1. This album is one of the Christmas memories as I have from childhood. My parents would get tired of me listening to it SO much, but it was my favorite I would play it again and again and I still love it. My parents loved it too - it was there tape after all. I would reccomend it to anyone wanting to get the old fashion country Christmas spirit. - Listening to it just makes me want to snuggle up with some hot cocoa in a log cabin and watch the fire and Christmas lights.



2. As soon as Christmas Club checks are distributed the first week of November, I get out my Christmas music. My favorite is The Statler Brothers Christmas Present. The homegrown songs transport me back to my small town roots and bring tears of happy memories to my eyes. In the rush and jostle of city life, "An Old Fashioned Christmas" has the power to pick me up from these city streets and take me back home to Mt. Solon Virginia, a small town about twenty miles from the home of the Statlers. I need a new copy of this CD!

1. This is a wonderful album/cd. Lift me up and Fall Down-Spirit of Love are my favorites. Tramaine has a way making you feel that everything is going to be alright! She can sing like a bird, then shake you like a volcano. Just great vocals she has!



2. I really started liking Tramaine Hawkins when she came out with that song "Justified by Faith," but really became a fan when I saw her at Shirley Caesar's conference this past July. This CD features two of my all time favorite Tramaine Hawkins songs "Changed" and "The Potters House." She is truly anointed and has some powerful vocals. Forget all the R&B singers try Tramaine and she will sing right through you.

1. I remember,as a child,watching the Lawrence Welk show with my family every Saturday night.The Lennon Sisters would make guest appearances and I always remember thinking how beautiful their voices were.To me they sounded like angels singing. Needless to say, I was not disappointed with this cd.The sisters are breathtaking on their version of "Ave Maria" and "You'll Never Walk Alone". They also sing "Greensleeves" and "Fascination" among others. Their wholesome sound is an absolute joy to listen to. I highly recommend this cd to anyone who wants to hear pure,beautiful vocals and not screaming like alot of todays so-called singers!



2. Where have all the flowers gone? Yes, I refer to the melodious voices of the Lennon Sisters. There just aren't any matches or equals to the angelic voices of these girls.
   
   Although they are all grown and married with children of their own, they will never be forgotten by those who came up with them.
   They have "quality harmony" thats more beautiful then music itself. Hard to understand why we don't hear more from them?
   
   Music today is so terribly loud that singers can't really be heard, whether they sing well or not! Thats a shame. Thank goodness for the Lennon Sisters who have shared with us great talent, voices that feed the spirit, and take you smoothly into far away places....
   I hope their children make as wonderful a contribution.

1. This volume of Amazing Grace is a fairly good cd, but if you are looking for more then I would recommend Volume 1 or Volume 3 over Volume 2.

HE IS AN AMAZING TALENT AND THE ALBUM IS SUPERB!!! HAVING BEEN WITH THE GAITHER VOCAL BAND IS WHEN THEY HAD THEIR BEST HARMONY EVER!!! ONE LOVE, HEALING HANDS WERE #1 SONGS AND THEY ARE 2 OF THE GREATEST SONGS I HAVE EVER HEARD AND THE MESSAGE THEY SEND ARE AWESOME. CARRY YOUR LOVE WITH ME, PRAISE THE LORD, TWO HEARTS HAVE SUCH GREAT, BEAUTIFUL WORDS AND LYRICS. THE OTHER SONGS ON THIS ALBUM ARE SUPERB ALSO.



5. This former member of The Imperials and the Gaither Vocal Band proves on is first solo effort that he can hold his own with no problem! This is pure pop with a fresh sound. The title track "One Love" was nominated for Song of the Year at the 1996 Dove Awards and set the standard for all of his future singles. There are some beautiful slow ballads on this album (i.e. I Rely On You) that showcase Jonathan's amazing vocal ability. Stevie Wonder's "Heaven Is Ten Zillion..." is a perfect mood lifter and though you might find it an odd choice for a "white boy," it works beautifully with the rest of the songs on the album. The most beautiful track is definitely "Healing Hands." This is a wonderful collection of songs in its own right, but it is also a great setup for his other two albums. Jonathan is certainly the best thing that has happened to Christian music in the past several years!!

1. This is my favorite instrumental since "Beyond Nature". I read that Phil was originally going to use the music from this album for a movie soundtrack, and so accordingly this album has a strong unity to it.

   A wide variety of emotions are expressed here. "Foreshadow" and "Floating On Ice" have a mystical feel to them, "Grand Old Man" a folk charm, and "The Apprentice" a reflective happiness. Sadness may be missing, as is true on many Keaggy albums, but I surmise that it true because he intentionally wishes to express the spiritual joy in his life. (He is certianly capable of creating it--just listen to "The Survivor" once.)

   Though the other "Music to Paint By" series are weaker than this one, all four definitely stand out, especially this one. It could have been called "Music to Pray By" or "Music to Think By". An impressive work.

1. Wonderful cd that is part of a 4 part set "Music To Paint By". Electric Blue has a jazz feel to it, I'm continually amazed by Mr. Keaggy's guitar playing! This set is great for listening to at work. Also check out Keaggy's latest "Premium Jams" cd. wwww.philkeaggy.com



2. I have not heard the CD. Or have I. I played many gigs with EB as the drummer in pollen. Blue was our "big brother" band. We looked up to 'em. Still do. If their album is as good as I remember them then your in for a helluva ride. Rock on boys. Buy this damn CD! You won't regret it...

1. This is a very good C.D., when I bought it, it introduced me to my new 2nd fav. band: Squad Five-o. It is a really good, Christian, Punk and EMO style music, a great sampler, for punk fans, at a great price. One thing that I would rather not have on this album is that, Blindside and Frodus really stand out, they sound different than the rest of the album



2. This a a great CD to buy to preview a bunch of awesome christian punk bands.
