- So far, I only listened to one of the cd's. The adult sang some of the songs and he is awful. In addition, there were children singers but they are older children and can't sing either. Sometimes, as a special treat, both the adult and the children would sing (gee thanks).
The music is terrible. The songs all sound alike with the goofy sounding instruments. It is hard to explain but it is worse than the singing.

- I just love this CD set - so much that I have had to buy it 3x because I have worn it out. When my first child was born, I would play through the 3rd disc in order to get him to sleep, rocking him through the entire disc and making up words to the songs. And now, he still asks for "Frere Jacques" (are you sleeping). I hope that Baby Genius continues to make this wonderful, sweet, soft music - a mother's heart will never forget the nights spent rocking her little boy to this music.
- This music sounds like stereotypical "elevator music." Both my husband and I are very disapointed in the so called "baby's musictime songs." It would be more appropriate for adult listening. The nursery rhyme music is simply instrumental and barely recognizable of the classic songs. My husband and I were hoping to sing the songs to our daughter, however the tempo for all the songs is so slow that it was impossible to follow. Altogether the music is slow and boring.
