get this CD. My only regret is that it only has 10 tracks, but I would rather there be ten great tracks then a bunch of filler songs. This is AE's best album yet.

  5. I just got this CD a day ago and I am so in Love with it. I love almost every song. I just play this ablum straight through, for the most part. My fav. tracks are I Choose Now, Letting Go, Before You, Consumed, Meaningless, Love You With My Life, Whatever I Can't Erase, The Fight. Anthony Evans is a great writer and he composes lyrics so well. This album is annointed and you can just feel his passion for the Lord in every song. I can honestly say that I can relate to every song on his album. Anthony if you are reading this keep allowing the Lord to use you the way he wants to, this album truely touched me.

5 comments about King of Fools.

  1. To say this is a good album would be doing it an injustice. Delirious? have historically been a very consistent band and this album is no exception. The disc is filled with songs that explore the some of the questions & challenges we all face at some point (Deeper, Promise, King or Cripple), deep, passionate worship songs (What a Friend, All The Way, August 30th, King of Fools, Hands of Kindness, Sanctify), and some upbeat worship tracks (Revival Town, Louder than the Radio [not on UK version, remixed from Cutting Edge for the US vesion]). Worthy of mention are:

White Ribbon Day: a U2-esque call for peace. Fits very well with the events of Sept 11, 2001, and the recent war in Afghanistan and Iraq. The electric guitars, while simple, are very, very effective.

History Maker: No doubt one of Delirious?' best-known songs & needs no introduction at concerts. History Maker is a 6-minute rock anthem, with lyrics on the power of prayer ("Is it true today/That when people pray/We'll see dead men rise/And the blind set free") and being a 'History Maker', calling people to make a stand for the gospel. It was, in 2005, voted as Delirious?' Ultimate Song by fans on the website Delirious.org.uk

All in all, King of Fools is a very well-rounded album that does not fail to disappoint. This was the first CCM album I ever bought after becoming a Christian, and it remains in my daily listening even now, almost 10 years later.

  2. Delirious? is not a run-of-the-mill contemporary Christian band; they are more like a 90s alternative band -- when rock was at its best, in my opinion. The sounds are more slow and easy and low-key than a slam-in-your-face rock, though the songs definitely move with a rock beat. You can savor every word this way and really connect with the Lord in a meaningful way. I'm listening to the CD as I write this and my favorite songs are "Revival Town" and "History Maker" among others. Nothing they have done since this album even comes close to the powerful messages found here; in comparison, its latest CD "Now Is the Time" is like a plane that keeps taxiing on the runway and never lifts off. "King of Fools" is airborne!

  3. If you like uplifting spiritual modern music, this is for you

  4. Don't get me wrong - I LOVE Christian rock. In fact, my very first introduction to the genre was a 2 disk set from Delirious. Since then, however, I've also been introduced to Audio Adrenaline, Third Day and DC Talk - among others. While this particular CD is masterfully mixed and the guys are all masters of their instruments, it just lacks the driving force behind the message I've come to appreciate from others. (I often tease my wife - who tends towards the more mellow in music - that she needs to start a support group called, "Headbangers for Christ.")
This is a decent album, (dating myself there), and the rhythmic backdrop of "August 30th" - while initially annoying to me - became strangely soothing and reassuring by the end. There is plenty of good to be said about this disc, but if you tend towards Third Day and AA, this one probably isn't for you.

  5. I became a Christian because of music. The people who showed love to me helped, but it was the music, all-encompassing and powerful that made me feel like something important existed beyond myself. Delirious's music was a big part of that.

King of Fools is centered around the complementary themes of doubt and faith, questioning God and redemption. One of the reasons I love this band so much is the fact that they aren't always "happy-clappy" like so many other other worship bands. Their songs are sincere, thoughtful, intelligent, and most of all, powerful. They address issues that anyone with a complex faith has struggled with, and found their faith stronger because of it.

For example, take their single, Deeper, one of my favorite worship songs, and one of the first I learned. It's alternatively questioning, enthusiastic, humble and completely in love with God. From the honesty of "I want to be meeker/But have you seen this old earth? and "I want to go deeper/But is it just a stupid whim?" to "And the wonder of it all is that I'm living just to fall/More in love with you," this song encompasses so many of the emotions inherent in the contemplative Christian life. (Or at least in mine.) Plus, it rocks. Likewise, "White Ribbon Day" expresses many of the same fears, and is particuarly relevant today (although it was released in 1998). I certainly couldn't help but think of Bush's lack of doubt about God's support for the War in Iraq listening to the lyrics "How can it be that God is love?/When blood rolls down upon our land." In all, the song is an insistant call for peace and love, following Jesus's message of loving one's neighbor.

As for music, anyone who thinks Christians are all uptight Republicans who can't rock hasn't listened to Delirious?. Beyond their punkish look, the band can rock with plenty of loud guitars and passionate singing. The music is generally straightforward rock, with a few lovely songs breaking the mold. For example, "What a Friend I've Found" starts as a sparcely arranged, prayer-like song and evolves into a gorgeous gospelly song backed by guitars.

In addition to all this, Delirious? prove you can write a terrific worship song without using the words "Jesus," "Lord" or "God" (in fact, they have several). If you want a Christian band that is just a great band in general, listen to Delirious? They're my favorite Christian band, and one of my favorites overall. As for King of Fools, it's pretty amazing for a debut album.

  1. much better than epiphany. yea it would be nice if the lyrics mention Christ more but he especially makes up for that in the last track, which is brilliant!! its obvious he has gotten closer to God and you really don't find quite so much wordliness as the other. some bumpy spots in the road of course. but listening to this tape i dont get the wig-wag alarm of low air-pressure (air brake) signal of guilt as with the other. if it weren't for this more recent CD , the other one would of left a bad taste in my mouth about Manafest. Excellent rapping talents and music too!
