1. Most musicians struggle to stay relevant from their debut album and beyond. For KJ-52, however, this does not seem to be a problem. "Behind the Musik (A Boy Named Jonah)" is an emotional set that not only showcases KJ's huge lyrical talent, but proves an important point: if you truly love Christ, there is an infinite amount of beautiful ways to tell Him thank you.
   
   This CD has it all. From light-hearted songs like "Napoleon Dynamite" (bonus CD) to passionate outcries such as "God"; from smooth and slow ballads like "I Can Call On You" to fast-paced club hits like "Washed Up" (bonus CD) . Also, KJ definitely takes the time to stick true to the album's title and share about his life and testimony.
   
   This CD is incredible from one end to the other; each track contains something unique that draws you in. If you are a fan of KJ-52 or Christian Hip-Hop in general; this album is a very good investment.



2. Behind The Musik Deluxe Edition is a great album. If you don't already own the regular version, do yourself a favor and pick up this one over the regular edition. If you do own it already, don't bother for this. There aren't enough extra tracks to merit another purchase. I don't like new trend in the music industry to re-release albums months later, but this is a good album. Pick it up.

1. One of the best christian hardcore bands EVER. This cd is so heavy it hurts. The production of both the guitars and the vocals is deep, thick and way too powerful than a cd should be. There is so much mosh on this cd, its unbelievable. This cd should not be missed.



2. What can I say but this to be a musical onslaught of pure brutality! If you like heavy metallic hardcore then this band is for you! From fast mosh parts to heavy as bricks breakdowns, this band leaves you begging for more! Totally spirit filled lyrics and and raw deep vocals make this one of the hardest CD's of the year! I recommend this album to any hardcore fan.

This album is phat,but I bet you're wondering why I only gave it 3 stars.This album collaborates the best from his 3 grapetree albums,which in my opinion "Ra Ra Ra" and "westcoast ridaz" are 2 of gospel rap's best hits ever(Easop rocks the mic).I gave it three stars because this album(w/ 2 exceptions) doesn't even touch the surface of his new disc "Me Vs. Industry".How talented is it he has sounds of Jay-z on "Hey young world" and Ludacris on
   "Hell Yeah",and combats Jay-z and Eminem and other labels for their perverse preachiing.CHeck the album on his own wise up records



2. This Album is blazin and its off the chain. Im a christian rap collector and know when a album should be bought. LG Wise comes from the number 1 christian rap label in the world...Grapetreerecords. All their rappers represent. I think LG Wise is 1 of the hottest rappers in the christian rap industry. I recommend this album to serious listners who love to bump music in their ride.



3. I LOVED this cd I personally saw and spoke to this artist at an aquire the Fire concert i am a strong Christian and this man is also strong he has had hard times and KNOWS WHAT HE IS TALKING ABOUT God blessed him with an awsome talent and he deffinatly shows it!!!!



4. All i have to say is this is a great guy that can make some great music. Even if you are not a fan of christian music you should check this cd out because there is some really great stuff on it.



5. Well I'll tell you what this CD is the bomb. It has a lot of good songs in it and the beats are bumbing. I recommend this to anybody who likes christian rappersand like L.G Wise and if you want all his good songs on one CD.

2. I think the music, especially Love Jones, is provoking and daring. It challenges you to hear, dance and feel gospel in ways that are unconventional. Good or Bad, it has all the elements of a masterpiece.



3. The music is charged with innovative sounds and rhythms. What I like about this CD is that there is a whole lot going on music-wise, but it doesn't sound like it. It's very hard using alot of different of sounds, without losing the sensibilty of the song. She took a chance, and she succeeded. Big ups.



4. I believe in God, but I'm really not into gospel songs. I got the CD because I heard "Never Change" played at the movie theatre and I really liked it. I think "Love Jones" and "This I Know" are great songs too.



5. Eartha doesn't sound like she looks. She has a rich thick voice. Where I'm from, we say she has "una voz gordicima" -- a thick voice. Her sound fills your ears. That's cool.

1. This is a good album. MG has a unique fun, fairly quick style and is also very consciouse. Its one of those albums you could let anyone hear without regreting it. Probably even your kids! As MG says "When you buy it you can go do what you want, play it to your pops or your mom". The tune 'sponsible is one of my favorites. Even tho its actuallty two tunes in one. The first is to introduce the more complex and conscious one that comes after. The first ones more catchy but the second is more intelegent. Scared as and seeds are really good tunes too. If you fancy a little real hip hop and not that gangster rap rubish its worth buying!!

4. This is one of the most refreshing rap albums I've heard in years. Similar flow to that of Eminem, beats that are way out of left field, spanish guitar a la Wyclef, Foo Fighter-ish stop and go melodies, lyrical presence that would impress even Kool Keith, but they won't make your mother blush... They are uplifing and fun, yet real and thought provoking. Transparemcee is nothing short of brilliant! Also, an unforgettable cameo by the legendary Pigeon John of LA Symphony and Brainwash Projects. Illmatic!



5. Yo, don't sleep on this album. It's a definite classic. Sweet beats. Vocals? Excellent. Harmonies? Oh yeah. Guest appearances? Plenty. Bootie Shakin' Viability? Of course!

1. I had this album and cassette as a teen and I am so glad that it has been released on cd. This is, in my opinion, Amy's best release. Her voice is flawless and the songs are fantastic. Great mix of songs - from the worship songs of El Shaddai and Sing Your Praise to The Lord, to the fun, yet moving Fat Baby. No one should be without this cd in their collection.



2. I owned the album years ago and have updated to the CD. These songs are motivating and inspiring in their simplicity and their love of the Lord. Just good, sound, Christian music.



3. I love this CD.. It brings me back to my high school days. I would recommend this to any one that just needs a pick-me-up.



4. AGE TO AGE is definitely a Christian music masterpiece, and should be treated that way. It's songs offer what contemporary Christian music fans wanted to hear in 1982. It has great praise-rockers ("Sing Your Praise To The Lord", "I Have Decided"), humorous songs ("Fat Baby"), songs that really touch your heart ("El Shaddai", "In A Little While", "Raining On The Inside", "Arms Of Love"), and songs that you can listen to anytime ("I Love A Lonely Day", "Don't Run Away", "Got To Let It Go"). Amy Grant really gave her absolute best on this album. Of course, nothing can beat LEAD ME ON, but AGE TO AGE is a masterpiece in its own right as well. If you want to travel to the beginnings of CCM, want some cheering up, or just can't find a CD to listen to, then get AGE TO AGE.



5. All pop music lovers should own "Age To Age."

   This album has "skins on the wall." It was the first CCM album in history to go platinum. CCM Magazine, using two different sets of criteria and reviewers, ranked it once as the #3 CCM album of all time and then again as the fifth best LP/CD in history. The supporting artists involved with the album became practically a Who's Who of CCM.

   But ultimately it's not about the accolades, it's about the music. "Age To Age" is sometimes reverent ("El Shaddai"), somtimes rejoicing ("Sing Your Praise To The Lord"), and sometimes just plain fun ("Fat Baby"). But every track, whatever it's personality, contains perfectly crafted pop music.

   If you're a Christian, this album will speak to you in a special way. If you're not, just think of this as an album of love songs (which it is). If you like 80's Adult Contemporary music, you will love "Age To Age."

1. Just about anything by Bryan Duncan is worth buying.

   The musicianship and depth of lyrics on this disc are outstanding. Nothing plastic or amateur here.

   Emphasis is on slower-tempo music. Thought-provoking.

   This is a good start for a Bryan Duncan collection. Support this musician!
